I got a call from a delivery boy in evening 3:45 pm he told ur delivery address is not far so he asked to me collect the consignment. As i stay near new international airport is very near. But he did not delivered and at 4pm i got a message that ur consignment is delivered. The delivery person is very un professional and very rudely behavied. I am a senior citizen i am very much depressed regarding this. Pls slove my problem at the earliest

This complain is for unprofessional behavior of your courier guy awb [protected], who came yesterday to deliver my order.

He called me once to know the location but never picked my call after that and updated the status - consignee not available, though i informed him that my wife will pick the courier and gave him a clear idea of the location. However, he never responded to the calls i made, around 5-8 calls.

I want my courier to be delivered today anyhow. And please take strict action against such unprofessional guys - pathetic service!!!

My sister had sent me a Rakhi via Blue dart as she lives in Mumbai and I live in Himachal. I was unaware until she told me on the 26th of August that the product had reached my Pin code -173220 on the 24th...Bluedart did not reach me with the product...I had to go there on the 27th to get my product by myself...My point is if Bluedart was having an issue with the delivery then why didnt they call me ? Even if they had asked any person nearby they would have directed you delivery to our house. Its not the first time we are getting products from Bluedart...Then why this negligency ? If it was some other package I would not have been so furious...Since it was Rakhi which is a pious festival for a brother and sister, it should have reached me on the required day..

Hi team my AWB no. [protected] status as on yesterday updated as consumer address incomplete, Landmark needed. I called local JP Nagar center [protected](Shivaraj) & updated him about my location.He said it will get delivered today(25Aug). Now on the basis of status i am assuming it would hget delivered to my secondary address which is my office address but here too i disappoint as remark updated as C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address, whicjh is totally wrong. Out of my 10 last couriers for almost every courier i have to follow up with Blue dart, even visiting the local office too.

AWB: [protected] delay for delivery... my HDFC credit card reached at khammam courier center on 22.08.2018 delivered next day 23.08.2018 but still now that HDFC credit card is not delivered me today is 27.08.2018.. as track record is out for delivery showing but not reached me..

courier boy is not coming to my office but they given to wrong information in blue dart office.. consignee is not available but this is wrong information..

i am working in office our office maintained bio-metric also available...

I have couriered a document in bluedart from hyderabad to surat. The document was supposed to reach next day by 24th aug 2018. Other party have not received till 26th aug and when i tracked online for the status, the message says contact customer service.
When i called on their surat number, i got very rude and careless response from them. They have apparently misplaced my document along with 50 other items. They have not bothered to inform or send an email or sms informing the misplaced document. Their charges are one hand way too high and then rudeness in dealing with customers.
Hyderabad branch suggested collect the money i paid! What about the important document they misplaced?

Hello good evening. Worst service with the blue dart. I supposed to receive a credit card from rbl bank on 27aug 2018. Though i have given the correct home address, the card was not delivered and got a message address unsuccessful. Why this happened? I am at home till morning, no one called me or reached to my home to deliver the card. I tried to call branch 50- 60 times, no response from them. Very worst service.

I received the above mentioned message but no one arrived to deliver and I was at home at that time. This package contains very important documents. Please take this matter as urgent.
No one rang the bell or turned up at the given adress. I rung up the customer care number but it is always busy.

My consignment sent from axis bank and blue dart staff not delevery to me he again sent to the consignment to bank and im complaint rise to the bank and he again sent to the consignment to me, im tracking the consignment for delevery but im not received that consignent.

My self karishma arora. My courier dispatch on 24 august and i pay 250/- for fast delivered but till time this courier on palwal. Mr. Hasan ji says that it's mistake and boys are child. Till time my courier not delivered and it's rakhi.. So u told me how i do this courier now and pay also 250/- i want strickly action on my hasan ji or other staff. And they are not pick the call landline no it's[protected] i call before 3 days but i have no response...

This is my reference number [protected], i have tried calling bluedart from 2 weeks, spoke to shalini, simton and so on, spoke to many i dont remember they names, im having a very pathetic experience with you guys who ever i spoke too only says it will get delivered today, today is never come from 2 weeks i guess, i'm trying to call several number no body is answering, and some numbers does not get connected, i want to know when i'm going to receive my cc card, if you guys cannot deliver it, please let me know i will go and pick it up, never will i choose blue dart again... The tracking id says the item was delivered but i never received it. I checked with all neighbors and they don’t have any idea. I called customer care but they have not taken any fruitful action. I told them to give me the details of the guy who delivered it so that i can speak to him directly but they don’t have any idea. Most of time times their customer care number doesn’t even work

Blue dart promised to deliver the packet from hyderabad to mathura for
Rs 1080 and when i informed the lady at the reception desk that there is an iphone x she jacked up the price from rs 1080 to rupees 4260 so i paid the whole amount at the same time on 22/8/18. And today it is 27th of august still not delivered to my client. Is this how the blue dart company works in india, not only they charged exuberant amount for delivery, they promise to deliver the package on 24th of august and today it is 27th and still they are not able to deliver it on time

If they cannot deliver it on time they why do they do all false promises

Hi my name is ajay. I'm facing very worst experience with bluedart.

First of all, i want to say about customer service.

They don't know how to talk with customers. And they are very rude to customers. Really they are very un-professional. (If you want you can check the call recordings). And they are irresponsible.

And then courier service:

Courier service very frustrated.. I've wasted my 2 valuable days for waiting the courier. Actually that courier is very valuable to me.
They are updating that they were tried to deliver the courier in their database, without attempting it. They are very lazy and trying to escape from their responsibilities.

Way bill no. [protected] and ref. No:[protected], but not received till date. Please, my order despatch to my address immediately. Shipment already been delayed at your end. How many time to delivery. Please. Your reply undelivered shipment held at location. Please provide delay of reason. I am already to pay my order amount.

My sister send the courier through u r service, from banglore to hyderabad, no b57187022 this week,
Till date i did not received my parcel, my sister send the rakhi for me,

I got the call from u r blue dart service boy, on thursday at 11.00 am i ask him to give the delivery, he said he will not give, due to no service, were as i m staying near to u r office he may reach my home just in 10 min, also i request him to give in my shop, its very neat to blue dart service just 2km, but still he did not given, he said to collect form u r office,

I m dong my job in different place 100 km far from hyd, i start my 7 am and i will back by 10 pm, by this time u r office will be closed, 2day is raksha bandhan, i m unable to tie my sister rakhi due to u r service, i have very good opinion on blue dart service, but u r staff response is very bad, used unparliamentary language, i said i will give the complaint, he said wat ever u want to do do it, his contact no. This type of employees is working at u r office,

My question is when i paid all charges to blue dart so why should i want to go and collect my parcel,

When u r help less to give delivery so why u r courier is charging all the charges,

Plz u see that my parcel get delivery right now,

Dear team, i got an msg from blue dart that my shipment from axis bank is delivered today to deepak. I dont know the person also i am available at my address so how can you deliver my bank confidential to any person, even i was not receieved any call. This is bank information and i will sue against you in court also i share it on social media bloody courier.
