Hi my waybill no. Is[protected] it's been a week that my package has arrived and not being delivered. I tried calling the concerned curior station with no one picking up the landline and keeping their mobile phone on auto disconnect.
The tracking says that the order is fake / fake address. But why would i pay and give fake address. Nobody from the other side has called me. I had contacted customer care but still no response.
Very bad management.

      I bought a mobile from mi official online store and it is delivered by bluedart (Bangalore, electronic city phase 1) and because of manufacturer defects i raised a replacement request to mi. I got a call from a blue dart guy and he picked up the return and gave a receipt. After that i didn't get any update message. I got a doubt and called that guy back and his mobile is switched off. I went to bluedart immediately for verification. They are saying that the receipt is not valid. I came to know that i got cheated. But my question is that, how come the pickup guy got my order details, address and all the data. There is something fraud happening with blue dart. Please do the needful asap.

      I had return pickup scheduled for 2 products, Shopperstop and Paytm. The pickup agent took Shopperstop product instead of Paytm. Now I am not able to get refund for both. He gave me a receipt with AWB [protected].
      I want this product back as it has not reached the right company that is Shopperstop.

      No one has come to deliver but wen I track the status it says " consignee not available" this is happening for past three days. I need it urgently and this is how u provide the service.
      Sir the courier boy not delivery my order but the states will be CONSIGNEE'S ADDRESS UNLOCATABLE/LANDMARK NEEDED this is the my way bill no [protected], and i did't get any call from the courier boy this is my number [protected] please respond the mail, please delivery the item.

        I contacted the customer care of blue dart asking for the details regarding the shipment.

        I specifically asked regarding any additional document required to be submitted to the courier guy.
        They said no.

        In evening their courier guy comes and tell an additional document required, i told him i contacted the customer care and they told no document is required.
        He told "aapko dena hai to do nahi to mein ja rha". I contacted the customer care again.
        The call was connected after 30 minutes of time. When I asked regarding the document they told it is required.
        I asked why they did not tell this in morning when I call, they replied they forget to tell.
        I said I dont have any place to keep the shipment and your courier guy is not ready to wait for 5 min also to let me arrange the document.
        They replied they cannot help in that, what max they can do is ask them to come tomorrow.
        I asked, but I dont have any place to keep the shipment.
        They told they cannot help in that.

        The courier guy told me the prize that was around Rs 1000 more than what was informed by customer care.
        I contacted the customer care and they changed the prize of the shipment 3 times within the same call.

        I asked them to raise a complaint regarding this. They told they will not register the complain.

        I asked to connect the call to the superior, to that they replied we dont have any superior present.

        After this they cut the call.

        They neither provide the correct details, nor they provide any complain number

          This is regarding bill. Number [protected]. Have seen that only. Bluedart courier does not reach my address. This is atleast 4th or 5th instance. Rest all the couriers are reaching me without any issues. I feel there is some issue with your centre corresponding to this address. After escalation it reaches the next time.

          Other shipment numbers are [protected] which had similar issue.

          Please take some strict measures that it does not happen. I am never contacted on phone when such issues happen. My mother lives next door so if i am not at home all my deliveries are given to my mother. There are no occasions where no one is at home.

            There are so many time your executive not come on my address or call me for my Currier, and he back your office and update that wrong address and address not found...if some day he came he not wait to show our id just for 2 min., he said he have lost of parcel and work load so he not wait for 2-3 min..
            so many times i face the same problem with the same executive...

                The status is showing that the consignee shifted from the given address, where as i am at that address only and i have been calling the customer care as well to when the courier would be delivered... Now i am calling them and i am not getting any response... What should i do? Contact me right now...

                When I track my item on BlueDart, it says Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed. But no one had called me to get the valid address. It's been happening for couple of times. It is an emergency item. Please help me to get the same.
                Regarding to ICICI bank shipment delivery boy didn't contact me AWB [protected]
                Way Bill # [protected].. I don't know why blue dart express guys put in status as C'Nee shifted from the given address..?

                        A shipment was done from tiruchendur blue dart to green ville usa yesterday on november 9th i only got a bill on 10th november that too was not computer generated and it was merely hand written. And even now aftr 48 hours from submission of my parcel to your office i could not track the parcel using the waybill given by you

                            My phone was coming from amazon. It reaches at our city in morning on 10 november. The delivery guy (‭+[protected]‬) called me in afternoon to ask adress and i told him. He said that i will come in evening. When i called in evening he told me to come and accept then he switched off his phone and the message come that i was not available so it will come tomorrow... Rubbish... Rubbish... Rubbish...

                            Worst service, it used to happen they did not try to deliver the product... Just call from their office and closed
                            This is regarding the delivery of above product which have not even tried to locate by address... And then came the message address issue.. Just nonsense.. Every body else is delivering other post office.. Courier etc except bluedart.

                              This is serious concern in relation to delivery of a product, which was about to be delivered to me on 5th november, since then i haven't received any call from bluedart. I called up customer service and have requested ample number of times to atleast convey the delivery executive to contact me. I am in real need of the deliverable and cannot wait any longer. Would require your urgent assistance or else i need to raise this to public forum.

                                  It's been 2 days no body give me any information regarding MY order.If your customer service is that much poor then IWii file a police complaint against my tracking order.

                                    Hi, Am Anoop, from Bangalore, i was supposed to get my SBI Credit card before a week, with the Reference #EV[protected], i have not got any response from you, after my package has come to Bangalore nor have your delivery person contacted me. I contacted your Customer service and your person was so rude on me saying a stupid reasons, he was not ready to help me. and how can you return my package without even informing me. if i face issue with. am going to the consumer court of Law and file a complaint against you. for faking me and doing fraud works to its customers.
                                    i need necessary action on this and need response for this within 24 hrs with resolution.

                                      Please note that my courier tracking number is [protected]. Blue dart courier company always update wrong information on there website stating that courier out for delivery but actualy they deliver courier after 2-3 days after updating courier out for delivery.
                                      No one in office pikup phone in ludhiana office. Kindly resolve issue asap.
                                      Every time we face this issue. No one in courier office take serious action. Some time we have to go personally and collect the courier which is full of hassal. Below i am attaching the screen shot stating that courier out for delivery but when i went to office they said they havnt enter the courier detail in computer yet so they can not deliver it today.
