My waybill number is [protected], i order a product which was shipped with bluedart by the seller, i received the message on 7th may that i will receive my product with in few hours, but at evening i received the status that they are unable to find my address, i want to inform you that our local bluedart hub service is worst, we face same problem many time only from same hub, they even did not try to call me or visit the location for delivery. And i called on the local hub number lots of time but no one pick the call. It's 3rd time i face the problem only with bluedart, & i don't think i ever recommend this type of service provider to anyone where customer service is nothing for the company. Still i am waiting for my solution but no one help me.
Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I placed one paytm debit card the consignment date was 1 may 2018 but it is still not delivered at my place, please deliver it to my place by today and you can send me an email [protected]@gmail.com
