    I ordered my books on 3 July 2023 and it is out of delivery on 10 July 2023 but then the Blue Dart express website shows me your address is incorrect/incomplete. And then they not contact with me I tried 10+ calls to they but they didn't receive my call.

      I 10 call to blue dart office and other number they say to deliver the product on 10 july but they dont deliver the product right now how i action on this company to give me my product

      please help me otherwise i was streactly action on this whole company as a fraud dealers in that and my action goes in supreme court also so please give me my product and safe your life bluedart the fraudder company as well as .. i can wait for 5 days other wise you will be ban in india i promie you fraud with 10000+ people as shown,

          Hi team

          My parcel was scheduled to be delivered by bluedart today. But as per latest update on the website the status was marked as conginee’s address is incorrect/incomplete.

          Please deliver my parcel asap. If delivery boy comes near to the mark and call me on provided contact information on parcel. I will pick up my parcel.

          I am attaching the status screenshot with complaint it also consists product track id.

            I was supposed to get the order on Saturday 08/07/2023 but the it was not delivered and the status was marked as consignee not available even when I was available. Now today when I checked the status on 10th it says "Undelivered Shipment Held At Location" and I am unable to contact anyone. When we reach out to their number it says the network is congested. I want to know what will happen of my order

              Though the consignee address is written properly for way bill no.[protected]; the courier is still not delivered. I have given my email id for getting intimation and provided address once again in message. I have not received any mail from bluedart.

                Hi my order in is my town since last 2 days.
                It said out for delivery today but I still didn't received it. They don't provide delivery person's contact info, neither provide the address of their office from where I can pick up. The delivery person didn't come to my address and didn't even contact me, and now the my tracking status say Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect. I have had 100+ deliveries to the same address since two years now. Please take some action, the content of my courier is very important and costly.

                  This order has not been received by me, not even a single Phone call was made by the delivery person

                  Horrible service, total scam

                        I ordered a gift for a friend. It was supposed to be delivered today. We all are eagerly waiting for it to arrive. The tracking kept saying it's on the way /Despatched.                           I have ordered my order on 29 June 2023 and the estimated delievery is 3rd July 2023. On 2nd July, I am getting the status update as incomplete/incorrect address that shouldn't be the case as the address has been provided way too many times to bluedart and they are successful to deliever my item.

                          I haven't recieved any call regarding the address update if they found any issue for the same.

                          Isn't it concerning that way many complaints are same I.e. incomplete address/incorrect?
                          Please help me out as soon as possible.

                            I am trying to get in touch with Blue Dart customer care [protected] since today morning.

                            1. The phone connects and then after 3 seconds says that the number is busy and disconnects
                            2. Rarely I get past this stage but the IVR does not accept any input. When I press 1 to enter tracking number nothing happens.

                            BlueDart is expected to fix this misbehaving IVR process

                              Hi, I have not received any call from bluedart yesterday . I have received sms that my order would be delivered on 28th June 2023. But have not received any call from them and the tracking status is marked as Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed. This is not at all expected from bluedart . I am worried about the courier as it is related to my bank credit card. Please do the needful. The location is shown in the tracking link that it is near to my area. Kindly ask the delivery person to contact before updating any status.

                                And still the courier has not been recieved
                                i have been checking the trackment. It reached to near by hub yesterday itself. But no body has contacted me . Please understand that I need to go out of station in other day and so I have applied for my cc one week ago. There is a way too much of delay in the service. kindly do the needful
