I had sent an urgent parcel for delivery from nagpur to ahmedabad paying rs 1200/- for the same. Blue dart guaranteed delivery by 12pm the next day. At 2pm i get a call from a guy named kaushik who was the delivery guy in ahmedabad asking my recipient of the parcel to come to some place and collect the parcel. He is not willing to deliver it to my doorstep claiming that he has no time to come that side. When we refused, he is threatening to not deliver the parcel and have it sent by regular delivery the next day.
Most horrible experience from what i thought was a reputed company.
I hopefully plan to sue them in the near future..

    This has reference to my for awb [protected]. I wanted an early delivery to my product, was trying to contact the customer service such that i could make a request. Also, delivery is still delayed. Worst courier service. Every time i order something online, i make a special request to the merchant to not deliver the product through blue dart courier service. Blue dart service in my area is horrible to no limit. This is not my first time i am facing this problem.
    Either improve your servicing or stop taking courier to my area!
    Kindly resolve the matter at the earliest and consider it very urgent.

      The item was received at changanassery office of bluedart on 21.04.2018 and when we contacted one of your agent premkumar (Mobile no [protected]), the response was so irresponsible. We are part of a govt institution and supposed to work in a time bound manner. Due to these delays we are not able to meet our timelines properly. Kindly arrange a solution to this issue at the earliest.in hope of a positive response.

        As reference to my shipment number [protected] is undelivered & he enquired road side people for delivery & i got a message to my registered mobile number stating that my shipment was out for delivery & got a call from one of your executive ([protected]) regarding shipment delivery & when i asked him to come at same address he told me that he cannot come as we have shifted & it's my own house why i can shift to other house & he is very rude & he dont have manners to speak with customer. Yesterday also i called to blue dart customer care they told me that today eod i will receive my shipment but your people are not calling and they are just updating as customer has shifted from given address and today also they done the same and how irresponsible people you are having in your system and no one is responding properly.

          Today 24/04/2018, at 10.05 am, mr. Vishwas kumar maurya, while delivering me standard chartered credit card, literally misbehaved with me, when i produced my adhar card. Disregarding my age around 54 years. When i told him i would complain his behaviour, he laughingly offered his mobile number, as if saying you can't do anything. Such persons should be sacked from a reputed company like yours

          This is regarding my shipment.had called bluedart 4 times n informed to deliver my shipment between 4.30 to 5.15 but the same has not even happened till 6pm. I had asked for a delivery at this time due to my work. Even tried calling bluedart chikuwadi for the same but they dont even answer the call.
          What the hell you are doing... i have order an kurtis.
          Wht u have delivery... triviyaaa company .shame on you . What ur cheating the people. Its not like saree or kurtis . Its like certain. I have order an kurtis ... not an saree or certain ... i have pay 1392r.s return me or send me kurtis which i have order .. chiiiii shameless

            Dear all

            Writing this email after getting annoyed by blue dart survice many times. N always disappointed with blue dart since past.

            This is my current outrage is regarding awb number [protected]. My credit card used supposed to deliver at new adress kondwa khurd, pune details adress mentioned on package (Include flat no, society name, area name, city, pincode and contact numer i think enough to deliver as on same adress i get from others couriers) which were confirmed by your call centre still they not satisfied with that, by mentioning incomplete remark though on same adress i get all other courier.

            Seconds thing is without my concern they sent package to my old flat which i left 3 months ago because as per my predictions its from there main delivery centre, who had givwn authority to you to do so.

            Didn't understand why you people dont call n ask, who guide to take such decisions.

            Kindly consider this request i m really fed up tried call customer care but not satisfied with feedback. Hope you are higher authority you can help me out.

              Dear sir. I manisha gupta applied for the new atm through yes bank and same has been rec'd by patna blue dart office on 14th april... Till now almost everyday i am calling to blue dart patna office to get my atm card. They are not picking up the phone and also till now they are not delivering my package. Now it's a digital era and everyday i am facing problem due to the atm card. Kindly help me in this issue.

                I am extremely frustrated with your service you guys are absolute ### company. That delivery person came to my address and went away without delivering the package. What a ###! And adding to that he has also updated that my contact extension number is missing. He couldn't use his brains and see that it was a Mobile number and not landline. Tracking number [protected]

                    Blue dart is the worst courier service because i still didn't got my courier and I'm waiting from past 3 days but they are saying they have sent the courier but I still didn't got my courier my tracking no is [protected] they should have to give the courier on Saturday only[protected] but today it's[protected] from 3 days I'm tracking the courier from blue dart website the courier person comes near to my place and he goes to some other location but land mark is Newton public school which i have given and today he came near to my land mark you can see in image which I have uploaded actually I'm really facing lot of problems. Because of the worst courier service I'm waiting for my debit card because of the courier I can't do any bank transactions the courier person didn't call me nor SMS me. Please do it needful thank you.

                      This is regarding the AWB number attached provided in the attachment below. I have become sick and tired of calling the call centre and repeatedly requesting for a delivery between 9-1PM as I am out for work post that time frame and as you can see there has been mutiple delivery attempts made in the evening. I don't understand that if you have an option of rescheduling a delivery in the time slot mentioned, how difficult is it to make it happen at the designated time?
                      Further, no contact is made to me except for a mere "Sorry we missed you" card every single day with no direct number of the person I can get in touch with.
                      This has been going on for a week now and your call centre number is not even toll free so I end up wasting 15 bucks everytime I call, because of the innumerable numbers that I have to press to reach to the customer care person.
                      I am fed up and feel harassed and want this matter to be taken up pretty seriously. Otherwise I am willing to escalate this to your senior officials and ultimately to social network websites as you guys provide customer service and this kind of lax attitude is highly unacceptable.

                        Hi,

                        My name is salini. I was supposed to receive a chequebook from axis bank on 19-apr-2018 from bluedart service having awb no. [protected]. Till date (23-apr-2018) my cheque book is not delivered. The courier boy is not even attempting to deliver and the status shown in bluedart tracking details is either location unlocatable or premises closed. How is it possible. Bcoz same bluedart courier has delivered my debit card a month back on the same address.

                        This is sheer negligence from bluedart services. When asked them thaat i will pick up the courier from bluedart aoffice the same is being rejected. What a pathetic service bluedart has provided.

                        Bluedart to improve tracking and give a proper update. Courier boy can try to call once.

                              I have purchased items from amazon and they picked a bluedart as a courier provider with tracking number [protected].

                              Bluedart picked up my parcel and they are sending sms to me around 11pm and says that they are unable to deliver in my area.

                              Now my complaint is that if they are unable to deliver then why did they picked up the parcel.

                              Again i like to know that whom do they need to inform whether me or amazon who have given them a parcel to deliver.

                                Blue dart having my courier [protected]. It had to be deliver on 19th April but till now no call no delivery. What a rubbish is this? And main thing is that in the status it is showing as property closed. Now am calling to executive he is not picking up the call.

                                I will never suggest to any one to use the service of BlueDart.
