My name is rakesh pal i was suppose to receive a courier ([protected]) today but amazingly courier guy did not reached at my home and delivery status got updated "delivery attempted-premises closed" this is how they buy the time.

If the door was closed, however my entire family was available at home, they could have called me up but the call was not being made.

This is just the tactics to achieve their eta, would request you to take strict action against them.

      Parcel shipped on 10th jan 2019 and arrived at nearest location on 12th jan 2019.

      Till today 21st january delivery not done and never contacted on phone for delivery. Wrong status updating in delivery centre that item out for delivery, then without making any phone call status updated "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed".

      Very poor service, for same address i got delivery before twice and once the item returned in past. I don't on what basis they are doing this. If they don't have service to the destination address should not pick up the shipment.

Your executive not wait for 10 minit and refuse to delivery of curior and his behaviour not genuine with us. And till the date curior not received.         I had claimed for the axis debit card as it was lost, so the axis bank sent the card through blue dart to deliver the card. But after some days it reached BIAL later on it said it was delivered to some unknown person. But i didnt received the shipment at all. Please help me out...

          My credit card was sent by sbi to my home address vide no. Ev[protected]. On tracking online i came to know that my card was returned due to insufficient address. But i want to state that my address us 100% correct. I recieve all my letters on the same address. My house number and mobile number is also mentioned in my address.
          I want to complaint against delivery person of blue dart courier company who has returned my card without any reason.

            Debit card sent by icici was not delivered even i got meessage from blue dart stating 'your shipment will be delivered by so and so person today'.. Waited.. Waited and went to their bachupally, hyderabad office to collect it personally.. By showing my identity. As sankranti festival just got over there's very less staff in their office. When i enquired about my shipment, they said as there's no staff today we are not able to deliver you today nor cannot give it to you directly as there's no sorting people.. Really its # service not #bluedart courier.. Never try blue dart courier

              I am pratheesh, residing at 46/438a, karaparambil house arkkakadavu road vennala po, cochin -682028. I applied for a credit card and credit card was approved an send by last week 07th. Today is 19th still i didn't get ur card, i called several times with blue dart courier, they will not reply me promptly, they tell last date will reach me is 15th. This complaint is against blue dart only. This much of days even they didn't call me also, i tracked for it, if i call their representative i won't get a correct answer.
              I am staying in cochin city only within 5km. Not 50km. Take this as a serious issue and i want a reply from your side at the earliest

              My parcel status show that consignee's address unlocatable landmark needed but actually my address is active on Google map so how they declared that my address is unlocatable I want my delivery. And u don't have free customer care service very bad service ever of blue dart.

                I am literally shocked at the pathetic services of your esteemed organization. You charged extra that too with a commitment for a delivery to be made within 12 pm the next day... But surprising indeed!!!.. That your courier services are so pathetic that no one takes the onus from your company for the timely delivery that moreover the customer care executives do not have the minimum sense of responsibility when spoken to, are highly unprofessional, does not even know to speak to an external customer.
                Please have some training sessions done for them to handle grievances.

                Meanwhile since you have failed your commitment for the timely delivery, please refund the premium amount that you have charged on account of the same.

                    Hdfc bank send me courier through blue dart courier service on 12th jan 2019. But i did not received yet and they mentioned the status is address is not correct.

                    They just update status and not tried to deliver to me since address is correct. Even they did not called me for landmark at the time the searching my address.

                    I need to deliver my courier package tomorrow itself.

                      Your service delivery is very bad and unethical. How can your employees tell such blatant lies that delivery was done but no one found.
                      They never even bother to call if delivery address is not found.
                      I am sure the delivery issues are lot and many people must be finding same issues with bluedart.
                      And the customer care service is the worst i have found... They don't know any manners of how to even talk decently.

                          This is regarding dispatch/ delivery of my parcel through bluedart courier service with tracking no [protected] to babrala, sambhal on pin code - 242021 (U. P) which was given on 11.01.2019. The expected delivery of service was on 14.01.2019. But the same is not delivered till today. When i have called them, the service and responce from blue dart is annoying and highly unprofessional.
                          The courier company neither attempted delivery of the items nor contacted us telliphonecally. When i hv made call to them they told that they will call me after one hour i. E. At 12:00 noon but i dint recived any call yet...

                          When i was giving my parcel for delivery i. E. On 11.01.2019 i hv asked them whether they hv acces to the area mentioned on my parcel, they replied yes. If the area mentioned in the address is not under their service area, they should not accept the delivery of the parcel...

                          Thereafter, i hv made several calls to blue dart but they are simply making us fool no one is responding and they are puting me on hold more than 5 minets every time.. And simply disconnecting the call.

                          Mere kuch document 11rh januart ko aane thai..delivery karne ka bhi message aaya tha..par 11th ki sham ko msg aaya ki location unlocatable hai..par kisi bhi courier boy ne koi bhi call nhi ki..mera address house no 79 village sikhera post pilkhuwa district ghaziabad pin 245304 hai..

                            This is very rude response from a courier service. When i was giving my parcel for delivery i. E. On 11.01.2019 i hv asked them whether they hv acces to the area mentioned on my parcel, they replied yes. If the area mentioned in the address is not under their service area, they should not accept the delivery of the parcel beforehand, further if they do eccept, they should atleast make an attempt to deliver the same or they should call, but they did not do either of these and the reaponse was extremely poor.
                            If the company got some ethics and service policies and have acces to this review, i want escalation of this poor service rendered by blue dart company.

                            I re-itrate that there was not even a single attempt made to deliver the parcel and not even a single phone calls made by blue dart courier company to us and that is too after charging a high amount. They are simply looting the public and making them troubled.

                              I placed an order which is supposed to delivered by bluedart. I didn't get any call from the delivery person and they didn't attempt to delivery my order, but they are updated product status as the customer was not available. While i called the customer care they talked in very bad manner. Then they delivered my order on some wrong address with out calling my number. This is the 3rd time this thing happened with me and i am highly disappointed with this service.

                                  I order a mi note 6 pro as they said it will be delivered atleast in 3 days and now they said 12 to 21 days why so much time in delivering so worst courier no update status i will never recommend bluedart a good courier service they lie and don't delivered in time very worst courier ever their ph no. Is also not working. If i know it i will not come in time why wasting my time instead i have to buy it from here..

                                    One of your staff sabir shaikh have misbehaved with me while i have visited your registered office of nanpura surat. I have asked my courier non delivery reason at that time also he had given wrong reason of delivery... My house is open at all time 24hr... Then also they have updated that resident was locked... Request you to please do the needfull on urgent basis and also educate your that how to behave with customer in service industry... Waiting for your positive response.

                                      Hi sir on 12 jan my shipment status say it got delivered from porur blue dart but none of them contact us and on the same date by 9:11 it say consignee not in this address; today on 14 jan it say the shipment delivery by 10:31 i have given my number but still not it was not delivered. My name is sudheesh murali and shipment is on my wife name veena sudheesh for your info and and i have already raised an issue with blue dart but they just send me a standard comment request you take necessary action.
