I redeem my sbi rewards points and ordered bajaj toaster and ga e shipment address of bangalore. As so far it was not delivered, i checked the status and was told that it was delivered on 13th october to mr. Rajendra who does not stay in the shipment address. How can it be delivered to any person without verification. Please look into the matter and compensate the loss

    Though my order number is [protected].. Which is cod... Delivery boy came and stated card is not acceptable.. And only cash is the way of payment.. And refuse to deliver product as i dont have enough cash.. Please confirm... If yes then please check where you are.. We are going towards digitization.. So please confirm asap.

      मैंने amazon से एक जूता मंगाया था जो मुझे blue dart कूरियर से भेजा गया । कोरियर ने जूता कंपनी को यह कहते हुए वापस कर दिया कि कंसाइनी ने लेने से मना कर दिया जबकि न मेरे पास कोई डिलीवरी करने आया न ही कूरियर द्वारा मुझसे फोन पर कोई संपर्क किया गया । इस मामले में मैंने blue dart कोरियर के कस्टमर केयर सर्विस पर तीन बार मेल करके शिकायत की । तीन बार ही amazon के कस्टमर केयर सर्विस पर फोन करके शिकायत दर्ज कराई । लेकिन कोई समाधान नहीं मिला । ब्लू डार्ट ने तो कोई रेस्पॉन्स भी नहीं दिया । मेरा ऑर्डर प्री पेड था । यानी सामान तो मिला नहीं, पैसा भी फंसा । ऐसा नहीं है कि ये पहली बार है । इससे पहले भी कई बार ऐसा हो चुका है । मेरा ब्लू डार्ट वे बिल [protected] है ।

        Above message is repeated by bluedart in almost all courier shipment by jhansi office on regular basis. Address is perfectly fine and there are no issues whatsoever.
        It's become a regular habit of bluedart to delay it's product delivery which is seriously shameful.

          Have mailed in detail to Mr. Baljeet. Issue is, Glass Commitment made by BlueDart people . My shipment no is [protected].

          I called on 26th on your call centre no, and given correct pincode along with the correct Residential address with landmark which is my secondary address. Commitment made that it will driver in 48 hours, which does not happened.Again call and repeat the same process- again Commitment made that it will driver in 48 hours, which does not happened. Then I mailed the same to Mr. Baljeet and on 29th called your call centre no. again
          Commitment made that it will driver in 48 hours, which does not happened and after giving complete address with landmark it was not delivered and comment mentioned in tracking information that "Consignee's Location Untraceable"
          Again call today at least for 6 times they said it is out for delivery will be delivered today. Till 2 pm no delivery so called Ahmedabad call centre, they said do not call us it will deliver today for sure. When not delivered till 5, again called and talked to Mr. Hitesh, he committed that till 6 you will get it and if not call me at 8.
          I called at 8, some lady was there she promised me that we have urgent delivery for you only you will get it till 9 pm . Still not delivered, and your system it showing the same reason i.e. Consignee's Location Untraceable the time for update of remark was 16:40.

          How unprofessional behaviour.

            I got sorry missed card at home so i booked the time slot for 31st oct 2018 between 3pm to 5 pm.. As i was on leave at same day but no has come at my delivery address so.. I called on blue dart customer care no[protected] and i checked the staus through airway bill no and it was showing someoen has come at my place around 5.08pm but at this time we all were at home so how they can say door was closed and no one was there at home.

                I want to lodge a complaint against blue dart waybill number : [protected]

                My hdfc debit card has been couriered thrice and every time the parcel was returned stating that the address was incorrect but the address is absolutely correct. The courier person didn't even attempt to deliver the item and most importantly he didn't even call me once. I am always contactable.

                Today itself i received a prepaid parcel from bluedart waybill number for reference is [protected]. Today the courier guy called me and delivered it to my correct address but my debit card is always returned.

                I called your customer service person and deepak patil didn't even wanted to take a complaint he was just arguing and saying that he can't take a complaint more importantly i can understand that he was muting the call when i was talking to him. Which shows least interest against customer. Sorry to say but your customer care executive was absolutely unprofessional and was even rude.

                I would like a smooth deliver of my debit card asap like todays delivery.

                    This has been the second time I ordered from Zara and there was no delivery attempt while I get messages and mail regarding that there will be delivery attempt.
                    Yet all the delivery guy does is give me a missed call and then does not pick up again - ‭+[protected]‬. Here is the number of the delivery boy. He told me that he will deliver by 6pm whilst at 5pm he gave me a missed and when I tracked the shipment it said that my premises was closed. They are making a fool out of the customers.
                    This is the worst experience I have received with any delivery services.
                    My last shipment was sent back without any attempt of delivery and this shipment is heading towards the same.
                    I would never recommend this delivery service to anyone, it is as worse as it can ever get.

                      I wanted to translate my certificate from Delhi and receive in Kerala. The agency chooses bluedart to deliver fast in express mode. I was supposed to receive it by 24th October 2018 as it dispatched 22nd October 2018. I have not received it till 31 October 2018. The customer care executive confirmed delivery by today when I called. They are not even picking calls now.

                            I received a message on thursday that your sbi card will be attempted through blue dart vide ref no ev[protected] on or after 30th oct-18 the tracking message states that the door is locked. We have not been called or left a message and we were at home the door is not locked. How can you justify it that its locked when we were available.                               Sir my 2 parcel held at bluedart courier office of dalhouise kolkata (Credit and debit card) no any body donnt come my address but address incomplete mantion in the waybill and customer sifted from given address.

                              It is really strange...

                              Where as i am at that address only and i have been calling the customer care as well to when the courier would be delivered... Now i am calling them and i am not getting any response... What should i do?

                                I am waiting for my card since 3 days but its not delivered and your executives also not responding proparly worest exeprience i need my card as early as possible
                                I Ordered An Item On 15th oct And They Said They Will Deliver on 18th Oct Today Its 21st oct And Its. nowhere awb'[protected] Its Only Showing Their Pet Dialogues "Delay caused Beyond Control" And "Network Issue May Impact Delivery"

                                  Blue Dart is fooling with fake delivery attempts.
                                  I have stayed home waiting for the shipment. And the Delivery guy didn't even attempted and reported consignee out of station while I had been at home . There are no phone calls. Even my contact no is provided but delivery guy never attempt to call once .Moreover point of contact is provided by the courier service where it could be contacted. And the customer care even is not reachable.
                                  My waybill is [protected]

                                  This is the second time the shipment is being redirected. It contains my MiCharger with USB Cablewhich is very imp and urgent for me

                                  Kindly take action on this kind of fraudulent service.

                                  There is a bit correction in my complaint..No contact no is provided by the courier service where it could be contacted by my side if the delivery guy is not able to find my location .Moreover the customer care number which is provided is always out of reach or busy.

                                    I am expecting to receive one item from Bluedart which i ordered through amazon. when i checked the status of my item on amazon then it is telling the address is incorrect.
                                    I have provided correct address i have received all other item from flipkart and amazon at same address.
                                    So lastly i went to Bluedart office to receive my item and then they said you will get your item at provided address and now i am waiting since two days.
                                    So my request to Bluedart is either fire your lazy employee or shut down ur office and do the business of making people fool.

                                    What best we customer can do is to avoid Bluedart then their office will be closed soon

                                    Pathetic service and #### people.

                                      I received the message confirmation from your end. Courrier will receive on 26th oct 2018. But still not yet received and i just confirmed with local blue dart office at varkala. They received the courrier on 27th oct but still not response from their end.
                                      I think you people are doing waste service
                                      This is not a first time very very very bad service.
