My product with way bill no [protected]has not been delivered yet. It was shipped from mumbai on 25-apr-2018 and still has not reached the assigned location. It comes to ropar and then message shows wrong pin code will impact the delivery. Then it is sent back to mohali, from there to ambala. And from ambala it is again sent to ropar and the process has repeated five times. If there was a pincode problem, they could have asked and i would have told them correct address. But i received no call from blue dart centre. This is a total harrasment. I hope you will take the action soon.

When i tracked the courier it has been showing as "undelivered shipment held at location"

I didnot got any call from courier boy to receive the courier.

I ordered some products on nykaa. I got the message that it would be delivered by may 15 th. The shipment and all was perfect till my delivery. It's ok for one day delivery lag. I got a call from a number on may 16 at 10.37am. But i was busy with another call and i am not able. To cut that call. I don't know that it was the delivery man call. When i checked with the tracking number it was told as failed delivery. They didn't even try to my number again and they put as failed delivery. Then i took the office number from net and called them and ask y they put like failed delivery. A man yelled at me like i didn't took the call. It was my responsibility to call him again. I told him that i don't know your number since u didn't called me earlier. He said he called me for an hour
But he just called me twice at the second time when i was busy. I asked whether he can deliver my package and he did. Your tracking and shipment was very good. But the delivery is very rude due to this man. Please make sure not to repeat him to anyone else.

The blue Dart courier wasn't delivered. Even after requesting the delivery multiple times the item was not sent. None of the blue dart person called me or informed that the order was received in Navi Mumbai office.
After reaching the customer care the team member reema promised me that the courier will be delivered today evening, however the delivery didn't happen until 7pm. The i contacted again, dilawar team member denied to provide the service.

Jayant fdom. Navi Mumbai office called and said that the courier will not be delivered today.

The same instance was repeated previously as well.

Refer blue dart awb [protected] it showing Shipment Shipment Redirected On New Airway Bill where as every thing was correct in our details but they didn't delivery my parcel.
my parcel have to deliveried to my office address, but no one is came to my office, As told i check my office visitor log also on a special permission but there is no entry of them.
Even i requested to delivery to my resident address also. but didn't do.
can you please taken a action regarding this issue and ask them to delivery my parcel ASAP. if they are having any criticalities to deliver, please call me on my direct number [protected], i dont have any extension and iam ready to guide them to reach me.

Personally visited ur blue dart courier office at sanjay place agra (Up) on 17 may 2018 between 11:30&12:30, not handed over the courier to me due to missing/misplace. On tracking the item, recd on 16 may 2018 and notified in tracking - incomplete add&reqd landmark but delivery rep not contacted me. So plz do needful for delivery as soon as possible being important doc. Mob no. Given to ur office for easy delivery.

This is with reference to the parcel dated 12.05.2018 it has been showing on the site of blue dart that it is out for delivery from 14.05.2018 but still I have not received my parcel. Also contacted with customer care of blue dart on 16.05.2018 they said that to delivery it on 17.05.2018 but still I have not received any update or notification from blue dart.
Yesterday I have received call from delivery boy he asking for an delivery address. I have given him delivery address then to I have not received the parcel and again when contacting him he didn't pick up the call. either
I want my money back or parcel as soon as possible. otherwise please proceed for legal proceedings.

I am ashok mutual fund agent from dindigul is forwarding this complaint.
The complaint regards nondelivering of dividend warrants and letters to the investors and sending back by noting irrelevant reasons.

For getting back the covers from amc, we have to go through a laborious process. I can't understand why your branch staffs are working like these.

Please kindly advise your branch people to deliver properly. For your information, already i've lodged the complaint with amcs like, tata, sundaram, icici and cams, requesting them use the speed post or other courier services, instead of bluedart, because of our feedback from clients.

My shipment no. [protected] is not delivered on my address from 8th May 2018 to till now.
My address is Entertainment Paradise a well known place of Jaipur. Every one known the place. It is situeded in heart of the city. Your delivery boy also known the place.
Your customer care executive not hear the problem & misbehaving with me.
So we are requesting to resolve my problem on earliest possible.

Below is the whole detail for the current courier status.
With regards to this status i haven't received any call or notification from the courier company.
My mobile number is already mentioned in the courier address.
But the delivery boy don't made any call on my mobile number.
And mentioned all fake status for the packet.
On 16.5.2018 i updated the details to the blue dart customer care, but on 17.5.2018 till 4:26pm i haven't received any call from the courier boy for the delivery.
Again i made the call to the customer care for the delivery boy contact number so that i can call him and ask him when he is coming.
But this big name courier company don't have the contact details of there employees.
There are medicine in the packet but who this matter to them.
From my side i want to tell everyone not use blue dart courier service.

Hi this bhaskar from hyderabad 23/04/2017 some metirial was sending your courier way bill no [protected]. Till date i can not received. I will calling branch office habsiguda know one has reply to us. How many months you will take the time? Since last 3 months onwards we can received as per same address. Daily we will check tracking report. This is bad service yours side.

Thare is no tracking details product which location or not there is no tracking last 11 days is this correct or not this courier service is compare to most worrest courier econ express so your service company completely closed as soon as possible

Hi,
I have a serious complaint about bluedart bangalore offices. I sent some consignments 4 times from hyderabad to bangalore & all times it reached after so many days that too after complaining in customercare number. The reason that they are giving not to deliver this, is "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed". This is absolutely fake statement. I always mention the address, department & mobile number very clearly & everytime i made sure this. If nothing is mentioned, how they are able to deliver finally, when i call & blast in customercare?

One latest example is "waybill no : [protected]".

Any bluedart quality person can check my package & double confirm whether all details have mentioned on package or not.

Bluedart will loose it's credibility if this practice goes on further.

Please take some serious action & help to clear this issue.

Your shipment from kotak bank with blue dart awb# [protected] is undelivered as premise closed. To reschedule, please call please call[protected] from 9am-9pm mon-sat.

That's the remark for non delivery when premises is very much open & many people are available for collection of the package. When tried reaching banashankari, bangalore for receiving by myself, an # supposed to be incharge, made some gross remarks & shouted!!
People of this sort shouldn't be tolerated.
Never gonna use your services & i'm gonna advocate the same with family & friends.

Below mentioned courier has not yet reached when checked online it states consignee not available at the address, i stay at same address from last 25 years and how come blue dart is unable to find it, nobody visited my place for courier delivery neither anybody from bluedart called me regarding this, its pathetic response i received, i have wrote n no of mails regarding this not even a single response i received till now,

It was such bad experience i got from this company. Last time also your courier fellow did the same thing stating i am not getting you address whereas other courier company are able to get my address and i receive hell lot of parcels and couriers everytime expect bluedart - useless system.,

Such a pathetic service and really i have not expected from this. I have not received parcel on my day, its waste now.. I planned for my brothers birthday but these guys spoiled it. I recommended all do not use bluedart. I have requested to bluedart to provide my package on some timings at 7 pm and manager agreed for it and suddenly he said on second day i didnt promised you, on second some other guy again promised today i will arrange and did mobile off. Why do you promise if you cant keep it? I have sent email to sonia lets see how they take care of customers. Pune is big city and mostly people work in offices and this bluedart people used to call on same time to receive the package, how is it possible? Bluedart if this continues there are many competitors in market you will lost the business. This is not about one customer but single customer is important in business, you dont have idea how much single customer can use your service. Its all about trust. If i satisfy with some service i consider it for lifetime. But you wont understand this.

Blue dart track no is - awb [protected] (Pan card) received at beawar branch of blue dart office, one of there employee call me to pick card from their office and refused to deliver at my home address (Written on article). Also i requested them to deliver article to my office which is just near about 200 mtrs from their office but still ask me to come at their office. At last without inform me they return that article.

I had ordered a item with way bill no. [protected] on 1may 2018, it had reached my district but they said that they will not deliver it to my address. I want to ask if you can't deliver at my given address, what is the use of giving location while ordering item? I request you to sen the item in my address. It is happening in lot of my orders, so please settle this down.

I had ordered a gown from sariklick.com which was cash on delivery and was delivered by blue dart. There are soo many complaints flooding on the net regarding sariklick.com and blue dart still continues to be a part of their fraud.
Since bluedart picks the product from Sariklick.com and delivers the cash on delivery money to the company, it is 100% confirmed that blue dart is aware of the existance of the company.
Bluedart being such a reputed company should not put its name and reputation at stake for such frauds.
Hence i want my money to be returned by blue dart and also report this fraud company.
