I have been waiting for a parcel for over 10 days now and the parcel status says "refused to accept".
Who refused to accept? My phone number has been given, did anyone call? Did your delivery boy speak to anyone at all? Then please tell who is it that "refused to accept"?
After this supposed refusal, the parcel has been "help at location" for a week!
And this is not the first time i'm facing these issues.
And you look at the customer rating for bluedart, it is unsurprisingly 3%! 3%!! Is this a joke?
Do you people take your work seriously at all?!
This is terrible service!!!

My Waybill No : [protected]. Delivery boy hasn't visited home at all. If so he might have kept your blue dart visiting slip. How could this be done. Matter is so urgent and pls don't send my courier bank to bank. Pls call me @ [protected] in case of need.

I sent some original documents via bluedart to uk.
Unfortunately they sent it to canada. As it went yo a university they contacted and i could retrive it back.
Again i sent a original document to uk.
And this time they lost it again. The recipent didnt receive but bluedart tracking says it is delivered.
I dont know how to approach.
Can you assist me please in retriving my documents.

I have not received my courier yet and the online status is showing delivered. Where as the person who contacted me for the delivery of the product said that this is out of delivery area and i told him to return the parcel. Still it is showing delivered.

I received a call from srinagar office to collect the album, once i came in his office, they have sent my album to anantnag which is 70 km far from srinagar office, how come they have sent my courier to other district. As i have requested to make it on priority basis. I am always disappointed from the srinagar office whenever i have any courier. Kindly register my complain and give me the penality. Because it was really important for me..

Hi team,
I was about to receive a delivery from blue dart today (From axis bank). He asked me for a sign. I was checking the delivery number and the paper where he asked me to sign. He got impatient and try to hurry me to sign it without checking. I didi not agree, i said i will check and do it. He took it back and hurled slangs at me. Really disappointed at this kind of behaviour. When i asked if i can get his manager number he ridiculed me and said he himself is the manager.

This case is rajnagar ghaziabad (Rdc). First day they have to call me nd says address is incorrect nd says we will deliver for it home address i will agree. Next day call me nd says nobody at home, i saw we will come next 30 minutes so courier boy says not possible for waiting i will say u have finished your work nd back to my home again courier boy misbehave, nfd call disconnect. We visited the branch for rdc and says that problem the office (Name - satish) office employee for rdc branch they could also misbehave nd not good to way of talking nd says jao kya karoge ni milta apka courier nfd we have left the office. Nd we should not recieved the credit card nd we will called her for courier boy they also not recieved my call.

They confirmed the address and going to deliver the shipment by next morning. Its been 5days i did bot get my shipment. I called the same number multiple times but they are simply keeping the phone down. The shipment that i am waiting for are very important documents for me. Please help me.

Executive said address is incomplete whereas it is absolutely right... I m very much disappointed with blue dart service...

Hi!

There is a Bluedart agency in our town. They never deliver packages to the customer's address rather, even after few days in their custody, they call those customers and ask them to collect from them and I personally experienced it for everytime a package sent through Bluedart.
When asking about the delay and non-delivery, they often abuse us.

My last courier with reference no.
EV[protected] hasn't been delivered yet to me but I have received a call 2-3 days back saying to collect it from them and I have already requested to deliver at my house.

Is this how you are providing services?
Will there be any action taken against the frenchisee?

I had applied for an insurance and i received a message from insurance company stating policy dispatched via bluedart courier bearing AWB [protected] on August 14, 2018
I havent recevied the courier till date(31 August 2018). On calling the bluedart office, they informed that the courier is in their office(Deralakatte, Mangalore, Karnataka) and they havent attempted to deliver so far. They expect us to reach office and take the courier.
It is the responsibility of the company to make sure the package is delivered. How can they simply say its delivered without even delivering it. It is a mental harrasment. Without viewing the policy and confirming details i cannot start the monthly payment. Due to this this affects my coverage to family and also i will lose the initial amount that i had paid the insurance company. Bluedart should own the responsibility for this chaos.

Myself Sohan lal s/of Sh Jagdish Chander, Village Nangla-R, District Panipat is likely to get a docket today ( which contains credit card of Axis Bank ) from your panipat branch, where that manager has misconducted with me and also denied to deliver the docket at my comunication address as mentioned in my first line, I also request him to deliver it to the nearest Axis bank branch but he denied and abused me a lot.
henceforth you are requested to take necessary action on him as he don't know how to deal with the public. I am shocked how he perform his duties assigned to him

It was expected to bd deliver by 27th of aug in ajmer
Bt the courier person submitted a comment that customer was not contactd.
While i have not received any call
I went to the office of blue dart on 28th aug
They told me server is down
Again i went to their office on 30th aug in morning
They asked me to come after 3pm
I went their at 3.30pm they kept me waiting for 20min and told ne that my parcel is misplaced.
I was shocked to see that not only i am facing this problem 4-5 more customers came their with same problem
