My shipment from one plus five came to Kochi by last Saturday.(12 may 2018). It showed out for delivery...and after some time it turned, ' address issues'...it was pretty clear that they didn't even try to make the delivery on Saturday coz I never got a single call regarding the same.
Now it's the end of Monday. 14th may. It seems today also the prestigious blue dart lazy a**h****s dosent want to deliver the product.shame on the name of the company. I have registered a complaint regarding the same in the CUSTOMER CARE as well. Still no calls no mails no ###!
Seems like " we don't give a damn what u say" says blue dart one of the most prestigious courier service company!

    Really desperate to know how renowned company like Blue Dart ensures right selection of there delivery boy and is there a way to monitor and control there behaviour to clients. I have faced today of such misbehavior over a call when delivery boy called me and I asked to deliver my parcel in evening being in the office...in return he replied ..nahi ho payega..Jo karna hai kar lo...jise chahe complaint kar do ..mera naam ...hai.
    Please let me know is there any way in your company to handle such misbehavior.

      Consignee absent. Courier boy rude behaviour with my relative and declaring unilaterally. Consignee rejected consignee is lady and rejection /argument with 75yr old man disturbing by repeatedly banging calling bell inspite of arrival to portico at 15 30 and arguing to call consignee who is not there. Atleast he should have confirmed by calling or intimating instead arguing and suggesting what we should do which is not in his purview of delivering the document to consignee. Pl.         By having very high confidence we have given our document from hyd to guntur in which certain papers was to be submitted on monday. But surprisingly the same was not delivered. Personally approached guntur office and they say that still my consignment is at hyderabad. Due to over bookings shipment was not done. If you are more loaded why should you book and trouble us.

          I sent a consignment from anand, gujarat on 28th of april and i have not received it till now. I had received a call from bluedart kollam office 6days back saying that it is out for delivery but no intimation after that. When i checkthe tracking status, it shows that they tried to deliver it at the said address but returned it undelivered due to the premises being closed, not once but twice. I can prove to you with all evidence that the said address being a commercial establishment has remained open during both the mentioned time of attempted delivery. Now that i have to leave for mumbai for my job and i am in dire need of things in that box, i make multiple attempts to reach out to bluedart. After several attempts, when i finally get to speak to them, i get to know that only one of the two boxes have reached and the other, they are not sure where it is. They say it might reach tomorrow. This is after 16days of sending it from anand, gujarat and after paying rs. 496 per box. I do not understand how two boxes send in the same bill on the same day gets delivered on different dates. To top it all, the rude and arrogant behavior of the people. Now, all this not being my mistake, i request them to at least deliver the one package that they have at kollam so that at least i have something to take with me when i leave for mumbai. But they refuse to do so. Now, will bluedart reimburse me for the extra burden i have to take to get my stuff couriered to mumbai, which otherwise i could have carried with me? Will bluedart reimburse me for the extra dresses and accessories i have to buy because all of mine got stuck in your stupid transit system? I am as well sure that the organization is not courteous enough to reply to or do the needful to address a consumer grievance. That is why you even after filling multiple feedbacks, there has been no response. Thanks and regards. Cheers to the horrible consumer experience.

            Courier guy is just going home in office hours and returning with remarks as premises-closed. Requesting the delivery person to call me as per registered number or ask once in neighborhood for delegated delivery. The delivery person can contact to security persons also; as i've informed security supervisor about the issue and is aware of this delivery. Not all security guards are aware of that.
            Simple request - please call me on registered number and everything is just sorted.

              I booked ipl ticket through paytm for 2 person and when i tracked the order status is delivered but i did not received ticket when i called customer center ivr automatically says call call from monday to saturday 9 to 6 p. M. It was delivered to some one others. Very much fraud activity by your side. Kindly, check and deliver to correct person otherwise i will escalate on higher level.

                I have booked extremely important documents which was supposed to be delivered at mississauga, ontario, canada to my daughter. I have paid ₹ 3914 for max 15gm envelop. On 7th may received a sms from vi-bludrt confirming the shipment has been delivered. Surprisingly my daughter informed me that the shipment not delivered at her address. After full day search the envelop has been traced in different building. While checking awb address, my daughter noticed that there is a blunder in typing the address. The unit no : 201 has been typed instead of 2010. It was became extremely difficult to convince the security guard to take delivery of the shipment. I would like to submit the following for bluedart attention and necessary action :
                1. How wrong address has been typed? Why no action will be taken on the person responsible?
                2. It was clearly written on the envelop “do not fold”. But the envelop delivered in a folded condition (Photo attached). It damaged the document.
                3. Bluedart must refund ₹ 3914/- courier charges and pay reasonable compensation for mental agony, tension and harassment.
                Attaching photographs received from my daughter for your ready reference.

                Pl revert with in 24hrs so that i can proceed further on the matter if required.

                  I m very disappointed to state that your delivery system is so bad that your field executive denied the service, even switched off the mobile and marked the shipment to be a failed attempt. I bought some materials from nykaa which was to be delivered on 12th may. But the service was denied. And it is ridiculous.
                  Please look into the matter as early as possible and oblige. The branch name is shyamnagar bdel kolkata, wb

                    Your service can do nothing but trouble customers. My courier is missing. The status shows as “delivered” but the item has not been received as yet. Doesn’t your ceo review the consumer complaints or what? He should know what a pathetic courier company you are.
                    My item might get misused. I have enclosed all item details.
                    My fear is the item might have been recived by the wrong perosn and there is a possibility of it being misused. Is this the way you harras your customers? This is not the first time i am ordering stuff that had gone missing by bluedart. This company is fraud.

                      I am punith, blue dart is the worst service ever and more importantly a con service, i am planning to take legal action as i have gone through their t&c and have no reasonable explanation for below. My delivery is at 560079 at bangalore. The location is right in the middle of the city. But yet a package coming to me from kanpur hasn't been delivered to me till date. It was expected to be delivered on 9th of may as per their own site of which i have all screen shot.

                      Then the website status says consignee has shifted from location. I haven't received a single call from the blue dart. I called the call center which is another hopeless gang of scum bags. Who promised that it will be delivered on 12th.

                      On 12th of may i got a call from delivery boy named rahul. He said to me he will be there at my place by 20 mins, now i waited entire day and canceled all my plans thinking this guy will come. Then when i was frustrated waiting for long time i called him and now he says he can't deliver because he went back to office. Then he passed his phone to his manager as well who promised he will get it delivered in few minutes. But no. Then i called the customer care and guess what i think it's the same person she is holding the phone and i can hear the breath but not responding to me. I have every call recorded including the delivery boy and customer service and totally suing blue dart for this.

                      Now the website says consignee place was closed even though i was here the entire day for which again i have all proofs, i am going to take legal action against this as you cannot escape after this.

                        I got call from delivery representative[protected] on 10/05 @ 5:50pm. I was not home & was abt to return in 30 min. He said its off time so will deliver tomorrow. I said ok. I started calling from 3pm from 11/05 till date calling him. Not picking up phone not calling back too. Its 3 day order is with blue dart and not yet deliver and correspondence from them.

                            I requested for pan card update and they sent me the updated one through bluedart courier service. I got a call from the delivery boy and he said that he is at my old address. I said the address has been changed and i also requested the adress change in my pan card. I told him the new address which was not very far from the old one. He agreed and then without my consent he requested for the shipment return. My package has been returned to mumbai now. Now i am trying to contact that delivery guy, he is not picking up my calls. I tried to contact on the bluedart toll free number, it drops in middle of the call. I am really helpless. No way to contact the courier company and request to send my pan card back to me. Bluedart is pathetic and irresponsible company.                               I ordered one very costly product from paytm it cost approximately 30, 000/- rs it was out of delivery from 10th may 2018 but today is 12th may 2018 still product is not delivered, i three time call your customer care service centre they said on priority basis we deliver your product but they disappointed me if my product not delivered today than i move request for return and i take a legal action against you of my lose of time and feelings this product i want to gift to some one but your bad service ruin our emotions very bad on your part very poor service...

                                I had a shipment of live plant expected on 8th may 2018 to be delivered by blue dart dhl. Due to delays along the way the parcel reached lucknow on 9th may 2018.

                                On the tracking page the status showed "custermer requested future delivery: hal for both 9th and 10th may. I was in no way contacted before this message was put forward.

                                On 11th may the shipment was sent out for delivery but was not delivered because of a"delay caused beyond control"again no contact made.

                                There is no working contact number given on the site. I had to find them from various other site, majority of whom does not work or are not picked up.

                                Even when i tried to call customer care the number did not work. I got four different message for the same number including"the number does not exist","the call cannot be connected","the network is congested", and"the number dialled is not correct.

                                Very unprofessional and unrealible servise.

                                Edit-After posting the complaint here I got a email that the shipment is out for delivery but again "delay caused beyond control".

                                Still the none of the numbers working, the custermer care number sent in the email is "congested" and no one is picking up at the warehouse. I am going to try to find the warehouse today. No address given anywhere for the warehouse.

                                    Blue dart not delivering waybill no : [protected] and reference no :[protected]. I have called several times to blue dart customer service but not taking any action. They are updating wrong status on daily basis. As per tracking status, in the 11th morning the status is updating as "shipment out for delivery" and evening updating the status as wrong pin code provide since 11may 2018.                                       Hello there, i ordered online the debit card of paytm payment bank and i paid 125 rd for it. But yet i didn't get delivery of my debit card and i didn't receive any single call from blue dart for my card and now it shows your order is cancelled. I want to know why my order is cancelled while i didn't receive my money which i paid for it. Please let me know when will i receive my debit card or refund my money which i have paid that's 125 rs. Please send the details and register my complain.

                                        Hdfc bank sent my credit card through blue dart courier service, the consignment number is [protected]. As credit card having my residence address, so they agreed to deliver my card on sunday 5/5/2018 between 9-12, i waited them till 1 pm, then i have some other work so left my home. Courier boy called me post 1 pm, i asked him either wait for 5-10 minute or come any other day. His behaviour was very rude he denied both. Next day i have office, i don't know whether he went to my house or not but my shipment status started showing that the premises is closed.
                                        Again i got call from the courier company ([protected]) on may10, 2018, and they told me that they will delivered my shipment between 10-12 on may 11, 2018. I have taken leave but again they didn't came. I tried to call on their toll-free helpline number, every time i called they charge 2 rupees and call didn't went through.
                                        I was in dire need of my card, additionally i has wasted my weekend and have to take leave. When i am calling on the number he didn't pick.
