Sir, i would like to inform you my credit card not delivered in time. Delivered date show in tracking is 20 oct 2018. After that delivery boy has to come & told me for id i said that sir please wait for five minutes i provide u id give me 5 minutes but he refused & say for monday (22/10/2018) but he will not delivered today also & behaved very rudely at last meet on 20/10/2018. My courier reached in bhiwani on 18/10/2018 but not delivered. After 5 days i will not receive my courier & behavior was very rudely of delivered boy. Kindly do the needful action provide my courier as soon as possible. Regards. Sandeep singh

I have shipped a parcel awb [protected] on 16th Oct 2018 and the expected delivery date was on 20th Oct 2018. I was checking on website and could see the status as it 'll be deliver on next business day I, e today 22nd Oct 2018 but there is no response while trying to contact the customer care no.provided [protected] and unresponsive emails. We have so much faith and paid such a huge fee for their service but there is no one to respond to our issues. Why the no.[protected] doesnt work any time or respond to our email when we write to them. Please try to rectify this problem or take a necessary action against this as soon as possible. Please provide a valid no.or email where we can reach whenever we have a doubt if you are offering a service and expect us to use your service otherwise it such a pain in neck process we have to follow trying to get in touch with you people.

I am supposed to receive the packet today[protected] i don't even have clue that where is my packet except the information given by the blue dart tracer; which is having the status changed automatically.

The delivery boy came to my house found it closed even when i am not even went out of my house, may be i have locked my my main gate from outside and then climbed the wall to enter the house this is the only way when the delivery boy can see my house closed -_-. Rubbish and careless service.

I asked a delivery guy of blue dart about the phone number of the office he refused to give it and told me there are another guys who are delivering the packet they may bring your packet by today 8:00 pm dont worry.

I am fed up with this service all the phone numbers they have provided are either wrong or busy for whole day.

Now the status is "customer requested future delivery: hal" i dont know what the hell is this and i have no idea how to get my packet.

I have to complaint about my shipment no. [protected]. This product was going to be delivered on[protected], however its been a week and I have not received it. I have called the toll free no. at Bluedart two times but no action has been taken yet and when i called customer care their language was very bad. i m not satisfied with service of Blue Dart. i have not received any of the calls from Blue Dart for courrier but the customer care person is saying their executive called me. without receiving a single call i m getting a msg that delivery is pending and we tried to call u & your call is not reachable. This is an important document related to my Bank. I need it on an urgent basis. if that document gets misused by any one i will complaint against Blue dart .

Blue dart is not delivering my shipment. I have attached the tracking details. I contacted their office in person and also called there customer care and then dropped email. But no improvement. Delivery person is not calling me but simply updating status that i am not available.

Customer care is also not attending calls now.

The product was ordered from Flipkart. Flipkart has provided the product to the Bluedart for delivery. The estimated delivery was on or before 20th of October, but from tracking the product in blue dart the status was as given below.

I just cant figure out who is on Holiday during 19th and especially on 20th Oct. Then what is the use of promising the delivery on 20th Of October.

No possible way of contacting BlueDart, Useless Phone Number :[protected].

Today is 22nd Oct and I believe the day has ended approaching 7 PM and I still haven't received the product in hand. Not even an information/update regarding any agent is on his way to deliver the product or not.

I have to complaint about my shipment no. [protected]. This product was going to be delivered on tuesday, however its been a week and i have not received it. I have been calling the toll free no. At bluedart for a very long time now but no action has been taken yet. This is an important document related to my bank. I need it on an urgent basis. Please do the needful and deliver the document to me by tomorrow, anyhow.

On 15th from banglore a courier is delivered through blue dart with no.[protected]..
I was waiting at my premises when i tracked the status that it is out for delivery.
Then after it is showing that no proper land mark... If in that u people have to call the concerned person for the exact location then i would have guided them...
Please solve this issue

I was supposed to get my product on 17th then person from BD told me it will come by 20th till now I m waiting no one take proper action against it when it was called again to BD. I want it on urgent basis otherwise I want refund. It’s pathetic I will register complain against it.Horrible service

The delivery person who called me today was not communicating properly. He was speaking only kannada language which i do not know. I could not even understand where i need to go to get my courier. Half an hour was wasted where i tried to understand where he is actually calling from.

He informed he had left and someone else will be delivering the courier tomorrow. Please make sure it is delivered on the exact address at door step as promised and not from some other random location.

The location is equinox building infosys limited, phase 1 (Opposite gate 3).

Even i tried calling customer care but no one responding.

Please do it fast or else pls refund my amount.
I cant wait more and also i dont trust this bluedart anymore.
If i dont get my product as soon as i will give a complaint against bluedart.

Dear sir, i have ordered one product from isha shopee website. Today (22/10/2018) i got a call from blue dart office. The person from blue dart asked my address. I said my address. But he is keep on asking me the same. I explained him but he is not listening. At last he uses some rough words and indecently he talked me through phone. This is his number

Your blue dart’s courier boy behave is very very bad and way of talking is also very bad and so rudely,
As per some misunderstanding he didn’t given my hdfc debit card many time i have call him but his language is very very bad and so rude i don’t knoe his name but i have his mobile number (‭+[protected]‬) please take a stick action again him he didn’t know how to talk with customers

Previously there were two packages which is to be delivered to the location was returned without even contacting about the address. Even now they are doing the same with an important document.
I have raised a complaint for my previous courier problem to bluedart but never got it resolved and never got a follow up mail from them at the least an acknowledgement of complaint received wasn't given.

The courier people never call simply update the status with address not found. How is that other courier services find the address but not bluedart.

Blue dart courier services is very bad quality service. Beacus my product paytm mall is order no. [protected] is reach[protected]. And deliver in[protected] but not deliver me now this time. Deliver time is everyday change next date. But no any call deliver boy and not reach my dilever address till now. Please help me and my dilever items reach me. Thanks

This is kishore veeragandham from kukatpally (500072). Actually i didn't get the courier item from onwards. So today i am going to contact the bluedart office (Blue dart courier, mig-ii-13, 9th phase road, kukatpally 500072)
I talk to the recipient madam she talk to very rash behaviour, and careless response. I am very sad sir, i will show all address proof copies. But she did not give courier item. Finally she told did not give item for today. What will do sir??? Please observed below screenshots, please solve asap.

I got a call from delivery person ([protected]) on 15/10/2018 around 16:20.
Your person called later on 16/10/2018 at mid night (Call details attached) and using abusing words.

As a female i am not feeling secure right now and before lodging a police complaint i thought to inform you regarding incident.

When i track waybill [protected], i see that premises closed on dt 19.10.2018. No bluedart employee come in my home at timarni till date. If any bluedart employees are come in myhouse, so please give us his number for that why he said that premises is closed. If your service area or office are not situated attimarni then why you receive parcel for dispatch. Your service is very poor and untrustfull. Your employees cheat you and distroy bluedart reputation, because 19.10.2018 holiday in madhyapradesh.
