I have message saying your courier dispatched and no one even called me and updated the status as undelivered because if incomplete address. If you are not able to track then at least call before updating such remarks. Please send the contact number of persons who is going to deliver, so that we can call and communicate.

My order are riched at destination. But blue dart courier service not delivered that product & when i contact blue dart office he said that within next 2 days we deliver your product. But my product is reached at destination last 15 days.
I already paid amount of that order so deliver my order otherwise i complaint consumer court

I ordered the new phone from the website, and it was opened in front o[censored]r employees when it was delivered, it was second hand phone with duplicate packing and duplicate battery as well, i ask the employes for that and they have no ansr.. M writing this mail to get the product back from me nd return my money, else will take some legal action..

Sir mera do bar alg alg bank se courier aaya h blue dart pr lekin wrong pin or kabhi wrong address bta kr vapas kr diya gya h lekin mera address bilkul sahi h or pin code bhi sahi h. Ab mera courier rohini branch me h vo bhi pin code galat bta rhy h mera pin code sahi. My address kanjhawla 110081 h delhi ka. Mera courier delivered krae or rohini se courier boy h us pr action le taki logo ko presani ka samna nhi krna pde

The consignment has arrived at Bhubaneswar on 03 Mar but not yet delivered. No official number can be accessed. I feel it is very poor standard of service, that a small packet cannot be delivered after a week of arriving in location where the city is 10 Km in length and 4 Km wide. False notes posted as "out on delivery" etc. Totally unacceptable standards. I have sent eMail but still no action. Can the CEO intervene please? Details of consignment...

Awb no..[protected] the above mentioned shipment is held at blue dart even though address is correct...in that shipment clearly address mentioned, also we are the client for blue dart since long time... Facing issue with hyderabad bluedart service from 1 week. They were coming to my mentioned addresses without intimating when i was not present at the location. Not answering my calls. I changed my delivering slot from 5 pm to 6 pm to my office address as i work in night shift but they are arriving in their available time and returning package to bluedart hub. Tried to contact them many times but there is no response. Please help me on this.

My waybill no [protected]. There is an urgent courier of mine but your staff are very lazy and liar. They didn't visit my home and give report that premises closed. I called to vijay khand gomti nagar branch customer care. Her behavior is very rude and not giving any satisfactory answer. Kindly take actions against these culprits. They are ruining your brand value and service quality.

I haven’t received my courier from chandigrh, it sounds impossible, you don’t receive courier in three working days from chandigarh to amritsar.
Note-this courier is important to me, if i don’t recieve it in this week (05/03/2018), i would miss my important work

Sir my product should be delivered, sir I try to call your delivery boy but he didn't came or not even pick my call, I call him so many times but he didn't respond, I told him that came on that time in office that Time I was free, but he didn't came and when I called him he not pick up my call, so what should I do?

Supplied product is significantly different from the product's specifications given on your website. I want to return my product as soon as possible. And please refund our payment which we spent on this product. If you can replace our order with same order but by providing with good quality then we can accept the product. Please have a look on our complaint and make reply as soon as possible. Thank you.

I was booked a credit card of icici bank and after shipping the envelop i was continuously getting update on my mobile but surprisingly without receiving any message or call it is displaying "consignee not available".
How it is possible without contacting me.
Please let me know the reason.

I am expecting urgent shipment under awb number [protected]. It was sent from chennai on 5th march 2018. Shipment not delivered yet. I contacted your office in koonanthai kochi regarding shipment. Your customer support was not helpfull and not customwr friendly. Very poor swevice. I will not recommend bluedart to anyone and i will not use bluedart again. It is taking three days to deliver shipment to kochi. Very poor service.

The item has been received at the bhubaneswar office on 03 mar but still not delivered. Details are given below. Please get it delivered at the earliest. Thanks

Received an message from citi bank date 28/02/2018 that your citibank credit card has been dispatched. Your citibank card number ending 8288 has been dispatched through blue dart awb no. [protected] and will reach you in 3 working days.

But there is no response from the blue dart awb team to deliver the credit card. Request you to check the status and update accordingly.

My awb number [protected] was supposed to be delivered by 5th of march, this was a credit card and it still did not get delivered.
Yesterday 6th march they did not call me neither attempted to deliver the card but then i got the below message

Blue dart tried to deliver a shipment no [protected] to you. Please contact us between 9am and 9pm (Mon-sat) within 48 hrs on -[protected]

I called on the [protected] and they said that the address was unlocatable here in kondapur, hyderabad and if that is the reason they should have called me i was available but they did not and the customer care agent said they can schedule delivery by tomorrow but i said to include the specified address of my office and they said i would have to contact the bank then call back and disconnected.
Then when i again called back they kept disconnecting my line.

It is very regretfully informed that shipment blue dart tracking #:[protected] has been shown delivered but not received yet, as the same is shown delivered on 5-3-2018. After inquire at regional office at baddi distt. Solan (Hp) they informed that the same may be delivered to any another person of same name at i&ph office nalagarh distt. Solan at wrong address. As my address is office of the sub div. Soil conservation officer, nalagarh distt. Solan (Hp)

Its been more than 15 days my consignment having Waybill No : [protected] is not delivered. Also no status update on their portal as well.
Fake company.Bad customer service.
I am continuously chasing their customer support guys from last 10 days but they didn't anything. No reply on my emails as well.
They have single customer care number [protected] all time it is busy.

Undelivered shipment.why they have not checked before the delivery area.and charge 2052 rupees as the product is shipped in cargo category.first they have confirmed about the delivery area that in this area delivery is available in there services.i just want the delivery of my product as the product is in the process of replacement.i have sent the self return after that they release the replaced product at my address.
