Dear SBI credit card holder your credit card will be delivered on your address by 25 november 2022.
it is second time that the credit card is not delivered on my address it show that the area not covered by blue dart

    Dear Sir /madam
    One of the couriers was supposed to receive the date 14 Nov 22 which was very very urgent till the date I could not receive it and the penalty already started.
    I call to customer care but did not get any solution on it pls help to get it very soon other wise many losses interlink with it.

          Hi,

          My waybill number is [protected]and I was waiting all day for delivery as per the site status check. I called up customer care to get this delivered too in priority.

          However after 8 pm i see this status as Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For. Is this even justified. We dont have security or anyone. Its just a stanalone apartment. Nor did the blue dart delivery person called. I eant my shipment to be delivered bh monday at any cost.

            Wrongly showing status as Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted F

            Hi,

            Sender sent the courier on 9/11/22, and I have yet not received it (today 19/11/22)

            I try to check on tracking status.
            My awb is invalid.

            I called the customer care, they refused to help me track the shipment.
            Asked for local contact number of a blue dart office, they refused to provide that too.

            How am I supposed to track my important shipment with such a ridiculous service and behaviour ?
            And this is not the first time for their bad service.

            Please help !

              My way Bill Number is- [protected]
              My assets send by my company is delivered to an unknown address.
              It is very imp parcel and without this i am unable to start my job .
              Even i called to customer care they said your complaint resolved within 24 hrs. but still i don't where is my that parcel.
              They delivered my parcel on 17th November 2022 at different location.
              That Parcel is my personal Laptop how can blue dart delivered someone's important parcel in wrong address even in different state and also they have zip code on that address.
              I asked to customer care to register a complaint but they said you will get a call from blue dart within 24 hrs., but still i didn't get any call from blue dart express.
              I need it on time, because of this i have to wear huge amount of money.
              Who will compensate it???
              I need it very urgently, please deliver my parcel as soon as possible.

                I am at home waiting for my delivery of spectacles as my earlier one broke.
                But the delivery partner even didn’t attempted delivery and message came that consignee was out of town.

                What kind of service is this. What if the delivery is essential.
                This is not the way you should serve customers. Whats the point of paying huge fare charges if the service is same as indian post

                  It is really strange...
                  waybill [protected]
                  the status is showing that the consignee shifted from the given address, where as I am at that address only and I have been calling the customer care as well to when the courier would be delivered... Now I am calling them and i am not getting any response...what should I do?.

                      AWB No [protected] through BLUEDART Courier dispatched on 11 Nov 2022 evening in Borivali west 400092, courier boy name may be Rahul

                      This courier received by my sister the courier boy took my sister number for details purpose
                      Now he started messaging my sister personally.
                      My sister said don't message me but he can't stop messaging. now she blocked him.

                      Kindly find out who this courier boy

                                I have ordered set of 8 bras but i hot the wrong item which I haven’t ordered and received only 3 quality was also not so good and i havr paid 500 for that cheap product so disappointed about blue dart i want my money back.

                                  Please check this on priority!! This is very urgent!

                                  The parcel has reached my city on 5th Nov 2022, but I have not yet received (8th Nov 2022). I tried to track in the website, its showing - Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect

                                  Although the address is correct. Phone number is also there but no one has ever contacted me. I tried to call the company's no but its busy.

                                    Proper address was given, and many deliveries are done for the same address by Amazon and other sites, but it's shown that wrong address was given by blue dart . And address is in buldhana district what are your doing in Akola
