I had got estimate date of delivery 6/03/2018 in Bluedart website and even I had called one day back to customer care for the status they said it will deliver by 6/03/2018.but today also called it's already reached to mysore you will get delivery by 7/03/2018 said customer agent.i said I need it by today but customer care gave the address of Mysore branch I visited to office they dined to give my own rbl card to me .one of the worst service faced

      Dear sir,
      This is very shameful service by your team member at location zirakpur, punjab.
      My shipment no-awb [protected] reached at zirakpur, punjab on dated-17/02/2018 but it is still undelivered on my lacation dera bassi, punjab which is only 5 km from zirakpur, punjab.

      After many complaint and feedback on dated 01/03/2018 my son inlaw went to your zirakpur, punjab branch and request them to deliver the shipment at home but mr. Jaiswas told him that they do not deliver to location dera bassi.
      If you do not deliver to dera bassi location then why are you accepting the shipment of dera bassi location.
      It is very shameful for your organization that your team member/staff are not performing their duties.
      Many people were complainting there for zirakpur, punjab.
      You should take a step for zirakpur, punjab branch because there is very poor service and staff are also misbehaving with customer which is very shameful for your organization/company.

      Please deliver my shipment neither i will complaint a fir againt your organization zirakpur, punjab branch.

          Simply you company are hiring faste fallows, they are unable to trace the address and they will tell lie that they will deliver the shipment in time and toady, but when we call them they didt received the call
          They will not respond the person and not give the respect to the customer, they thought they are pm's of the india and if i complaint the same in office also they dont care of customer words
          Please take the issue seriously and make them to give better service

              Today i received a sari parcel in my name and paid through cod rs. 640.00. After opening the packet, i realized that this is not my order. Immediately i tried contacting the courier boy mahadev jha, his mobile no. [protected] is not taking my call. I would like to return and get my money back. We have a corporate with your esteemed company else i shall stop the same. This is robbing. It has come from soul future inc., surat, vide waybill no. No. [protected], from surat, gujarat. Actions should be taken to see that i can return this sari and get back my sari.

                Shipment is still not received but the current stauts of the shipment is delivered and i received the mail that is was delivered to chandy. I haven't get any call or message from your end. It was a false delivery. I escalated this concern 3-4 times in last 10days but no resolution given from your end even i didn't get any revert from your end. Shipment was delivered by your end in past as well on the same address. There is very important document in the shipment. Please delivery it to the details mention below.

                I ordered the product from amazon it reached the delivery office but not delivered and the order was automaticaly cancelled.
                I ordered my product from amazon, it was just about to be delivered but it was cancelled automaticaly by the delivery service.

                  We have sent few samples to mayapur on 26/2/18 as per discussion with your executive was supposed to delivered on 28/2 before 6pm.

                  Unfortunately, it has not been delivered, i called on 1/3 they said it is closed in mayapur today so it will be delivered on 1/3 accordingly i have updated our customer. Today is 5/3 and shipment is yet not delivered.

                  It's very bad service from your end and has spoiled our name and relation. Our customer is very upset and saying to breach the contract.

                  We asked you to refund our charges as we could have delivered our parcel through speed post and it would have been delivered by now.

                  Let us know when are you processing reimbursement process.

                    A product ordered by me for someone was failed to be delivered. The reason cited is that security at gate didn't allow entry to your agent. But the same agent didn't call the recipient because if he had, then either security guards would have allowed him entry inside the premises or the recipient would have come to the gate to receive the package.                     As per tracking details, the parcel has come on 24th Feb. But till now blue dart office didn't contact us. Today I checked and then only came to know that the parcel is lying in their office.

                    This is not the way the people should work. I didn't find any call from them in last four days. Even if they couldn't able to contact me in one day, then they have to try next day also. Keeping silent is their policy???

                    I request you to take action to get parcel today itself at my address.

                      I had ordered from shein.in and online delivery on bluedart website was being shown as 3rd march 2018 i. E. 2days back. However now it’s shown that address is incomplete. All my parcels through other courier services reach at the same address then how is the address wrong/incomplete only for bluedart delivery persons? Moreover i was not contacted even once for any query before/during delivery. Even now the parcel had not been delivered yet. Also, the bluedart office persons here in jodhpur donot respond to calls as well. Kindly look into the matter and get my parcel delivered asap. Thanks

                        Please note that upon tracking this shipment, it was noticed that on your website it has been mentioned that unable to deliver the package as the premises was closed on 03 march-2018. Whereas on that day i was at home all day and it seems that your delivery agent has fraudulently uploaded the information.
                        Also i was not contacted on my provided mobile number when the suggested delivery attempt failed.

                        After noticing this i had tried to contact the customer care on [protected], but this number is busy at most times and i was not able to speak with the customer care executive.

                        Every courier shipped this address how can you mention incomplete address like check book, mobile bill, credit card bill etc

                        I am available at home the whole day and i believe that again your delivery agent will fraudulently upload "delivery failed" due to premises closed.

                        Kindly do the needful to arrange for the successful delivery of this package.

                            My consignment number of an important document [protected] booked on 1st march till 3rd day is not delivered,
                            Even local courier is delivered earlier than this,
                            Obvious its bluedart it ought to be fastest but
                            As i have urgent requirment of this document and i am unable to trace it more so,
                            This is very time like this only,
                            And there is no one picking up the toll free number,
                            It looks like the helpless situation i believe the seniours must act in this matter,

I was suppose to receive the parcel on 26/02/2018. I have suffered 35000 rs. loss as I couldn't deliver the fabric on time to my customer so I lost faith and customer both because of your unproffesional work so I would want a compensation of that. let me know about it

                                With due respect i shankar giri want say that i picked a call from a postman (Phone no.[protected]) regardig my envelop who was from blue dart janak cinema new delhi he said about my envelop but did not come at my home and i have been waiting since four days i have taken leave from my office because as per telephonic conversation he said you will have to present at home i said ok so now i want know what should i do. Give suggestion and please do something for me

                                  My self girish r (Mob no : [protected]). My shipment was kept at the blue dart mavelikara remote office from 26th february 2018 and having the status "undelivered shipment held at location". They never tried contacting me in case if they need more details or land mark about my location for delivery. Even though, i tried calling them (Blue dart mob no : [protected]) to check the status so many times, but they were responded very irresponsibly and even took it casually. Please take an appropriate action immediately, so i will be getting the shipment not later than 5th march 2018. I have an alternative number also : [protected]

                                      A courier (Shipment no - [protected]) which was supposed to reach to me n 21st feb has not yet reached to me. I even rescheduled the delivery on 26th feb but no attempts were made to deliver the shipment.

                                        Hi,

                                        This is in regards to blue dart service, which i really don't like as they always fail to deliver the credit card or any other package at my residential address.

                                        They always give the reason "package undelivered due to an incorrect address", however, the address is correct and i have been getting other packages delivered to the same address very easily. They don't even bother to call at the time of delivery.

                                        Whenever i call them to correct the address or request them to make a call before delivery, they always deny the same. A lot of inconveniences have been faced by them. There is always this scenario happened and i am not getting my card delivery on time.

                                        At last, i request you to kindly look into the matter.

                                        Early response is very much appreciated.
