My consignment no is AWB[protected] and shipment arrived at 24-mar-2018 without any communicate or contacting me your service people put wrong incorrect address and 26-mar-2018 i asking your service provider to service me on or before 12am because iam moving to outstation but they told that the company call will be first delivered and your's will be delivered may be on 3pm or other. i contact the person who take my consignment he told like that.

i don't know that what is the company call first preference to delivered then the next customer call will be delivered then why you people are taking booking you should respond to the customer.

and hereby iam really highly disappointed with your very worst poor service and i need to take the necessity action by legally and you need to face that so give me the feedback of my consignment without calling you can put the address is incorrect.

    My ICICI credit card was coming through this blue dart courier. And the delivery person called me and told that he is outside my building only. However I did not see him and I waited for him like 15-20 minutes and trying to call him so many times, however he was not picking up any calls after this. This is very unprofessional behavior of them that they are calling and when we are going to pick our parcel, they did not show up at the place and not picking the calls as well. The delivery person was purposefully ignoring the calls. Please do the needful:
    This was the 2nd delivery attempt for pune hinjewadi location. And I don't want that my parcel will revert back to ICICI as I want this credit card asap.

      I never received a call for my courier which was my visa for my studies to uk. Their customer care number works from 9am to 9pm only. And the reference number was showing that the number doesn't exist. Does bluedart have any answer to this? How can you not call when it is a matter of tier 4 student visa. Or does bluedart not understand the importance of a visa?

        Hi,

        This is regarding the shipment of my credit card, icici has sent this credit card 3 times but each time i see that it has been returned without delivering it to me, this time i contacted to customer care and they said this will dliver by 9 pm on saturday 24 march, i waited at premises and waited for the call from blue dart delivery person, but neither i received a call nor the shipment delivered to me, when i am checking the status it is mentioning that premises was close, despite this is 24 hour open home address and i was available at home whole saturday, this is not happening first time this is third time, i never receive a call from delivery person and they return the shipment each time with absurd reasons.
        Blue dirt is doing # and i dont wanna be a part of this, i never expected such behavior from blue dart.

        My items is not delivered from last 3days it's too needful coz of it I m on leave last 3 days it's very horrible and terrific services it may be possible I complained against the Blue dart in consumer forum in court.

          I have not received my parcel yet but when i have tracked on www.bluedart.com they are saying it is already received. This is not the first time even once before my parcel was not send on my address. This is second time with same problem. Even customer care service is not responding. L want that parcel. Its very urgent. Please help me as soon as possible to get that parcel.

            I was supposed to get my credit card today.
            The delivery boy came in the bike and was trying to do sitting on the bike.
            He first of all belled sitting on the bike.
            Then when i came out he asked me to further come out till his bike.
            He told that the bag he was carrying is very heavy.
            He did not deliver and took away the consignment.
            Very bad on part of the blue dart (Such a repute company).
            Strict disciplinary action to be taken against the boy.

                My name is sajid i orderd two watches one of rs1800/- and another one of rs 3500/- i cancelled one of order of rs 1800/- another i got a delivery of same watch packed in a 3500/- rs box and in front of courier boy i rejected tha product he didnt tooked it i am damn sure they merged my product and they a re doing fraud i have two more friend with same complain... I ll rush towards consumer court i am studying law

                  This incident happened on march 24, 2018.
                  I've received a call at around 3'o clock from customer care saying that i've received the icici insurance letter which i had previously applied. Instead of delivering the product they are asking us to come to the office and collect the product.

                  When i asked that need to deliver to my home address then they said they will come in one hour and i had waited for 4.5 hours and then i went to the customer service vuyyuru (Place). When i asked why the product doesn't still delivered they are still delivered. They are saying some cock and bull stories.

                  They have the moto that not to give the door deliveries.
                  This is not the first time and this has happened previously also.

                  I don't think they don't care about the delivering the product. Period.

                        Hi,

                        This is in reference to awb# [protected].

                        This shipment arrived at my place on 21 march. Since i was in office, i was not able to receive the parcel. Thereafter, i have made multiple calls on 21 march, 22 march, 23 march to reschedule the delivery for saturday 24 march between 03 pm and 06 pm.

                        However, the bluedart delivery ignored all these messages and continue attempting delivery at 11 am on weekdays.

                        Today, 24-march, i received call from bluedart delivery (Phone number [protected]) telling me that delivery has again failed as no one was at home. I told him that i had rescheduled delivery for 3 pm to 6 pm (Multiple times) so he should deliver at the same time.
                        He completely ignored and told me that he is too busy with other deliveries and cannot deliver today.
                        My complaint is that despite rescheduling the delivery and calling multiple times, why is my request completely ignored. The delivery person is not reachable at the contact number and he is constantly disconnecting all my calls.
                        Please get this issue resolved and ask him to attempt delivery between 03:00 pm and 06:00 pm today else i will lodge complaint with consumer court.
                        This is no way to deal with customers. The service is really pathetic.

                          My name is koovendran and i am working as pc in tirupur police station. My contact no is: [protected]. I have applied for pancard and it has been dispatched through bluedart courier (Awb no:[protected]). When i checked status of my pancard with the awb no. The status mentioned is that "your pan card was returned undelivered to nsdl. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'consignee was not available". But i haven't received any call from bluedart office or from any concerned person regarding the return of my courier or for delivery of my product.in such case how can they return with contacting me and mentioning the status as consignee was not available. Pan card is an important document and how they can be lethargic in delivering such an important documents. Many of the customers came there with same complaint when i went to the courier office. They are answering very lethargically. Kindly take necessary action to resolve this problem. Kindly take a note of the reviews in google for your branch because none of the person said even ok for their response. Every one gave the review as very poor service.

                                    Credit card was dispatched on 19th march 2018 and i did not receive till yet.
                                    I am unhappy inform to you that blue dart delivery person did not tried to reach me at my contact numbers and i did not receive any call or miss call till this complaint, so how they can say, have been tried reaching to me.
                                    I have also touch with your customer care but that service really horrible. All customer care executive are totally duffer. They don't know how to guide anyone. They have unethical behavior and they are so illiterate. They was arguing that delivery boys called and you have spoke. Very bad and horrible services of blue dart. I am available on address and call both so what showing on blue dart portal tracking system. Please stop this service all over india.

                                    My credit card has been dispatched on 24/10/2018. But Bluedart says consignee adress is unlocatable, atleast no one called me regarding this. Worst service and no proper customer care also.

                                    Don't know whom to complaint.

                                      I have received a welcome kit from kotak securities with awb no.[protected]. My address 8/101, shivalik, kalindi mid town, byepass road, devguradiya, indore 452016.
                                      It was scheduled to be delivered yesterday. No one turned up but it was updated in your tracking system that it was not delivered as the door was locked.in fact we were at home and no one came. Again today we waited for the delivery to happen but no one came.
                                      Your delivery boys are so unprofessional and derilect. How can they say door lock when they never visited our home? I find dtdc a much better courier. Taking this matter to kotak also so that they need to rethink on giving bluedart work in future.
                                      I will receive a call from your office tomorrow asking me to collect the parcel from your office. This has happened once already few days back.

                                        I ordered a product from paytm through blue dart. Yesterday i checked the status of my consignment out for delivery after few minutes it shows consignee's address incomplete/landmark needed. I checked the status today to know where it is then i saw "undelivered shipment held at location" and i went to blue dart delivery office in ranchi today[protected]. They refused to deliver my consignment no awb [protected] and usage of abusive language by the courier delivery executive of blue dart ranchi.

                                        I am not able to understand why the guys are not delivering on my address which is not rural area...
