I am from srinagar jammu &kashmir. The blue dart here in srinagar is the worst courier copmany i have ever seen. What they do is terrible. They keep parcels there n didnot call the customer nor they bother to deliver the parcel. My parcel is there from three days but they are not picking up the call. Nor they call me. Can u tell me what will i do. Because i am not in srinagar and i need my parcel urgently. They always do this to every customer. Please take strong action against them. And please deliver my parcel.

    Has said shipment can be delivered only by surface so we have generated
    E way bill by surface, and also give quotation 33000/- now he is asking that parcel is delivered by air and bill given by blue dart is 68000/- and we want extra 20000/- to deliver at destination its an pure blackmailing done by blue dart we want solution for the same and want parcel need to be deliver at

      After written full address of receiver delivery guy deliver to the wrong place and later it misplaced, even my friend contact customer care for solving the issue but they take too much time courier send is in 20 nov 18 and showed deliver to 22nd nov . After sometime delivery guy stop picking the phone from my friend number what kind of behaviour is this . Waybill no-[protected]

          Consingnee address unlocatable even though they did not communicate

          I ordered a phone through mi store and my expected delivery was on 29th of dec 2018 and i recieved an sms throught blue dark about the delivery of my order on the said date yet i havent recieved my order as i have been calling them since then but they show no response...

            No one call me and showing the status consignee is out of station whats does mean. I called many times in bluedart surat office no one pickup the phone today status showing that undelivered shipment held at location i want to take action againts bluedart they misuse my undelivered shipment file complain againts that company

              It is shocking that the professional courier service provide is giving wrong and misleading information about consignee that he is shifted. though, no one has approached. No one is picking phone on customer care number.

Returned undelivered: credit card - upgrade for acct xx7007 sent via blue dart courier, awb [protected] returned due to door closed. Pls call customer care... But i was not received any call by blue dart then i talking regarding to icici customer care then they told me your credit card send by blue dart... Why are reporting wrong? If you not need customers then please don't accept this.. Other companies waiting for work... Please solve my problems as soon as possible.

                  Very Worst behaviour of delivery boy regard customer.sence less argument continous while taking. I am realy disappointed while receiving my docs. In entired period of my life.
                  I hope immediate action should be taking against that delivery boy and I think that this types of worst of delivery boy never face again any customer.

                    The tracking id no. For the product ordered by me from myntra is [protected]. Today is 8th of jan., 2019, but the tracking details which the bluedart website is showing, is last updated on 30th of dec., 2018. I tried calling the customer care centre of blue dart, but the call is getting disconnected abruptly. For the last 8 days, i have no information about my product. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest please.

                    My waybill no. SW10432 status is showing that consignee unavailable which was to be delivered today i.e., 04.01.2019, how it can be possible as if I was present whole day at that address and your delivery person also called me. Kindly look into on priority basis and delivery courier to me by tomorrow.

                      I am lourdu bosco. I had gone to greams road service center to get my bike serviced. The person who attended me was mr. Bruno joseph he said it will take two days because there is a block in the carbonator but till i left the bike i didn't find any fault. From the time the bike came to me i can smell petrol so when i took it back they are saying the connector to the fuel tank coniter is broken. It i left the bike for service nothing happened my bike was ok i had left it for general service only. I'm having a doubt if that has been exchanged by the mechanic during the service. I'm not happy with the service person and the way in which my bike has been serviced. If you don't look into the matter i'll take this issue to the next level. My bike number is tn05bp4993.

                        My credit card is already in the blue dart how can i get my card again. It is stooped due to incomplete adress landmark. Please as soon as poosbile i want it. I have applied this 2 -4 times finally the same problem came again kindly reslove as soon as possible it is emergency to me. Kindly resolve the problem with in two days as i requested you.

                          I ordered a earphone on headphone zone and then i was notified that it is handed over to bluedart.
                          And yesterday i was notified that its on the way to my home from ranchi office.
                          But again a message came containing the line undeliverable and today on 8th also i got the same.
                          I just wanna know when am i going to get my order delivered.
                          Please if you have taken this resposibility then you must perform it on correct time.
                          One more thing this is my worst experience with delivery.
                          Other delivery management do what they say.
                          So please focus on it

                            I called bluedart and spoke to miss ruchita bagade from the company. There was a courier which went back twice even after requesting for a before 11 am delivery. I called to make sure my important bank document reaches me on time. The lady ruchita spoke v. Rudely and had a very taunting tone. You need to improve your hospitality. People need to be trained to talk to customers. I had a problem and that is the reason i called. If the lady cannot solve my problem then why is she there??? Requesting a delivery before 11 am is not unreasonable!!. You owe me an apology!!

                              I just want to share you bad experiance with bluedart at most of the time. Every time without visiting to the address they specified that the premises is closed and some time they said that it will not be delivered to door step and collect it from bluedart office or come to main road. This is the recent shipment # [protected]. Now also without visiting to my address they updated that the premises is closed and they didnt call me also. Such worst irresponsible guys will spoil the image of bluedart. Even multiple times i had raised complaint about this but there is no any improvement on this. Please look into this.

                                Every time whenever my documents arrive through this courier always they kept it 3 to 4 days in their office or return it.
                                This time again my waybill no [protected] has recived on tirupur office at morning 10.00.. I went there office @ 11 o clock.. They told they will call me.. But no reply.. Today morning went to there office. They told our office staff will deliver it today.. But till now no body delivered my documents.
                                Please take necessary action and reattempt delivery for the same asap.

                                Hoping for an early action from your side and take action against these executives who simply dont wish to work.

                                    My bluedart courier would received by 5th jan 2019. One executive called on 5th jan 2019 and told that, he will come by evening but he didn't came and simply mentioned as "area unlocatable/ landmark needed", but i given the proper address only. Then in bluedart website it is mentioned as courier will be delivered today[protected] but it is not received. No one called from courier office today and simply mentioned the status as "restricted area".
                                    Kindly deliver my courier by tmrw.

                                        I would advise all who would be reading this complaint to not to use blue dart for couriering any items. They hardly respond to customers and trying to talk to blue dart agents is almost next to impossible.

                                        My wife waited the whole day for a consignment to be delivered but the delivery agent deliberately did not deliver the item despite he being just 300 meters from the place of delivery. A status was put up by blue dart that consignee not available at address. They indulge in hassling the customer and is very difficult to get in touch with them.

                                        This company has been doing this for all consignments to our address but today's behavior is absolutely unacceptable. It shows that reputed names are the worst when it comes to business
