Without information about the delivery boy details, suddenly call came and said from blue dart, that time i was having lunch at hotel and requested to wait for 5 min else deliver the same at my reception, he denied for both and i requested him at least can i come and collect at the hub, for that also he denied, it seems their agenda is saying consigee not available and looting the money and keep the customers in worry, very fathatic job. Worst service.

The bluedart delivery guy denied to deliver the parcel in the concerned address and melade me travel 1.5 km to get the parcel. He was not apologetic and had a very bad behaviour

I didn't receive my product till now..it's delivery date was 31 aug.i have talked about it with your employees at Ludhiana offices but all in vain.they are not giving me any way out.so help me.

I have sent to the same consignee before and you delivered. The address and phone number are same.It was held at your location for 15 days. When I called your office at bihar sharif they said due to rakhi it will be delivered late.
Please deliver it.

    Respected, i purchased watch through paytm but that item is damaged regarding that i sent query to paytm and they agreed to send back that product. They told blue dart courier service will pick up that item from me but here, at jamnagar blue dart office is reply me even i call many times. Very experience from blue dart and this happened third time with me that no a single time they reach me and never receive call too. This is very bad if i will not get answer and if i will not receive my refund due to blue dart service i will claim on blue dart jamnagar office in consumer court.

    Respected, I purchased watch through Paytm but that item is damaged regarding that I sent query to Paytm and they agreed to send back that product. They told blue dart courier service will pick up that item from me but here, At Jamnagar blue dart office is reply me even i call many times. very experience from blue dart and this happened third time with me that no a single time they reach me and never receive call too. This is very bad if I will not get answer and if I will not receive my refund due to blue dart service I will claim on blue dart Jamnagar office in consumer court.

    I have courier from my bank AWB [protected], got call from Dasuya office also that going to deliver within 2 hours but it returned it back with informing and it happened two times ... it’s showing attitude towards work of guys working in Dasuya -144205 office ...I am recommending never use this courier service !!

      Hi siir, I am booking a credit card from axis bank, they people send a delivery for credit card in blue dart courier service, but they people taken 6days of delivery..still now not happen.. How they people given a customer service..

        My waybill no is [protected]. My shipment partially delivered on 18th august and delivery boys said rest shipment delivered in next 2-3 days. But still i will not got the rest shipment. When i call the number which is given by delivery boys most of time then not pick the call and when pick the call he only say will deliver tomorrow. When i asked give me you manager number he give me a number. When i call on that number he said give me 48 hours i will call you after that he not call back and not receiving my call.
        I also write mail to blue dart supporting team. They also reply we are searching and will reply shortly. But still i am waiting my shipment.

        Please tell me when i will get the remaining shipment.

        My product hasnt been delivered yet. I do not even get a message regarding the same. And when i track the link that they had sent to me a couple of days back, i see this status- DELIVERY ATTEMPTED PRRMISES CLOSED.

        The address and details to be delivered being so clear till July 2018 was fine but the insincerity shown in the month of August without any information to the receiver is simply unexpected. Kindly look after the matter .

            I have ordered a product in snap deal. And the estimated delivery as on september 14, 2018. But the product was out for delivery was on before september 10, 2018. I was unavailable to receive the product. The courier man was very rude with me. I tried calling his number. But he didnt pick up my call. He just speaks unwantedy.. Mentioning that why you don't have money in hand to buy a product.. Please keep money in hand and then buy a product. Who he is to question the customer.. Who he to tell whether i have money in hand or not. Such a cheap behaviour.. Please don't send like this type of courier man.. I have cancelled my order only because of him.               On 5th september evening i received a telephonic call from blue dart courier boy, stating that axis bank debit card has to be delivered to me but i was not available at delivery address. I told him that, i'll come tomorrow morning around 10:30-11:00 a. M to the said address so that i can collect it. He told me that he will give it back to axis bank of trimulgherry branch. So i went next day morning i. E. On 6 september but it was not delivered hence i went to blue dart office of trimulgherry and told my problems to the receptionist there, he noted down my mobile number and promised me that he will find out and call me by evening. On 8 september morning i went to bank again, and yet the card was not received. Also i have not received any call from blue dart office of trimulgherry and hence went to blue dart office at trimulgherry, secunderabad-500015. The receptionist spoke to me in most unprofessional way. Courier no.: awb#[protected].

It was said, will be delivered today afternoon but unfortunately not till now late evening.

                  This was not expected from a brand like bluedart. I am a student from iit madras and my courier was supposed to reach me a week ago. However, i was called several times on alternate days for the delivery attempt and each time the call was cut the moment it was picked, just to make sure they attempted it. After that whenever i called back even if it's seconds after their call, nobody picks up. I have a proof of calling them back to back for 20 times and they did not pick up followed by a message of my courier cancelation from their end stating "canceled by the recipient". This was already the most unprofessional behavior i have seen from such a big brand, to top that, none of your city centers pick up to call from the customers.

                      I am gaurav shah from vadodara, i was about to receive courier (Card) from kotak bank, it was expected to be delivered by 8th september as per status shown on your website based on that i took leave today from my work and waiting here at my home. Courier was received today at 09:55 am at my nearest center of yours (Gorwa) still it's not delivered today when i called on helpline i got answer that it will be delivered by monday there is no family members available in home because they are travelling out of city. I want my courier today any how otherwise i have to took leave again on monday.

                      If its arrived at 9:55am at the distance which is not even 2km away from my home i want answer why it's not delivered today???

                        Hi, i am very disappointing with your service. My ref no: ev[protected] and waybill no: [protected] name: reetesh shukla. I was tracking our card from very first day when i got a ref no from our company. I was shocked and surprised when we see that ur portal information is that consignee not available. It was repeated 3 times. Then i took leave from my office and search ur service center. There i got the information that my courier has returned back. Your service boy said he calls three times but call not connected which is totally fake. Plz take some action against this issue and i hope you do. Thx.

                          I was suppose to get the parcel delivered today by evening. But now the tracking system shows prohibited area and restricted zone. Trident to get in touch with blue dart but no response in email. Also tried calling on the customer care number it is a wrong number. To get the parcel was am emergency.                           I am ready to go pick it up myself from their office. But they are not responding at all.

                            I had ordered a few things from nykaa. They said it would be delivered within september 3rd but they failed to deliver my order and they sent me a message that the order couldn't be delivered because i was unavailable. They didnt even bother to call me and ask my location. And then i cobtacted your customer care service three times regrding this issue first the neded my landmark then they needed to confirm my number. Then finally i received a call from the courier boy asking me to collect the order from thier office i told them to come to my place but they didn't.

                                Without visiting my address in ajmer, they have sent message on 04.09.2018 that no one is available. After that i tried to contact them, made more than 25 phone calls in four days but no body to answer the phone call. Worst blue dart hub at ajmer. Earlier also we had very bad experience with blue dart ajmer hub services. The contact numbers displayed on blue dart on portal for ajmer is just to show only. Very irresponsible service of blue dart.

                                  I am supposed to receive a package from dbs bank which is very critical for our company. It was stalled for almost 6 days at your side. Bank representative provided the information on this and i called your representative[protected], chennai), he told that he needs my door number as to deliver this package. Most of the previous packages from dhl, professional courier, india post are received without any issues. Rather stalling the package at your end, try to help the customer who is ready to help you deliver the package. I have escalated this issue with the bank. As a company, we want to do business with people who are ready to help.

                                    Delivery boy denied to deliver the article to my father in law though i am staying at my father in law’s house for past 2 years and 6 months saying your surname is mismatched and you are not holders father (I respect and love him as my own father) who is a blue dart delivery boy to say my father in law is not my father, he may have denied but such language is not at all accepted. Till date not a single letter is returned this is for first time. After that they have denied to provide the letter to me also, if you are not able to deliver the letter to the holder itself close your business no need of such rubbish facility.

                                      Bluedart is a very bad courier service i receive everything in the same mailing address but im not receiving anything from bluedart they return my parcel every time and said address is not completed when i mention complete address included home number i receive without any problem from another courier services but not from bluedart even they didn't call me at all

                                        Hi i supposed to get deliver from bank through blue dart courier service. They used to call me on weekdays so i told them to come on saturday. Because, i should be available to take the courier as it is a bank procedure. On that day morning i got a call from courier boy and he said he will come around 2 pm i said okay and told him to come for sure on that day. After 2 pm i called him he said he will come at 4 pm.
                                        But he didn’t come for full day i was trying to call him but he didn’t answer my call after some time.. When i called to customer support in next day morning they were saying that i was not available when delivery comes. I’m sure i’m in home and i called courier boy but he didn’t take my call. Finally the shipment went back.
