Your parcel boy from Jammu bearing mobile number [protected] had called me once but due to some problem I was not able to attend the call but after 1minute I called back him bt he didn't attend the call . I tried more than 30 times bt he blocked my number. Plz deliver my parcel and take action against him as soon as possible.

    I have ordered two beanbags from flipkart and they have couriered it through blue dart. And i was getting shipment updates and suddenly after 6th of august 2018, i got a message like "they tried to deliver it and i was not there to pick it up."but till now i haven't received a call from them regarding my product delivery.

    I tried to track it from blue dart. This is the update i am getting

    I am very very disappointed with blue dart. They are not even responding properly. slimier issues has occurred earlier also with many of my friends . Very pathetic service

      My credit card was supposed to be delivered on 1st aug, 2018. I was not available on that day before 6.30 pm. Deliverer confirmed that he will arrange the delivery by then with someone else. I haven't received the delivery. I called customer care to arrange the delivery next day. No delivery or text or call. I called again the next day. Customer care agent said that they have emailed it to arrange a delivery. Again not response since then. Calling customer care is costing me a fortune.

        Delivery is delayed by 1 week. Still they haven't delivered my shipment. They say that my address is incomplete but my fully correct and complete and all the other courier companies deliver perfectly to the same address. This is the third time i have this same problem with bluedart. Really tired of calling and messaging their customer care

          My item was gonna arrive on 8 august.i got the message when it was out for delivery. but when i checked 2-3 hours after getting that message. it was saying
          "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Landmark Needed " i mean what kind of professionalism is this?. Delivery boy didnt even call me so that i could tell him where to meet even though adress was complete. good jobs guys. you are doing great plus your phone numbers aka contact numbers are always busy. it had to be Delivered on 8 august.

            Please note that delivery boy is not coming to my apartment and putting in his statement that client has shifted from address. Because of his mischievous behavior my nre account was freezed by bank and later area manager has to drop at my place to reinstate the account.

              This is with regards to waybill no.[protected] where in the customer service assured the delivery will be done before 4pm at the office the courier person calls at 4:23pm when have already reached home. It's one week past am waiting for my debit card thank to the pathetic service. Need immediate resolution

                  Waybill no : [protected] is still not delievered and is out for delievery since 04th augusat-2018. Noone from bluedart tried to reach me since then. Could you please resolve the issue whethere it's a courier service or its an ordinary post office service. I doubt. Since it contains credit card which was suppose to deliever me by monday/tuesday it's still hanging with bluedart service. It seems very pathetic service provider. I had expereienced same incident tthrice with blue dart. I completley not satitsfied with bluedart i wont recommend this service to any1. However my card is posted via bluedart thats y i am suffering. Need resolution asp.

                    My tracking id is [protected] ..This courier service is worst service in India . They don't come to address and say that we come there once only in a week for given address . When they come for delivery they don't send any sms and call to inform about delivery . Not only me everyone whose parcels come in blue dart they are go to the office and collect their parcels . And they don't pick up phone call . This is matter of great regret . This is very very very very very veryⁿ worst service in Rajkot you should close your service . Is this the way you prefer service to your customer.

                      Delivery boy has given my cheque book to some one else... This is to bad without conformation how would he gave to him.. Its a cheque book... Seriously i will get issues from bank and whats will happen if he do some fraud

                        This courier service is worst service in india. They don't come to address and say that there are no one present in given address. When they come for delivery they don't send any sms and call to inform about delivery. Not only me everyone whose parcels come in blue dart they are go to the office and collect their parcels. And they don't pick up phone call. This is matter of great regret. This is very very very very very veryⁿ worst service in india you should close your service. Is this the way you prefer service to your customer.

                        Blue Dart Courier Waybill No : [protected] and [protected] received at Blue dart Balaramapuram centre on 28/07/2018.They have not delivered the PAN Cards till date(03/08/2018) to the destination ie, Karakonam near Neyyattinkara in Trivandrum
                        I have not received the package but receive a message called product have been received and also I received a call from blue dart that have u changed the address

                          I have applied for sbi credit card. The card was dispatch after all the mandatory verification. The card was sent via blue dart office, haddapar pune. I was unable to receive card on home address since i was in office. I requested them to send currier at office address or i was ready to go and collect from blue dart office hadapsar, pune. When i reached to their office, they denied to provide my currier. And they also said your residential address is incorrect. My address is correct and i dont have face any issue as of today. Basically, they are not willing to provide service and making harassment of the customer.

                            I have applied for a pan card in nsdl on 6.7.18 and same has been dispatched to my registered address from nsdl by bluedart courier on 1-august-2018 and it was reached to guwahati hub on 2-august-2018, now fro the very next day the status of the shipment showing delivery delayed till now and interesting part is that yesterday the status is showing that "consignee's address incomplete/landmark needed"now as per my knowledge if delivery boy unable to find my address then they are supposed to call me on registered number but they didnt
                            So kindly do the needfull to resolve the same

                            I had a courier that was to be delivered in[protected] but for some reason I was not at home on that day then my courier boy talked to me will do the delivery on[protected] but today when I am calling him, neither he is receiving my call nor is calling back and I wanted my package today because I left Delhi tomorrow.

It shows consignee not available however i have not been contacted a single time. Please look into the matter. I ordered an aviator on 2nd aug and i was told, it will be delievered asap.                                       Hi
                                      I am about the receive a courier by Blue Dart by 7th August 2018. As It is very important, I took leave from my office and waiting for the courier by tracking the same.
                                      The waybill number is [protected].
                                      Shockingly the tracking details are shown as "the customer requested for future delivery"
                                      When called up the customer care and Clearly said that I haven't raised any request for future delivery or I didn't get receive any calls from Blue dart Ex.
                                      Then the customer care representative said its a technical error and the shipment is out for delivery. Again I started tracking the details. It didn't come till 6:00PM.
                                      It didn't come. So I inquired with Customer Care again and the response was it is out for delivery.
                                      At 6:55PM, I get the tracking details such as customer is not available in the place.
                                      Whole day the person who was waiting for the courier by sitting in home, is not available.
                                      I have almost lost 40 INR by calling to the customer care for this free shippment.
                                      Now my question is all that why did the Blue Dart Ex making the customer as a fool.
                                      Let them say the delivery is delayed by technical reason or whatever.
                                      Why the customer is blamed for their inability.
                                      Looking for the resolution for this.
                                      I am not the only one who is writing this in this forum. There are many like me. What is the action the Blue Dart Ex is going to take.
                                      It literally killed my time.

                                        The courier boy is called me multiple times to reach my home address. Am waiting for him to collect my courier. Am keep on calling to the courier boy to guide my address, if he find or not. After few minutes the courier person had switched his mobile and online tracking he kept message like consignee is not available.
                                        This is correct way to do courier boy. The courier person ph. No:[protected]
                                        Please take action immediately and try send me courier asap.
