This complain is regarding the delivery boy whose has delivered my order today (11.08.2018) at 2.45 pm. Here is the details:

Awb# [protected].

His behaviour is too rude. His way of taking with the customer is harsh. This is not the first time, i have faced this kind of behaviour from him. He has delivered my orders before also with the same type of impolite approach. This time i am bound to complain.

Kindly don't send this delivery boy from the next time.

    My credit card was dispatched from the bank this tuesday and was intimated via sms and email that it should be delivered in 3 working days which should have been thursday-friday and am yet to receive any parcel as such.
    I got an sms from bluedart saying it would be delivered next day and i waited for it without going to work it never came and in the evening i got tracking details updated as landmark not mentioned which is utter non sense as i had mentioned everything on the address and have got many parcels from other courier companies which i use for online orders. Such bad is their service that the person (Delivery boy) has my mobile no. And he never bothered to contact me before going back to his den. Are you kidding me that in this world where phone call is almost free and the person goes back and is ok spending money on his fuel but can't contact me for once or the company pays incentives for using extra fuel and wasting time of customer.
    I still called the bank and have asked them to update a recognized school as a landmark if in case the delivery fellow is new. Which they added and intimated the dispatch team on priority and told i should get in 2 days. I again waited for 2 days thinking bluedart would be done with the landmark game and finally would burn some fuel and deliver the parcel to me, but i was wrong, i shouldn't have thought that because i called the bank again today and they told the parcel is back at their jogeshwari office and the reason being the same landmark not mentioned, which means now i have to stay at their office or their favourite spots or at mantralay where they consider a proper landmark. Such pathetic is their service that none of their office nos. Are answered and their customer care no. Is always busy or the line is bad. I paid for the parcel which means i paid for the delivery guy for his fuel and for his sight seeing which he did roaming here and there but not calling the person and approaching him, and they want the customer to go up to their office and collect the parcel himself. This is not the first time it happened, all my parcels from the bank they never find me but delivery from lenskart or other sites (Via bluedart) they can reach my place easily. Surprised and amazed at their mode of working.
    Kindly let me know by when can i receive my parcel which would be appreciatable.

        My courier has been in same warehouse (Cunningham, bangalore) for last four days and the customer care numbers are unresponsive and even i tried to call to that cunningham branch and they are unresponsive. The status for the courier in the online is showing "out for delivery" but these blue dart are not delivering the courier and keeping it in there warehouse for past four days and now the status is showing undelivered shipment held at location..

        Even though our location (Nagawara, bangalore) has blue dart courier services and other people are getting the couriers and why not it getting it for me...

        So please look into this issue as soon as possible and make my courier delivered.

Yesterday could not receive my document. Today tracking my document position then are not located my landmark of address. Your customer service executive not pick up my phone on yesterday.             I had a parcel containing important documents to be delivered to me. However after days of waiting i decided to go to the office to enquire since the phone number online was not reachable. They said "they tried to deliver it but since the guard at the building said the address was incorrect, they held it". They did not bother calling the number provided. On top of that the lady at the office, ms kirti, was very rude to me saying things like, "no, we don't know how to speak to customers".

              I think case for the awb no. [protected] and ref. No. [protected]registered on the name of avinash kumar singh is assigned to you. Delivery attempt has been failed due to incomplete address mentioned (Screenshot attached).

              When i get in touch with the customer support executives on the number [protected]. The executive available over the call told me that the delivery is getting failed due to the incomplete address mention on the consignment.

              After getting the above response from the customer support executive i visited nearest blue dart delivery hub in evening 06:30 p. M. Situated at the address mention below.

              To know the exact issue associated with the address mention on the consignment.

              The blue dart executive available at the counter told me after checking the status of the awb number that the "house number is not mentioned on the consignment". Due to which delivery guy is not able to deliver the consignment.

              He is also explaining the norms of the blue dart that if the "house number is not mentioned on the consignment" then consignment is returned to the source (Here is the chennai).

              But the same address and without house number my brother was received a consingment (Awb no. Is [protected]). But i have not received. I don't know what norms followed by blue dart.

              Below mention are my few questions strictly need to be responded.

              01. Blue dart executives follow the norms of the company at the time of the delivery only or at the booking as well???

              02. If the guys are following the norms at the time of booking as well then why they not check the "house number is not mentioned" at the time of booking the consignment???

              03. Is it the mistake of the blue dart executive who booked the consignment at chennai blue dart hub??

              If so, then consignment needs to be delivered any how on the mention address.

                My name is rahul das this is the 4th time i am complaining regarding my courier from bank which is supposed to be delivered by blue dart on 6th aug 2018 but it is continuesly remaining undelivered till now its roaming from one courier service center of ajc to other service center jadavpur. And delivery status they are providing is completely false and also lying that customer is located at some other place.. Below i am providing my tracking details kindly get the issue resolve and delivered my kit at priority as due to it is from a bank

                  My shipment from axis bank was sent on 08aug18vide blue dart awb#
                  [protected]. On10aug18 bluedart person went for delivery the shipment, the blue dart person send the massage to my mobile but i am sure the person went for delivery which was flase. Many times i contact bluedart customer care for registered my mobile number for calling me when the man went for delivery the shipment. But he didn't doi it. Every time this was happening for bluedart. Other courier has no such type problem.

                    Dear sir
                    I had ordered a headphone through mi store. It was expected to delivered through bludart by 8th august but it still not arived. I had mailed to the maheshtala office no replay and help had come yet. The every day i track it it shows that your percel is out for delivery. I am trying to contract through contract number the contract number is wrong. What shoud one do in this case. They have the worst service.

                      When ever i'm getting product or anything it's getting delayed and tracking updated to like need land mark... Since address and mobile number is correct.
                      We need to contact multiple times t customer care and giving mobile number to call even also we are not getting product and call it's hard to receive the product form blue dart.

                      It's happening not only one time it is happening multiple times in bangalore hsr layout blue dart office.

                      Example: [protected] for this i follow-up multiple time but no luck and product did not receive.

                      Please do the need full.

                        Hello,
                        My provisional degree was dispatched by my college(BITS-Pilani) through bluedart and your representative called me 2 days(08/08/2018) ago for the same. Now let me tell you the irresponsible behavior of your staff.

                        He said he reached my address on 8th August and there was no one in the house and so he went off and then called me two hours later to inform me that he went to the address but no one was there. Why did he not call me when he was at the address? My father was on leave that day and he was at home the entire time. So, I believe your staff was lying. He told me he would come next day(09/08/18)

                        On 9th August, he did not come despite promising to deliver on that day. My mum called him and he simply told her that he is on leave so he won’t come and will deliver it next day. Why did he not tell this on 8th August. My mom was on leave that day just to receive that parcel.

                        On 10th August, my mum called him at 1 pm and he said that he is on leave even today and might be on leave even tomorrow. He further said he’ll deliver it after he comes back from his leave and did not give any definite date for the same. He told my mum to go and collect it from office which is more than 10 kilometers from my house. Why hire bluedart when I have to go to collect it myself?

                        My mum asked him for the company’s number so that she can talk to the directly to someone higher and get it delivered. The numbers he gave us are out of service.
                        After all this, I called him and told him that I’ll to higher authorities including bluedart Mangament and Govt’s online complaint portal and he roughly replied that ‘Do whatever you want, I don’t give a damn’.
                        I asked for him name and he refused to tell me.

                        I hope you understand the importance of a Provisional Degree. I am disgusted at the lies and irresponsible behavior of your staff. I personally think that just because I told him that the parcel has my degree he expects some money from us and that’s why he’s harassing me. I need a definite date for its delivery. If not, I’ll complain to higher authorities and will also take it out to social media.

                              My shipment got delayed many time so I called [protected] number many times. No one received my calls. Even in working hours on working days they do not receive the call.
                              What kind of service is this?
                              What is the significance of having communication number if they are fruitless.
                              My parcel delivery was very urgent but I couldn't get it on time. This unprofessional behaviour should be changed.

                                I am v rama subrahmanyam from hyderabad. My courier is reached to my local office madhinaguda in hyderabad at 8;52 am on[protected]: my delivery address is only one kilometers from your local office madhinaguda. Even the several follow up also till date[protected] i have not received my courier. And check in my courier track record it is showing one more working day some time it is showing needed landmark like i. E silly reasons to delivery. Even the several follow up also your local office person are not interested to delivery my courier.
                                I am giving my full details as below for your reference and i an going to desided my local consumable court to fill the complete against the same issue. Even the normal post also reached to me in with in the time line.
