      Hi,

      This concern is regarding the credit card that i requested for a dispatch and it reached bluedart on oct 31 and was supposed to be delivered to me by nov 1st. I made sure that the timings for contacting me was clearly mentioned in my request so that i could be aware of the time o[censored] people contacting me.

      On nov 1st, i had a call from one of your delivery team to which i responded in 15 minutes since i was busy with my work as it was my working hours and the person answered carelessly and lied to have visited my delivery address as the address ive requested for delivery was office itself. And when i requested him to wait for 5 minutes and got down to the ground floor to check for the person and the guy was nowhere to be found and didn't answer my call until 7.30 in the evening after several attempts.

      The delivery person later shared a number and asked me to contact the number [protected] to check the status who hardly cared for my concern and making me beg him for what was promised. This person is more rude and almost uses swear words when i request him to help me get the credit card i called this person atleast 15 to 20 times today since morning and he kept asking me to call him after 30 minutes everything i called him though it was working hours.

      This person later when i told him i'm available the whole day at my work place, said he dispatched my card to my house address though i mentioned i'll be available at my work place address which is my prioritised address in the request.

      Kindly look into it and do the needful as none deserves a service that u offer and as this is the last time i'm ever going to opt for your services...

            We are at home, the delivery boy didn't even called or knocked our door then how he can submit the status as closed premises where as he didn't even call to confirm it. What type of rubbish service is providing by bluedart. This is ridiculous. I've confirmed no man from bluedart have came to this apartment because we are at home on weekends. I can assure the delivery person is lying. This is the second time they are trying to return my item for their misconvinence. Worst service by bluedart.

                Hi, my name is tajammul ansari, i stay in mumbra thane 400612, on[protected] bluedart pickup executive name imran working at mumbra mm valley location, he cheated me he pickedup and took product to his home and given fake receipt at my home and in amazon he wrote pickedup cancelled and product has not being returned to amazon till date, now i doing follow since last 15 days, nothing happened, he came again on[protected] he given new fake receipt i want fraud executive to be fired and i also want my product back or amount of that product rs 700, i want justice any how...                   I had my item to be picked up from my office address and the unprofessional attitude of the person who was meant to pick is not good. I asked the guy to wait for 2 mins, you would get the item, he is directly saying sorry i won’t and i’m going. How is this a professional service of company like yours. You guys need to pick up the game

                        I had to recieve my american express credit card on[protected] as per schedule, delivery boy called me on[protected] at 4 o clock and told me that he is in another place not able to come to your place today we will deliver your shipment on[protected], after all these i got message from blue dart saying that your shipment undeliverable for address related concerns.
                        And now i am trying to call that delivery boy and that # is not picking my call.

                          Sir, i had applied for sbi card and message also come with ref no. Ev[protected] on 31/10/2018. One call come on mobile from mobile number[protected] which was unfortunately not taken by me as i was busy in office meeting. So after meeting over i call back that number one person talked me for address for delivery i told him address then he disconnect the call. Now from last 3 days whenever i called on that number for updated status of delivery immediately called person cut the call which is very serious. So today i called on same number from another number person picked up the call & i asked him about my delivery but he told that address of delivery is not in my area, so i asked him the number of person who make delivery in that area he again cut the call without giving me the details. The behaviour of person show that he is doing meharbani on us by receving the phone which is totally wrong. So finally i approach on toll free number from where i got email id for complaint
                          Please look into the matter at earliest & also keep responsive persons for
                          Delivery

                            Hdfc sent me my new debit cart package through bluedart, i received a message on 31st october 2018 that they will attempt the delivery. I waited for the delivery whole day. The courier guy has not made any attempt to deliver it and finally he has mentioned in the comments that receiver address shifted without calling me or talking to me. This is unprofessional and cheating. I got a message from hdfc saying that bluedart made an attempt to deliver but could not.
                            Their customer care number is always unreachable, i have sent them a mail complaint but no response to that as well. Thoroughly pathetic and unprofessional service.

                                I have ordered a product from paytm which was shipped by paytm with awb no. [protected]. After 2 days it got in my nearest location hub. It was also out of delivery soon. But no it wasnt delivered. I also didnt got any message regarding delivery of my shipment from bluedart. They even didnt called me. I checked the tracking status whuch showed address is wrong. Although i ordered many products before with same address. I contacted bluedart and verified my address and then they assured me that product will be delivered soon. But still i didn't got any notification regarding my delivery. I am very depressed of bluedart service. I am also not able to contact bluedart now. Please help. My contact no is [protected]

                                  I am sorry to say that but your complete system is # up. From 5 days waiting for my courier but no one coming just mention in tracking that undelivered held at your location. Even i went to blue dart pnr service center they have my courier but not giving enve after all the id i have, for my courier item i have to wait. No one coming no one calling you all guys are thefts. If you not believe on me then check my call log, go to police station and request to check my all data of call log. Even please check delivery executive that he didn't even attempt a single call. Please take it seriously otherwise i have to file a case against you for this mental pressure and harassment.

                                        cancel my delivery

                                        I ordered for data entry job as doing it for part time but i got full time job. I just registered and but they booked the order. So i'm not interested to buy the product. Kindly cancel it and return back to origin. I don't need it for now. Sorry kindly cancel it. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please cancel it i don't need the product. I can't buy it anymore...
