I am dinesh karra from tuni (East godavari district-ap), the bluedart couriers were not delivering properly within the time here at the tuni. They are not even responding properly with us. They are updating the wrong status, when we tracking the item/product. I have faced two times the same problem. Because when we got any important documents, they are not delivering and they are not doing second attempt but they are updating the status that secondary attempt completed, they are keeping the items with them or returning back. This has became a major problem for us. I am kindly requesting you to solve the problem as early as possible.

i am applied for debit card but still i didnt received my card,
at my place there is worst bluedart service,

The delivery people won’t go to the delivery point and just sitting is some office place, they sent a message that customer wasn’t present.
This is very regular experience with this pathetic company.
They should change their name to dirt company.
