Blue Dart Express Complaints & Reviews

Undelivered shipment held at location (Industrial area sc ludhiana) for seven days and then sent back to the sender by giving reason that the address was incorrect.
However the address was all correct, and land mark was also mentioned along with pincode. Then how it is possibility of incorrect address.

It was very important for me because it contains the study material of my upcoming exam.

It is showing wrong message that address is not correct.
He should at least call me or he should come to my home.
Without comming to my home he returned.
This type of behaviour should be punished.
It's urgent for me.

My way bill no is [protected]. This courier neither delivered to me nor your courier man trying to contect me on my personal number.
I tried to track my consignment by intimate me options but i never get any email from you regarding this.
Please let me know latest status of consignment and contact me on my number [protected].
Please do necessary action as quick as possible.

At least the delivery boy needs to call us before cancelling the delivery. I can understand after 5 the person needs to pack his bag and is in a hurry to go back to his home but at least he should inform to the concerned person that today he is not able to deliver the item due to xyz reason and he will reattempt it again tomorrow or if there is any confusion with the address he would have been calling us to clear the things apart from choosing a simple option to just click the button on his device to cancel the delivery and with wrong address

We do not have the number of the person to call him from our end so that we can guide him if there is any problem in finding the address. We have only one option to wait from your text message to come and inform us that your delivery is been cancelled now.

I am a customer of HDFC Bank Ltd & they communicate us through BLUE DART cOURIER Via Nissan Courier, Nashik. Multiple times they messaged address is incorrect, though after giving a call they resume the proper service without asking address details. that means they know the address but dont want to give a service.
Last time i have complained through mails. they assured me to give a better service and they did for 1 month. But After some days the issue is in the same place. Even their customer care is worst nightmare from last 2 years.

This is to bring you notice that My courier has not been delivered to me since 03 days which is lying at your third party {Paravati Courier Service Tune}. There has been no communication from your end in fact I have met your delivery person on way to your office in Pune and he assured me that it will be deliver to me on Saturday 15 Sept 2018 after 05 PM but it has been not done, I registered a complaint on your customer care department and they assured me it will be delivered around 10.30 am in the morning on 17 sept 2018. which has not been done yet. In evening around 3.25 Pm I call your Customer care department and he disconnected the call and dint gave me solution to my problem and was very arrogant on call.
I just wanna to remind you that your such a big company and this type of loopholes are not expected from your end which is dissatisfying experience. I hope you now take it seriously and will take strict action against the personal responsible.

The delivery boy is not delivering the product on the address as well as not attending calls also and no. Given on the google of bluedart udaipur office they also not responding of any calss... I hate service of bluedart it's worst courier service for paytm products as well as for others also

My waybill no : [protected] is not yet delivered and they are holding from past 10 days and i have contacted so many times to customer care people and there is no proper response.

Tried to reach delivery person and he is not responding to my calls and last saturday i was @ home and delivery person not came to my place and he didn't called but he has updated in bluedart portal consignee is not available.

This is the worst courier service and have spend rs.100 for my phone charges to getting my courier and there is no use.

I was suppose to receive a blue dart courier on 15th september 2018 for airway bill: [protected]. On site it shows as delivered yo self but i haven't received the product. When i called customer care they stated they need to check and sometime they mention as delivered but they deliver late.

My question.

1. What control and assurance is there on product deliver
2. How do we trust blue dart on keeping the products safe.
3. How come it's mentioned as delivered but it's not the real case.
4. What action will be taken on the delivery person???
5. What assurance do we have that such doesn't happen.

Note: this is not the first instance happening such way.

I am from hyderabad my courier had send to kurnool. It is 400km far away from hyderabad. Why my courier is sent to kurnool you're not having any office in hyderabad??? And the dealer is saying to collect the courier from kurnool office. And also your dealer is rude in talking with the coustamers. Is this the your treating the coustamers. This is the third time i am facing these type of issues only in blue dart remaining all companies are good. Its an serious issue i need my delievery tomorrow itself.

Worst service and experience with blue dart

[protected] is my shipment number return undelivered without any reason. Nobody taken any call at given number and nobody tried my number to deliver the courier. Very very poor fudu service. 2 times in 2 days shipment returned. Why? I need explaination. I m residing that address from last 12 years. Each and every courier i received at same address. What is your bloody problem? Worst service of blue dart. My suggetion is change your name to something matching like fudu courier. If i dont get my courier i will file a case against the company. Its my first and last warning.

Courier did not delivered. Every time courier boy updated wrong status and I am bound to collect from Bluedart office.

This is second time with Bluedart however other courier company like first flight, DTDC, India post easily find my address.

I was suppose to get the delivery today's as per the committed time by the shipper.
Due to blue darts mistake it is getting delayed by 2 days.
I and also called to check the address and update on delivery schedule
Despite of all now the custer are seri e has not resolve disputes.
Also miss vidya form customer care services is very rude to the customers and highly unprofessional.

Worst delivery service. They don't have basic sense of doing a phone call to customer and getting the proper clarity regarding the delivery address if they don't have proper clarity of address. Simply they are keeping the couriers with them for 10 to 15 days and sending it back to shipper. I never expected that blue dart has this much worst working culture.

At&t universal has dispatched parcel vide way bill no awb no.[protected] - sbi card, your delivery person contacted over phone and asked for the location but he not turnup. When again i contacted the mobile no number.[protected] twice he informed it will delivered tomorrow. But when i checked the tracking it is mentioned as consignee not avilable and on 13th september 18 the parcel is returned to the supplier. I am suprised this kind of service from blue dart. Take the matter and take action.

I have was having courier of some banking documents. It was in pune bund garden hub blue dart express.
I got the msg that courier is out for delivery so contact there customer service person for courier centre number, so i can arrange the time to take a delivery of my courier. They said me they don't have any contact number of courier hub.
After some time i got call from courier person name karan his mobile [protected], he asked me for some detail address so i explained a proper address then he said that he will come in 30mint. But no response so i called him again, he said that my delivery address is out of there range,
So i said i will personally collect the courier just tell me our location,
When i reached at location there again he said me that now i'm at other location so better you come tommorrow and collect the courier.

Next day when i called him 4-5 time, he not answered my call.
Today i got msg that my courier is return due to address not found.

What the hell is going on. Is these a joke that documents was so important for me and i was waiting for that from long time.
And this stupid fake, courier persons don't have and responsibility,

Worst service by blue dart express, i will highlight this matter in bank also so they will not giving any kind of contract of courier or any parcels.
