i recived a pan card through your service from nsdl but delivery asked me give 20rs for petrol its not a right way to give service

1- delivery boy arrived with parsel no awb no [protected]

2-i signed it

3-then after he ask me to give 20 rs for postage

4-i tell him that NSDL has already paid it as a postage

Shipment not attempted for to deliver at deliver premises and updated wrong information in the site that "delivery attempted-premises closed" in bluedart website.

I called bluedart customer care twice, but not provided correct information that when shipment will be delivered moreover incorrect information updated in website that premises closed....

When i contacted the customer care, they are saying the delivery attempted at your address but you didnt pickup the call. I didn’t receive any call from blue dart.

I didn't received my package after the 15days of shipment. While the tracking status on website showed that the consignment reached the begusarai office on 9th june 2018, i did not get any intimation through call or message regarding delivery. Blue dart docket no. [protected] is not delivered till now at ludhiana address. But blue dart staff says it delivered. This shows blue dart has worst service. They don't care about customer time and parcel/document. This is not happened i at first time. Always they i show mistake during there service. Resonsible authority take action as soon as possible....

I was supposed to receive my health insurance policy from aditya birla via blue dart courier service. The delivery person have told that it is not possible to deliver the courier to the building where i am working and have asked to collect it from another building and the parcel was taken undelivered.
