I didn't get my delivery awb # [protected] for more than a week and i wasn't intimated anything about it. Suddenly i got a message saying that the shipment undelivered and contact bank for more details. When i checked the status of delivery through tracking tool then shocked that it was out for delivery on 13th nov 2018 at 1 pm and the delivery marked as undelivered around 8 pm on the same day with the reason that such consignee is not at the provided location. I didn't get any sms, call or email about that. After that on 16th nov i got a message that ypur shipment will be delivered within 72 hours but didn't. As today i checked the status, it's showing as shipment undelivered and returning to origin as per sender's request. The worst thing ever is my home is just within 2 km range from blue dart sholinganallur office in chennai.

    I have received the message that my credit card is dispatched on 13th nov 2018, but till date i haven't received the card yet neither i received any notification. When i checked in your website blue dart., it shows that the address is unloacatable with no landmark., but i am receiving all my deliverables in the same address and it is very much locatable. Ask your courier boy to call.,

      My credit is shipped from mumbai to bangalore on 16 it was supposed to be delivered as on 17/11/2018 but the courier boy is denied to give parcel on saturday and said that the courier will be delivered on monday but on monday they didnt contact us but i when i contacted them he started speaking rudely and said delivery can't be done as address is nothe mentioned correctly but when i asked him to confirm the address the address was absolutely correct. They said that they will return the parcel please take action against this is want my credit card on a urgent basis

        EV[protected], Address verified by buero of address verification. But your person mentioned as unidentified address (because he dont want to travel to my address which is out of city).moreover it is prepaid so he dont want to serve.it is obsolutly cheating the customer. Worst service of bluedart .

          Dear sir/mam! My name is pospal singh. I am very disappointed by your executive service. I have no of executive-[protected] he was called me around 2pm i have your credit card confirm your address. I told him my address was changed i take aur receive my self as soon as possible. Executive [protected] told me he was coming with in 10-15 minutes. I reached that address and wait 2 hours your executive [protected] not picking my phone call and never respond. And after some time i received a message my corrier is returned due to address issue but your executive [protected] not reached at address he was returned my credit card by ownside. My blue dart waybill# is [protected] please solve my querry as soon as possible. And take a strong action for irresponsibility of executive[protected].

            My SBI credit card was send through Blue dart. In the morning, I have tracked the status and it was showing that the item out for delivery. After one hour, I have again rechecked and at that time it was showing "DELAYED CAUSED BEYOND THE CONTROL". What is this? Previously same thing was happened to me during my Axis bank Debit card. I think this is the most worst courier service that I have ever seen. But I can't understand why the banks send the credit/ debit card through Blue dart. It is better to send through other courier service. I request everyone please dont go for blue dart. It is better to go for other courier services. Thank you.

                I had my debit card arriving at my permanent address and my gaurdians are living there as im in bangalore so i had asked them to collect bit the delivery boy refused to give it as my job i keep moving to fifferent location thats why i had asked on the bank to trasfer it to my permanent address. Although i was ready to send my id proof photo to show but still he did not give and i needed it in emergency. He was talking very badly and didn’t tried to listen to me or my guardians there. I want there should be some serious action taken on him since this is not the way you behave with your customers. And this is not the first time my card is being recieved at my place. I have always recieved my card at my permanent location even when im not there because of my job shifting i had given my permanent location. Please ask them to deliver at my location asap as i have some personal emergency. And we dont expexct delivery boys to belhave in this manner. His name was ravi.

                  I am so upset to see that my item from last one month is pending at baghat barzulla blue dart office.. I am thinking now one can of the worst service is provided by you people.. You don't care about what we are facing due to this delay.. I am mushtaq ahmad from icicibankltd and the item is for my one of customer who is letreally abusing me about his parcel. You wouldn't believe how much trouble i am facing due your delay.. This delay effected my bank reputation. I am going to high level to made you hell now...

                    Package was expected on 16 nov.
                    Not delivered citing consignee not available.
                    Consignee was available on both days the message appeared on tracking and was not contacted.
                    Two mails have been written in this regard and no action done despite a positive reply to the first.

                      Respected sir,
                      I am advocate subhojoy banerjee i had delivered a package via blu dart service from delhi to mumbai on 16.11.2018, the package contains several important documents which must be filed in bombay high court by today so i chose your fast delivery service for the same but the package still not arrived at its requisite destination and i am highly disappointed by this kind of malafide services from your side. The package must be delivered to its requisite place within one hour or i will be bound to take appropriate legal action against the company. And your courier service provider mr pravin sharma always deliberately delays important packages and also never picks up the calls done by us, so you are requested to take some serious action against the concern person.

                        Hi team,

                        I'm very shocked to see the process of delivery given by blue dart, my shipment is at nearest hub but they guys are unable to deliver it & furthermore updating the false information on that.

                        I had a word with one of delivery boy on same location, he cleared that your shipment is still at hub location, no one came for delivery & you have to speak with manager of that location i[censored] want fast service.. What is the process is that???

                        I have about to receive two shipments on two different numbers but both are having same kind of fake update..

                        There is no transparency in between the delivery person & the receiver as they guy's are not sharing any contact details to customer so that they can confirm the delivery time & location.. How old process we are using now these days??

                          There is no delivery attempts were made on one of my order/parcel from SBI Rewardz. But while tracking with way-bill ([protected]) number, it is mentioned as 'No Such Consignee At The Given Address'. But delivery attempts are not happening. And also I was not received any call/door-knock at the time of delivery that they have mentioned. [protected]

                            Return reason: Product(watches) is totally different in design and colour.
                            Watches are very bad colours and quality.

                              The consignment arrived the kelambakkam hub on 10th november and they are just stating that incomplete address, but from the same hub i got 3 more consignments delivered on 14th november.

                              Without contacting me they are just putting some reason like incomplete address. Such a worst service from bluedart even after speaking to customer service executive i didn't get a proper response.

                                  My hdfc credit card was dispatched 3 times.1st time i was not at mentioned adress when bule dart courier boy called me. I told him politely that i was not able to come there immediately but he was very rude and he cut the phone and then hdfc has sent me that card twice again and every time i was present at mentioned adress but courier boy did not come and i just got message that bluedart tried... Also i could not contact blue dart office in rajkot they do not recieve any call or they put reciever in a side after recieving call. I am very aure that if you will not take any immdiate action then i will make this issue legal in court. Please do needful

                                    I have visited to the bluedart office, durgapur on[protected]. I had 4 consignment, out of these i got 3 pod of bluedart which was supposed to delivered at dhanbad and remaining 1 was of city commercial services which was supposed to delivered in asansol. They told that the consignment will be delivered within 1 day. But, after 4 days, 1 of the pod no. [protected] was not delivered saying location is unlocatable. As per my knowledge the address is very much easy to locate and also i had given ph no. Of the consignee with the address. And also the city commercial services pod no. A9108 was not delivered, and they even cannot provide any details/status of the consignment. How can we rely on bluedart if this type of such a casual approaches is there among its employees mind/role. Really very much upset as the consignments is very much important to be delivered within 18th... Attaching the consignment notes for your reference.

                                      The complaint is against blue dart where i curriered my parcel on 12 nov 2018. I paid extra money for expedite delivery. It is not delivered till today 17 nov 2018. It has my important documents which are to be submitted before today, otherwise i will loose 175000 amount. I tried calling cs number but not connected, no email reply, no twitter help. There is no help for the customer and we are getting frustrated. Is there anyway by which a legal action can be taken. I am ready for that too. Just tell me the procedure. These private companies can not cheat customers. Please take strict action against them. If anything is required from me, i am available to do anything to get them penalised.

                                        My parcel got delivered to the wrong address. I came to know about it when received e-mail that your parcel has been delivered. What else can i expect from a courier company. I called them multiple times but they do not pick the phone. Such a pathetic courier service. My expensive goods i ordered by paying a handsome amount just destroyed by the bluedart. What steps i can further take?? Please tell me
