sir i am ajay karkrishna at kolkata my contact no[protected]. it some days a kotak bank credit card alredy sent from your bank site aproxmently 10days still not receive
sir my 2 Parcel held at bluedart courier office of Dalhouise kolkata ( credit and debit card) no any body donnt come my address but why address incomplete mantion in the waybill and customer sifted from given address.
It is really strange...
my waybill no-[protected]. (credit card). and 2nd waybill no--[protected](debit Card)
where as I am at that address only and I have been calling the customer care as well to when the courier would be delivered... Now I am calling them and i am not getting any response...what should I do?
My kottak bank debit card pin receive alredy another courier since 4days. but address in complete and customer sifted given address mantion for Bluedart, how can posible ????
If customer adderss is incomplete mantion on dated-30.10.2018 so customer sifted given address mantion on dated-29.10.2018. Porsone is not getting this address .then anybody can trust. also my mobile number mantion on shipment below wybill why not call me.
There some customer at kolkata city fashing the harasment from bluedart courier, so rectify this
hence i request to you as son as posible solve it

My waybill number [protected]. My hdfc credit card is stil not delievered. Evrytime they put a status address incomplete. It is pathetic more than 3 times my card is sent it back to bank. everytime i got a call from hdfc and take my request to call me on my registeres mobile when the person will get out for the delivery even though i never get a chance to talk with courier person because the courier person never called me. I think blue dart management should have a common sense...that before delivery the person should called up to the person who is responsible for the pickup. And please don't say that it is a policy you can't make calls when it is related to bank related documents...and hence if you do so..the person will never get the bank documents or anything realted to it. Please consider it as a complain. And please make a call before the delivery.
