I dont know what you guys are doing, delivery boy didnt call me a single time also but in response they had mentioned that customer unavailable this is the worst courier partner i have seen. I ordered from shopclues.com before products and all i received from different courier. But i dont know why this time they sent through bluedart this is the worst worst courier.

Hi team.. This letter is subject to tracking number [protected]. I received a text message on my number stating the order will be delivered to me by 17th april.. However today 16th april 10 pm i got a text message stating that my order is not delivered as there was a problem related to address.. Just to tell you place place where i stay is one of the prime locations and easy to trace.. And its not first time i am ordering something online.. I have ordered products online and they are delivered to me to my address.. So how come my address is an issue this time. If there is any issue any courier or delivery person should call me and intimate me about it that they are reaching at my place so can keep a track of it.. It such a poor customer service. And i need the product to be delivered today anyhow at my address before 12 pm today.. As i am a working person.. And whole day i cant wait for the delivery person. Rather intimate me the time or call me and take my expected time to deliver the order.. I will escalate this matter to md level if it's not delivered today before 12 pm.. My ref number is:ev[protected], when i check in online status is showing as "c'nee shifted from the given address. I am staying there from past three years. I don't know why they have updated like that. Please ask them to contact to mobile number/phone number given in the courier. I have not seen any issues with other courier service.

I must say that i had the worst experience with from this courier company service, especially the one available at ujjain.
My product wasnt delivered to on time saying the delivery boy was not available?? (Not even reasonable)
I had to go halfway across the city to bluedart office to get the product and when i reached there, the employers were so ignorant that they couldn't even care to apologise for the delay. They couldn't even talk to me properly instead they talked to me as if they were botherless. This is not how you deal with customers. I had pretty high expectations of this company owing to its reputation but it just didn't seem to click in my case. The worst experience ever. Oh, you gotta check where the office lies in ujjain. You won't even find it if you follow it through google map.

I am v r e s santosh kumar. Recently icici bank has send me a credit card through yor courier sevice to my old office address. I requested your customer care to send it to my home address that is mulalanka, kalidindi mandal, krishna district, andhra pradesh-521344. And the delivery branch location is bhimavaram. My home village is 36km distance to bhimavaram location. The delivery boy called me and said to me to visit the branch. And i visited the branch and requested them with my original id proof. But they did not deliver parcel to me and they have returned to the bank. I am very unsatisfy with your service. If any possible please send that courier to my home address.

Worst service by you . Your company delivery boy roaming around my house but not delivered my shipment and even he not give me call or message I continue tracking live where is he . Then I register my complaint Still not giving any response of my complaint no. ( 652085 ) . My shipment from HDFC bank credit card is not delivered on time my way bill no. Today dated 15/04/2019 my courier is came from gurgaon, delivery boy display status that premises locked without went to delivery address. I am at my home all the time today. I track on net & status updated as premises locked. I went to blue dart office and the boy said we not gave u courier here, we gave u at ur add. I have all my identities with me but he don't deliver me my courier, such a bad experience.

I had an courier sent to me, i have given them my no and address but it was not delivered to me so i try to connect the Ahmadabad branch via call but it was always busy and if it not busy then also no one pics it up. I also sent an email for that but no reply.But after some days i again called them and they say its returned to the sender. They didn't even try to contact me for the problem. Then i call to the customer care they also did not give me satisfactory reply and hang up on me. So, is this your hospitality ? No other courier service does this. This is the worst service i have ever seen.

BLUE DART कोरियर का डिलीवरी मेन 17 नग लेकर आया था पहले सारा सामन दूसरे दुकान दार को invoice के साथ दिया। आप भी जानते हैं मार्केट में कितना कॉम्पटीशन हैं । उस दुकानदार ने सारे invoice की फोटो खींच कर बिल वापस दे दिया। जब हमने शिकायत करी तो गलती मानने को तैयार नहीं हुआ बदतमीज़ी करने के बाद सारा माल वापस ले कर चला गया । इसकी शिक़ायत जरूर करे । Photo Attached of delivery man, please take action against this person

Is this a joke?? Blue dirt delivery boy Amit Biswas is threatening me(from his another number) not to call him, he will call me when he wants to. I am afraid right now. I ordered two "Rupa Jon white cotton" from PAYTM website order number is- [protected]. Order reference number is [protected]. The date of delivery WAS 10th April. Now he is IGNORING me. He not even answering my call from last 4days. What needs to be done by me? In fact paytm is also not helping me I lodged a complain about it in paytm and they told it is not their responsibility.. paytm complain I'd is[protected]

At your zirakpur office they didn't give me info about my courier, I hand over the my mobile no and reference no. But now I am checking online, remark is that address is unlocatable. I went there for this reason only. That only blue dart courier will do this. They didn't even call me for this. Every other courier company call you when don't find address.This is second time happened with me, What should I do.

The consignment with blue dart awb# [protected] was scheduled to be delivered on 3/04/19.. Without attempting delivery, the status shows address not locatable.. I rescheduled the delivery but there has been no intimation in this regard. The delivery executive hasn't contacted me even once. This has been happening from the past four days consecutively.. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

I have received call after 1 week then the courier guy have not delivered on the day when i got call instead he told that as he got some work he couldn't deliver. And on next day as i called him and asked when can i expect my debit card then he was telling that it will be sent by some other person as he is on leave and that day this guy took all details and after long time i dint got any call nor msg and he dint deliver to me and when i. Checked the status it's showing that ("delivery of your icici bank shipment will be attempted by blue dart today. Track on *") later after so many calls i received this msg (Dear customer, blue dart were unable to deliver shipment a# from icici bank. To update your address, please call icici bank customer care)

My sbi add-on credit card has been dispatched today i received the call from deliver boy. Due to address change i told him that i will come to my previous address along with my existing credit card and also valid address proof. He refused to give the card and he is speaking rudely and switch off his phone multiple times i've tried to call him and pleased to provide me the card as it was bit urgent. Then also he refused to provide me the card and stating that he will send to bank. Seriously i never expected this kind of reaction from a reputable company like bluedart. Don't provide my card to me that's ok but ask your employees to maintain some dignity and maintain a healthy relationship with customer. Thank you

My waybill number is [protected] and it must be delivered today but not. Even i called them twice and they said me that our executive is out for delivery of your shipment. Even they mentioned my delivery is completed because of landmark is needed even i provided them my land mark also. I request to contact me tomorrow on my contact which was provided by dbs bank. And deliver me my shipment tomorrow. My land mark is opposite central jail, jail road indore.

Sir my name is harman preet singh i belong to india, punjab district gurdaspur and i had a worry of stolent my passport from blue dart mumbai and i sent 2passport from blue dart mumbai to blue dart delhi office but the parcel which the blue dart give me, the parcel contain only one passport but i had give 2passport to blue dart for corrier, the date of the corrier is 6 march 2019 sirr plz help me i had worry about my passport
