The consignment from Jaipur to Kolkata, which reached to kolkata on 12th August 2018. As per online tracking, it show out for delivery on 12th Aug 2018. Today is 14th Aug 2018 Time 6.41 pm. Its still not deliver. From last 2 days I am staying at home for this consignment. But even they are not bother to call. I already called approx 30 times to customer care but the call not reached to customer care executive.

This is to report about an unprofessional delivery guy who did not deliver my package even after guiding him to the correct address. He returned the package saying the premises are closed when my parents were actually in the house itself. I requested him to deliver the package to the 3rd floor as my parents are old and could not walk down to collect it. Moreover i was in the office. He said yes and never went to the 3rd floor to deliver the package. Rather returned the package to the origin. This is so disappointing! Now he is disconnecting my calls repeatedly and not answering when i am trying to reach out to him. Please take strict actions against this person.

Consignment booked on[[protected]] from Gurgaon to Lucknow via WB no. [[protected]]. Product reached Lucknow on[[protected]] & showing out for delivery on[[protected]]. But, not delivered till now. Then I called on Blue dart Customer care but Executive given me a wrong number of blue dart Lucknow Transport nagar [[protected]].And I daily checked status with Waybill number and it shows that from[protected] to till date"Consignee not Available and Call not Picked" and I'm at home 24 hours from[protected] to till date but no one delivery boy from Blue Dart not knocked my door and I did not receive any call from Blue Dart regarding product delivery very Pathetic service by BlueDart Lucknow and they doing fraud by updating wrong status on the tracking page when I'm at home from morning to evening then how can they say that the consignee is not available and when they did not called then how can they say that the call not picked...

I am sending this compliants about blue dart office, kottarakara, kollam, kerala.

When we are sending anything, you people promised these items will deliver at door step, but i am having very bad experiance with blue dart service.

I ordered one item from amazone and they delivered through blue dart service
When the goods arrived in our area, they informed us to pick up the goods.
I am giving the details below:

We are around 8 km away from the collection point, to save time i am doing these type purchasing. Infact, through this i lost my day. If they cant deliver the goods, why they are collecting?
Please take action immediatly

They only called me on 13/08/18, and i went to collect the pack, they called me once again dont come, come after 1 hour like that, from that time they are not picking up the call.

i ma not understanding the problem why they are not responding.please i need immediate response on this, even CUSTOMER CARE number is not working .what the ### is going on.they provided some land line numbers even its not ringing,

please help me on this.

No one picks calls made to the office number of blue dart jorhat [protected]. Even after showing waiting for sometime the office executives are least bothered to pick calls. Pathetic service by bluedart jorhat

I did not receive my courier yet which contain a very important personal document. And i need that document immediately. Probably they attempt to deliver but no one was available at home that time, as we do not have had any info about delivery. But when i am trying to contact them on their customer care no, after taking call customer care executive putting my call on hold for 15 minutes then dropping the call. Now i have no clue on how i will get my packet, or will i get it anymore. The packet contains a very important personal document.

I have apply a pan card to it daparment and send it department on 26/7/2018 by blue dart express on expected delviry 5/8/2018
But after 25 days the pacakage not revived by me
I contact to blue dart exp custmer service but no satisfy reply by him
I request to you plz look in this matter and take necessary action bcz pan card must necessary for it return and last date of it return 31/8/2018.
So plz help me

I was not in office on the first day of delivery i. E. 1st aug
I was in office when the delivery was attempted the second time i. E. 2nd aug however the delivery guy didn't bother to call me.
It has been 2 weeks since, it is showing "undelivered shipment held at location near seepz".
When can i expect the item to be delivered.

People from the courier office called me and said my product had delivered but when i asked about the delivery they replied that it might take 2 days in arrogance they also said that they don't have courier facility to my area... She also asked me will u come to the road near to your address they are showing such a negligence in delivering the product i didn't face this type of delay in any courier service worst experience really worst experience...

Is not deliver on time. Blue dart courrier give our feed bake is office is closed on 13.08.2018 time 4:50pm. But this is totally fake update on blue dart portal, our office timing is start morning 9:30 am to 7:30pm and office only closed on sunday or national holidays, my shipment is very usfull and urgent for me

My ielts score card dispatched to be delivered on 11-aug-2018 with awb no. [protected]. It never got delivered but blue dart customer care people are telling its delivered to a random name (Prasanth).
I have no clue about to whom they deliver, or whether they lost it or what happened to the package.
Now they are not even responding properly on how can i get my package.

My order was coming on 09/08/2018 but he has not come yet and I have some necessary stuff in it, due to which many of my work is stopped. Your phone does not have a phone call in your customer care number where I am stuck there But V spoke but I did not get any response. Now tell me.

My citi bank credit card is yet to be delivered through blue dart. I have got a message from blue dart that "your citibank card is dispatched via bluedart awb [protected] to your address" & "delivery of your citibank shipment will be attempted by blue dart today", but now it is more than 10 days and the card is not yet delivered. Please take follow up of this matter n get my card dispatched within 2 days before 15 of august.

Morning got a call from blue dart, Representative spoke in very rude way, stating that incorrect address cant be delivered, he is not ready to listen my words just he want to end up not to delivery my ICICI bank document
End of day the application closed with incorrect address

Without Delivery the way no [protected], its closed with a note incorrect address.
All services including amazon, flipcart are delivering to same address .
The document provided as address proof is election Id, when i called customer care don't see any issue with address
please let us know why this has closed.

Based on trust customer and ICICI bank will chose you as a client, if the delivery is not proper, how we have to trust blue dart

Sahi, the delivery person who was supposed to deliver my letter who refused to deliver the letter at the security gate as hecsaid that will only deliver at the address. My identity was also verified by the security personnel. When I told him to follow he said will come after a short tea break. I have been waiting at the delivery address since then but he never turned up and wrongly informed the security at the gate that the delivery has been completed. He is refusing to pick up his mobile phone thereafter on repeated attempts to contact him.
He is the most unmotivated worker who cannot be trusted.

The delivery of our parcel from Blue dart was expected on Monday i.e. 13-Aug-2018, instead the delivery guy came on Sunday. it was not possible to pickup the delivery as we were not available at the delivery address, though the delivery guy insisted us to manage for accepting the delivery anyhow and on giving an address of a colleague he said he'll drop there only if it is feasible for him. we requested the delivery guy to come on monday repeatedly and finally he agreed. Monday morning when we are calling the customer care to know about the time of delivery, we are getting an answer that they'll try to deliver today if possible and if there's anything urgent you come for pickup at the warehouse. Is this the answer, the company personel gives to all customers? Completely unsatisfied

This is pruthvi form tally soulutions, i got a message form blue dart and kotak bank saying my courier is delivered on 8th aug, where as i have not received any, i have called customer care and reported the issue where they said they will get back to me by EOD, but no response till now, I even dropped a mail to " [protected]@bluedart.com", where i got a reply form "[protected]@bluedart.com " asking for more information and i have given my reply as well, till now there is no response from [protected]@bluedart.com. my company has sent a mail to "'[protected]@bluedart.com'" for proof of delivery as status from blue dart says shipment has been delivered to office, Till now there is no response.Is this the way your customer care works ??? I can understand that mistakes do happens, I have tried all the possible ways to get response for BLUE DART.I was supposed to bet my courier by 8th aug till date no one is responding.
