Delivery boy called me at 2.45 to get my debit card from him. I was not there and so Informed my friend to collect on behalf of me. I said the same with delivery boy and called him back after 15 mins as my friend was waiting at the pick-up point to collect my Citi bank debit card. The delivery man didn't attend my call and he keep on disconnecting. It is disgusting. Frustrated by blue dart service. Even customer care number also not working....

Not found shipment, no response from your agent, i regularly try to contact to your agent but not able to connect, on 18th april your agent come to deliver but i am out of station, so not able to take, after that he say in phone that on 19th he will deliver my shipment, but 19th he neither call to me or not pick phone call, now reply what i am doing now...

A person from blue dart (Ref no ev[protected]) is came to delivered the credit card. He was asking to mother come in parking and collect it. But my mother could not came in the parking. Then he refused to delivered it and badly talked to me. Finally he didn't delivered it. Please take action against him.
This happen on date 22nd april 2019.

Bluedart courier person not comes to given address and even no calls but they change status simply like 'consignee not available'. This type of situation happend me previously also, the same I informed bank and blue dart people also but still they following cheap tricks. I request take some strong action. Thanks...

I supposed to get hdfc debit card from blue dart by 19th april 2019, it was not delivered to me because my address is incorrect, do you think i have opened account with incorrect adress??,

Bluedart employee aslam mannur (Mobile:[protected]) of bluedart delivery center at teacher's colony, did not deliver the package and also upon calling his number he lied that he will deliver it in 1 hour, still he did not show up and i had to collect it from the bluedart delivery center at teacher's colony personally on 20th april.
This is a very pathetic experience please take necessary action against him.

They delayed my courier as it reached sasaram center in 3 days from mumaie, but still sasaram office is not delivering, multiple of people are not satisfied with your sasaram office, you can see the review of sasaram office, they delayed my visa document and talking so rudely and they said me to collect from offfice but till now no action is taken against the sasaram office bihar

It's been 2 days since the product had reached the blue dart express center but hasn't been delivered. Its reached the center by 16/04/2019 and hasn't been delivered yet.
