I had ordered a khadi natural shampoo and my delivery address was mahindra city, paranur, kanchipuram, tamil nadu. Blue dart postal service was handling the delivery. I tried to call on their customer care number several times yet it was always busy. Actually due to some issues, i had requested them to return the product back to khadi natural but these fellows instead of returning it or at least delivering it to me so that i could return it back, they delivered it to some other person in maraimalai nagar named chandru.
Despite sending them several mails on their customer service mail id, these fraud corrupt people never responded. Not even once. It's a shame to have people and services like these who cheat people's trust. Shameful and fraudulent. I wonder why india can never prosper. It's because of such shameless, fraudulent low life people who test consumer's patience every now and then. Worst service ever.

Yours delivery boy call me and says he stand up on my location but i am waiting 25 minute i call him but he did not recive my call and he call me after 30 minute and says to me he attempted my address nobudy at home he attemped tomorrow. so plese solve my problem plese. your delivery boy contect number is [protected]

Blue dart at boduppal branch at hyderabad is undelivering my courier which i got 20 days back. They are simply ignoring saying as address incorrect. I checked with the send of my adress and it is correct. I personally visited blue dart office to collect my courier but they delayed it that thaty vl not deliver at courier center and they spoke very rudely. Is this kind of service blue dart provide service to customers i am totaly flustrated with blue dart

I was supposed to get the shipment yesterday (21/02/2019) and was informed by bluedart via sms. Expected time of delivery at my office was not intimated to me in advance. I kept on waiting for the shipment till 1.00 pm. When i left my office for lunch, i got a call from the delivery guy. I told him to wait for five minutes, but he refused and moved ahead. Today (22/02/2019, when i tracked my shipment i find that the shipment was not delivered to me yesterday as i have shifted my office address and was not traceable. I called up local blue dart office and asked about this strange information about my shifting. I have not received the shipment as yet. This is a gross negligence in service. The Consignment has to deliver on 16th Feb but no call from Blue Dart (Delivery Delayed). There is no reason provided for Delivery Delayed. I got the call from 18th Feb and told the delivery person to deliver me on the office Address. He Agreed and he told he knows the location and he told it will be deliver on the same day(18th Feb)

Status was C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address on 20th Feb,
This is my office Address, it never shifted. For cheating the user you just put some comments on your website.

On top of that, I have written so many complaints from their website. There is no proper response. I sent follow up emails also but no proper answer. In my email I clearly told, if you do not respond I will raise a complaint in the Consumer Complaints forum. For that also they never bothered. So there is no other option for me, So I'm writing here.

I asked so many persons to provide your Area Manager Number, none ready to give.

I got some number for blue dart, but that guy was keep disconnecting my call.

I got a missed call from some of the service guy from Blue Dart. I tried calling him back 5 times. He picked my call on 6th time only. He was not ready to hear what I'm trying to say. He says I will deliver your consignment only around 9 PM.
These people don't even know where Jayadeva Hospital located.

If you people not interested to deliver, you can reach us to our Mobile number. So that we can come and pick up our consignments.

Please do not use this service for Urgent Deliverables.

The delivery person never called me at 10 am yesterday (20 feb 2019) but updated has customer rescheduled delivery., later on the same date shipment was out for delivery all of sudden at 1:00 pm soon after 4:00 pm updated as prohibited area cannot deliver.

Called customer care smita today to know about this but she was not at all helpful instead she was rude and didn't answer any questions later she ended the call. I would request you to take a look at such employees. I have the phone recording with me just listen to the recording she was so ignorant and i'm very disappointed.

Today (On 20th feb'19) i got a message that card has been delivered but i was not available in mentioned delivery address, actually i was updated my permanent and communication address through axis bank mobile app but only permanent address got updated but communication address not get updated. I was contacted on the first day of attempt to delivery, i asked to deliver the next day, even mentioned the time.
Nobody contacted me the following day yet i received a message that the person was unable to deliver. Also the link in the message to report an issue against the order doesn't open.
Only three attempts are made and then the product gets cancelled. This issue recurred quite a no of times that the delivery person doesn't call after the first attempt and the product gets returned.
Really fed up with such inconveniences!

Hi, i am a corporate customer & my bank sent some important details to my home address, but when the delivery person showed up, i wasn't at home. He called me and started abusing me for not being at home and said he threatned to purposefully throw away my package and i wont be able to get my package.

I am extreamly hurt and want to bring it to attention. Since my package is still with bluedart and it has important things. I am not disclosing the awb number

I have to inform you that karvy fintech had couriered my document in april 2018 with tracking no [protected]. As per there reply courier company says it has been delivered. I have not recieved the courier and has been following up with karvy since august 2017. The address where it was mailed was locked, please let me know who has recieved my document and which date. If you are unable to give me details i will have to lodge a compaint with local police station.

I ordered 7 feb 2019 universal bike body cover by shop-clues, but after i known by my mistake wrong address by pin code, after i try to return and cancel the orderd but no link show for return and cancel, or no response by shop-clue and blue dart. I already paid by debit card, no refund, many problem faces everyday.

There are 2 items to be delivered. The address was my office one, as my office is closed on saturday there's no one to accept the delivery. On saturday 16 feb evening at around 7:30 i got 2 sms saying my order is delivered. When i checked using the online tracker, there it says delivered to self. As there's no one in the office to confirm i waited for monday to check if it really delivered. On monday, when i inquired with office front desk/reception there's no entry for saturday deliveries in the log book. How can you guys deliver items without checking a valid id? And how can an item be delivered, when there's no one there.

I ordered a combo of fossil watches but i got delivered a combo of fastrack watches which is of poor quality and i want the amount to be refunded.
The watches seems to be not genuine and of no use. I didnt ordered the brand which i got, it is completely different.
Kindly revert back and address my problems.
