We ordered the product. It is supposed to be delivered yesterday but that didn't.in the tracking they mentioned that they are unble to find the address. For the delivery the item they should call for the address verification but they didn't. It's very very bad experience. Flipkart, amazon, paytm etc all the vendors are finding the address and delivered the items but blue dart didn't. Bledart delivery people are lazy to call the customer? Very very bitter experience with the blue dart. They are sending the tracking details but not mentioning the delivery boy phone number to track our product.

Awb#[protected] bluedart.
We have not left home vacant from last one week but site is showing status as delivery attempted _ premises closed is wrong.
If delivery agents can't reach destination, they set status like this.
Please ask the concerned to call [protected]

My blue dart tracking code is #[protected], products ordered from 'smytten'. There was no attempt of delivery online status shows 'consignee out of station'. I called to customer service blue dart courier on 1/12/18, said they will deliver my products by the end of the day. There was no call to me if they dint find the number. Now again second time it was updated on website that "consignee is out of station"

I would like to request you to look into the matter, consider this as customer inconvenience and do the needful.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please deliver my Blue dart courier, once courier person called and not talking properly, then i calling regularly 20 to 30 times but his not responding my call
Why you irresponsible person, this is very bad experience.

Still not yet received my courier.

This is very worst experience from Blue dart courier because Courier Executive person called yesterday evening at 4:30Pm about Courier delivery and not talking properly and cut my call then I call to him continuously 20 to 30 times he rejected my call and not answer anything so pls deliver such courier asap.

I not received my parcel send by the bank through blue dart AWB # [protected] on 11.11.2018 but till now i didn't get my consignment. This is very bad service and experience of blue dart. No one can give the satisfactory answer and reply. Plz rectify if possible for blue dart and revert back to me.

Icici send credit cards through blue dart, reached agra at 09.09 am on 30/11/18, i am living in centre of city, as well as location of bluedaer office and my home is 1km. You can see in tracking details that wrong pichde is the cause of not delivering the courier. I made a call on landline number on 30/11/18 and 1/12/18 but nobody picked my phone. Personally in evening after doing my job i went to office and picked my courier. I am attaching the pic of courier envelop where you can see that my home address, pincode and my contact number was clearly mentioned. It was very painful experience and not desired by the brand like blue dart. Do the needful and take necessary action against those are responsible for the scinerio.

Hi, i got a message saying that a parcel will be delivered from hdfc and no one has contacted me for my address. Waybill# [protected].

No one has called me on my mobile number.

Now got the message as undelivered for address related issues.
I am not about the location he was searching for but my address has been clearly mentioned.
I am waiting for the parcel since morning and it has not been delivered yet. This is really important and strict action to be taken on these courier people.

I called in the morning and bluedart service team clearly said to me that product will be delivered by today eod. I was waiting and again by evening when i check status "undelivered shipment held at location". Neither i received a call nor a message. It was exected to deliver by 30th november. Till now no responsibility has been taken care by bluedart team. When i call chennai 24/7 phone is ringing and someone is telling after picking up "phone is busy". Very bad service by bluedart.

This is 4th time i am getting my bank packets from bluedart everytime they are testing my patience. Frequently i should call them and get the work done.

I ordered jbl wireless products but i received the fake fastrack watches broken. This is so cheap from the online websites sending fake and broken product, not ordered.

This is the responsibility of bluedart courier to return the product to original seller.
So, take the product and initiate refund money.

Yesterday it was told that the package is out for delivery at 3:30 p. M. After that when we called at night 8 they told it would be delivered yesterday itself but still now it has not been delivered. Then at 10 p. M you give status as consignee not available though we lost the whole day sitting at home. What is going on??? The customer care executives you have kept are totally useless people who are not efficient and good for nothing they give the same reply the ivr system does. Today from morning i have called several times but no use. Lunch time over still i did not get. You guys charge so much money for this kind of service???

Since last four days same status not even calling, if i call to customer care nobody responding and call is jumping to some unknown people. There is no proper information where it is. If not possible they need to call and let us know to collect or if they are unable to deliver they should not accept this kind of couriers, looks like it is very bad service.

Product not delivered and ask them to call my number when it near by they also updated but the worst feedback came address is incomplete..in blue dart customer care they telling back my address then how come it suppose to be incomplete address. If the courier reaches means then the person should call the receiver so we updating our contact number, but only here in blue dart they going back with out knowing or calling just like that they skip the delivery.. Its a very very worst service.

The consignment ([protected]) was sent for delivery on 27th nov, and the bluedart employee said it would reach destination within 2-3 days.

Despite their commitment the status is showing 'misrouted-delivery delayed', and delivery date 4th dec.

This type of service is not at all acceptable by blue dart and also for such hefty amount of money.

Please look into this matter and refund for the delay...

One of the worst service you people have. My way bill no. Is [protected]. I never received any call from blue dart and top of that mo one came ti my address to deliver the consignment and the status is showing as no consignee at the address. How can this be possible. You people charge 2 rs per minute for customer and no one picks the call and our money get deducted which is hell irritating. How you can just frustrate ur customers like this. Whi gave you this authority to violute the policies and play with your customers. Are we fools and you are just growing ur business without any service

I have bought mi note 6 pro from mi store and it has been deliver by blue dart courier to imphal, manipur since i have bought on 23 nov 2018 and expected date for delivery is 26 nov given by the company but tracking update has been stop from 26 nov at kona warehouse no update has been come up so kindly take immediate action i want the product in time so kindly take action to the related courier service in that place which going to prefer to delivery station... I have bought cover from mi store after the oder of phone on 26 nov but the late odee item has been delivered in time bit why fist oder item has been delayed i want immediate action and requested cell phone complain no. The courier boy called for the location, and i have explained the location.
Later no courier has arrived,
But the status and message is specifying that the courier has been handed over to self. Please take proper action as it is the debit card from the bank.

Big fraud courier company. When you have important courier, in tracking they will show as out for delivery. But actually they won't call and they won't come to deliver, and at the end of the day your tracking says customer address incorrect or not found.

Its a complaint not only from me. You can just type bluedart tirupati and read the google maps comments (Reviews) as well.

Fake and fraudulent courier service.

Hope these type of fraudulent activities is not tolerable.

Consignment [protected] and i didn't receive any call from the delivery person however i received a message stating that undelivered due to address related concerns. Address has been clearly mentioned with landmark and easily identifiable.. Worst service and front desk person in chromepet branch is arrogant and never picks customer call and doesn't respond properly..
