Can you please let me know why "defence colony, phulwaria cantt, varanasi" is marked as "prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery"?? My shipment is held at this status from past 10 days. If you can not deliver please let me know the reason and give me the address from where i can collect my shipment.
This is really unfortunate that you can deliver to a simple location of varanasi where every product from amazon, flipkart, paytm is being delivered frequently.

    I have received text from sender "please track your courier dispatched through blue dart courier" i have track first and notice that "consignee out of station"... I have verified that everybody at home and no courier received by them.. Again checking status then it's showing "undelivered shipment held at location"

    Then my question is then why blue dart author and take responsibility to deliver such item?

    Hi,

    I am not getting my courier delivered though I was available at my home yesterday and getting message o[censored]ndelivered.
    My way bill no is : [protected].
    Today, I got message of out for delivery however no once contacted me till now.
    Very bad service by Blue Dart DHL... :-)

    They don't even try n call customer before updating status in their system. They don't take effort for successful delivery.

      My 'safe shop' package docket no.-[protected] was dispatched on 31st october 2018. But when tracked, it still shows 'in transit'.

      Why the package is getting so late in delivery?

      From - new delhi to patna

      Present status - not delivered yet.in transit.

        Act immideately! My nykaa: order #nyk[protected], awb : [protected], ha been delivered to a wrong address. I simply received an sms saying ur order is delivered while i was at home and but i didn't receive any. The order is reallly crucial that's the reason i didn't put it cash on delivery so that the order gets delivered expeditiously. I want my order really soon i can't no tolerance for delay. U left no room for the customer to call or contact someone immideately in the cases like these. U could hav given the contact of the person who is coming for the delivery or any person of contact. Rather than leaving us helpless. I want you to contact me immideately and act now.

          I'm complaints about courier delivery person.. He's behaviour to very worst. He want to delivery my parcel i receive the call from that person he have little doubt by location so i want to explain.. He can't understand my words he behaved to very rude conversations. I'm very disappointed to your service... Very worst i received call from[protected] that number. Again 26. Nov.18 courier delivered but i 'm not get any intimation for your courier delivery person but courier delivered how...

              I ordered a product from nykaa but your bludart company located at my place they didn't even try to deliver the product neither i got a single call or text from the delivery boy & top of that they updated that they failed to identify my landmark like really when their office is just 3 kms away from my house tf like they waiting on me to collect my parcel like really. What kinda pathetic service is this you don't even try to deliver the product & update it as you ain't able to find the landmark when it's situated in the middle of the city

                Hi,

                I used the services of Bluedart to send some important documents to my previous employer from Bangalore to Noida. I submitted the documents to Bluedart India in Bengaluru on 16th Nov and as per their website it was delivered on 17th Nov. The recipient is denying that they havent received the courier on the other hand After chasing Bluedart for multiple times they are not providing details to whom they have delivered the courier. Most of the times their Customer Care number is busy or not available.
                Please support to take action against them as the courier have very important documents such as Aadhar copy, PAN card copy etc.

                  I have send a courier on 20 nov 18 to my friend, after several days i have asked and found no courier recieved till 26th than i track my shipment and it shows courier deliver to some suresh named guy in guardroom
                  I have confirmed my friend but at that address no suresh is living.
                  Dont know what these guys do to my courier please help
                  I was also called the courier company and ask the no wether the recivers or delivery boy address but he said i will mail the request than only got got no and now its 2 days today i also call than he said now he mail the request and got response soon..

                    My consignment was shipped from bangalore with waybill no: [protected] through bluedart on 23 nov. It need to be delivered in bangalore itself.
                    When i seen the status of my delivery it is showing shipment was redirected through same awb and it is ramanagar road hub, delhi.
                    In my delivery address, pincode was wrong and i sent request for the change of pincode to customer care center. I got the reply that same forwarded to the concern service center. But till now i didn't received the consignment.
                    Expected delivery date was 24 nov.

                    Actual delivery pincode is 562163. But in consignment it is given as 560001
                    Courier boy is not delivering my courier. He is not picking the call also. Please help me in getting my courier.

                      Hai iam iam facing delivery problem only from this courier.. This is not a first time.. This is third time.. Every time it's showing in tracking.. Delivery attempted, premises closed.. When he is coming i don't know? Every time iam going to their office and collecting my corier.. Today from morning 7 to evening 7:30 iam at home only then how can they say premises closed with attempt..

                      My currier not diliverd working time to day
                      I always calling the blue dart. He or she telling that person will come take the material. At my office approx 3 times that person doesn't come into office to take material. So many times I have called blue dart that someone person have not come to pick up my material. Please take action and reply.
                      My blue dart consignment ref no...EV[protected], has not been delivered &the status is showing that consignee address has been changed, which is not true...The address remains the same as mentioned..The delivery boys didn't even call n ask ..So, kindly look into the matter.

                          This us the second time i'm complaining the same issue agianst same company.
                          I got the message like my courier is reached on 20th nov 2018, still i didnt get my courier. Its on the loaction showing guruvayoor. When i tried to call them they are reponding very badly. They dont have enough emploeeys on their office. Its 7 days over i didnt get my courier. What shall i do next.?

                              I have lost my wallet with all original cards. I requested the credit card from hdfc and they reissued and dispatched through bluedart. At the tiime of delivery i was not having any original cards and i was ready to show the copies which are stored in the drive. And the deliveryman answered rudely and he has cancelled
                              This is the worst thing, do we need to carry all the originals along with us. Here the problem is with the delivery guy. Here i mentioning way bill number and can process my request.
