Your postman called me at shipment day and told me the dog sitting at your home so please take the parsel from gate of society. That day i am not at home and there no address issues as you texted me. This is only and only your postman’s fault. He told me my company can not take guarantee about dog. Your company take guarantee or not it is not about my concern but is this how patrons should be treated!??? I want my shipment back as soon as possible.

More than two times visited & already contact to your Nashik-422 009, Jai Plaza office.The distance from your above office to delivery place is only less than10 mins.

The delivery boy calls for parcel ones and said to come down to collect. when we come down then the call was not reachable and parcel goes back and never come again the number is always in blocking state. it happens 3 times with me and with my friends also this is number of the delivery persons.     Waybill no.[protected] was to receive by me but lying at one of your store in guwahati saying incomplete address/landmark needed. On confirming from shipper, address/ landmark and mobile number of the consignee are mentioned in the box. Kindly direct to your branch at guwahati to deliver at the earliest and consignee address/landmark is again given as under - nikita complex, house number 345, g. S. Road, guwahati, khanapara, assam - 781022, and mob number is [protected].

      The package from Axis Bank Mumbai despatched by Blue Dart Courier vide AWB No.[protected] has still not been delivered.
      What is shocking is the status is being shown as package delivered to some MRINAL KANOI.
      But strange fact is that MRS.MINAL KANOI residing at 5/1/2H Cornfield Road Kolkata-700019 has still not received her package.

So please deliver the item in my new adress. Due to some problem i am not able to go my old adress and the item is urgently required for me. The item was credit card of indusind bank which is given by the bank to deliver trilochan barik i. E;me i am a service person that's why my transfer done to my new address.

            Tracking id [protected].
            A shipment was booked on 18th feb 2018 and expected delivery date was 22nd feb 2018. The consignment is of great importance to me.
            There is very poor response from your office. The official customer care number is invalid.
            1. The product is lying in jammu since last two days and due to their monopoly they have delayed the delivery date.
            2. The jammu office is not responding to any calls.

            Kindly have a look to avoid further complications.

              Hello team,

              I would like to complain against one of your executives naming kuldeep (Ph no. - [protected]). He has no sense to talk whatsoever. He talked to me in the highest possible way of rudeness and cut my call. Now not answering. I messaged him he did not even reply to that. He had to deliver my icici credit card at imt ghaziabad, he committed to come on saturday but didn't come.
              Can you please help me with this. I need my credit card as soon as possible. Already it has been delayed by blue dart services.
              I am expecting my card by today evening.

                I (Sukshum) have not yet recieved my pan card. As my status is showing that i recieved my card on 21th feb 2018 by blue dart dhl courier.. Please resend my pan card..                   One of your agent pick up my amazon returned product on 17th february and he gave me a reciept but after that there was no refund for the returned product. I complained to amazon but they said that i cancelled it for the pick up and therefore the money cannot be returned until it is confirmed.                     I didn't not received my shipment though tracking details showing on 22nd feb - shipment out for delivery conginee not available in fact i was at address since morning.
                    Again on 23rd it's showing shipment out for delivery but istill not received though bluedart office is just 5km away.
                    Is it service of bluedart? Really how one can expect such services from bluedart???

                      i am regrate to inform you that the response i got from your customer care staff when asked a information about my courier which was already dispatched on 21 of feb reference no.[protected] and same day i got a message stating that land mark not found and i had called your customer care executive stating my courier and she said me that i would receive my courier by evening and the guy who is gonna delivery would call me till now i didn't receive any call or confirmation message regarding my courier and the very bad part again was that customer care is not responding to my call which i have been calling since evening for more then 4 times, my keen request is to trace my courier and inform me.

                          My consignment in blue dart with waybill no :[protected], reference no : 027-[protected] is not delivered at consignee address by stating that 'no such consignee at the given address' even after without the visit address & consignee address is very well reachable.
                          Even after my mail to blue dart consumer cell, they have held my consignment at their office without any reason which very pathetic.
                          Request you to register my complaint again blue dart and do the needful.

I want to complaint against blue dart courier service that they did not deliver my courier and i remember last time same problem occur and i personally find their office and rcd my courier.

Please not down my way bill no is [protected] this and till on that time i am not received my product. [protected], 22.02.2018 को बिलासपुर ऑफिस में आ गया था, लेकिन delivery नहीं दिया गया call भी नहीं किया गया और उन्होंने स्टेटस में लिख दिया "address incomplete/landmark needed" आज दिनांक 23.02.2018 को स्वयं ऑफिस जा कर मुझे docket प्राप्त करना पड़ा
                                  ये सही नहीं है जबकि मेरा पता मेन रोड से लगा हुआ है
                                  आप देखे ऐसे नहीं होना चाहिए

For asked to come hardly 100 m more, i got back rude replies stating don't waste my time. This was totally unexpected and degraded the respect i had for your company.                                       I couriered an important document to oxford university press through blue dart on 19th february, 2018, in the morning around 10. The blue dart official charged rs 360/ and ensured that the document will be delivered in the very next day. But it has not been delivered even after four days. Their delivery man bumped at oxford university press office after 7 pm, when it was closed.
                                      The concerned officials of blue dart never waits after completing their office hours, so how they can expect office of an mnc like oxford university press will keep their door open to receive the document from them? And obviously not only this office, each one will be closed on their scheduled time. My question is did their delivery man/admin call the officials of oxford university press to confirm the office timing? The answer is surely negative.
                                      However, since it was very urgent, i feel harassed and it will harm my profession. I request everyone to support me and suggest me on this issue.

                                        Two very important shipment came to jadavpur blue dirt center in beginning of feb'2018. The shipment were address to my old address - 59 k. K. Majumdar road, santoshpur, kolkata-75.

                                        Without intimate me, the center were return back the document to the shipper.

                                        What kind of service is this??
                                        This is not the first time the same happen to me. Also just now i talked to one of the customer care executive and quite surprise. After 2 mints he start talking and informed me they did the wright thing.

                                        Is this is the way of customer satisfaction?
