    Awd no-[protected], the courier is undelivered. The reason given is address untraceable. I have been trying to contact your customer care no- [protected] which is " useless". You claim to be south asia's no-1 but your service is hopeless. I wonder how you became no-1 courier.

            Hello
            This is regarding my clothing order from Paytm which was delivered by blue dart's
            Delivery person Mr.Akil Shaikh
            1) my office address was Tower 14 & he called me to come at Tower 15 very rudely.(distance between T14 & T15 is 300 m & in office hours it is difficult to find time )
            2) he did not responding to calls when I tried to convey him to come at Tower 14
            3) even when I reached to him & asked neatly regarding address as T14 then also he was like very arrogant gunda.
            Hope you will take action at least to have a neat behavior.

              status : prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery

              My waybill no. Is [protected]. I was supposed to get a parcel on 10th of may around 1:37pm, my society is open 24/7 and the security inform us about visitors from the main gate itself, there was no reported delivery guy from blue dart. The tracking status is "prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery" even when there was no entry ever registered. Please attend this issue and deliver as soon as possible. The parcel contains a gift....

              This is regarding the non-delivery of a packet to me from hdfc, with the awb # [protected]. Currently i can see the status as "need department name/extension number". The same is the status for last 5 days. The delivery was supposed to happen on 6th may.

              I don't understand the confusion here. It is a delivery to my home address. We receiving all couriers and postals here without any challenges for last 12 years. Even from blue dart we received many. Wondering whats the challenge here.

                My order awb is [protected] and i waited whole day for the package cuz the message showed that it will be delivered today but there was no any calls or anything... Later at night when i checked it said no consignee at given address... What kind of joke is this? I waited whole day and tracked the package on the map and the courier guy didn’t even came to my area on the map.

                  Blue dart is a good brand but few staff is deteriorating the company name.

                  My name is vinod kashyap and live in sector 41, chandigarh. My bank has dispatched my cards and cheque book through best courier co i. E blue dart but your staff is not interested to deliver the same or not done smart work to trace the location and return my four parcels with awb number :-

                    The packaging was not good and the shoes are placed one over the other without any box ..as well as the shoes are too sticky thats why im not able to wear!
                    I want to replace the product with new one if not wish u to refund my money back !
                    Very dissapointed with the packaging ! And it took 10 days to the product to b in transit! Later i had to call the customer care once i called the product reached ! Saying again help me replace or refund my cash! Thank you

                      This has been happened several times only from bluedart that their delivery person never calls and they don't even attempt for the delivery. Directly shows the status as consignee not available. This is wrong should be taken seriously by the company. This is my second complaint but there is no call from the company so far.

                          Getting constant message from last two days that product will be delivered today. But its not yet delivered.in status they mentioned reason delay caused beyond control. Customer care service is pathetic. They will answer hardly 3/4 times for almost 50 calls and will give false promises. Because of their false promises i waited in the office till night hoping it will be delivered.

                            I received a message from the sender app that my package delivery has failed. Bluedart courier service was assigned for this delivery. When i checked the status at bluedart site, it said "consignee not available" as on 9th may 2019. This is such a false and fake update because the whole day me and my whole family was in the house. Neither any door bell rang, nor anyone (Courier boy) called. We don't sleep in the afternoon. So there is no chance of any calling bell unanswered. Moreover i checked my phn several times because 9th may was the expected delivery. I checked my call history details also. There was no call from any unknown number.

                            This is such a shameful and cheap action by the bluedart employees. Such irresponsible courier services shall never be used.

                              Regarding awb# [protected], the courier boy did not come to building no 20 to dispatch the courier, he called and asked me to come to some place. I i asked him to come the location he is not even answering my call. Courier not delivered yet. I just asked him to come to building no 20 so that i can come and pick up but he is not listening. I called him two times but he is rejecting the call. Please do the needful. Thank you

                                My order from headphone zone was out for delivery on 7th may but it wasn't delivered as tracking status said 'prohibited area and restricted entry'. The same was repeated on the 8th of may. Somehow when there was another delivery done one week back by bluedart, there wasn't any problem. Kindly look into the matter please.                                   My shipment id is ([protected]). I changed my residential address to office address for my shipment.
                                  Yesterday i track the staus of my shipment. Staus updated as "need department number and extension number" how and whom i suppose to provide that number? If any one called me on my provided mobile number regarding that extension number i will give him or just go and pick up parcel at the gate. But no one called when they try to attempt the delivery. It's a worst delivery service from bluedart. I never face such type of non sense earlier.
                                  I am again providing my address. Please call just once. I need that package. I cant able to come there and picked it up. Please help me out to send the package on below address, since the package is ready for delivery. Please take it as high priority and reschedule this to below address. Thanks in advance,

                                    For last 7 days my under ½kg package is lying at delhi and the reason on the tracking is shown as"space constraint at delivery location"
                                    Repeatedly calling there toll free number and landline number is giving no response. No one picks up the landline number given on the website and the toll-free number keeps you on hold for about 15 minutes and then disconnects
                                    Calling the local bluedart office in srinagar gets a routine pathetic response that i should call delhi office.

                                      Bank updated the delivery address to bluedart but they are not initiating delivery process. Still stuck in bluedart office.

                                      I spoke to customer they are saying parcel will come next working in daily basis.

                                      It is going really worst in day by day.

                                      They are very much aware of my new address but still the parcel is going to old address
