Blue Dart Express Complaints & Reviews

One of your agent pick up my amazon returned product on 17th february and he gave me a reciept but after that there was no refund for the returned product. I complained to amazon but they said that i cancelled it for the pick up and therefore the money cannot be returned until it is confirmed. I would b very grateful i[censored] give me the solution for my problem. Reciept photo is attached below

I didn't not received my shipment though tracking details showing on 22nd feb - shipment out for delivery conginee not available in fact i was at address since morning.
Again on 23rd it's showing shipment out for delivery but istill not received though bluedart office is just 5km away.
Is it service of bluedart? Really how one can expect such services from bluedart???

i am regrate to inform you that the response i got from your customer care staff when asked a information about my courier which was already dispatched on 21 of feb reference no.[protected] and same day i got a message stating that land mark not found and i had called your customer care executive stating my courier and she said me that i would receive my courier by evening and the guy who is gonna delivery would call me till now i didn't receive any call or confirmation message regarding my courier and the very bad part again was that customer care is not responding to my call which i have been calling since evening for more then 4 times, my keen request is to trace my courier and inform me.

My consignment in blue dart with waybill no :[protected], reference no : 027-[protected] is not delivered at consignee address by stating that 'no such consignee at the given address' even after without the visit address & consignee address is very well reachable.
Even after my mail to blue dart consumer cell, they have held my consignment at their office without any reason which very pathetic.
Request you to register my complaint again blue dart and do the needful.

I ashish pod no [protected] courier blue dart ref no [protected]. But blue dart courier did not bother deliver courier to me. I want to complaint against blue dart courier service that they did not deliver my courier and i remember last time same problem occur and i personally find their office and rcd my courier.

My parsal comeing from print stop via bluedart i recived a call fro. Bluedart employ and he say i am not going to hive you home delivary come my home and take your parsal when i say i am going to complint againt you he start abuseing with me
I am really shocked
Employ also say he is not give me parsal
And take with him

Dear blue dart team yesterday i am already talked to your costumer care executive regarding my problem. Please not down my way bill no is [protected] this and till on that time i am not received my product. Please not down my address is :- 36/3 basment kishwarna eye and medical center badarpur new delhi:-110044 and my contact no is [protected] and [protected] please told your delivery boy he can call me and deliverd this product till on evening 4.30 pm today.

मेरा pan card docket no. [protected], 22.02.2018 को बिलासपुर ऑफिस में आ गया था, लेकिन delivery नहीं दिया गया call भी नहीं किया गया और उन्होंने स्टेटस में लिख दिया "address incomplete/landmark needed" आज दिनांक 23.02.2018 को स्वयं ऑफिस जा कर मुझे docket प्राप्त करना पड़ा
ये सही नहीं है जबकि मेरा पता मेन रोड से लगा हुआ है
आप देखे ऐसे नहीं होना चाहिए

The rude behavior of the delivery person. I m so unsatisfied with the service. His job is to deliver to customers at their convenient locations. For asked to come hardly 100 m more, i got back rude replies stating don't waste my time. This was totally unexpected and degraded the respect i had for your company. Kindly take necessary actions and ensure this doesn't repeat again for the good. Thank you! From nit trichy student.

I couriered an important document to oxford university press through blue dart on 19th february, 2018, in the morning around 10. The blue dart official charged rs 360/ and ensured that the document will be delivered in the very next day. But it has not been delivered even after four days. Their delivery man bumped at oxford university press office after 7 pm, when it was closed.
The concerned officials of blue dart never waits after completing their office hours, so how they can expect office of an mnc like oxford university press will keep their door open to receive the document from them? And obviously not only this office, each one will be closed on their scheduled time. My question is did their delivery man/admin call the officials of oxford university press to confirm the office timing? The answer is surely negative.
However, since it was very urgent, i feel harassed and it will harm my profession. I request everyone to support me and suggest me on this issue.

Two very important shipment came to jadavpur blue dirt center in beginning of feb'2018. The shipment were address to my old address - 59 k. K. Majumdar road, santoshpur, kolkata-75.

Without intimate me, the center were return back the document to the shipper.

This is not the first time the same happen to me. Also just now i talked to one of the customer care executive and quite surprise. After 2 mints he start talking and informed me they did the wright thing.

Is this is the way of customer satisfaction?

Shipment have reached hum near me on 18th but till now its not delivered.
This is the same address that i use for all shipment except bluedart all other courier use to deliver on time.
I have also contacted customer care for solution, and i recived an abusing reply from customer care team.
Bluedart should compensate the lose that i had to face due to this worst service.

I was supposed to receive my kotak credit card via awb number [protected]. As per the message which i received from bank, it was supposed to be delivered on 20th february 2018. There was no delivery attempted at all on 20th february. On 20th february, when i called customer care, the reason given is my mobile was not reachable. I am unable to understand when an address is correct, why was the delivery not attempted on grounds of mobile number not reachable. Customer care was not able to give any satisfactory answer and promised my shipment to be delivered on an urgent basis on 21st february. On 21st february, shipment was out for delivery at 12:35 pm. There was no delivery till 8 pm. On contacting customer care, customer care tells that delivery was not done due to unavoidable reasons. I want an explanation is this customer care of blue dart based on which you charge premium rates.

I am confused how blue dart can update wrong information about the package delivery.

They have updated as no such consignee at given address. The address is as per the registration done with government. My employer has verified my address, bank has verified my address, but for blue dart delivery person, i dosen't live in the mentioned address. Does it make any sense.

They don't even have a basic knowledge to contact the customer.

For betterment of consumer, please do not use blue dart services at all. It has become a common issue everyday with this courier service.

Worst service i have ever seen.

Bluedart courier is giving me a really tough time. The courier boy is giving false details of premises being closed at around 9 pm. Awb# [protected] from stalkbuylove was supposed to be delivered today. The courier boy had called me up earlier in the evening around 5pm asking for my location and then there's no call from him and around 10:30pm i get a sms from blue dart stating the parcel is undelivered due to premises being closed. He could have called me if the premises was closed which surely wasn't. Kindly change this particular delivery boy. I have lodged a compliant earlier also. He's not a good mark on the services provided by blue dart.

All other courier company never face problem why always blue dart delivery boy faces - there are no sop followed before rejecting delivery - no basic calling to customers on address not found

What is the point to hire n promote blue dart when they lack in. Basic sop - to call customers...

Hi,
Deliver person was called me to deliver my parcel and he says that address is not found then i informed him that i ll guide him to my address then he said that we he can't deliver if address is incorrect.

Then i was taken this on mail and also share the call recording of rude behaviour, i wort on 13th feb still there is on solution and also my parcel has not delivered.

Please help me on this. It's really a shut services from blue dart not responding properly even on call and mail

My awb is [protected]. While am tracking it shows premises closed. How they said like this? Am in house the whole day. Then for two days delivery attempted consignee address incomplete /landmark needed. Why that guy shouldn't call me and ask for the landmark.? I think shipment was never attempted to my house because while the guy attempt to deliver to my address means he never called me.
