Courier sent on 23rd april 2018, till date not received, no communication from blue dart office today at bhasheerbagh office i collected. Its worst service, i will campaign this for sure.
My one day time killed by you, what compensation your going to pay.

My waybill number [protected]. I supposed to receive my parcel on 30/04/2018 through blue dart. I was tracking the status and waiting for call for whole day. Did not got any call and when i checked the status it was “c’nee shifted from given address”.
I am in same address and waiting for call. How can they decide even without making single call and update the status. Really frustrated need my courier on priority.’

Parcel is reached to my city but company workers are not wiling to deliver my parcel.
I am calling them from last 5 days but no one help to deliver my parcel. Pls help to deliver my parcel as soon as possible

I am fed with blue dart, every time, they intentionally delay in delivery. The parcel reached in kolkata on 29/04 but still not delivered. They updated wrong fixed status as usual (1) network delay (2) wrong pincode intentionally. Now shipment redirected on same awb;i had to wrote customer care every time to get delivered. They did it every time, intentionally they either delay it or return it back. It may be my address is long away from their office. I have given so many emails and in this case i have also gave emails to different officials of bluedart. They did not even call me. Blurdart delivered so many letters/parcels numerous times in my address. It looks funny that parcel is lying at kolkata for 2 days undelivered but it has reached kolkata from mumbai in one day. Worst service i have seen. Fraud updates

This is regarding my shipment from icici bank. The airway bill number is [protected].

Firstly the status showed that the consignment address is incorrect and now they have held the packet with them. I am not able to understand, how the address can be incorrect. If the delivery person is unable to locate the address, he can try to call me. This is been the worst experience ever with any courier company. Kindly resolve the issue or shut down your useless company for the sake of common public.

I live in amanora township, which is one of largest township in asia (Leave alone pune). Bluedart wants a landmark to this place. Service levels of bluedart is pathetic. Not once, all the time. Highest number of returns will be of bluedart only.

Courier reached hadapsar branch by 9:30, but out for delivery at 6:10 pm and could not locate address by 9pm. Wah... What a great useless bluedart.

Blue dart delivery boy told me that courier should not delivered by me to your home & he said collect courier at our office.
For a delivery boy how can he said the above words to me. If we collect courier directly to your office by me, why appointed the above staff as a delivery staff?
Kindly arrange to send courier to me by another delivery boy at earliest or any other arrangement.

I had ordered a product from flipkart on 25 april 2018 and exepected delivery date is 30 april 2018 but yet no intimation of recieving in destination of package or out for delivery and i had called the customer service i told that product expected delivery is 30 april but the product is not yet reached in the destination point and i also have to go somwhere else he said you can go package will not deliver means what the hell is going on i will file complaint against bluedart in consumer forum that they are doing fraud with peoples

My awb number is [protected]. Last date of delivery was 25th april and its 30 and i haven't received my parcel yet. I can see the status there out for delivery and status is "consignee not available" whereas neither i received any call from their end nor they came to my place. I am frustrated now and the customer care number is not working. Kindly, look into the matter asap.

What are you doing guys, you said, delivery would be on sat 28 but still your courier boy was not delivered on sat. Status showing as "undelivered shipment held at location", why is it, he was on 2 min away from my location please try to deliver today, i would say that i don't want to reply from, your end saying that sorry for inconvenience, please try to deliver today, today i also contact to delivery boy but he told he is going to bath, bath is necessary or delivery or promise you decided, shame on guys.

Since 3 day status is showing as undelivered shipment held at location, at least you can call, it is piece of cake to say sorry for inconvenience, try to deliver today, why are you wasting time of others, your courier boy was arrived near to m y place and deny deliver even he dont want to look for address, he said why i wastmy time to deliver the courier and promised for sat, but he not delivered, i have call him tomorrow and he said i will definitely come on sunday but today that great guy enjoying bath and forget his responsibility i would say if don't want to work leave the job who till take this reposblity from bluedart i dont know so please deliver today or mon-friday 6 to 8 am because responsibility is important his contact is [protected].

My name is sabir and i was having a courier to be received from blue dart. However the tracking info said that due to incomplete address, my courier was not delivered. When i went to blue dart courier office located in chrompet in chennai, my courier was there and the address was also mentioned completely. The gentleman on the reception did not handover the courier to me over there and asked to be available at home the next day which is 28th april 2018. I was waiting whole day at my home, but nobody came for delivery. It's really disgusting that neither courier was given to me at the office, nor anybody came to my house for delivery. Kindly improve your horrible service.

I am writing this mail against a fraud from triviyaa online fashion shopping.
I had purchased clothing from triviyaa but they had sent something else. They have no address and phone no in their site. I know this is not blue dart's fault but i am looking help from your end to stop triviyaa in doing frauds. They have done many frauds by online purchasing. I have received notification from SBI dtd on 18-Apr'18 as card has been sent thru Blue Dart, Ref# EV[protected]. Yesterday(Apr-27), I have called Blue dart customer service and confirmed as they will deliver my shipment by 27th of April. But end of the in blue dart tracking shows Vadapalani Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed 27-Apr-2018 21:26. But we are in home only, for the same address, we are receiving all courier, but when it comes from Blue Dart they said permises closed. It had happened several times with Blue dart, they their service very worst nowadays. Today again I have called Blue Dart customer service spoke with Ms. Bhavani and explained the all scenario, she said okay we will escalate this issue to our next level.. But the same answer I have heard several times from Blue Dart customer service.

Executive without letting home they says premises closed.

This is my worst experience. I have been waiting for my shipment (Credite card) from past 12-15 days but its not yet delivered. Please respond to me at earliest as its going out of my patience. This is not the kind of service is expected from such a well know company like bluedart. I am really disappointed. Even after sharing such a brief address your workers find it difficult to deliver. The same has occured earlier wherein my shipment was delivered a month later. This is completely not acceptable. I request your company to take necessary actions and get the needful done for me otherwise i will escalate this further.

I have paid online for aiwa 40 pieces multipurpose combination tool box and i got a telephone message at 11.30 am on 27-4-18 by bluedart to receive the consignment at their office at mavelikkara.
