    I have not received my parcel and it is kept held at Beltola COD, guwahati for last one week showing consignee address incomplete although full address is already given. Moreover not a single call has been made to the registered mobile no. in this regard.

        Awb:[protected]-this was second time the card was not dispatched on time. I am waiting for courier boy call on 7dec2018. Without call how i can assume that he was coming for deliver or not. My office address is correct and all vendors coming to this address. Let me know what i can do?

          I am chandra sekhar pand mailing you a complaint against your bluedart courier company.

          Kindly check and call me what's going on...
          Now i am going to file consumer case against your bluedart courier company.

          That parcel was very important for me, that's why the sender had send me through bluedart courier.
          I have been waiting last 3 months for that parcel. Still i am not able to get this.
          When i m trying to to contact the customer care of bluedart, they said me everything is all right but we can't help you reagding this matter ([protected]).
          And your another customer care didn't pick up my phone till now alao ([protected]). And also mail ([protected]@bluedart.com, [protected]@bluedart.com)
          Where my parcel was returned to the sender again and again.

          I want that parcel immediately given address within 2 days otherwise i will file a case against your bluedart courier company.

            No delivery attempt made and same repetitive status for 2 different consignment in 2 months . last month waybill number was [protected] and this months [protected] . Both were not delivered on 1st attempt stating location not found but then delivered after calling customer care. Its a hassle for receivers where false status is given and we have to follow up . My current shipment is still not received containing important document which was supposed to be delivered on 4th December but not still received till 6th December .

                But still not received the courier
                As per tracking its showing delivered on 5th of dec 18.19pm its a fake update.
                Pls show the acknowledgement if its delivered
                But physically courier not delivered

                  Hi team,

                  I am writing the mail with reference to waybill number : [protected] and the delivery boy called me and confirmed that he is coming yesterday and did not turn up, today he called in the morning and told he is coming and did not turn up again i called today afternoon and he told he is reaching in some time but never turned up.

                  When i try to call him he never responds on the calls and this the worst service we are receiving from the blue-dart team and this is not acceptable at all.

                  His mobile no is [protected] and he also asked me to send the sms received from blue-dart.

                    I have received a wrong bag and i urgently need my bag which contains my important stuff which i have to carry to us next week.

                    Please help me out asap. I have been a loyal consumer of dhl services since decades and never found the glitch earlier.

                      Can you tell me what is the challenge in calling to my number???

                      Just fake update is updated by blue dart in the portal saying premises closed.
                      I live in a apartment and it is open 24/7 for your kind information.

                      These kind of fake updates to be taken to consumer court!

                          Bluedart never communicated me prior of the delivery of my hdfc welcome kit. No sms on reference no either to track.
                          I work for an mnc.
                          Hdfc had sent the package to my home address and bluedart person comes during weekdays without prior notification, expects me to be at home and gives me excuses to provide proper address for my own package which hdfc had sent.
                          He had a vehicle and on requesting him to come to my office address, which is just 500m away from home, he denied and tells me to collect package next day without giving any other info.
                          I'd to spend for an auto and meet the delivery boy according to his location.
                          On reaching there, he wasn't available for nearly 15mins.

                          I went to the delivery boy location because I came to know about his unprofessionalism by the way he spoke to me in call. If I hadn't met him, then he would have surely updated saying wrong address or some other reason which he might usually give.

                            My PAN card has been dispatched by NSDL thru Blue dart express limited on 02/08/2018. But till date I could not get my PAN card from Blue dart, also no call or email has been received from Blue dart, I called to customer care no. but I am not satisfied. I urgently need my PAN card, so I am requesting you to kindly take suitable action against my problem. My airway bill no. is [protected]
                            I am attaching screen shot of status shown by NSDL on which courier agency and airway bill no. is also mentioned.
                            I am expecting you that you will help me regarding this problem, I am waiting for your reply.

                              My concern is not about how Bluedart going prevent this type incident in future, my ask is for retaining my parcel which contains RS 10000 worth gift card.

                              Wan there any sort of insurance coverage, for missing parcel or what compensation Blue dart provides to customers in case if they missed the parcel.

                                I checked my courier status and it says 'c'nee shifted shifted from given location' but me and my company is at the same given location.

                                The delivery guy never came for delivery and updated incorrect information.

                                From 3rd december till 5th december they have multiple update that c'nee has shifted. But not once the delivery person has come to location.

                                It is an important communication from bank. Kindly send it asap.

                                  We made sure that everyone stays home (Pity) and our phones are on. But no one from bluedart came to deliver. Neither did they call us to inform about their delivery. We called their office 10 times and emailed them twice. We gave them 3 different mobile numbers to call and shared the address using google map. Even with all that, no one came to deliver and they updated the status to "undelivered shipment held at location"
