This is not first time happen its been happen many time last two time also happen same thing and the delivery time they sapuse to delivery before four pm but there deliverying after 7:30pm this what kind of service

    Sir I am Sanjoy a 75% disable person BlueDart courier misbehaving me with using vulgar language actually I have to receive a item from sbimf having awb no [protected] but they are not delivering it to me telling that nobody was there in my residence but actually I and my wife are always present at my residence but when I contacted them several times to deliver my order they are using unpariamentary word that "sala lengda khud aake lejao " please help me to deliver my order at my residence

      I have ordered a product from nykaa with awb [protected].
      Your bluedart centre at north paravur. (Ernakulam district... Pin code 683520). They didn't even contact me and cancelled the order. This is the worst customer service i have ever faced. When i tried to contact them they scolded me and said it's my responsibility to collect the package from the centre.

        My shipment status is "shipment out for delivery" from yesterday (17 apr 2019). Nobody call me yet. I didn't get any intimation from bluedart. I try to contact the local warehouse at kalamassery. Kochi but no one answering my call.
        Please at least inform me what is happening. When will you deliver the item?

        Now the status turn to "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark".. what a hell is BlueDart?? They even not try to contact me and simply changing the status to ""Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark"".. such a worst company..

          I d"not understand why i have to write you every times to get my delivery. I can provides you so many way bill no, you deliver in my address but every times i have to complain you for the delay in delivery.. Why why... I have complaint in this portal so many times against blue dart for getting delivery. The waybill no : [protected]is held up at its office reason is fake or may be their problem of area/channel of delivery (Either it is in rajarhat or dumdum). Another way bill no [protected], its fate will be the, will be kept hanging to be delivered.
          I have not seen such a worse courier company having big name.

              They delayed my courier as it reached sasaram center in 3 days from mumaie, but still sasaram office is not delivering, multiple of people are not satisfied with your sasaram office, you can see the review of sasaram office, they delayed my visa document and talking so rudely and they said me to collect from offfice but till now no action is taken against the sasaram office bihar

                It's been 2 days since the product had reached the blue dart express center but hasn't been delivered. Its reached the center by 16/04/2019 and hasn't been delivered yet. For the last two days, they have sent a message that premises were closed and didn' even contact me. I've been in my home for the last two days and there were no signs of attempt.

                  This complaint is to report that a purchase that i had made online after making full payment (Including shipping costs), the courier service is refusing to delivering the product unless an extra large sum of fees is paid.

                  My name's rakesh; i reside in new zealand and i had purchased a celebrity perfume spray (M by mariah carey perfume) online from perfume.com, an american company on april 5th, for my sister dr shimna as a birthday gift. The product cost me nz $27.42 (1, 279 rupees) and an additional nz $23.41 (1, 092.30 rupees) was paid for shipping and delivering costs. My family happened to contact me today (April 18th 2019) and said that a customer care lady rang them saying that an additional payment of rs 1497 (Nz $32.11) need to be paid as delivering fees. I informed my family that all shipping costs have been paid and there is no need to pay any additional fees. Later my family rang me and said a delivery guy showed up at home to deliver the product and asked for rs 1497 as holding fees or else the product is not going to be delivered (My family had noticed that the parcel was labelled with blue dart sticker). When my family informed the man that all shipping costs were paid he took off immediately saying that if you dont have the money the product cant be delivered. I found this extremely appalling, confusing and ridiculous considering the fact that when i paid for shipping costs, it was to have it delivered to the address given and not to the blue dart courier company address. Besides the cost of the actual product is 1, 279 rupees and they are asking for rs 1497 delivering cost which is even higher than the product. The delivery guy came from blue dart branch at leela plaza ulloor, kochulloor, thiruvananthapuram, kerala 695011. The address that they had to deliver was only 300m away. I tried to ring their number provided online but its switched off; i tried to contact other trivandrum branches and they were all unattended. This is blatant rip off and this is the second time this is happening to me (Last time it was dhl couriers which sits in the same leela plaza building at kochulloor; at that time my sister was ripped off nearly 3000 rupees).

                  Please do the necessary to have them deliver the parcel at the address they are supposed to, coz they have no right hold a parcel where all shipping costs are paid. The address the parcel has to be delivered is :

                    I haven't received the bluedart courier yet and it shows the status as prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery.

                      I am facing issue on your delivery agents and your customer care number for delivering my hdfc credit card.
                      At that time of I am in office they will call me it was not reachable, because in office signals wont come, When i saw missed call alert i will call it was not connecting the call to the delivery person.
                      I tried to call customer care minimum of 1000 times for different customer care numbers which are available in google.Now the track was showing return to origin.what i have to do now to get my hdfc card.Please do the needful . Such a worst service which i had seen ever.

                              Hi team.. This letter is subject to tracking number [protected]. I received a text message on my number stating the order will be delivered to me by 17th april.. However today 16th april 10 pm i got a text message stating that my order is not delivered as there was a problem related to address.. Just to tell you place place where i stay is one of the prime locations and easy to trace.. And its not first time i am ordering something online.. I have ordered products online and they are delivered to me to my address.. So how come my address is an issue this time. If there is any issue any courier or delivery person should call me and intimate me about it that they are reaching at my place so can keep a track of it.. It such a poor customer service. And i need the product to be delivered today anyhow at my address before 12 pm today.. As i am a working person.. And whole day i cant wait for the delivery person. Rather intimate me the time or call me and take my expected time to deliver the order.. I will escalate this matter to md level if it's not delivered today before 12 pm..                                 My ref number is:ev[protected], when i check in online status is showing as "c'nee shifted from the given address. I am staying there from past three years. I don't know why they have updated like that. Please ask them to contact to mobile number/phone number given in the courier. I have not seen any issues with other courier service.

                                  I must say that i had the worst experience with from this courier company service, especially the one available at ujjain.
                                  My product wasnt delivered to on time saying the delivery boy was not available?? (Not even reasonable)
                                  I had to go halfway across the city to bluedart office to get the product and when i reached there, the employers were so ignorant that they couldn't even care to apologise for the delay. They couldn't even talk to me properly instead they talked to me as if they were botherless. This is not how you deal with customers. I had pretty high expectations of this company owing to its reputation but it just didn't seem to click in my case. The worst experience ever. Oh, you gotta check where the office lies in ujjain. You won't even find it if you follow it through google map.

This shows how careless employees are in this company. I called so many times in toll free no. Inspite of this my problem is not solved yet . I’m not getting my Hdfc card . Pls give some good response and solve my problem . And try to give delivery boy details on tracking detail also . They help to contact the person .

                                      I ordered a product by goquii company when I tracked my product they show undelivered shipment held at location but my product actually came to my region but not me please solve this and send my product
                                      Recently I was received my credit card but pin number was not received I was complained about my pin number
                                      They realized and sent pin number through you bluedart courier but your courier boy was came and he given the courier some other person's is it correct? Now that courier was missing? What I do ?

                                        My shipment from HDFC bank credit card is not delivered on time my way bill no. Is ([protected] ) this is showing how much careless is your company they give very bad message from such big brand company like bluedart highly disappointing customer service by bluedart .                                         My credit card not received but actual status was delivered this courier. But delevari person is close my file and atem
