What is this non sense with too much of late in delivery ha when shipping through ecom express it is delivers in non working days also within 3-4 maximum but why you are taking 7-9 days that days also working days too much bad response from bluedart in my location

So please done fast arrival and better assistant and the merchant says maximum 4-6 days to delivery but your couriour is not delivery the products received to out for delivery and

523357 giddalur location bluedart office is always closing not opening and no flexi or board and no responsibility very very bad too much nonsense so much of time wasting

    Today a 43 inch mi tv has been delivered to my home @ 4.30pm, the behaviour of the blue dart courier guys are very horrible, which is unacceptable. I need a necessary action against those rude guys.

    While ordering the tv there was not space to indicate the floor details then how can the courier guys expect the same from us, whether it may be ground or first floor, his duty is to deliver the product, then how can he refuse the same. Since my mom only was there in the home, she requested them to deliver it to my home @ first floor. Most horribly, while entering the home both of the guys came and knowingly stomped the product forcefully on the floor with unnecessary words & said thermocole is protected, nothing will happen. How can they say it.??? Till now i didn't opened the product, i will plan the installation by next day will see the condition of the tv while your demo person visits my home. Let see. If it will be damaged condition, you guys will face the extreme consequences for the unfortunates things happened to my mom. Let's see...

    I saw this message and can suggest as follows:-
    Try to install the TV ASAP, if there is problem then Xiaomi would replace the product.
    Xiaomi uses Blue Dart as they are reputed and premium Courier company and a good network, but individually grumpy people of blue dart is not their concern really, It is blue dart who should take their matter.
    So, suggest install the TV and use it well and see if there is any problem. and if yes, then complain to Xiaomi, if its within 10 days they might replace it with new one. So suggest you to install at the earliest
    The Shipment ([protected]) was scheduled to be delivered today[protected] but the delivery didn't happen and when checking the status online, the status was updated as "Consignee Not Available", but no one from the blue dart contacted me, and i was available in the Delivery Address.

      My courier why are not found form SBI bank credit card. your Employee said our service not available in your area. but why you not information to me. and return the my courier from SBI

      please tell me the valid reason by mail. if you are not tell me the reason then i am going to customer court. because SBI bank generate the bill and i am not the able payment the bill.

        Hi today my delivery is there. But executive went there areas but he didn't called to me. I called to him couple of times he didn't pick the calls.

        Again i called to him after some time. Then he picked and he told to me all fraud information like, he didn't called to me but he say's to me... I called to you like this way...
        Again now he suggest to me, if you want you can come and collect your courier from our office in gandhi nagar, kurnool, ap.

        These type of behavior we can't accept as a costumer.

          Dear sir
          i would like to bring your attention about my shipment misplaced through BLUE DART EXPRESS.
          I've sent 4 bags from nerul navi mumbai to delhi through their service (crown packers and mover. A local service branch of theirs in navi mumbai) on 11/06/2018 with waybill no. [protected] .
          I was assured that consignment will be delivered within a weeks time but now it has been 15days and I've not Received the consignment so far.
          I'm trying to contact bluedart customer service daily but the number is not rechable. I'm not getting any positive response from anyplace. I tried contracting local courier service (CROWN PACKERS AND MOVERS) of theirs through whom i've sent my consignment but the response which i got was really rude and pathetic. They have no clue when they can get it delivered and where my shipment is. According to them they can only get deliver three bags and about one bag they dont where it is. They're not cooperative at all and after calling them daily they are now telling me to do whatever i can do against them.

              Kotak cheque book is supposed to get delivered today. Your delivery person had called me today at around 3.40pm about how to come to my house. He then called back that house is locked.in fact it was not locked, my wife was very much at home. She opened the door, there was noone there. She waited to next 20 minutes. And your person's phone number is not reachable since then.in evening i got a sms that it is delivered to some vinod. No one in our family is named vinod. Please find out whereabouts of the shipment.

                  Every service provider except BlueDart delivered and found my address
                  It's three to four times by BlueDart my package returned and give reason we helpless to find that address this is shameless

                    I am complaning about the credit card delivery, i had not getting any call my on my number regarding dispatch, when i track my courier and called to bahadurgarh office they are saying me your courier was returnd to delivery point and no one is there in home after that i was going to the counter of blue dart but thy are behaving very rudly, in that time i have my mobile with me wich number mentioned in courier and also showing them the pan card but they are not providing my credit card,
                    Show i will file a complaint in cunsumer foram regading this if my issue not solved till tommorw morning, if my credit card missplaced and miss used who is the responsible,

                      This is to inform you that i had applied for credit card and it has approved and sent through blue dart courier on 23rd of june and still i didn't received that consignment and the status is showing on web that consignee not available and how it is possible that shipment got out for delivery on 10:46 and status uploaded that consignee not available on 11:50, and even i didn't received any call regarding delivery, this is 2nd time happening with me before this few weeks ago my credit card from hdfc bank has came and i faced that same problem, when i called in morning to mr sandeep [protected] (Transport nagar) lucknow 226012 he told me that you will receive it by noon but still i didn't received that and the status is still showing that undelivered shipment held at location.

                          My shipment was arrived to blurdart baroda warehouse on 23rd june 2018, i am in continuos follow up with blue dart customer care and ware house guy (Rupsingh and delivery guy ashok). Ashok is making reasons like today i forgot your shipment to carry which are very unprofessional answer. And finally on 26th june i told them i will not be available from 27th at delivery place so deliver my shipment today, they kept me promising that they will deliver today. Finally i asked for aprox time of delivery, they told me 9 pm and after that i have made them more than 50 calls but they did not received. Same with bluedart customer care team they kept me promising to arrange call back within half an hour but their half hour never complited. This is highly unprofessional behaviour by bluedart. They are behaving like they are doing cherity to me. I have paid them pretty good amount for service which they are not providing. Its clearly a fraud.

                              My awb number is [protected]. Firstly i am highly disappointed with your service. My shipment was supposed to reach today as per your tracking given on your site. I called on your customer care number during afternoon, one of your executive ensured that it will be reaching before 6pm as it is out for delivery. After that i again called up in the evening several times, to be specific Almost 7-8 times, there was no response at all. Everytime my call was put on hold. And then lastly when i tracked in the late evening the person who was supposed to deliver my parcel mentioned on the tracker that premises was closed which is completely false. I did not get any call from his/ her side. This is something very irresponsible and misleading. Your executive ensures me on the call that it will be delivered today because of which i had to reschedule my meetings. You need to Understand the value of time of other people. I want a urgent call back from your executive else i will take this complaint further. When you people have to provide false details then what is the point of tracker you guyz have on your website.
                              I will be expecting a call tomorrow from your executive.

                                I have not received hdfc debit card due to nuisance of blue dart, initially blue dart mentioned floor is not clearly mentioned, so i requested bank to update address to mention 1 floor as first floor, bank again sent card but now blue dart says is it building or apartment or house is not mentioned so can not deliver card. Need hdfc bank to change courier partner to retain customers

                                    Blue dart thakurli branch is very pathetic kindly take action against them as one of their employee mr. Milind raje has used slang words for mee and abuse me.. They have also reported fake delivery as my premises get closed by 5.30 pm where no one come here and they updated the status as premises is closed as i have cctv footage where no one come here even my security has told the same.

                                      It is actually an ungrateful and waste services of bluedart that i have not received my courier with the tracking number [protected] till now despite of the fact that it is a banking delivery that was supposed to take place. I have called the customer services of bluedart but either calls are never picked up and the phone gets disconnected or the agents pick up the call and disconnect it. Bluedart claims to be the best in the industry and you should be ashamed to call yourself that. I am very dissatisfied with it thinking to share it via facebook. Or file ab rti against bluedart for the loss i am facing due to not receiving my banking product delivery.

                                        The parcel was not delivered and the reason given on the tracking tools is that the premises was closed. I have given my phone number and the courier did not call once before attempting to deliver. Can any body from blue dart call before delivery or not or they simply take back the parcel and show them as undelivered.

                                        I am very disappointed at the type of service this company is providing to the customers.

                                        Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        While tracking my order no.[protected] it was shown "delivery on next working day" and the item has not reached yet. It is shown that the item is shipped for delivery from Bannerghata and still not delivered to me.
