The delivery of our parcel from Blue dart was expected on Monday i.e. 13-Aug-2018, instead the delivery guy came on Sunday. it was not possible to pickup the delivery as we were not available at the delivery address, though the delivery guy insisted us to manage for accepting the delivery anyhow and on giving an address of a colleague he said he'll drop there only if it is feasible for him. we requested the delivery guy to come on monday repeatedly and finally he agreed. Monday morning when we are calling the customer care to know about the time of delivery, we are getting an answer that they'll try to deliver today if possible and if there's anything urgent you come for pickup at the warehouse. Is this the answer, the company personel gives to all customers? Completely unsatisfied

    This is pruthvi form tally soulutions, i got a message form blue dart and kotak bank saying my courier is delivered on 8th aug, where as i have not received any, i have called customer care and reported the issue where they said they will get back to me by EOD, but no response till now, I even dropped a mail to " [protected]@bluedart.com", where i got a reply form "[protected]@bluedart.com " asking for more information and i have given my reply as well, till now there is no response from [protected]@bluedart.com. my company has sent a mail to "'[protected]@bluedart.com'" for proof of delivery as status from blue dart says shipment has been delivered to office, Till now there is no response.Is this the way your customer care works ??? I can understand that mistakes do happens, I have tried all the possible ways to get response for BLUE DART.I was supposed to bet my courier by 8th aug till date no one is responding.

      Ewaybill no [protected] - as per tracking - shipment received at ahmedabad office on 9th august at 6.05 am. Today is 13th august 5.13 pm. Still parcel is not deliver.
      Reason best known to bluedart - dhl - delivery is delayed again and again - it contain important papers - delay may caused me financial loss -
      Blue dart - dhl will responsible for financial loss if any to me.

        Dear team

        Please train your courier guy how to behave with a customer. They are providing a service for which they are being paid.

        Your team lacks how to communicate and behave with the customers.

        I got a call from your courier guy, contact number[protected], he didn't mentioned who is calling from where and what is the purpose... He just mentioned amount ready rakhna... Dammed what kind of language is this... And when i asked to mind his language... And to recheck his document as amount was already paid... On top of that he argued wrt location which he is not even aware and as per your courier guy he is from the same location...

        I have not received my courier yet and on top of that your courier guy s behavior was a pain and frustrating.

        Kindly train your people or else stop your service. I have never sent or received any courier from blue dart... Being this my first experience... I would not recommend any person to use this service.

        I sashikanth sajja resident of NUZVID, 521201.recieved a pan card in tampared condition.so I rejected the card and asked your agent to give a acknowledgement . your agent refused to give acknowledgement and using foul language.my submission is whether you take action on agent or I take forward to the further procedure..

          The consignment reached kolkata on 10/08/18 assured delivery is 10/08/17. Instead of delivering, they are updating false status, same as in my last complaint in this web. I contacted kolkata customer care four times but nothing is done, only false status pin code wrong (Which is 100% correct), & landmark needed (Already sent). Bluedart delivered about 50 letters in same pin code & same address, i can provide way bill number also. God knows what happened to bluedart to deliver in my address. I have to complaint every times to customer care and lastly on consumer complaint web. Worst & horrible service but other courier could not find any difficulties in delivering here

            Dear team,

            All documents was original for medical reimbursement claims.

            I had handed couriered packet through blue dart with pod number [protected] dated 7th may 2018.

            Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of the company to give details of the delay or status. I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by blue dart company.
            I hope you will take a serious action of this complaint.

            I shall look ahead to your reply with prompt action against blue dart employee and company,

            I talked with delivery boy and told that come on address, I wait for him but he didn't come... into my tracking status there is "Consignee not available", why you guys are giving wrong information

              The consignment was not delivered to me saying consignee not available although i was very much available at the delivery address. This has happened for the last 3 days continuously.

              It's a very important document that i am awaiting and such untrue status updates are not acceptable.

                It's really very disappointing n a very bad experience with bluedart.. My bank is sending my card via bluedart since may and everytime bluedart is returning it until delivered.. They have not even contacted me n just returned it.. I tried contacting bluedart but their phones are just ringing no one answers the call. Bluedart awb [protected] to your address with pincode 400017. Very bad service so very careless they are..

                  I ordered something from sonchafa. Sonchafa sent my parcel through bluedart. Such a pathetic service of blue dart. Your executives lie a lot. According to them they tried delivering the parcel at my place on friday 4 pm but noone at home.in such situation the courier boy should call on my mobile to check, right? Then at night i got a call from bluedart courier to inform me that they will deliver parcel on saturday 11th august between 12-4 pm. I was at home full day but nobody came to deliver the parcel and no call received to update me on parcel status. However bluedart is informing sonchafa (The one from where i ordered) that they tried delivering it 2-3 times but since no one at home delivery failed. What a big lie it is! Bluedart guys are not doing their work properly and then blaming the customers. This is awful. Pls look into it on priority and get me my parcel today itself.

                    Am not recieved my courier and it's shows delivered on my address and also shown recipient name on my name. If my area is not under blue dart service so why you booked the same. Delivery boy said that he gave courier to a computer shop on 04/08/2018 in his service area and he will find and handover to me. But why it's comes delivered as am not getting the same.

                      No one has visited to my address no courier guy hav came to our place n when i checked the status it has been changed like in undelivery shipment held at location i don’t understand y this service is so poor the thing how u ppl r avoiding your work when u cant b professional to your work don’t b part of it n ensure me that my courier should be delivered by today it self n even i work with bank n i received many complaints on bluedart courier with very bad experience still i understand n dint forwarded any mail n when it happened with me right then i understood how d person feels for imp doc will b n have lots of commitments with the doc wat we expect to receive on time now all this apart i need my doc today itself..

                        My expected shipment delivery date was 11/08/2018. But they directly updated system that "consignee not available" without even call me (They should have call us.) if we said that we not available, then they should postpone delivery of our shipment.
                        Every time they have use to same to with all the customer. This delivery is very important on that day.
                        They should not do with us like this. This will lost the trust of indian postal services.

                        Please consider this scenario. Give agency to trustful peoples.

                          There was shipment which was undelivered under the awb number [protected]. The shipment has recahed its destination but not delivered. We are willing to go and collect the same from the ranchi centre but nobody is reachable at the number provide not the 24 hr customer service is available to attand to calls and give the info about the shipment that can be picked. The shipment highly important to us and that is why we asked for a third day delivery guarantee but the basic communication which should be there is missing in completely. Pathetic communicationa and customer service from bluedart. Never expected the same. Amount has been taken and now the customer is being made to run from post to pillar.

                            His behaviour is too rude. His way of taking with the customer is harsh. This is not the first time, i have faced this kind of behaviour from him. He has delivered my orders before also with the same type of impolite approach. This time i am bound to complain.

                            Kindly don't send this delivery boy from the next time.

                              My credit card was dispatched from the bank this tuesday and was intimated via sms and email that it should be delivered in 3 working days which should have been thursday-friday and am yet to receive any parcel as such.
                              I got an sms from bluedart saying it would be delivered next day and i waited for it without going to work it never came and in the evening i got tracking details updated as landmark not mentioned which is utter non sense as i had mentioned everything on the address and have got many parcels from other courier companies which i use for online orders. Such bad is their service that the person (Delivery boy) has my mobile no. And he never bothered to contact me before going back to his den. Are you kidding me that in this world where phone call is almost free and the person goes back and is ok spending money on his fuel but can't contact me for once or the company pays incentives for using extra fuel and wasting time of customer.
                              I still called the bank and have asked them to update a recognized school as a landmark if in case the delivery fellow is new. Which they added and intimated the dispatch team on priority and told i should get in 2 days. I again waited for 2 days thinking bluedart would be done with the landmark game and finally would burn some fuel and deliver the parcel to me, but i was wrong, i shouldn't have thought that because i called the bank again today and they told the parcel is back at their jogeshwari office and the reason being the same landmark not mentioned, which means now i have to stay at their office or their favourite spots or at mantralay where they consider a proper landmark. Such pathetic is their service that none of their office nos. Are answered and their customer care no. Is always busy or the line is bad. I paid for the parcel which means i paid for the delivery guy for his fuel and for his sight seeing which he did roaming here and there but not calling the person and approaching him, and they want the customer to go up to their office and collect the parcel himself. This is not the first time it happened, all my parcels from the bank they never find me but delivery from lenskart or other sites (Via bluedart) they can reach my place easily. Surprised and amazed at their mode of working.
                              Kindly let me know by when can i receive my parcel which would be appreciatable.

                                  My courier has been in same warehouse (Cunningham, bangalore) for last four days and the customer care numbers are unresponsive and even i tried to call to that cunningham branch and they are unresponsive. The status for the courier in the online is showing "out for delivery" but these blue dart are not delivering the courier and keeping it in there warehouse for past four days and now the status is showing undelivered shipment held at location..

                                  Even though our location (Nagawara, bangalore) has blue dart courier services and other people are getting the couriers and why not it getting it for me...

                                  So please look into this issue as soon as possible and make my courier delivered.

                                      I had a parcel containing important documents to be delivered to me. However after days of waiting i decided to go to the office to enquire since the phone number online was not reachable. They said "they tried to deliver it but since the guard at the building said the address was incorrect, they held it". They did not bother calling the number provided. On top of that the lady at the office, ms kirti, was very rude to me saying things like, "no, we don't know how to speak to customers".

                                        I think case for the awb no. [protected] and ref. No. [protected]registered on the name of avinash kumar singh is assigned to you. Delivery attempt has been failed due to incomplete address mentioned (Screenshot attached).

                                        When i get in touch with the customer support executives on the number [protected]. The executive available over the call told me that the delivery is getting failed due to the incomplete address mention on the consignment.

                                        After getting the above response from the customer support executive i visited nearest blue dart delivery hub in evening 06:30 p. M. Situated at the address mention below.

                                        To know the exact issue associated with the address mention on the consignment.

                                        The blue dart executive available at the counter told me after checking the status of the awb number that the "house number is not mentioned on the consignment". Due to which delivery guy is not able to deliver the consignment.

                                        He is also explaining the norms of the blue dart that if the "house number is not mentioned on the consignment" then consignment is returned to the source (Here is the chennai).

                                        But the same address and without house number my brother was received a consingment (Awb no. Is [protected]). But i have not received. I don't know what norms followed by blue dart.

                                        Below mention are my few questions strictly need to be responded.

                                        01. Blue dart executives follow the norms of the company at the time of the delivery only or at the booking as well???

                                        02. If the guys are following the norms at the time of booking as well then why they not check the "house number is not mentioned" at the time of booking the consignment???

                                        03. Is it the mistake of the blue dart executive who booked the consignment at chennai blue dart hub??

                                        If so, then consignment needs to be delivered any how on the mention address.
