This is regarding my shipment #[protected].

Since 3 days i have seen my shipment status to "out for delivery" and then "customer requested future delivery" when the delivery guy have never called me even once. The delivery personal never confirmed me for future delivery. What kind of professional behaviour is this.
Especially today i had taken leave to be able to receive my shipment at my home address and yet received...

This is regarding my shipment of debit card using blue dart awb# [protected]. I am pregnant and hence can't go to office to recieve my card. I spoke with the agent and asked him to deliver the card to my office reception as was mentioned in the address. Initially he asked me to speak with his superior. I spoke with the superior and we came to the conclusion that i will send someone who will have pancard scan copy and he will deliver the card to that person. But this guy dint handover the card to my colleague and told me that yes i have delivered the card. Now when i call him he doesnt pick up my phone at all. Worst service.

I sent product via blue dart to jallandar punjab on march 20th 2019, (Worth 20k) delivery status in online is delivered but it is not dispatched yet, pod is unavailable in online even though i tried to reach the concerned team i didn't get any response properly. Phone ki screen me spot tha or display blink kar rahi thi. Maine 16/05/19 ko 10am par return policy me complain kar di. So pls return your product and return my whole amount.

Sir, i did send shipments from potheri at chennai to salt lake, kolkata.
The shipment was supposed to be delivered by 13th may. Inspite of calling a number of times i didn't get a good response from you. The shipment got delivered 3days late.
Along with it a product is damaged. I had a bed table in the total shipment. Whole sending i had a clear conversation with the executives to ensure whether it can be delivered in good condition. They assured me of that. Now one corner of the table is badly broken and there are scratches on outer sides as well.
This kind of negligence wasn't expected from such a brand.
Kindly look into the matter.

I have not received any calls from your agent neither my friends received my product on my behalf. I got msg on 16/5/19 03.30pm that your shipment is out for delivery but didn't received; then i have checked the status through waybill no:[protected] it showing that consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed at 06.54pm delivery boy not even make a call what a work he doing than...
I want my shipment today my address same as on shipment and landmark is near sri panchamukha gayatrimata temple chinnamushidiwada 530051

The parcel was supposed to delivered on 16-may-2019. Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the bluedart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There is not direct contact number provided for the held location nor the address and the generic helpline is non-responsive.

My credit card which was send by the bank through Blue Dart was returned without any contact made from the courier. My shipment number is AWB#[protected]. Many complaints have been made against the company but to no avail. They just send back items without contacting the to-be receiver causing grievances. This is clearly a breach of consumer right and strong actions be taken against them.

My shipment from hdfc arrived at my office address on 15th may2019... The delivery guy called me... I cannot be available there as my office hours are in night shifts... I tried calling delivery guy many times to get status as he's neglecting my call and not informing me whether he dropped my letter at my office address or took it return with him.. My shipment with way bill number [protected] was about to deliver today on 16th may 2019 but it wasn't delivered.

End of the day i received a text message that my shipment was delivered by 3 p:m 16th may.

Also i didn't receive any call from the delivery person but when i went to collect my shipment he asked me to come when he calls. I neither received the call nor my shipment was delivered.

Please look into this matter asap and provide necessary update.

I have not received my shipment yet. Even though I went to receive my shipment the delivery person asked me to come when he calls. I neither received a call nor my shipment was delivered. This is very annoying and careless attitude. How is it possible that the status is updated without delivering it? I need an update on this issue asap.

I was informed that my parcel will be delivered on 11/5/2019. But your service has been so miserable that the parcel has not reached me even after 5 days. I have been calling the service number provided online, but they have the same rote answer memorized and promise me that i will get the delivery the very next day. I have been listening to this same # answer for the last 4 days!!!
I need my parcel delivered to me by this week. Do you people even understand the importance of time??? How long does it take you people to deliver something from delhi to sonepat???

Blue dart chandrapur are not delivering my order, from last 5 days im calling them to deliver my order but they are not recivng the calls and updating that delivery attempted but failed, but they are not even trying not a single call came from their side.
Im trying from last 5days they just giving me mobile numbers to call this guy he have your parcel, i called 4guys and last guy said that the parcel is at office only, i will deliver it by tomorrow and the from the next day he is not receivng my calls.
What to do with this, help me out!!!

First of all i have to say i never experienced this kind of worst service from any courier companies.. My parcel was supposed to deliver two days back, as though i was in home they returned as consignee not available and they were not even call.. The second day i was taken a leave for this, the same thing is repeated.. Im totally disappointed by this kind of service.

Hi Team,

I got call from Blue-dart courier boy Snehankit Hadre ([protected]) from Pune.

Please recruit people in Blue-dart who is having some communication sense.

This guy is veryrude and senseless and also don't know how to speak with customer.

I am rejecting my SBI credit card as this courier boy is not supporting and hopeless.

I hav given my company's address. How the company would allow the third guy inside campus. That agent should call me during delivery. Please relsove it and do reply. Thank you.

I have booked two consignment under the name of the company lotus on 10th may at viman nagar for kanpur and it was promised me to be delivered on 13th as the transit time is 2 days for kanpur.

One consignment [protected] is delivered on 13th and the anolther one [protected] is not yet delivered till this time. Your customer care has told me that this consignment is mis routed by blue dart and will be delivered today. But it is not delivered. It is the sample for some governmnet tender and the dead line was today for the same. If we loose the tender, because of this we would loose the business to the extent of 2.0 cr and we will file a suit against you which please note.

Your customer care is also useless and they are giving only the information available on the site and no higherups came for the escalation call. This is disguisting.
