This compalint is against bluedart Ref no.[protected]
My Passport is not delivered till now as i am travelling to italy tomorrow. I called blue dart customer care severel times. 1st at around 12pm, they said it will be delivered by 2pm. Again i called at around 2.30pm, they said will deliver it by 5pm. No one turnedup. Again i called at 5 pm, they said will deliver today, can't tell the exact time. And i can't collect it directly from the corresponding branch also. They said they will call me back, but no call no information about my passport.
I sitting in my house since morning just to collect the passport. But till now no one came.
I have to go to bangalore to catch a flight tomorror. Because of this i canclled the bangalore flight ticket. And i have to book another flight at a premium.
They have wasted lot of my time and its a big loss for me. I dont know if i will travell to italy or not..
Its going to be a huge loss for me.
No one is there to respond regarding this..
Please help..

Dear sir

Am staying at brigade metropolis bangalore and a bluedart courier boy who services the courier to resident has behavioral issue as enters lift which is meant for residents. Does not service lift. Once told fights with ladies of apartment and abusive in nature as the security / gauards of society. They are threat to society and after complain blue dart has not tamed its office boy. This is threat to life and need to be dealt severely and expedited. Regards, uttam

Dear sir,
Kindly check this tracking no-[protected]. I got a call from bhadrak office on 26.6.18 that they had one my parcel with them. I told them to deliver this in mentioned address. But they told me that they didn't have parcel boy available with them so they can't deliver. What sort of reply this is. Then they just returned my parcel with out informing me.
Never expect such type of service from blue dart.

This is regarding a fraudulent activity done by bluedart bachupally office. The expected delivery date for my courier with waybill# [protected] was on 29th june. First thing is that, this was not delivered on that date. And on 30th morning the status was 'out for delivery'. I was waiting for the courier on that day at my home. Afternoon when i checked the status it was updated as "premises closed". How they did updated...

I asked bule dart rep to deliver @ home as i never requested to deliver @ my office. He was arogant and was very unprofessional with his reply and did not understand common hindi. Upon requesting he even informed i might not get my entire kit in its propwr condition. To my surprise when i checked the status today it shows it is returned as no one was available at my home and was locked. I never got any call after the last call made on 26th. Request to give proper training to your people as at the end customer satisfaction is what matters. I[censored]r service remains the same god should help with ur company.

I m saket kumar holding sbi credit card customer. My credit card has neen dospatch via bluedot courier service. But courier deliver person cll to me for receiving of my sbi credit card but when i reach with id proof at couriers location then courier person switch of mobile and move out from present place. I had wait and try many times but courier person give not any response. Courier person mobile no is [protected]. My contact no is [protected].

Complain regarding the shipment of way bill no [protected].Without visiting or contacting me, the delivery person updated the shipment status as "No such consignee at the given address".I am really sorry to say their employee are not good enough to deliver. Their employees are not responsible regarding delivery. They are saying that they can't find the address. Whereas I am using Amazon, flipkart and there was no problem regarding delivery of products.

Axis bank has sent me an courier of the debit card and i have shifted to the different address can you please change the delivery address and its extremely important. I am ready to pay the extra charges for the delivery.

Waybill NO [protected] yours courier boy says i reach will my address i cant giving yours given address otherwise i will send back this packet, he shouted and says reach within 2 min otherwise i am going . his behavior is very bad, this is very important packet for me that's way i reach and collect the courier from him. from last month i already got 3 or 4 packet at same address without any problem, but this first time i am shocked about this type of service with big best company blue dart, the boy name is rajesh singh, waiting for yours reply

This is to draw your kind attention to the unsatisfactory service of your company. Today on 30/06/2018, there was the delivery of my british council shipment with track no.[protected]. For this, one of your delivery executive named mr. Karan rang me with his mobile no. [protected] and surprisingly he asked me to come 10 kilometres away from my mailing address and take the shipment. I requested him to deliver the packet at the given address. Then he said, this courier will be sent back to british council and with his totally unprofessional language he suggested me a complaint against him and he sent the remarks "consignee's address incorrect".
Being such a reputed courier company, i never expected such an irresponsible behaviour and i have still not received that courier which is important to me.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Hi sir, my courier has arrived at your office since 23 June 2018, & still I don't get my courier. Moreover, your courier boy is not receive my call... However, famous building of city is police station, then how can u can't find it ? Provid me satisfied solution. Otherwise I have to contact main office of blue dart courier.

The above shipment which should have been delivered in one day is taking more than 4 days within ncr. This is simply because the delivery executive nor his seniors could not distinguish between a home address and a corporate address. Got to know after speaking to one ms ishta at customer care. When the address is complete in all aspects, a professional company like blue dart is engaging people who cannot read or understand the address details. The consignment is lying idle waiting for some miracle to happen. The customer care executive is least bothered about the importance of time
And wastage / suffering we undergo as it simply says it cannot be delivered today. Highly insensitive approach by blue dart.

Shame on such services from a premier agency.
I can share more details if the senior executives are inclined to address the issue.

Mera ek icici bank ka courier blue dart jodhpur basni office me hai or waha se mujhe wo courier nhi diya ja raha mene baat ki fon pe to mana kar diya or ache se baat bhi nhi ki ja rahi so plz mujhe mera courier di jiye unse baat karke... Blue dart has worst courier delivery services in this world. I supposed to receive loan welcome letter 5 days back though courier which i haven't received yet. My awb number is [protected]. I have called blue dart helpline number more than 50 times but not reachable. They not bother to call at my number [protected]. Courier is getting return from my address as consignee not available at mentioned address

My way bill no. [protected] are not delivered by bluedart no one call me no one come to my address for delivery of my shipment even your customer care making me fool from 2 days for delivery and shipment status shows consignee not available since 2 days no delivery man come to my home for delivery plz deliver my shipment as early as possible

Pan card delivery krne vala mujhe bina pan card diye chla gya uska kaam hai mere ghr ke address par akr delivery krnahor mene usko kmse km 20 baar phone kiya vo mera phone pick nahi kr rha tha bilkul bekar service hai apki i hate this mai kisi kaam se bahr tha uske liye mai jldi jldi apne ghar ki side aya pr vo insaan na mera phona utha rha tha na hi mere se mila

I am very disappointed with your poor service and delivery, i have 2 days holiday and my company is closed.
If you can courier it my resident address that will be helpful.

My shipment no. Is [protected]. I was supposed to receive some important document from kotak bank on 06/28/2018 but there was a delay in delivery. But that's okay. What really triggered me was that when that delivery guy called me to receive the document i found out that he was at the main office address (Which was obviously the fault of kotak).
But then i sincerely requested the person to come to the other office which was 2min. Away from the main office. But he declined and said he won't deliver that product since i am not at the reported address.
Now i am sure that they are told to provide the product where it is mentioned but still 2 min away distance was not going to take their life.
Try to improve your service and read the feedbacks. Keep your track on your delivery agents by introducing rating feedback. I was really waiting for those documents.

I took a leave from my office because i get a message from blue dart saying that my package is out for delivery today. I was waiting the whole day literally outside my house in the balcony waiting for this important package to arrive but at 12:12 pm they conveniently updated their tracking staus as delivery attempted - premised closed. I am really upset about this because the package contained important stuff which was to be used today itself.
