Hi team,

I'm very shocked to see the process of delivery given by blue dart, my shipment is at nearest hub but they guys are unable to deliver it & furthermore updating the false information on that.

I had a word with one of delivery boy on same location, he cleared that your shipment is still at hub location, no one came for delivery & you have to speak with manager of that location i[censored] want fast service.. What is the process is that???

I have about to receive two shipments on two different numbers but both are having same kind of fake update..

There is no transparency in between the delivery person & the receiver as they guy's are not sharing any contact details to customer so that they can confirm the delivery time & location.. How old process we are using now these days??

    There is no delivery attempts were made on one of my order/parcel from SBI Rewardz. But while tracking with way-bill ([protected]) number, it is mentioned as 'No Such Consignee At The Given Address'. But delivery attempts are not happening. And also I was not received any call/door-knock at the time of delivery that they have mentioned. [protected]

      Return reason: Product(watches) is totally different in design and colour.
      Watches are very bad colours and quality.
      So i was return the product and
      I want refund my money.

        The consignment arrived the kelambakkam hub on 10th november and they are just stating that incomplete address, but from the same hub i got 3 more consignments delivered on 14th november.

        Without contacting me they are just putting some reason like incomplete address. Such a worst service from bluedart even after speaking to customer service executive i didn't get a proper response.

            My hdfc credit card was dispatched 3 times.1st time i was not at mentioned adress when bule dart courier boy called me. I told him politely that i was not able to come there immediately but he was very rude and he cut the phone and then hdfc has sent me that card twice again and every time i was present at mentioned adress but courier boy did not come and i just got message that bluedart tried... Also i could not contact blue dart office in rajkot they do not recieve any call or they put reciever in a side after recieving call. I am very aure that if you will not take any immdiate action then i will make this issue legal in court. Please do needful

              I have visited to the bluedart office, durgapur on[protected]. I had 4 consignment, out of these i got 3 pod of bluedart which was supposed to delivered at dhanbad and remaining 1 was of city commercial services which was supposed to delivered in asansol. They told that the consignment will be delivered within 1 day. But, after 4 days, 1 of the pod no. [protected] was not delivered saying location is unlocatable. As per my knowledge the address is very much easy to locate and also i had given ph no. Of the consignee with the address. And also the city commercial services pod no. A9108 was not delivered, and they even cannot provide any details/status of the consignment. How can we rely on bluedart if this type of such a casual approaches is there among its employees mind/role. Really very much upset as the consignments is very much important to be delivered within 18th... Attaching the consignment notes for your reference.

                The complaint is against blue dart where i curriered my parcel on 12 nov 2018. I paid extra money for expedite delivery. It is not delivered till today 17 nov 2018. It has my important documents which are to be submitted before today, otherwise i will loose 175000 amount. I tried calling cs number but not connected, no email reply, no twitter help. There is no help for the customer and we are getting frustrated. Is there anyway by which a legal action can be taken. I am ready for that too. Just tell me the procedure. These private companies can not cheat customers. Please take strict action against them. If anything is required from me, i am available to do anything to get them penalised.

                  My parcel got delivered to the wrong address. I came to know about it when received e-mail that your parcel has been delivered. What else can i expect from a courier company. I called them multiple times but they do not pick the phone. Such a pathetic courier service. My expensive goods i ordered by paying a handsome amount just destroyed by the bluedart. What steps i can further take?? Please tell me

                    The courier needs to be receive yesterday as per the tracking status and extended to 16/11. I'm waiting for it whole day and I didn't received a call from Deliver agent, but by end of the day 16/11 I received stating "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Landmark Needed".

                        My consignment has been dispatched from one of my client wide bill No.[protected] couriered on 08th of Nov 2018, But still now i didn't received the same.

                        Also, traced the status lot of times, it indicates in Delhi hub from Yesterday i.e., 15th Nov 2018, so i dialed customer care service and they are not responding properly. I have requested them thrice to connect to their higher management they gave us false promise that our higher management will you call you in 10 minutes and took my number. But no response from the Blue dart team.

                        As the package contains original passport of our client and now he is missed his flight.

                        Now who is going to bare the loss.

                        Please consider above matter at urgent and respond.

                        Otherwise i will move to court.

                          I am really disturbed by the arrogant delivery boy who came to deliver me my credit card.
                          Coversation goes like this
                          Delivery boy: Tejas ?
                          me: yes
                          Delivery boy: Sir I am at gate please come fast ... your credit card is there for delivery come fast..

                          me: Ok i am coming give me 2-3 minutes.

                          Delivry boy: Sir come immidielty or It will be returned .

                          me: OK .. i am on the way.. I was inside my office & it took me only 3 minutes to reach the delivery boy..

                          Delivery boy: (after giving the card) : Tejas ? here is your card (took my sign on phone) Sir.

                          me: You could have called me 5 mins before you reach here.. it would have saved time for both o[censored]s.

                          Delivery boy: Sir i have 100s of courier, i cannot wait.

                          me: I am not saying to wait. i reached in 3 mins.. i said you should have called me before 5 mins... it would have saved time for both of sir.

                          Delivry boy: if you want you complaint.. but i can not wait.

                          me: (now i was upset): i asked " whats your name)

                          Delivery Boy: I dont know (very rudely)

                          me: Show me your ID card (only blue dart strap was visible but id card was inside the shirt)

                          me: Tell me your managers name ?

                          Delivery boy: I dont know. if you want.. complaint it.

                          After that lot of friction happened between delivry boy and me...
                          finally i gave up & he was shouting some non sense from behind. i just ignored...till then many my office colleagues & security guard came there.. many of my office colleagues were having the same experience with Blue Dart... they said just ignore them they are not improving

                          I was really upset by the behaviour of the delivery person. i had bad experience by blue dart in past which i ignored many times.
                          but this was really horrible & upsetting.

                          I do not have any hope that they will improve.
                          I just want to report this,

                            This is Abhinash here, one of our client sent us the passport through blue dart courier for urgent deliver. Couriered date is 08th of November 2018 and today is 16th November 2018 and we have not yet received our parcel.

                            My client is missed his flight now due to this delay from courier agency.

                            We are continuously chasing us the courier services but no body is responding properly.

                            Who will responsible for this delay and our expenses loss for this.

                              I received a call aroung 11am by the delivery boy who was about to delivery my shipment no awb no:[protected]

                              I was in another call when the call arrived and called him immediately after 2-3 minutes. The delivery boy did not pick up my call and cut the phone after calling him 4-5 times.

                              Please deliver the shipment to below mentioned address since i wont be available in the office hours.

                                I was not satisfied with the product. Jesa ki mene online dekha tha wo wesa bilkul bhi nhi hai. It’s just spam. And the sound of airpods not good. It was of bad quality. And the size of airpods are bigger than expected and charging cable also have bad quality. So i requested to you please return bluetooth airpords and return my money.                                   The above said letter was send to me from ICICI Bank. The courier boy never came to my address on 14th and 15th Nov 2018 but reported not available in fact the security register maintained in my complex shows that he never came here on 15.11.2018.

                                    My hdfc bank card is couriered and no attempts made and returned to hdfc bank 2 times already, but now it is in blue dart office without making any attempt evethough contact number and address is clearly mentioned. Still i got the below message for 3rd time.

                                    Waybill# [protected] is undelivered for address related issues. Pls contact hdfc for redelivery, else it will be returned to bank within 7 days.

                                        Also, traced the status lot of times, it indicates as address related issues, so i dialed to customer care service and once again i provided my address, but still it shows the same status i. E address related issues.

                                        Please consider above matter at your first leisure and facilitate myself to receive the same as soon as possible.
