We have booked almost 200 shipments from mr. Aslam ji of esa code e00232, pu code : 108403 but in the past 3 months multiple shipments has been damaged and we are regularly informing cs team to process it and atlest reimburse 5000/- as clearly written on docket and reminded during booking of shipments. While i am tracking my courier, they are near my place and suddenly they mentioned as Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark, If they would have called me i a may be given correct direction to place they are 100 meters for to my place and mentioned Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark, The issue caused on 11/08/2018....
