Dear sir,
Last friday[protected] i got message as your shipment will deliver on saturday[protected].
I called customer care executive to know when it will reach because i had travel on the same day due to some emergency. They give unresponsive answer as it has gone for out deliver don't when it will reach your place, i ask give the delivery man number i will contact him, that too they refused to give.
Finally times goes they didn't came i started my travel and arrange the another person to collect the shipment, he was waiting for the full day no one came there.
So, again i called the customer care executive why shipment is not delivered, they told as address inconsistent due to that.
My question if delivery person not able to trace the address means they had to call the customer, but i didn't get any call regarding this, i informed this to executive they told we will not call if shipment is from bank.
I informed let me know your location i will come directly and collect from your office. For that also they are refusing to give the address.
Kindly help me to get my shipment on delivery of my address or i can get directly from your office.
I need this by today itself.
