I had ordered a watch for which delivery was scheduled today. I had received a message that it would reach to us today. I was waiting for the call when one executive from bluedart panathur bangalore called me and told that it would be delivered tommorrow. I asked for a reason why it couldnt be delivered they did not give a proper response. I then received a message stating that the order would be undeliverable as i was out of the place when it had come for delivery.

What non sense is it??? Can you please explain+?

I have not received my delivery. It was supposed to be delivered by 02-may-19. Though we are in the mentioned address they are saying the consignee not found in the address. Please help me with the issue.
My Credit Card Dileverd Date 30.04-2019 But Till Date I haven, t Recevied my credit card.Before 2 days I call Bluedart Corrier Boy They cant help me.

    Hi there,

    Please take my complaint against this compnay as they are not trying to deliver my credit card, some times either they mentioned incorrect address or delivery failed due to person was not at premises but neither are true in real case.
    I have been waiting for this from so long even called multiple times both hdfc bank and bluedart.
    But bluedart is not even trying to help me they even said they gonna hold it for 7 days but in this 7 days nothing happened.
    Eventually it is going to be delivering back to headoffice at chennai and again gonna come back for redelivery from hdfc bank may be this time from other courier.
    I asked them i could collect card from their office but that is too not an option for them.
    I mean there is not other way they open up for customer to get their issue resolved. It is just that customer and delivery is stuck with them and you have nothing but to regret about it.

    Please do take this complaint seriously and take strict actions against bluedart. Such a pathetic company.

        It is wrost courier service from #bluedart way bill no [protected] the delivery guy has not deliver the packet by american express bank to me. He give the wrong information the contact person is not living the same address. I still there the same that i provide the same address to bank.in 15th may i got the packet way bill [protected] from blue dart on the same address bank from indusind.
        No field person to contact the right owner for the packet. If any loss the courier who will be responsible for this because that is bank and my property no one other else? Kindly resolve this and deliver again other wise i fill my complain against #bluedart

          [protected] is my consignment no. Once when parcel received at the tiruppur hub i called to the office and asked to deliver. They said they do it. But after that they haven't called either the to or send er address's. They have simply return ed it to the origin hub. I want it to be delivered to the to address immediately. Or i can give an alternate address. The delivery executive s have not given a single call... If they would have called i could have collected it from thier office itself. Instead they returned simply.. It is waste of our time and resources

            The status say consignee refuced to accept but i am not refuced no courier boys will contact us, the message come to my phone that the order is cancelled by you, what a hell this is.               I am very unhappy with blue dart service, completely unprofessional manner and was very rude to me as if he is doing some charity service to me.
              I was applied for the hsbc credit card it suppose to delivery on 27th of april but it has not delivered yet it was reached to near to my address but not delivered even they didn't called my number.. If some one trying to reach to my number i will get massage alert.. And one more shocking think is without my concern the shipment is dispatch to kolar... Even i did not mention.. I was called to cust support he asked apologizes and he told he will make next day it will going to delivery but not delivered again next day i had called to blue dart support ms anitha has piked call she told next day it delivery but not delivered... And finally not delivered

                  It's been 2 days since my shipment is out of delivered. I have been home for the past 2 days and every time the reason given is, consignee not available. The waybill number for the order is[protected].

                  Yesterday too, i rearranged for the delivery and was home all day. No one came to deliver the order. But the status went to consignee not available again. I have been waiting for the order for 4 days now.

                  Please look into the matter.

                          I urgently send some documents to be delivered before 4th May 19'. My parcel was supposed to be delivered by 3rd May 19' but it has been delayed. Bluedart Saket, New Delhi branch promised me 100% delivery within 1 day and I paid extra charges for that i.e, Rs. 350.Quality and confidential service has not been made.                               I had ordered a watch which was delivered to me in 2 days however the product along with the packaging was completely damaged. The dial of the watch was completely broken and the delivery guy refused to give my cash back.Even the helpline no wasnt active when i call so there was no way for me to call someone and complaint about the situation.

                                unable to fix a reschedule date

                                Customer care number didn't work at all... It disconnected automatically after keeping me eaitung for around 15 mins multiple times...
                                I want to reschedule a delivery of awb [protected] as the delivery person came very late to the premises and couldn't deliver.
                                It is very urgent as i have to leave for out of town and will come back after a week.. My package could get lost or get returned automatically if i don't collect it...

                                  Awb [protected], [protected] have been tracking since the time they are in bluedart system. No attempts were made by these unprofessional executives and system sends a notification to us stating reasons which are not part of dictionary. No one exists in the place or address, unknown reasons however these are the same folks who were at my place a week before to deliver a visa parcel and now that they are unable to locate me. Very annoying and pathetic.

                                  Spoke to customer care ms. Shikka after 7 attempts to the customer care who personal had taken interest to support however i dont believe the support as genuine as she is doing her job of just to do. Please check and do the needful

                                    Its been 20 days since applied for a debit card replacement with axis bank however there was a delay from the bank and finally when i am about to get the card ship to me through blue-dart yesterday i got a call dated 02/05/2019 from the delivery agent however i wasn't available to receive the parcel informed him that il be back in a day or two and informed him saturday would be confirmed will be back.

                                    Today i called him and asked to deliver it today and someone will be available to receive it as its very important, also told him its ok if he takes few hours as well he arrogantly replied that you had denied the parcel for yesterday and requested for saturday and he cant deliver today also he says now directly on monday he will deliver as per his wish just because i started questioning him
                                    And i also told him that il come in person to the office with my identity card to get the parcel which i was able to receive in the past. He kept denying for that as well.

                                    And being very amend that he will deliver it on monday and as per his timing, when i asked him about the deliver time.

                                    Blue dart i want to question is this kind of staff you people higher and is his kind of customer services provided when you people talk about your company achievements and how efficient you people are when you cant control the basic and important aspect of your company on which your company function's "delivery"

                                    And due to this i am suffering here i am unable t make any of my banking transaction because i am unable to get my debit card which is supposed to be delivered by blue-dart and so many things are on stake as my emi are due from other bank and i have to transfer funds which i am unable to and my u
                                    Due date is set and il be heavily charged if missed any emi, who is gonna take the responsibility of this.
