Hello,
My provisional degree was dispatched by my college(BITS-Pilani) through bluedart and your representative called me 2 days(08/08/2018) ago for the same. Now let me tell you the irresponsible behavior of your staff.
He said he reached my address on 8th August and there was no one in the house and so he went off and then called me two hours later to inform me that he went to the address but no one was there. Why did he not call me when he was at the address? My father was on leave that day and he was at home the entire time. So, I believe your staff was lying. He told me he would come next day(09/08/18)
On 9th August, he did not come despite promising to deliver on that day. My mum called him and he simply told her that he is on leave so he won’t come and will deliver it next day. Why did he not tell this on 8th August. My mom was on leave that day just to receive that parcel.
On 10th August, my mum called him at 1 pm and he said that he is on leave even today and might be on leave even tomorrow. He further said he’ll deliver it after he comes back from his leave and did not give any definite date for the same. He told my mum to go and collect it from office which is more than 10 kilometers from my house. Why hire bluedart when I have to go to collect it myself?
My mum asked him for the company’s number so that she can talk to the directly to someone higher and get it delivered. The numbers he gave us are out of service.
After all this, I called him and told him that I’ll to higher authorities including bluedart Mangament and Govt’s online complaint portal and he roughly replied that ‘Do whatever you want, I don’t give a damn’.
I asked for him name and he refused to tell me.
I hope you understand the importance of a Provisional Degree. I am disgusted at the lies and irresponsible behavior of your staff. I personally think that just because I told him that the parcel has my degree he expects some money from us and that’s why he’s harassing me. I need a definite date for its delivery. If not, I’ll complain to higher authorities and will also take it out to social media.
