I got a call from your employee Sunil (Mobile Number: [protected]) saying that he has reached my office to deliver the package but unfortunately as I was not there; I told him to leave it in the office. Later, when inquired at the office regarding my parcel I was told that it was not delivered. The reason for not delivering the package was simple, your employee had to take a lift to deliver it to the 7th floor, thus he decided to take the package back saying that it will be delivered by some other person day after tomorrow. So this is how we are treating our customers?

Your PAN card has been returned undelivered to NSDL on 02-Apr-2018. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is insufficient address. The same will be re-dispatched shortly.
