I ordered jbl wireless products but i received the fake fastrack watches broken. This is so cheap from the online websites sending fake and broken product, not ordered.

This is the responsibility of bluedart courier to return the product to original seller.
So, take the product and initiate refund money.

Yesterday it was told that the package is out for delivery at 3:30 p. M. After that when we called at night 8 they told it would be delivered yesterday itself but still now it has not been delivered. Then at 10 p. M you give status as consignee not available though we lost the whole day sitting at home. What is going on??? The customer care executives you have kept are totally useless people who are not efficient and good for nothing they give the same reply the ivr system does. Today from morning i have called several times but no use. Lunch time over still i did not get. You guys charge so much money for this kind of service???

Since last four days same status not even calling, if i call to customer care nobody responding and call is jumping to some unknown people. There is no proper information where it is. If not possible they need to call and let us know to collect or if they are unable to deliver they should not accept this kind of couriers, looks like it is very bad service.

Product not delivered and ask them to call my number when it near by they also updated but the worst feedback came address is incomplete..in blue dart customer care they telling back my address then how come it suppose to be incomplete address. If the courier reaches means then the person should call the receiver so we updating our contact number, but only here in blue dart they going back with out knowing or calling just like that they skip the delivery.. Its a very very worst service.

His behavior not at all proper calling sumwhere. I sayng come here on proper address which is mentioned but he ignoring sayng... Le liye, i will return lyk dat.

The consignment ([protected]) was sent for delivery on 27th nov, and the bluedart employee said it would reach destination within 2-3 days.

Despite their commitment the status is showing 'misrouted-delivery delayed', and delivery date 4th dec.

This type of service is not at all acceptable by blue dart and also for such hefty amount of money.

Please look into this matter and refund for the delay...

One of the worst service you people have. My way bill no. Is [protected]. I never received any call from blue dart and top of that mo one came ti my address to deliver the consignment and the status is showing as no consignee at the address. How can this be possible. You people charge 2 rs per minute for customer and no one picks the call and our money get deducted which is hell irritating. How you can just frustrate ur customers like this. Whi gave you this authority to violute the policies and play with your customers. Are we fools and you are just growing ur business without any service

I have bought mi note 6 pro from mi store and it has been deliver by blue dart courier to imphal, manipur since i have bought on 23 nov 2018 and expected date for delivery is 26 nov given by the company but tracking update has been stop from 26 nov at kona warehouse no update has been come up so kindly take immediate action i want the product in time so kindly take action to the related courier service in that place which going to prefer to delivery station... I have bought cover from mi store after the oder of phone on 26 nov but the late odee item has been delivered in time bit why fist oder item has been delayed i want immediate action and requested cell phone complain no. Dear concern, i have not received my courier coning from icici bank (Mumbai). Reason displayed is address unlocatable. How is it possible, that such a clear address is not locatable where i have received "n" number of couriers.

Seems like no one has attempted to deliver the courier which is highly important to me. Expecting immediate delivery and prompt action against guilty.

The courier boy called for the location, and i have explained the location.
Later no courier has arrived,
But the status and message is specifying that the courier has been handed over to self. Please take proper action as it is the debit card from the bank.

Big fraud courier company. When you have important courier, in tracking they will show as out for delivery. But actually they won't call and they won't come to deliver, and at the end of the day your tracking says customer address incorrect or not found.

Awb no. [protected].

Its a complaint not only from me. You can just type bluedart tirupati and read the google maps comments (Reviews) as well.

Fake and fraudulent courier service.

Hope these type of fraudulent activities is not tolerable.

Address has been clearly mentioned with landmark and easily identifiable.. Worst service and front desk person in chromepet branch is arrogant and never picks customer call and doesn't respond properly.. Blue dart courier reached my place and as I was 5 mins late to collect it the courier service left the. When I try calling him the courier representative did not pick up.

Now the Consignment is left in the store from past 10 days without any notification or information. When I try calling the customer care they are now mentioning as the package is undelivered they will have to return the package.

This the kind of service they are providing.

Even I called and asked them if I come personally to your offuce with my identification for the same but they refused to do so and delivered the same even the credit card holder not available there.
