We send the courier from Gurgaon to Noida Extension after discussion that it will reach there next day on dated 08/02/2018.

But Online Blue Dart is updating the status that Address incomplete and they need land mark information.

I called customer care on 11 Feb, 2018, they confirmed me on 12 Feb, it will reach. They sent it to wrong address due to non availability of proper address.

Again today on dated 13 Feb, 2018, i called again to customer care after checking the wrong status (Address Incomplete and landmark needed), we informed them, why are they updating wrong status.

My Question is : 1. This Parcel is going to Delhi Public World School in Noida Extension (Is it not Landmark itself).
2. We Gave proper detailed address and mentioned two mobile numbers for communication with concern person.
3. I have given my mobile number to on that parcel.

We sent Admission form for our kid due to last date was 10 Feb, 2018. But There is no clarity from Blue Dart side. I discussed with school in inform them regarding this delay and ask them to give us one more day to deliver as Blue Dart promise.

I am really very frustrated with services, as i sent this parcel from my office courier service. I will provide my feedback on this and ask them to take appropriate action and planning to use my consumer rights too with this type of misleading updates on their Portal.

The agent of blue dart belongs to dhemaji district of assam. Named puspa raj sharma maided one person to collect cash from all shipment as blue dart is a private service not government to be shipped free of cost on their sentence.
And also they are delivering to the shipment to themselves without my knowledge, today i have checked my shipment on portal and found it has been delivered on 25th on jan2018.
When i asked my neighbor and then i've known that my shipment is delivered and kept at their office. Ive to go to their office and ihve to pay the payment for my pan card coming from nsdl.
Blue dart please take action on that. Neither blue dart will let dark by that kind of people.

U know what blue dart people did they kept parcel in their peenya office for 2 days and simply re-directed the order.. I think they are doing same thing for many orders, because till now no other delivery service was unsuccessful, even an illiterate can delivery parcel to that address.. Not even once they have called me regarding concerned order.. Fun fact : their customer number is:1860...

I would like to register a complaint against patna blue dart office located at rajendram plaza, exhibition road, patna.

This office's phone number[protected] is not working since a long time. I stay in bhagalpur which is 6 hrs away from patna. I must confirm before going if has my courier has arrived or not and if their office is open or not as tomorrow is shiv ratri.

This has not happened for the first time and there must a working phone number for the office on which people can reach and resolve their queries. When i went there last time, i reported this issue to them but the operator over there started giving excuses like its not working from couple of days which is a plain lie. There are so many feedback from google users highlighting the same issue but the courier authorities have done nothing in this regard.

So i would request you to take appropriate action against this center for causing so much inconvenience to the customers.

Here i am abhishek joshi at indore. I wail for a courier from last 3 day it may possible that this may received at office but there is no response regarding that. I just want to talk about that but here in indore is no contact no. And not respond properly what should i do for that.

Way bill/ref. No [protected] hdfc bank sended to blue dart courier tirupur on 07-2-18. But still to date not received at home courier and i am tracking the no. Is having in tirupur branch. But branch person not going on search address or not calling the person. Tirupur branch courier people sitting the branch reported on address is not correct or landmark not find. And then receiver came to tirupur blue dart office with tracking number. Courier people told some hours wait. I am search and given. Or they telling contact sended person. Worst answering. Please take care of receiving address

I am not received my consignment (Waybill no. [protected]) and ref. No.[protected]. When i checked my consignment through your tracking system i found that it was delivered to sham on dated 10.02.2018 at 1.05 pm.

I have ordered a product whose wba no. Is [protected]. My tracking status it is undelivered and saying that there was no consignee. But i was on my mentiined address. Inspite of my calling they are giving me a new date every time.
Its very irritating. Its my first experience with blue dart.
If it will not delivered by today. I will have to knock the door of comsumer court.

As i was going to to receive courier and i got call from one of the employee from blue dart and he just confirmed as i m available at home otherwise he will come tom. I said him that i'm not at home. He assured that he will come tom to deliver the courier. Till this date 12-02-18 i did, t received any courier which was going to arrive from mayur vihar phase 1. My ship ment number is awb[protected].

Hello, i am lovely yadav. I have one of my parcel which was supposed to deliver on 10 feb, 2018. Parcel is actually a credit card of citi bank. Way bill no. Is [protected]. It was supposed to deliver to my office address but the delivery boy went to my residence address. As i was in the office, my servent was there to recieve but the delivery boy didn't gave him and even didn't called me once. When i tried to call bluedart service no was picking call on that day. Today when i call one of lady representative recieved my call and she gave very bad response. Her tune was also loud. She told it can't be delivered to my office address. Also it can't be delivered to my residence address without my own presence and the card would be returned back. I don't know how such type of mannerless lady get job in bluedart. I m very dissapointed with the bluedart service.

A shipment with awb no. [protected] has been returned on 10th feb 2018, instead of delivering it to me. The customer care executive who spoke to me on feb 6th was rather unfriendly, yet promised that the shipment will be delivered on 10th feb 2018. I am pursuing this as an absolute mismanagement and breach of customer belief. If the shipment is not delivered to me in the next two days, i am going to sue you guys. Hell with your arrogant executives and hell with your delivery agent who hadn't approached the house on feb 10th at all..

My consignment delivered on 4/2/18 from mumbai to allahabad. When i reached allahabad office on 10/2/18. The company person told me that mr. Ashwani ([protected]) taken the packet and delivered to you today it's self because the area he covered by him. It's ok i call him several time on mobile. Its rediculles he is so drunked that he can't talk me properly this is about blue dart company.

I have entered wromg wrong pincode for my amazon delivery. My reference number is dmg91nshn. My waybill number is [protected].

[protected] not delivered till now whereas yesterday they informed me that due to the illness of delivery boy the could not dilivered the item, today they will delivered it but not yet i have get the item nor they call me till now. I had tried to call them at the mobile no. From which they made call yesterday but not get any response.

Complete address :- lear automotive india pvt limited, finance department, plot no-8, sector-2, iie sidcul, haridwar -249403, uttarkhand, ext no[protected], mobile no - [protected], one document was booked by icici bank mumbai in the above address. But till yet not receive in my end, i have contineous follow up with customer care since 3days back. No result till yet. Yesterday courier person wrongly delivery to the unknown person i. E pradeep. He is who i donot know. No one in our office in the name of predeep. Kindly do the needful for the above document, how it will reach in my end asap.

Bluedart office in city nangal dam, district ropar, punjab pin - 140124 in which one representative called for pickup of product between 10a. M. - 5 p. M.in reply to which i told them that i am not available in this period so i will take product after 5 p. M. For which they denied saying that you can take it before 5 only. Then i requested them to deliver it to my home address to which they replied in no, that they wont deliver it to any distance, i also told a place on main road close to shop but they denied. A very rude, non - cooperative behaviour from their side.

Whole day i was waiting to receive shipment but not a single call received by bluedart executive.

Also web portal of blue dart is wrongly y update to make customer fool.

This is totally unprofessional behaviour of blue dart.

We made an order few days back and the delivery was scheduled from 5th-8th february i guess. I got a call yesterday 8-2-2018 that the courier is out for delivery and i briefly explained the delivery address but i was informed that i had given a wrong adress. The status of the courier now is "consignee shifted from the given address" where we haven't shifted our room. So kindly watch out what's going on and inform us about the delivery.

I had my bank shipment which was supposed to be delivered on 8th of feb, which not delivered and even i did not got any notification from blue dart and when i called the customer service team of blue dart, the lady was very rude and was acting like they are doing a favor on me by delivering the shipment. I mean i dont understand this how your customer service speaks with the customer, you just go and check with your bank we will not do anything here, if cant provide service and explain your customer the reason than why your operating the company. One of the worst customer service experience i had in my life. The lady was treating me as i am some road side beggar asking for my shipment.
