Despite reaching out to the blue dart customer service multiple times they did not deliver my courier. My parents were at home but the courier service did not come for delivery. They just updated in their website that they attempted courier delivery. They have now sent my courier back to the origin. Very bad service from Blue Dart. They did not even try calling me once. When i try their customer care number it doesn't work.

      Way bill [protected].
      Your blue dart courier delivery people are lazy and they have not delivered my above mentioned letter. Atleast they can call me asking the location if address is not traceable. It is yes bank cover and i am sure address is correct. Your courier people always do the same and return the courier to the consignor. Not seen such a lazy people in my life. Already informed yes bank to change the courier.

        My waybill no. [protected] has been out for delivery and now showing status shown prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery. This is my first time very bad experience as they don't bother to contact costumer and inform anything about the delivery to them. Now i have to track every thing and my delivery is late by 10 days. They don't care. Worst experience.

          Our airway bill no [protected] was shipped on 24.10.2018 and delivered to jamnagar 27.10.2018 but till date we have not received it. Kindly take strict action against the dealer and provide the shipment as earliest.
          Our office also unable to give it by-hand to our staff and unable to deliver in 20 days.
          Our staff visited to office on 06.10.2018 and called many times.

            This is regarding tracking ID: [protected]
            I got a call on Nov 6 asking if I will be available and I said Yes. No calls afterward and didn't receive any package.

            Now when I tracked the order it shows its " Returned To Origin At Shipper'S Request " and " Consignee'S Address Incorrect". I have received orders on the same address and how come this says address incorrect. If the delivery boy didn't want to deliver it then why blame on address being incorrect.

            I need an action taken asap and want my order as soon as possible.

                When delivery boy comes to deliver Concignment, and if premise is closed, he should follow the protocol and call me, I had managed to collect the same at my neighbors house, on contacting them I didn't get satisfactory reply, this I did so many times, but phone attending lady kept on giving me next half hour time, in the end it was me who was empty handed.. nor I got my consignment next day, I don't know what will they do with my parcel.

                  The shipment was arrived at blue dart office on 16.06.2017, even after more than one week passed the shipment has not been delivered yet. They are just updating the status "undelivered shippment held at location". When will it get get delivered.# pathetic service. Even the contact no provided by bluedart in unresponsive and not information has been shared that how one can get his parcel delivered. Even the other parcels got delivered by the same courier agency. But in this case they updated the status "out of delivery area".

                    I've never ever seen such poor service like what i observe in past 6 month in 110037 area. Most of my courier was handed over to suspicions person whom i don't know. Also don't know how your courier boy can handover any person without my calling me or having my permission. I'v more than 30 awb no which i can share with your management.
                    Please arrange me a call back and help to fix this issue in my area.

                        Hello team,

                        I am repeatedly calling texting mailing as well as tweeting my issue regarding my package ([protected]). I have been made aware that there have been 2 incidents where a delivery attempt was made but no one from the courier service called me or no message for delivery was sent. When i questioned the customer care regarding this they told me there is no process of calling a customer before delivery and believe that the customer will have a dream of sorts that the package is coming today.

                        This is a very serious issue taken very lightly and i believe an extensive effort of making a customers life hell. I hope this complaint helps

                          Hi my waybill no. Is[protected] it's been a week that my package has arrived and not being delivered. I tried calling the concerned curior station with no one picking up the landline and keeping their mobile phone on auto disconnect.
                          The tracking says that the order is fake / fake address. But why would i pay and give fake address. Nobody from the other side has called me. I had contacted customer care but still no response.
                          Very bad management.

                              I bought a mobile from mi official online store and it is delivered by bluedart (Bangalore, electronic city phase 1) and because of manufacturer defects i raised a replacement request to mi. I got a call from a blue dart guy and he picked up the return and gave a receipt. After that i didn't get any update message. I got a doubt and called that guy back and his mobile is switched off. I went to bluedart immediately for verification. They are saying that the receipt is not valid. I came to know that i got cheated. But my question is that, how come the pickup guy got my order details, address and all the data. There is something fraud happening with blue dart. Please do the needful asap.

                              I had return pickup scheduled for 2 products, Shopperstop and Paytm. The pickup agent took Shopperstop product instead of Paytm. Now I am not able to get refund for both. He gave me a receipt with AWB [protected].

                                I contacted the customer care of blue dart asking for the details regarding the shipment.

                                I specifically asked regarding any additional document required to be submitted to the courier guy.
                                They said no.

                                In evening their courier guy comes and tell an additional document required, i told him i contacted the customer care and they told no document is required.
                                He told "aapko dena hai to do nahi to mein ja rha". I contacted the customer care again.
                                The call was connected after 30 minutes of time. When I asked regarding the document they told it is required.
                                I asked why they did not tell this in morning when I call, they replied they forget to tell.
                                I said I dont have any place to keep the shipment and your courier guy is not ready to wait for 5 min also to let me arrange the document.
                                They replied they cannot help in that, what max they can do is ask them to come tomorrow.
                                I asked, but I dont have any place to keep the shipment.
                                They told they cannot help in that.

                                The courier guy told me the prize that was around Rs 1000 more than what was informed by customer care.
                                I contacted the customer care and they changed the prize of the shipment 3 times within the same call.

                                I asked them to raise a complaint regarding this. They told they will not register the complain.

                                I asked to connect the call to the superior, to that they replied we dont have any superior present.

                                After this they cut the call.

                                They neither provide the correct details, nor they provide any complain number

                                  This is regarding bill. Number [protected]. Have seen that only. Bluedart courier does not reach my address. This is atleast 4th or 5th instance. Rest all the couriers are reaching me without any issues. I feel there is some issue with your centre corresponding to this address. After escalation it reaches the next time.

                                  Other shipment numbers are [protected] which had similar issue.

                                  Please take some strict measures that it does not happen. I am never contacted on phone when such issues happen. My mother lives next door so if i am not at home all my deliveries are given to my mother. There are no occasions where no one is at home.

                                        When I track my item on BlueDart, it says Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed. But no one had called me to get the valid address. It's been happening for couple of times. It is an emergency item. Please help me to get the same.
