I have tracked my reissued credit card which is taken by bluedart courier basheerbagh. On mar 28th 2018, morning i saw message like "courier is out of delivery" at 10.00am but same message got at 1:30pm. But at 6:40pm, i received message like c, nee shifted from the address. I have stayed 2 years in the same house. I didn't received any call or message from delivery boy. Please, i want my card immediately.

It is a humble request from a customer regarding the selection of staff in your company. I have ordered for a product in emi basis from shopclues and it was informed me that bluedart is delivering the item. Yesterday i got a message from you that a person with mobile no is reaching me please be present at address. He called me one time but i couldnot attend the call and when i rang him back he not even attend the call but block my number also. Today i ring up to your office in arattuvazhi and informed that i will come personnaly to collect d item. When i reached d office one lady she not eben know the basic manners make me stand outside for half an hour telling that u have to pay the bill. Such a rediculous amature staff is ruling ur office. Shame. A very bad experice.

This is the worst experience I ever had with Bluedart. A few days before, I got call from courier person regarding delivery of my Credit card package. But I didn't recieve due to change of my office address and they didn't try to deliver it to my residential address. Again today, after I talking with Customer care executive, I got call from the courier person number [protected] (Sham) and they mentioned it will be delivered in between 3pm to 5.30pm to my residential address(PG address). But I didn't recieve my package. When i call to that repective person, he behaved ruidly and told me as the package is cancelled due to the wrong address information from 3rd person. They didn't even call me when arrive to my address. They are scolding me for callback and complaining.

I, Sri Somnath Paul, residing at Lake Town, Kolkata - 700048. I complaint about your franchise, who delivered my brother's HDFC BANK Card. The delivery person was very bad behavior (name not known). I received a kit from him on request. He want to see my brother's ID prove. I request him to stay just 5 minutes because my brother was office in that time. The delivery person told us he has not any time & also his language was very bad.

When i track the courier as per the above number its shows to delivered to mukund but still its not yet receive to me. Please raised the complaint against this on urgent basis.

Hi here paresh prajapati and i have a courier from blue dart today (28.3.2018, 03:35. Some body today call me and tell me that you have a courier from blue dart but i cant get your location i have share the my location and after he is telling me that i am not going there when i say to give me information regarding him he is not given me the detail about the courier and for him self also

I applied for credit card in SBI for urgent need. SBI sent the card to me viva blue dart courier. A phone call is received on 24th March 2018 from local office of blue dart courier(meerut, u.p. centre) that they will deliver my card on the address which is my office address but my office was closed on 24th and 25th March on account of Saturday and Sunday.
I requested to the caller to deliver it to my home address. He accepted and promised to deliver on next day i.e. 25th March but he didn't.
On Monday I inquired on phone that why he didn't deliver my card, he directed me to another person for deliver of card. So I asked the other person for delivery details.
After stalling with me without a definite answer he insisted again and again to deliver the card at office address and refused to deliver my card to my home address saying it's against our company policy to do so.
Since i needed it urgently i contacted SBI Executive for help. SBI Executive contacted to the blue dart's executive and somehow they managed to deliver the card to my home address.
When i received the card i was very much surprised to know that there are two addresses printed on the envelope, out of which my home address was also mentioned under secondary address.
Sir my complaint is why did he refuse to deliver the card to my home address which was also written on envelope by SBI itself and linger on delivery for 4 days causing me great trouble and mental harassment along with me unable to carry out the work i had to with the help of card.

This is not the first time.
1. Earlier also my packages have been returned back on the account of 'incorrect address provided' when the address used to be cent percent correct.
2. When asked why they don't even bother to call, they say we called but no one responded.
3. Their contact numbers connect only once in a hundred tries!
4. The worst of the branches is at baghat in jammu and kashmir. I called them 96 times yesterday and they did not answer even once.
5. The same (Baghat) failed to deliver even after 10 days, the order contained medicines!
6. I had to then personally go to them and beg them for the parcel but they didn't entertain and asked me to come at 10 next morning.
7. Next morning when i went again they said they won't handle the parcel and deliver it themselves.

Delivery boy came at 6:07 pm. I stay alone and working. I leave at 11 am. It is a credit card. Plz arrange delivery within 11 am at my home address or after 1 pm at my office address or deliver to my nominated neighbour after checking my original pan and aadhaar. Or i will come to bluedart office address with id proof and address proof. Plz give an option to get the shipment.

I m from rourkela odisha, my name radhanath sahoo, my compline your blue dart service point rourkela, civiltownship m-20. Very poor service in rourkela location and serivice boy, manger behavior very bad.
Delivery boy he is telling i m not going to service in your house. You collect to any letter come to our office.

I m request to change this service point.

Due to delivery issue I am very disturb with blue dart company and specially Mohan cooperative branch. Today I am trying to call at least 50 times but no one pickup my call[protected]. I talked one of executive by luck but he said that I don't know about my boss no and my office contact no ([protected]). And he said that your no switch off when we contact you but my no 24 hours switch on because of delay I loss my deal now I want my package immediately with my loss.

Hdfc ponda branch sent cheque book on 17th march 2018 via blue dart couriers under awb no. [protected] till 27th march it was not delivered for address not found. My father collected personally from your office on 27th evening this is the second occasion within 3 months that parcels are not delivered for the reason address not found. We are residing here since 1994. Surprisingly to give such type of reasons please investigate.

I am going to tell you my worst experience with blue dart courier service at jhajjar HARYANA.They have updated the fake status on the portal that "out of deliverable area" " which is totally fake because my residence is 500 mtrs. away from the blue dart office. Secondly after complaints at customer care they have called me after two hours at that time phone was not with coz I was in washroom, when I came back approximate time 3 minutes I have seen missed calls and I have revert back, the spokesperson from otherwise had spoken in very ridiculous manner and when I have asked him to deliver my package. He said I will not come
This makes me upset because the tone was ridiculous. So I request you to please take the necessary steps against him.

My shipment no is - [protected] and it was not deliver today and given reason that entry is restricted at my address. I am living in a society and all courier service and online e commerce delivery is happening here. Then its very unprofessional way to not deliver the shipment. This shipments is very urgent for me. Plz do needful and deliver it tomorrow. As its a bank document and i need to visit the bank day after tomorrow along with shipment. Hoping that you will help to get my shipment tomorrow without fail...

SBI Credit Card section send one article containing my SBI Credit Card from Gurgaon through Blue Dart Courier ref number EV[protected]
on 17/03/2018 and it reached the nearest branch on 20/03/2018 but today is 27/03/2018 17:10 hours till its not delivered to me. Even i received its Pass word through India Post article but till not received credit card, Really very worst service ...

My self nagabhushan from bangalore. I drow you to attention that i got an credit card fom channai. It was shipped to bangalore on 22/3/2018, ur staff memer called me and he get conformation about my address, but still he did, nt provide the corriour. I was called 3 times to bluedart for the inconvienence, bt still they doesn, t providing, i don, t know wthat kind of service they are providing i am fedup with your service. My awp no is [protected] so plese proccess the corriour delivery as soon as posdible.

I have two courier with reference number
1. [protected] - icici credit card
2. [protected] - hdfc credit card

I have given two mobile numbers to bank, one is mine and other is my mother's number. I dont know why bank have mentioned only one number, both bank can't do same mistake (Mother's number) on courier.

Delivery boy dialled my mothers number where i was not available, then i try to approach him by calling back from my number. He told me only one number is there on courier, i am afraid that both bank can not do same mistake right? He had not look properly on both courier and didnt call me on my number and update the status failed to delivery. Also he was rude to me when i told this to him.

Product not delivered to my location but status showing as delivered.

I tried reaching cutomer care of bou dart also but there is no response. These are fraud and just looting the money from customer. How can they change the status like this if no one called me before delivering. I have mentioned my contact number but why they did not call me. If they delivred to some one else how can they do it without my prior permission.
I want this issue to be resolved asap. The total worth product was for 450 rs around.
Who will pay for the compensation now?
