My consignment number is [protected]. Saws delivered but not received. Your person has called me that he will deliver it by yesterday evening but it not delivered. I had tried contact person but his phone is switch off. So kindly send my parcel asap. This is not expected from blue dart like company in future i have to thing to reffer and deal with blue dart

I've placed an order for my hdfc back credit card for which i was supposed to get the delivery by 18th march.
Whenever i track my order, it says returned back due to premises closed whereas i was at home on 18th and 20th whenever delivery was attempted.
This totally looks like blue dart guys are updating fake information at the portal.

Kindly look into it or else i'll have to escalate it!!!

The delivery person hadn't approached me and just updating the status as "need department and extension name" for the past 10 days and the worst case to consider is that i had clearly mentioned my apartment name and flat details which had google location pinged in and also given the clear landmark and not sure how pathetic the service had been. I want to have the products delivered within no time as they had already wasted 10 days without...

Local couriers are more better than bluedart.. Shut down the business i[censored] cant do... One simple courier delivery will never happen properly... Courier guy will never attempt to deliver.. This is second courier same problem... Shipment will be out for delivery by evening address un locatable every time same reason... The seller use blue dart for delivering the product and my product shipped on 12 march and it's 19 march today at 7: 30 am i see that in blue dart tracking page they need my landmark. So how to pickup package...

Product Color, pattern and quality completely different from what I ordered.
They have listed very attractive clothes at there website to attract customers but they deliver poor quality stuff.
This is a fraud company.
I want my 1000 rs. Refund as soon as possible.

To stop delivering for letter courier by way bill no [protected] as we have mentioned wrong address. The letter is to be delivered back from where it is booked.
