I had ordered clothing through tatacliq and it to be delivered by blue dart courier. The awb no. [protected] has still not been delivered. This is a consignment fron tatacliq. Hyderabad balanagar branch of blue dart had called two days and said it would be delivered the next day. Everyday there were postponing. But no clue as why. I raised issue with blue dart email still no response from them. Blue dart tracking says consigned not available whereas it has not come yo address. Help me get my courier.

I received a message from Bluedart 3/8/18 as it will be delivered by 6-aug-2018.

    My consignment was to be delivered on 11/10/18. But the status says door closed. It is a wrong statement gvn. We were at home. I called today to tell about it so was told that the delivery boy will call me bfore delivering. I didn't get any call and now the status is same door closed. I had confirmed the address it is right. I would like the authorities to tk strict action against this wrong statement gvn. My work is held up bcause of this. Kindly gv me an answer for this.

      There are 3 shipments from nykaa which were shipped through bluedart on 9th october... Not even they are attempting but also updating some stupid status as wrong address / wrong pincode as if i am ordering for the first time... I am a regular online shopper and my shipment by the way is in agra only but they are not delivering... What the hell?? Their customer care no is not working... Plese take some strict action and deliever my products asap... I am really fed up now

        Waybill no : [protected].in status it is showing consignee address incomplete/landmark needed. And the fact is bluedart have already delivered on the same address before several times & i even have the old waybill no. Which blue dart have delivered on the same address. Then how come the address is incomplete. (Old waybill no. Which bluedart delivered on the same address is [protected]) i mailed the same issue to bluedart but no satisfactory reply from there side. Just give me the answer of one thing if the address is incomplete then how bluedart managed to deliver the shipments before on the same address? Another thing if delivery boy was not able to find the address then why didn't he called at the mobile no. Mentioned on the shipment. And now the latest status of the shipment is undelivered shipment held at location.

          Recently i have ordered my courier from moms and co. Which was to be delivered by bluedart... And they came three days later from exact date to deliver but that doesn't got me any issue... But when they came they called me and asked me to come to some village which is 4/5 kms away from. My village but i was not able to go. And i asked them so many times to come and deliver here... If they can't deliver to my address saying they have to go they have another couriers etc then why you are working... Either they should do their job properly without dissatisfying customers...

            I have been issued a credit card by the service provider on 1.10.2018 by blue dart service awb no. [protected]. I received the said message about courier on 3.10.2018. Today is 12.10.2018 still, till now they dint try to deliver it nor even attempted for delivery. None of the delivery boy nor any of the executive called me for my address or any other issues related in delivery or the delay of my consignment. This shows their wilful negligence for deliberately not delivering my consignment at the early means. As said they must have been delivered it in 1 or 2 days but 12 long days have been passed but still no attempt. After this all mental harassment created by blue dart i tried to reach their customer care by calling them, now the said customer care executives have there answers ready saying that – yes it has been delivered from our side and your consignment will be delivered today i. E., 11.10.2018. So, after such temporary relief i satisfied myself that ok it will be delivered but still it was not delivered to me. Again on 12.10.2018 i called the customer care of blue dart service they again said today end of the day is our commitment for delivery. These kinds of negligence and raceless behaviour is carried out by blue dart service. I was always approachable to them but they never tried to. I am going on with mental harassment created by blue dart service and the loss which occurred in this whole harassment. I demand compensation blue dart and pray for justice from this hon’ble forum.

                My goods were been delivered to someone else on 10/11/2018 by the delivery person and no calls has been made to me. The receiptent name mentioned is the name whose account is. This is a clear case of fraudulent by the delivery guy. And the worst condition is that no message was sent to me before or after delivery. When i checked the tracking details i found about the goods been delivered and when trying to contact the customer service it shows busy every time. The product ordered was a prepaid order and even on the next day no action is been taken.

                  My consignment was supposed to be delivered on 10-oct 2018, my family is stuck at home for past 2 days leaving their priorities. The status shows no consignee at given address, though the delivery does not come at all to us. I checked my address with bank, and blue dart regional office and the address is absolutely correct. I took salt lake, kolkata shipment centre address and found that delivery boy does not bother to check full address, only checks cpwd new campus, does not check old campus where our flat actually is and does not bother to call also. This has happened for past 3 days and i have been running to salt lake centre without avail. Most horrific blue dart service!

                    Though i am receiving the message from bluedrat that shipment was sent on[protected], still i did not received my belongs.
                    When i checked the status for the shipment, i am seeing that status mention as "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed"
                    I called to customer care and i provided the landmark also. Then also it is showing the same status.
                    The delivery boy did not contact me not a single time also.
                    In the same address we are staying more then 10 years and my parents are also there for full time,
                    All othere courier service or post we are getting instead of this bluedart.

                    Could you please review and take action on this why they are not able to deliver even though othere shipment i am getting.

                    Bluedart is not delivering my package withing the provided time limit. Instead their delivery agents come to deliver as per their convenience.

                      The courier service by blue dart waybill no : [protected] was not delivered on time. Reason for the delay is said to be "delay caused beyond control". The shipment had arrived in delivery place on 10/10/2018 and it remained there for the next day as well that is 11/10/2018.

                      It was a very important formal document, that was supposed to reach by 10/10/2018. But, due to negligence of the service provider, the courier was not delivered and it remained in the thrissur office for the whole day. The company does not take any liability what so ever. Who will bare the damages caused by such negligence? The proof of this is attached as image with this message.

                        Shipment is out for delivery to my office address on 5th october 2018 and since then the the status is showing as "undelivered shipment held at location".

                          Your order from rewardbig with blue dart awb# [protected] is undelivered as premise closed.
                          I am in house on 11 oct 18. I had not left the house whole day. Courier timing was showing at the time of delivery was 18:40 hrs. Have to take action against the person who had given wrong message. They are fooling customer

                            Regularly you are delaying my courier for waybill no [protected]. You are mentioning that "consignee not available", but you never come to my are and never call me. Further you mentioning that ""consignee's address incomplete/landmark needed"", but i update you that many of paytm ordered has been successful delivered to this address. You are advised to deliver my courier immediately otherwise i will complaint at consumer forum. You can call me on my no. [protected], [protected]

                              Yesterday, i received a call through a m. N. [protected] to received my consignment at your delivery boy convenience and choice places. I refused that i am unable to receive at any places. This is mutual agreement between me and xiaomi to deliver the consignment at my door step, and you have also accept the same with xiaomi. Earlier, i called your coustmer care no. [protected] but this is not working, i have also call to your delhi branch no. [protected] but couldn't responding by your official, then i mail to xiaomi.
                              This is fact, and you also accept that your services are very poor, due to inefficient staff line.
                              If, you want, you may easily access that i have paid in advance for my consignment, there is no reason to refuse, your staff line telling lie and cheating to you. The poor services may also access of your bhabhua branch through tracking record.
                              At last i may say this is breach of agreement.

                                I jsut want to tell u about your service man whoes name is rajesh working at your kapurthala (144601) office is not responding me in a correct way like he abused me alot bcoz of my address an a very rude behavior i have never seen like this.. Why u keep such man in your service... I provided u the number which he is using n not responding now.. Also better u just fire him rite now... Or else will do cosumer complain against blue dart company in consumer court. He is rudely talk with my mother when he came to deliever parcel at my home.

                                      I have not received the courier of waybill number [protected] which had my important document, but the courier tracking status says that it has been delivered along with some other name in it. Please provide me the complaint number and help me get my package as soon as possible.

                                      The sender is axis bank.
                                      I believe, the courier boy is not interested in doing the work.

                                      This shows how irresponsible you are. Very disappointed by blue dart service.
                                      This is a shame.
