I had ordered a product from nykaa on 17/11/2018 and it was supposed to be delivered by blue dart solan, himachal pradesh on 19th november, 2018. When i tracked my shipment it showed consignee out of station. Which is a false statement. They still haven't delivered my consignment. Without contacting me how can they show consignee out of station. I can go to blue dart's office and collect it, but what do they work for? For harassing customers?? Making false commitments!! I want my product to be delivered as soon as possible.

    There is an personal courier to me long back from hdfc bank, the courier boy is calling me when i am not there in current location and he is denying to give my courier. I have confirmed my availability and timings to reach out me but he calling me at night and other timings.
    So when i tried to call him back and he is not pick up the call.

    Please support me on this issues and get my courier soon as possible.

    The worst service I faced worst customer service worst delivery person they couldn't find the main city flipkart and Amazon are 1000 time better compared to bluedart I hope never ever my seller send package through bluedart.
    I don't receive my courier.. still I did not receive any call from courier persons.. my courier as traveling for blue dart last 2 months

      I have applied for parcel refund from amazon, which shows collection date as 9/11/18 but after confirming the adress by Bluedart employee, now its been dated 13/11/18 till date nobody came to collect the parcel, when asked in multiple calls they ensures that next day we will collect the parcel.
      So take proper action for this..

      I have received today a parcel today date 13/11/2018 and the watches that I have ordered is fake and totally disgusting and the watches I have ordered was for womens and they have parcel me wrong one so plese replace my parcle its my kind request if not then i have to apply for RTI

        My order being carried by your company having has not been delivered to me. It is being shown that the consignee was out of station, however in fact no attempt was made to deliver the order.
        Further no call was made on the phone number given. The status being given is totally false. Kindly look into the matter and direct the delivery of order.

        HDFC had couriered debit card through Blue Dart express, which was returned stating incorrect address. So irresponsible and wonder a bank like HDFC still uses their services even after these much complaints. Though I tried to raise complaint directly in the site (so called - straight to top) no use

          I didn't get my delivery awb # [protected] for more than a week and i wasn't intimated anything about it. Suddenly i got a message saying that the shipment undelivered and contact bank for more details. When i checked the status of delivery through tracking tool then shocked that it was out for delivery on 13th nov 2018 at 1 pm and the delivery marked as undelivered around 8 pm on the same day with the reason that such consignee is not at the provided location. I didn't get any sms, call or email about that. After that on 16th nov i got a message that ypur shipment will be delivered within 72 hours but didn't. As today i checked the status, it's showing as shipment undelivered and returning to origin as per sender's request. The worst thing ever is my home is just within 2 km range from blue dart sholinganallur office in chennai.

When i checked in your website blue dart., it shows that the address is unloacatable with no landmark., but i am receiving all my deliverables in the same address and it is very much locatable.               My credit is shipped from mumbai to bangalore on 16 it was supposed to be delivered as on 17/11/2018 but the courier boy is denied to give parcel on saturday and said that the courier will be delivered on monday but on monday they didnt contact us but i when i contacted them he started speaking rudely and said delivery can't be done as address is nothe mentioned correctly but when i asked him to confirm the address the address was absolutely correct. They said that they will return the parcel please take action against this is want my credit card on a urgent basis

                EV[protected], Address verified by buero of address verification. But your person mentioned as unidentified address (because he dont want to travel to my address which is out of city).moreover it is prepaid so he dont want to serve.it is obsolutly cheating the customer. Worst service of bluedart .

Executive [protected] told me he was coming with in 10-15 minutes. I reached that address and wait 2 hours your executive [protected] not picking my phone call and never respond. And after some time i received a message my corrier is returned due to address issue but your executive [protected] not reached at address he was returned my credit card by ownside.                     My SBI credit card was send through Blue dart. In the morning, I have tracked the status and it was showing that the item out for delivery. After one hour, I have again rechecked and at that time it was showing "DELAYED CAUSED BEYOND THE CONTROL". What is this? Previously same thing was happened to me during my Axis bank Debit card. I think this is the most worst courier service that I have ever seen. But I can't understand why the banks send the credit/ debit card through Blue dart. It is better to send through other courier service. I request everyone please dont go for blue dart. It is better to go for other courier services. Thank you.

                        I had my debit card arriving at my permanent address and my gaurdians are living there as im in bangalore so i had asked them to collect bit the delivery boy refused to give it as my job i keep moving to fifferent location thats why i had asked on the bank to trasfer it to my permanent address. Although i was ready to send my id proof photo to show but still he did not give and i needed it in emergency. He was talking very badly and didn’t tried to listen to me or my guardians there. I want there should be some serious action taken on him since this is not the way you behave with your customers. And this is not the first time my card is being recieved at my place. I have always recieved my card at my permanent location even when im not there because of my job shifting i had given my permanent location. Please ask them to deliver at my location asap as i have some personal emergency. And we dont expexct delivery boys to belhave in this manner. His name was ravi.

                              I am advocate subhojoy banerjee i had delivered a package via blu dart service from delhi to mumbai on 16.11.2018, the package contains several important documents which must be filed in bombay high court by today so i chose your fast delivery service for the same but the package still not arrived at its requisite destination and i am highly disappointed by this kind of malafide services from your side. The package must be delivered to its requisite place within one hour or i will be bound to take appropriate legal action against the company. And your courier service provider mr pravin sharma always deliberately delays important packages and also never picks up the calls done by us, so you are requested to take some serious action against the concern person.

                                I'm very shocked to see the process of delivery given by blue dart, my shipment is at nearest hub but they guys are unable to deliver it & furthermore updating the false information on that.

                                I had a word with one of delivery boy on same location, he cleared that your shipment is still at hub location, no one came for delivery & you have to speak with manager of that location i[censored] want fast service.. What is the process is that???

                                I have about to receive two shipments on two different numbers but both are having same kind of fake update..

                                There is no transparency in between the delivery person & the receiver as they guy's are not sharing any contact details to customer so that they can confirm the delivery time & location.. How old process we are using now these days??

But while tracking with way-bill ([protected]) number, it is mentioned as 'No Such Consignee At The Given Address'. But delivery attempts are not happening.                                       The consignment arrived the kelambakkam hub on 10th november and they are just stating that incomplete address, but from the same hub i got 3 more consignments delivered on 14th november.

                                      Without contacting me they are just putting some reason like incomplete address. Such a worst service from bluedart even after speaking to customer service executive i didn't get a proper response.
