Hi team,

Hdfc bank send me courier through blue dart courier service on 12th jan 2019. But i did not received yet and they mentioned the status is address is not correct.

They just update status and not tried to deliver to me since address is correct. Even they did not called me for landmark at the time the searching my address.

I need to deliver my courier package tomorrow itself.

Your service delivery is very bad and unethical. How can your employees tell such blatant lies that delivery was done but no one found.
They never even bother to call if delivery address is not found.
I am sure the delivery issues are lot and many people must be finding same issues with bluedart.
And the customer care service is the worst i have found... They don't know any manners of how to even talk decently....

My 2 yes bank account kit by by your courier company bluedart parcel dispatch no. [protected] and 2nd parcel no. [protected] not received till date. I call your delivery men but he didn't give response me so i request you please deliver my kit on my adress qtr no bm 203/02 3 eme centre near panama canteen 3 eme centre bairagarh bhopal pin number 462031...

I placed an order which is supposed to delivered by bluedart. I didn't get any call from the delivery person and they didn't attempt to delivery my order, but they are updated product status as the customer was not available. While i called the customer care they talked in very bad manner. Then they delivered my order on some wrong address with out calling my number. This is the 3rd time this thing happened with me and i am highly disappointed...

My name is jyoti. I am very disappointed by your executive because i was got the message in my phone on jan 14. I will get my card by today but i have not received my card yet.. My blue dart tracking number is - [protected]. Please solve my query as soon as possible. And take a strong action for irresponsibility of executive[protected].

I order a mi note 6 pro as they said it will be delivered atleast in 3 days and now they said 12 to 21 days why so much time in delivering so worst courier no update status i will never recommend bluedart a good courier service they lie and don't delivered in time very worst courier ever their ph no. Is also not working. If i know it i will not come in time why wasting my time instead i have to buy it from here.....

One of your staff sabir shaikh have misbehaved with me while i have visited your registered office of nanpura surat. I have asked my courier non delivery reason at that time also he had given wrong reason of delivery... My house is open at all time 24hr... Then also they have updated that resident was locked... Request you to please do the needfull on urgent basis and also educate your that how to behave with customer...

Hi sir on 12 jan my shipment status say it got delivered from porur blue dart but none of them contact us and on the same date by 9:11 it say consignee not in this address; today on 14 jan it say the shipment delivery by 10:31 i have given my number but still not it was not delivered. The below mentioned way bill courier not received till now. The status showing in the web site consignee address unlocatable, if it is unlocatable means you should have to call to customer. Nothing response has not come from your side

My blue dart courier waybill no [protected] is showing as delivered but the package hasn't been received by the recipient. It status shows the it was delivered to the recipient but the recipient was not even in town that day.
Please investigate the matter or i will open a case in consumer court against this mal practice by the company....

A msg received from your end as "unable to deliver shipment and update your address". My address is in order as i confirmed this over phone. While discussion over phone that person assured to deliver the item before next day morning 9:00 am. But i contacted and requested over phone more than three times. Sill i have not received the letter from icici bank. Kindly help to deliver....

I needed the parcel urgently, the delivery address was office address, being a sunday it was closed, i asked mr vikas aggarwal to wait for a min so that i'll provide him a nearby location to deliver the parcel on that day itself, after agreeing to wait and deliver the parcel, he took off to deliver another parcel, and asked me to pickup from the location, he even told me his name to raise a complaint against him but refused to deliver...

My bill no awb [protected] was no delivered saying address not found. They had not contact me regarding the shipment. Our employee has made courier from verna, industrial estate, goa with way bill no. : [protected], we made speed courier service (Domestic priority-most urgent basis) on 11-01-19 in such away the document should reach on 12-01-19 by 12pm.

We received documents but the documents are in cut condition... The documents contained in it are rs.1000/- bond and legal papers-10.

I would like to bring attention in your mind that how your delivery person talk and insist costumer to come on his desire place to receive delevery,
Your staff pavan who called me about my parcel so on same time i told him my registered address and how to reach on my registered address. But he was ready to listen, what i was telling...

I am really pissed off due to very bad service from bluedart. My delivery was supposed to be delivered on friday and since i wasn't available at my premises on friday, i requested the delivery person to deliver the parcel on saturday to my home address to which he politely agreed.

But on saturday, i never received my parcel or not a call from the delivery person for which i waited until 1 pm and then i tried calling the delivery...

Tracking number is [protected], it has reached jamnagar 4daya earlier. And they say it's wrong pin, i called up customer care thrice and they keep updating my number for a call every now and then. My simple question is why can't they give a call. Horrible customer service.. Now my call is not getting connected to customer care. When i asked them to transfer to super visor... It got disconnected... Horrible. Get this transferred to ins valsura....
