This is regarding my courier with ref awb [protected], as i am not available on the delivery address so this needs to be delivered to the below address. Please it's need to be delivered urgently.

My courier from HDFC bank returned without any phone call to me.Even when we phone to gandhidham branch no body pick up phone lots of time we connect to branch. After lots of cal trying they picked up phone and say us to receive courier from branch but when we go there they said courier send back to HDFC bank.
Third class service by this branch.
no body take it seriously.
this is my second bad experience with the same branch. i dont know why they not attend call ??

Courier package awb [protected] has not been delivered despite of complete address furnished on the package, it contains important documents and has been carelessly handled and non delivered. the documents have been sent back to panchkula which we fail to understand, despite having activated the mail and the messaging service, none of them were ever sent to us, this doesnt augur well with such reputed companies.

Dear concern,
I have done courier with blue dart on 24/1/19 from lakhimpur kheri to navi mumbai. My way bill no is [protected]. I have received my courier totally damaged, so i want to claim for it. My handset screen is damaged and it is not getting on too. I want this handset replaced or get repaired by blue dart.

Hope you see to it and look to my complaint and resolve it as soon as possible.

I want to get it resolved and get my handset replaced as soon as possible.

Box of 42 kgs has been handed over to mr jay biswas rep of blue dart on 18 dec 18 vide above mentioned way bill no [protected]. 03 boxes of 14 kgs each was combined and make into a single case case marking on box was aflc (Bkp)/mtv/589/1-1 at the time of delivery at af stn udhampur only 01 box of 14 kgs has been deliverd. Left over 02 boxes of same size and weight (14 kgs each) has not been delivered. It is seems that the box was disintegrated at the time of delivery kindly look into the matter and deliver the left over consignment to the delivery point at the earliest.

My credit has been not delivered till now while tracking the with my a. W. B number [protected] it showing that consignee address is not located, he had my mobile number also i had not even called me and more over till now i have received all my cards but why address has been not located to him. Before this i have called customer blue dart he said that it will delivered . Has been not deliverd without calling to customer or not even droped any message how it would be consignee address is not located. While your giving any anything to customers your responsibility is to call and after complaining delivery boy called just saying straight forward that I can't delivery your card from madinaguda to beermaguda just it will take 15 to 20 minutes to before that i have taken the three cards by self. So look in to forward for this and reslove the issue asp.

On 27th dec a parcel was delivered through bluedart. Order number :[protected].
I had asked the blue dart rep if i can make an online payment. He told me that there is a process of making online payment and the payment went through mosambee. I made a payment of 2400. The rep told me that the payment is not reflected from their end and wanted cash payment. Even though i had a confirmation that the payment was processed through mosambee, but the rep disagreed to it and asked me to contact the bank. And the rep collected cash payment for 2400. I called my bank and lodged a complaint and they confirmed that the payment has been processed. I am attaching the screenshot of online payment.
Kindly check and refund the amount

Mera credit card aana tha bluedart k dvara, patel nagar Bahadurgarh se mujje phn aaya non delivered bataya gya mei kaam se bhar tha gher mei kisi ne phn utaya unone bdi batmizzi se baat ki. Baad mei maine apne office address pr mangana chaya lakin unone pir meri baat nhi suni.

The osmanabad blue dart service provider is very pathetic n hoples hey don't no the important of documents or courier. He didi not inform the customer and return d product by is own. I call d blue dart office he not given any information about my courieer or his language problem

How I request blue dart for reattempt delivery. I have mailed customer service for the same but not receive replies.

I have many times called to customer care number but no response from blue dart.

I also approach to Delhi number there also not respond by anyone.

No doubts his service are good but delivery man has must call to consignee for packet.

Also I have been not called for non delivery.

Kindly note that the address for delivery is my residence, however the delivery person says he is unable to reach my house and insist that they would deliver it to my office. When i am in a meeting at the office, they attempt for a delivery and refuse to come to the office to delivery. This has been going for almost a week now. I am requesting a delivery in the morning or before 2 pm at my residence. After 3 pm at office. Till date i have been made to run from post to pillar and the delivery boys speak rudely in the local language. Request you to help me get the delivery of my package.

I ordered a smart watch named krypton lem7. And it is delivered to me through blue dart. But, when i opened the box the smart watch that i ordered was not there, i found another brand named watch in there. So, i want to return the product and want my money back as soon as possible. Hoping a better and speed responce from your side blue dart.
Note: i didn't even completely open the product and bills are there and please return the product and refund my money as soon as possible.

My courier bearing awb# [protected] was about to be delivered today by bluedart aligarh, up. I received the message that the shipment was delivered to me at 15:24 but the delivery was never attempted by the delivery guy. I feel some kind of fraud here. Respond to my query asap because services like these can prove to be fatal to your company.

While other courier services finds the address easily, but blue dart finds it difficult. I am in urgent need of the product but, you guys do not even try to contact us to find the location,
but easily have a way out to say ADDRESS NOT LOCATABLE. More over your customer care number DOESN'T WORK. Pls Deliver as promised, if cannot don't promise.

Worst service of blue dart.

I was just waiting for my amex cart at my office location. Blue dart courier spoils my all the travel plan, since they mentioned the wrong status and don't deliver the card. And also customer care doesn't support me. Just they put i can set the priority, what i will do with priority, anyone needs their package on time.

It was not first time, i had face the similar situation in past as well.

There is no worst service than this. Very very cheap service.
