My courier has been delayed by bluedart jamshedpur for 4 days, today on 28.2.19 the courier person who even didn’t arrived at my house, just called me once, after i enquired him that if he came to my house, at first he lied to him, and then foul mouthed me and later told me to pick up the courier from office as he is not interested to deliver it to my home. Furthermore he added that i can also lodge a complaint against him, as he doesn’t care.

Headphones provide is not as per mentioned on my bills. I order i8s but they have delivered me i7s. On bill it is also mentioned ckearly that, it is i8s. Making fool customer is not expected from atleast bluedart courier services, as you are very responsible service provider. For reference, bills is also attached to this complaint as well as product. Kindly, close this issue on priority without any further delay.

Return reason: product is totally different in design and model. It doesn't match the description and i'm not satisfied with the product.

Amex credit card has been sent to the address where i last stayed. Currently, i am not in that address but my previous owner knows about this card delivery. Even i informed to the person who contacted me, they agreed to deliver to the same address. As of now, it is not delivered. When i call back no response. # customer care is not connecting proper. Very bad service from bluedart.

My consignment has to deliver by 21st feb 2019. Today is 26th feb 2019. What your delivery boys and your delivery system is doing. Are you doing pooja to my card? Either deliver card to the mention address or contact me else return to the bank itself.

Morning i received a txt msg from bluedart saying i would receive my courier on 26th feb 2019 and by noon on 25 th feb 2019 at about 2:30 pm again txt came saying they would attempt to deliver it by that day. I was waiting until 7 no one turned up nor any msg not any phone calls. Then i just thought to see the status and to my utter surprise it showed it was delivered. I tried the hotline there also it said same that product was delivered. I tried to contact the customer service but did not get any response. Being such a reputed courier service how can you people give such wrong information. Moreover it was a prepaid order. Please kindly look up to the matter as soon as possible. Its highly intolerable. They have many reasons not to deliver the package to my home and mostly give ridiculous and illogical reason for delivery failure!.

I had ordered a khadi natural shampoo and my delivery address was mahindra city, paranur, kanchipuram, tamil nadu. Blue dart postal service was handling the delivery. I tried to call on their customer care number several times yet it was always busy. Actually due to some issues, i had requested them to return the product back to khadi natural but these fellows instead of returning it or at least delivering it to me so that i could return it back, they delivered it to some other person in maraimalai nagar named chandru.
Despite sending them several mails on their customer service mail id, these fraud corrupt people never responded. Not even once. It's a shame to have people and services like these who cheat people's trust. Shameful and fraudulent. I wonder why india can never prosper. It's because of such shameless, fraudulent low life people who test consumer's patience every now and then. Worst service ever.

Blue dart at boduppal branch at hyderabad is undelivering my courier which i got 20 days back. They are simply ignoring saying as address incorrect. I checked with the send of my adress and it is correct. I personally visited blue dart office to collect my courier but they delayed it that thaty vl not deliver at courier center and they spoke very rudely. Is this kind of service blue dart provide service to customers i am totaly flustrated with blue dart

I was supposed to get the shipment yesterday (21/02/2019) and was informed by bluedart via sms. Expected time of delivery at my office was not intimated to me in advance. I kept on waiting for the shipment till 1.00 pm. When i left my office for lunch, i got a call from the delivery guy. I told him to wait for five minutes, but he refused and moved ahead. Today (22/02/2019, when i tracked my shipment i find that the shipment was not delivered to me yesterday as i have shifted my office address and was not traceable. I called up local blue dart office and asked about this strange information about my shifting. I have not received the shipment as yet. This is a gross negligence in service. The Consignment has to deliver on 16th Feb but no call from Blue Dart (Delivery Delayed). There is no reason provided for Delivery Delayed. I got the call from 18th Feb and told the delivery person to deliver me on the office Address. He Agreed and he told he knows the location and he told it will be deliver on the same day(18th Feb)

This is my office Address, it never shifted. For cheating the user you just put some comments on your website.

On top of that, I have written so many complaints from their website. There is no proper response. I sent follow up emails also but no proper answer. In my email I clearly told, if you do not respond I will raise a complaint in the Consumer Complaints forum. For that also they never bothered. So there is no other option for me, So I'm writing here.

I asked so many persons to provide your Area Manager Number, none ready to give.

I got some number for blue dart, but that guy was keep disconnecting my call.

Status was Shipment Arrived
I got a missed call from some of the service guy from Blue Dart. I tried calling him back 5 times. He picked my call on 6th time only. He was not ready to hear what I'm trying to say. He says I will deliver your consignment only around 9 PM.
These people don't even know where Jayadeva Hospital located.

If you people not interested to deliver, you can reach us to our Mobile number. So that we can come and pick up our consignments.

Please do not use this service for Urgent Deliverables.
