My abw number is [protected]. I find blue dart guy's not serious about delivering my card. I talked and tell them address with details more than 3 person but no one showed interest to deliver it. Can i know who is concerned person. Yesterday i called customer care and told my issue but nothing happened. Please respond and help to deliver my credit card.

I have paid cash on delivery to the blue dart courier person today itself. It was delivered today its self. I request to stop the payment and return the courier.
Bought 2 saree and 2 kurthas from ladyware.in online shopping site.
But they have sent 4 torn and very old sarees which i want to return and refund. While i check online i found now that it is a fraud site.

Hi team,
The wb number : [protected] has been arrived to my address and the courier boy is not delivering it to me. Kindly check this with him, as he is delivering it to my nearest building i asked him i am coming to your location he denied to deliver. That is my office address and i sit in different building, still he is not ready to hand it over.

I am very unhappy with blue dart service, completely unprofessional manner and was very rude to me as if he is doing some charity service to me. According to that guy he will be only available only between 12-5 pm from mon-sat, so here my question is that should i take leave from my office to get delivered from that stupid guy, i gave him several options:

1) i asked him to deliver to some 1 of my neighbor he is not ready to give.
2) i called him at 7pm he said my duty hour is from 12-5 pm. So i cant deliver right now (He stays near my locality)
3) i said drop my package in your office, i will come and pick from your office, he refused to do so.
3) i again called him on this wed for delivery he said "i am not working today, thats not my problem that you are not getting your delivery do whatever you want to do" i said i will raise complaint against you for this behavior, he said go for it. (This is not the first time he is talking to me in this way, several times repeated in previous conversation as well, attitude throws as if he is any guy from collection department of bank and came to collect my overdue from me)

So here proves that with that guys behavior blue dart takes customers services very lightly and doesn't care about customers complaint.

Package contains my credit card, if anything fraud happens with my a/c or credit card i will not spare blue dart.

I have placed the order via indusind redemption and they provided the tracking number [protected] of blue dart. When i track the order using this id it is still showing the status of order is in gurgon. I have placed this order on apr 9th and still didn't receive it. And i tried to contact bluedart customer care service and there is no response from the toll free numbers and mobile numbers. Please let me know the status of this order.

I am paid debit card block charges... And i have received blue courier service your debit card delivery 26 april... But today date 02.05.2019 but i have not received my debit card your field executive say me this is not my area please visit your branch axis bank... And he know i am all document received this address always.. He say i am not found your address this your excusive...... Very bad service provide.// please give me complete number your courier boy... This is my written request

The product which i ordered is still not received, undelivered shipment held at location is showed in status but i have given the address very clearly, the delivery person also did not call me. It is taking too long, i have ordered it 5 days back, it should have reached by now, this parcel is very important to be reached by today so please resolve the issue soon.

My amex card is to be deilvered at my offfice address. On 25th april i was on duty at my office address but blue dart executive denied me the delivery. I also ready to give my official id as well as government id proof, but he is reluctant to deliver and return my shipment. After more than waiting of 7 days i m now frustrated that what kind of service is given by your esteemed company. It is unnecessary mental harassment for me.

The address was perfectly correct..
They said he cant help until he gets revert from bluedart and its not their job to track the order. They are only there to pocket money of customers. I wanted the order to be delivered on 29-04-19 which also showed out of delivery. But on 01-05-19 also i am struggling for the order.
Please whosoever is reading this do not deal with bluedart. They r the worst. And still my order is not acted upon.

I am sameer bajpai. I have ordered some books from pcmbtoday.dDlivery was assigned to bluedart. it has been 6 days but order is not delivered yet. the status shown:
●wrong pincode
●consignee'S address unlocatable/landmark

The order is in indore (order addressed city) for about 3 days now.

Now I would never advise anyone to orde from bluedart.

Your delivery boys are only rely on mobile no and do not try to little search in case personal can't b contacted, i called him he was very confident that 'bhaiya hum to cable ek taraf dekh sakte.' he just returned infront of my house with wrongly updated in status of premises closed. It is just a irresponsible behaviour without understanding important of delivery of important document. He was so furious that when i asked him that u didn't supply it's ok y u wrongly updated, you replied me 'bhaiya aap to office me aake bata do, jo b batana h.' i request besides understanding of security of important document, delivery of document is also very important. Same to b understand by delivery boy as i had faced the same issue earlier as well with same bluedart office

Not yet received the parcel. While tracking the parcel it shows "delivery attempted-premises closed" but not even received a call from the agent.
Bank send me the new debit card which contains the new chip on that card.
My current card will be destroyed soon because that chip is not fixed on that.
If the agent gave information about the parcel on that time, we tried to get the parcel on time.
Kindly do the needful asap.
