How convenient it is to blame it on the customer himself to hide your own shortcomings! I tried calling customer care but got a prompt saying that this number is not in use.     My parcel has good condition.But delivery person didn't come to delivery and cancel the order.He said parcel fully wet but i go the courier office parcel is good condition.But he said the parcel is returned.He donot give me the parcel and no response i have book the order on emi.I was so struggle for this.Please do any needful delivery person call yesterday 4.24 and bluedart msg received for we will deliver your shipment msg received

      Whatever I am getting product through bluedart is delayed and putting fake status in their websites. You are the number one worst service provider.

        I have received a parcel from Nykaa on 1st Oct 2022. When I tried to pay the Razorpay code via Gpay, the delivery person said it is not credited.So I made payment again via Phonepe and he confirms the payment received.After few mins he left gpay payment is also done and now it becomes like credited twice for single shipment.

        I called the delivery person and informed the same.He said he informed his office and money will be credited in 3-5 working days.
        I didn't receive the money and also delivery person didn't pick my call for enquiry.

        I Directly went to Bluedart courier office located nearby and checked with the manager, he said it will be refunded in 7 business days so I will receive my payment on 11th of Oct.So far I didn't receive my payment and also couldn't contact delivery person as well as customer care number of Bluedart.

        Please do suggest how can I get my refund for the below

          I'm not getting my courier from blue dart since 6-7days.Every day they updating fake reason for not giving delivery. My AWB number is [protected], & this is credit card related. please look into it asap

            The parcel was supposed to delivered on 11/10/2022. Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

            Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the blue dart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

            Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There is not direct contact number provided for the held location nor the address and the generic helpline is non-responsive.

              This is my second time registering the complain in regards to the same issues I am facing with Blue Dart.

              Honestly, this has been so exhausting experience with Blue dart this time. My order is out for delivery again today however I am sure they will not delivered and will give me again another reason of order being not delivered that will sound absurd.

              I have a flight to catch later today, kindly deliver my order today also I will really appreciate if you can share the delivery boy's contact info so expediate the process.

                I have a packages from HDFC Bank &Sbi holding waybill nos: [protected], EV[protected]. The package from HDFC Bank [protected] has to be delivered to me by oct 7th but unfortunately it didnot got delivered to me. The answer I got from the customer care is like my mobile number is not reachable. But I didnot receive any call from the delivery call executive regarding any delivery. But these people are saying that it will take more 5 days for my package to get delivered for my package from HDFC Bank.

                Coming to the package of SBI . I got a message like it will be delivered to me by oct 7th itself but no response till now. So as it is very important for me. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                  A parcel in the name of Poulami Chakraborty was dispatched via Blue Dart, Bengaluru to on 29th September. The delivery was supposed to be done by 6th October but 12 days and counting, I haven't received my parcel yet. I have paid 1000 INR for the delivery as per their charges and utter lack of responsibility 8s what I am getting in return. I have called their helpline and was told that I shall receive the package by 10th. Everyday starting 10th October 2022, they send me a 'out for delivery' message only to not deliver the package. And they update their website with 'prohibited area restriction'. They haven't tried calling me or they haven't tried delivering in the first place. There is no entry restriction whatsoever in my building and I receive parcels from other shipping companies all the time. I have never faced such anxiety and tension that I am currently facing due to blue dart. Please help.

                        My working company has provided a Diwali gift on 6th Oct. Eta is 8th Oct. Bluedart is the package handler. The shipment has reached Nagpur and is out for delivery on 8th Oct, which is the city where I live. I wanted to know the delivery contact details of the courier or details of the blue dart delivery boy so that I can either gather the package or can have the information of delivery in advance.

                        I couldn't receive both, I was expecting a call from the blue dart delivery team so that they can locate me well, in case they have difficulty reaching out to me. That's why the phone number is provided, right? Without a call, bluedart team straightaway marked my address as incomplete, and to mention I didn't get a single response from blue dart on this. And the support team is silent on this. Calls are also getting unnoticed.

                        Now I am getting an error status that the consignee's address is incorrect or incomplete. And have seen people hardly get a resolution to this issue, what shall I do?

                        I am attaching the case screenshot.

                        If bluedart team finds it, please reach out to me. You have the tracking id. I am ready to come to bluedart office instead as well to gather the package if it works.

                              Hi Bluedart team,

                              My airway bill for tracking is and it was supposed to be delivered by Oct 10. I want to submit my complaint against Najibabad office. My courier status shows that Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark. In reality, nobody came to deliver package at given address.

                              I did not receive any call from the bluedart guys and neither did I receive any text.

                              There is no direct contact number provided for the held location. The central helpline is non-responsive. I want to submit my complained regarding this courier device company as well as it’s najibabad office and want to receive my package ASAP.

                              In last 4 days I have received more than 15 packages from AMAZON retail delivery.

                                    Order marked as On Hold For Regulatory Paperwork

                                    I have been waiting for this order for a long time and luckily the seller dispatched the item on time however while checking the status on tracking page of blue dart it shows that my order has been marked as On Hold For Regulatory Paperwork.

                                    I have read other complains as well regarding the same issue wherein people received the order after a week which is clearly absurd!!!

                                    My product has to be delivered by 8 oct 2022. But when I checked the status it was showing as Customer Requested Future Delivery. Wherein I was never contacted regarding the product delivery not I have asked them for future delivery. Don't know how they assume on their own and update the status as Customer Requested Future Delivery without even reaching out to the customer. This is very poor courier service.
