Till date i have not received the shipment. We have given rs. 400 for delivering the shipment but nothng till date... Nobody is bothered to call us... Nobody is answering the calls... We were told in 48 hrs msx we will deliver it to the given address but nothing.
I have given google maps also to reach my place but none is bothered.
Shared all details to [protected]@bluedart.com but nothing happening......

I already tried to contact the blue dart office in jaipur, they provided me the delivery boy number but he is so arrogant that he said just a flat number is missing that's why they did not delivered my order and he is not say yes after updating the information as well.
It's a very poor service and trust me when i say this that customer satisfaction is nil....

Hi as my order was supposed to come on 3rd april it came to pune on 30th march n they mentioned that my address is not correct as i tried to call the number it's either not pickup or working off on sunday. On 30 th march i have to receive my credit card where i had received the message stating that " your delivery will be attempted today" but after some time they have changed the status to "consignee's address incomplete/landmark needed" with out calling me either they have changed the status. I had placed a gift card order. It's been like a month (It had placed the order on 27th february'2018) and still haven't received it. Worst delivery service by bluedart

I am from mahabubnagar 509002. I think this pin code is serviceable by bluedart courier team in mahabubnagar...

I am writing this because i am very unhappy with your waste courier service..

Problem is i purchased a products in amazon.. My bad amazon people gave this order to the waste service bluedart...

I have to receive the parcel but today...

My consignment no. Waybill no : [protected] ref no : cp[protected] has been tracked and found it was reached aligarh at 12.00 noon and now it shown that out of delivery at 4.00 pm.
The consignment not reached to me till 5.15 pm then i have inquired from aligarh office from ms. Manju and mr. Neeraj, they told that it was returned back not delivered.
But no one has reached to my address and then they said no delivery boy who...

I have not received my shipment yet. This shipment was done through a seller from ebay on a purchase. He is also not responding. The parcel is from indore to coimbatore. Blue dart's tracking link shows the same status for the past four days, that is it is in bhiwandi hub since march 27th....

I ordered a eyeglass from lenskart. I was informed that the courier will be shipped though blue dart. I provided my address which is under the coverage area.
There was a delay in the order delivery. I found out surprisingly that my address was out of coverage area.

I have not received my shipment till now. I have called more than 5 times on your call centre number to request for delivery atleast by 1 pm, informed the reason that i stay alone and as i am working i reach home by 10 pm.

No courtesy shown by you guys. Pathetic service. This is not the first time usually this guys do the same thing again and again

I have received a call from [protected] and the guy told me that he was speaking from blue dart and told me that if you need your parcel then come to my office, then i told him that the order was cash on delivery so can you please deliver to my doorstep then he told "aapko shaman lena hai ya phir hum parcel return kr dein"in a very rude manner. Then i told him that why i am paying cash on delivery charges then he told me that i am returning...
