Hi,

On 27th dec a parcel was delivered through bluedart. Order number :[protected].
I had asked the blue dart rep if i can make an online payment. He told me that there is a process of making online payment and the payment went through mosambee. I made a payment of 2400. The rep told me that the payment is not reflected from their end and wanted cash payment. Even though i had a confirmation that the payment was processed through mosambee, but the rep disagreed to it and asked me to contact the bank. And the rep collected cash payment for 2400. I called my bank and lodged a complaint and they confirmed that the payment has been processed. I am attaching the screenshot of online payment.
Kindly check and refund the amount

The osmanabad blue dart service provider is very pathetic n hoples hey don't no the important of documents or courier. He didi not inform the customer and return d product by is own. I call d blue dart office he not given any information about my courieer or his language problem

I have many times called to customer care number but no response from blue dart.

I also approach to Delhi number there also not respond by anyone.

No doubts his service are good but delivery man has must call to consignee for packet.

Also I have been not called for non delivery.

Kindly note that the address for delivery is my residence, however the delivery person says he is unable to reach my house and insist that they would deliver it to my office. When i am in a meeting at the office, they attempt for a delivery and refuse to come to the office to delivery. This has been going for almost a week now. I am requesting a delivery in the morning or before 2 pm at my residence. After 3 pm at office. Till date i have been made to run from post to pillar and the delivery boys speak rudely in the local language. Request you to help me get the delivery of my package.

My pacakage has been held at bluedart office in kolkata mahestala for nearly 2 days after i were unable to receive it on the date of delivery so i emailed bluedart to reschedule it & deliver it the nxt day i waited the whole day but dint receive it bluedart says it providing the best customer service is this the example i hve been experincing this worst serivice the second time .People really seems unbothered it was my cod order & its taking gazillion days to receive my order on time worst experince ever please kindly see to it

But, when i opened the box the smart watch that i ordered was not there, i found another brand named watch in there. So, i want to return the product and want my money back as soon as possible. So, i want to return the product and want my money back as soon as possible.Hoping a better and speed responce from your side blue dart.

I received the message that the shipment was delivered to me at 15:24 but the delivery was never attempted by the delivery guy. I feel some kind of fraud here. Respond to my query asap because services like these can prove to be fatal to your company.

but easily have a way out to say ADDRESS NOT LOCATABLE. More over your customer care number DOESN'T WORK. Pls Deliver as promised, if cannot don't promise.

Worst service of blue dart.

I was just waiting for my amex cart at my office location. Blue dart courier spoils my all the travel plan, since they mentioned the wrong status and don't deliver the card. And also customer care doesn't support me. Just they put i can set the priority, what i will do with priority, anyone needs their package on time.

It was not first time, i had face the similar situation in past as well.

There is no worst service than this. Very very cheap service.

I made a courier through blue dart on 24.10.18 vide ref. no.-[protected]. The courier agency taken a money of amount Rs.350.00. The item was not delivered and returned. But the money was not refunded.kindly send me refund amount in my account.

My name is rakesh pal i was suppose to receive a courier ([protected]) today but amazingly courier guy did not reached at my home and delivery status got updated "delivery attempted-premises closed" this is how they buy the time.

If the door was closed, however my entire family was available at home, they could have called me up but the call was not being made.

This is just the tactics to achieve their eta, would request you to take strict action against them.

Parcel shipped on 10th jan 2019 and arrived at nearest location on 12th jan 2019.

Till today 21st january delivery not done and never contacted on phone for delivery. Wrong status updating in delivery centre that item out for delivery, then without making any phone call status updated "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed".

Very poor service, for same address i got delivery before twice and once the item returned in past. I don't on what basis they are doing this. If they don't have service to the destination address should not pick up the shipment.

I had claimed for the axis debit card as it was lost, so the axis bank sent the card through blue dart to deliver the card. But after some days it reached BIAL later on it said it was delivered to some unknown person. But i didnt received the shipment at all. Please help me out...

But i want to state that my address us 100% correct. I recieve all my letters on the same address. My house number and mobile number is also mentioned in my address.

Debit card sent by icici was not delivered even i got meessage from blue dart stating 'your shipment will be delivered by so and so person today'.. Waited.. Waited and went to their bachupally, hyderabad office to collect it personally.. By showing my identity. As sankranti festival just got over there's very less staff in their office. When i enquired about my shipment, they said as there's no staff today we are not able to deliver you today nor cannot give it to you directly as there's no sorting people.. Really its # service not #bluedart courier.. Never try blue dart courier

I am pratheesh, residing at 46/438a, karaparambil house arkkakadavu road vennala po, cochin -682028. I applied for a credit card and credit card was approved an send by last week 07th. Today is 19th still i didn't get ur card, i called several times with blue dart courier, they will not reply me promptly, they tell last date will reach me is 15th. This complaint is against blue dart only. This much of days even they didn't call me also, i tracked for it, if i call their representative i won't get a correct answer.
I am staying in cochin city only within 5km. Not 50km. Take this as a serious issue and i want a reply from your side at the earliest

My parcel status show that consignee's address unlocatable landmark needed but actually my address is active on Google map so how they declared that my address is unlocatable I want my delivery. And u don't have free customer care service very bad service ever of blue dart.
