They are not even tried to ship the order and they are telling address is incomplete many couriers companies has delivered in the same address my way bill no. Is [protected] is this and it has very much important document if it will not be delivered it will be a huge loss for me. And i will file a case against blue dart for doing this type of behavior. Moreover delivery agent did not even call me

Way bill no is [protected] on 23rd status showing premises closed from thereon it is showing "undelivered held at location" for 4 days. Call centre is not responding. This is worst service by you
Please resolve issue and pay penalty for inconvenience. This is credit card form hdfc bank from chennai and very important for me. Respond quickly and resolve asap

The above order was not delivered to me today. I called the delivery guy multiple times, initially he said he will be delivering in the afternoon. I called him again at 4 pm but he said he will be delivering around 6. Evening when i called him and asked he did not respond properly and cut the call. I tried calling him multiple times each time he uses to cut the call.
Now i see an sms saying the order is not delivered as i was not available.
Delivery agent is not professional and is trying to cheat.

Actually i complaints the matter with your customer care today, and the customer person give you dimapur office address, and as per direction i cal the office person, but till now i am unable to get any response from them, please try to give my item as soom as possible. Delivery boy took advantage of my son and took extra ₹500 from him... It was delivered just 30 min ago... He even told him that he paid him extra money but still the delivery man took advantage of his ignorance and got away with it... The order was for ₹899. He firstly gave him ₹1000 but the delivery man asked him for change, so he gave him ₹400. But when he asked ₹500 back, deliveryman denied that he gave him ₹1000 at first and insisted on not taking any extra.
At least be honest. Really disappointed in your work.

I ordered a laptop from Tata cliq and it is delivered through blue dart. I need the laptop by this Saturday. Since 2 days they are telling that the delivery person came and left.on the first day, he told that the delivery got cancelled because my mobile is switched off. It was off for a moment. Can't he call again to ensure it? I left it and on the second day, I contacted the customer care people five times and they told that it will be delivered by today. And after 7:40 Pm they are telling that the delivery person left. When people in urgency, is this the way you people treat them.

Blue dart is not delivering my item, when i am tracking my item they say that consignee is not available. They didn't called once and didnt went to the delivery location and say consignee not available. When i called they say that there are two bluedart offices in the same area, and when i asked the number of other office then he said he doesn't has it. Tried calling bluedart it says number is busy since 1 week.
The thing is i need the product asap but they are just playing around.
Need a realky strict action about this.

I pratik nandkishor rane have booked a mi band 3 on 23 april 2019 from mi store. I have made a online payment of 1999 for the band. My fitness band delivery was arrange with blue dart withorderno.:[protected]/awb:[protected]. My delivery was expected on 25 april 2019 but i got a message from blue dart that my delivery was going to happen today (24 april 2019).in the evening of 24 april 2019 i got a message that my order has been delivered. But i haven't received my order yet. This is just a horrible service of blue dart. How come my order has been delivered if i haven't received it yet?. I request you to check your delivery details as soon as possible. This kind of service was not at all expected from blue dart. Kindly revert as soon as possible with satisfactory answer.

I am available in this address but they will update as no such consignee at the given address. They do not call me for guide the direction or what's another problem. Worst service. Please forward this to bluedart courier service for doing some action. I saw first time this type of service worst service in my life....

My parcel (Awb-[protected]) is still not delivered but it is in calcutta hub and my status is showing that "consignee is out of station" when i am not out of station and they didn't come to deliver even. I dont know on which address they are hoin to deliver my parcel home or office but till now i was not informed vua phone call for the delivery.

I dont know why there is so much negligency by your employees. Please look into the matter. I dont want my parcel to return back.

When ever my parcel come from blue dart, that never deliver to my home most of the time we have to collect that from office and some time my parcel got return just because i was not informed by blue dart office.

If your blue dart office tanda urmar not able to deliver parcel to customer then no need to was money to have office in that location. Or ask your dealer or employee to take action on this matter to resolve this issue.

I was informed last week that i would receive my passport on 19th april. But i haven't received any call for the delivery. To add to this, when i tracked shipment on their site, it says that it has been received by 'lolith' about whom i have no idea. I am trying to reach out their customer service since then but looks like their call center department doesn't work. This is driving me nuts since this is my passport we are talking about here, and without which i will have to cancel my travel to abroad.

Delivery boy called me at 2.45 to get my debit card from him. I was not there and so Informed my friend to collect on behalf of me. I said the same with delivery boy and called him back after 15 mins as my friend was waiting at the pick-up point to collect my Citi bank debit card. The delivery man didn't attend my call and he keep on disconnecting. It is disgusting. Frustrated by blue dart service. Even customer care number also not working. Worst service.

Return reason : the quality of a back case is not good and i didnt got a back case which i booked and it is not worth for 930.

Not found shipment, no response from your agent, i regularly try to contact to your agent but not able to connect, on 18th april your agent come to deliver but i am out of station, so not able to take, after that he say in phone that on 19th he will deliver my shipment, but 19th he neither call to me or not pick phone call, now reply what i am doing now

A person from blue dart (Ref no ev[protected]) is came to delivered the credit card. He was asking to mother come in parking and collect it. But my mother could not came in the parking. Then he refused to delivered it and badly talked to me. Finally he didn't delivered it. Please take action against him.
This happen on date 22nd april 2019.
Please delivered it.
