I got my washing machine couriered from bareilly to mumbai. Bt unfortunately my parcel got damaged. After opening it i found the front door was broken. Wrote the complaint about the damage to blue dart but no positive response was given by the company. So i thought to repair it bcoz i was in need of the washing machine and the courier company was not responding positively. When i called the service engineer, he told me that two more parts shock absorber and primer are also damaged. I again wrote to blue dart bt no response was shown by the courier company. I received the parcel on october 20, 2018 and since then i am writing to the company so many times but the courier service has not given any response. After all the efforts i had to repair it on my own expenses and the service engineer charged me rs. 6000.00. I had to pay this amount without any fault from my side and the courier company which showed such an unprofessional behavior is not paying any attention. Please take up the issue, because first i paid the courier charges and then i had to pay the repair cost which was done by carelessness of the courier company. I need the reimbursement of repair cost.

My standard chartered credit card has been dispatched for delivery on 19th november 2018.
Got a call from delivery personnel at 2pm on 19th, but address they came for delivery was my office address.
I had specifically stated that the item should be delivered to my home address.
The delivery personnel stated, he will deliver the item to my home address.
That was the last communication in regards to the delivery of the item.
I rang the customer care twice last week to lodge a complaint, but their response was naive ("stating we will get back to you").
Kindly do the needful.

Over a period of 6-7 years i and many of my family members, friends and colleagues have observed that any courier by blue dart does not arrive unless and until you call them and follow up. Their have been numerous instances where blue dart did not deliver the courier and returned it to the sender with a remark that “door was closed” even when the address was of 24/7 functioning office or even when i have a 24 hours security guard, blue dart mentioned door was closed. Comments like address not found when the address was of a multinational it giant, or even when the personal address itself is a landmark the remark they gave was address not found. And they give these comments and return the courier. I have observed that they do not attempt to deliver any courier unless and until customer calls them up and rigorously follow up on the courier. I urge ever one to boycott blue dart so that they improve their service or perish. Regards, devansh chaurasiya

I am expecting my credit card sent via bluedart.. Expected delivery date 26.11.2018. On 24 nov status shows out for delivery but on 24 evening status is out of delivery area.
When it was out of delivery area why these guys taken order. And when it was out of delivery area then why they showed out for delivery.

My shipment number is [protected] sent by Hdfc ahemdabad gujrat that was not dilivered after three attempts.
I informed you that the address written on the shipment is miscreants so the dillivery man can not reach the same place.
Sir please find in google map 'Ghurwa Khera' in place of Ghuruwa khera then you reach the address

I received a message from bluedart that my address is unlocatable /land mark needed. I had not received any call from the delivery biy and suddenly it is showing its unlocatable and one day before i received a courier from the bluedart. How come this possible that one day my address is locatable and next day ut become unlocatable. Is this your way of service. Yesterday (23nov2018) i contacted the customer care and was promised that it will be delivered on 24 nov 2018 between 11am to 5pm. I have not received my courier not even i received any call from the bluedart. This is really shameful. The worst service provider with fake and liar people.
Why should we continue with this type o[censored]nprofessional organisation.

I have ordered an product from amazon and it is being shipped from your company but as i checked my product status it shows "consignee's address incomplete/landmark" and delivering boy is not contacting me by my phone number.

I received a message on my door from blue dart with awb no. On it.
It was my debit card which was not delivered. I was not at home and had just been nereby to my house. Courier boy at least would have called me when he saw the door was locked.
Next day after calling in blue dart office it was being informed the courier will be despatched and before coming he will call. I have still not received my debit atm card nor any call.

There is no such reason to choose blue darts again. Very irresponsible staff, service. I chooses blue dart to send my valuable documents very urgent. He
Said if you want delivery your documents in 24 hrs pay 550 rupees. I paid 550.
But now 4 days have passed. I am still waiting. Mera documents kb pahuchega?

I ordered a product from paytm and now i want to return it. The person that was supposed to take the pick up, first of all did not contacted and came whenever he felt like and i was not available at that time so he said that he'll be coming tomorrow so i told make sure you call before coming, he didn't called and niether he came he just cancelled the return request and somehow i managed to re arrange the return request from paytm so he called and was so rude and showing attitude and he knew that he is at fault, then also he said that i called you and you were not picking up the phone.
Blue dart listen first of all train your staff how to behave and then appoint them. I want you to talk to your courier person and at least take some action that he realise and learn how to talk
And i'll make sure, niether to use nor to recommend anyone to go for blue dart

Good morning team. My sel[censored]day, i faced a lot of problem with wrong information about a job.
A consultancy called carrer myntra they are charging a amount for job by using your company name (Blue dart). I don’t know whether you people know about this are not, if not please take an action about this. They are charging a huge amount of money and they are not providing any kind of job.

They are playing with job less people and job seekers as a part of the company it’s illegal. Please take an action.

On 18 nov i've applied for debit card and cheque book and they had dispatched on the same day, now on 20 november it suppose to be come at my place, it came but i was not available so a courier guy has kept one paper "you have missed" so tomorrow 22nd i came from my native place and i took that paper to my nearest mira road hatkesh branch to pick my percel. We i shown that paper on the reception that person name is navin to rawale he told me that you percel is out for delivery, i have told him that boss at 7:30 i have my flight can you please come at 2 or 3 pm? So he told me it's not possible to deliver that percel, it depends on the courier person's mood, i told him this is not a solution please deliver this percel asap and i left, i told my mom that my percel will come, now the time was 4:30 i visited again to see the mira road branch and i mete same person navin rawale and he was very very rudely spoke to me, he told me that at morning i came and i told him that i don't want that percel and the reason was updated "refuse for delivery" and started giving bad words to me.. Ive attached his photo in this mail and i request you to take strict action on this person if you can't then please tell me i have one full video i'll share it on a youtube as well as i'll give it to the police you can reach me on my my number [protected]

What the hell is wrong with your delivery boys. I mean bluedart is sending delivery boys or some local criminals for product delivery. Today the delivery guy named some Pawar was going to fight me. He threatened me on call that come n meet n I'll show you what I'm only because i asked that ### his name. Why such a bigger brand like blue dart is feeding these kind of people. Can't your service be just like a normal service. Your delivery guys aren't delivering because its their job but they do so because they are doing a huge favour on customers and acting like we are under their debt. Seriously worst experience. Can't explain whole story here please contact me.

arrange a call from the delivery team.
Story repeats again till this time - 6.55 pm 23rd Nov'18.

Never experience such a disgusting service from any courier services so far. Advice not to opt for Blue Dirt service to all the viewers who read this experience.

I didn't receive any call for any delivery about this shipment and i received a message directly that "due to my unavailability the package has not be delivered". What kind of non-sense is this? I am in home for today, for the whole day as well. My phone is also reachable. I have no idea why bluedart is telling that i am unavailable even without placing a simple call. Very disappointing.

My document no. [protected] and it reach at udaipur on 19-11-18 and there is approx. 4 days has gone and till date not deliver to me when i contact he said today my office close. I am continue follow up with them but they are not deliver to me. This is 4-5 time complaint with dlur dart, ashok nagar office. I am facing many problem with them and they are saying we are not responsible for your documents. Please resolve my problem. Mobile no. On which i am contacting is [protected].
