Why he update wrong status.. I will claim on you because this is very important parcel for me..

    My shipment having reference id [protected]- schedule to deliver today but till now not deliver.

    Whole day i was waiting to receive shipment but not a single call received by bluedart executive.

    Also web portal of blue dart is wrongly y update to make customer fool.

    This is totally unprofessional behaviour of blue dart.

      We made an order few days back and the delivery was scheduled from 5th-8th february i guess. I got a call yesterday 8-2-2018 that the courier is out for delivery and i briefly explained the delivery address but i was informed that i had given a wrong adress. The status of the courier now is "consignee shifted from the given address" where we haven't shifted our room. So kindly watch out what's going on and inform us about the delivery.

        I had my bank shipment which was supposed to be delivered on 8th of feb, which not delivered and even i did not got any notification from blue dart and when i called the customer service team of blue dart, the lady was very rude and was acting like they are doing a favor on me by delivering the shipment. I mean i dont understand this how your customer service speaks with the customer, you just go and check with your bank we will not do anything here, if cant provide service and explain your customer the reason than why your operating the company. One of the worst customer service experience i had in my life. The lady was treating me as i am some road side beggar asking for my shipment.

          Dear sir,

          I have applied for pan card by filling the form 49a on 13 jan 2018. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status i got to know:

          "your pan card has been dispatched by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 04feb2018."

          Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.

          I request you to kindly resend my pan card to the given address or to the nearest bluedart express office.
          Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.

            Dear madam/sir,
            I am priya todi from sikar. Blue dart authorised dealer situated in ramayan apartment (Sikar) forced me to visit the office, if i want to collect courier containing my pan card. I believe that courier should be delivered at home. This was the case when i have my marriage after 6 days. Please have a look in the issue and make sure that couriers are delivered at home.

            I have received a message from blue dart company regarding the delivery of my courier by the end of the day but no body arrived instead they wasted my whole day

              On 5th feb i recieved a courier and because o[censored]r stupid delivery man i made a double payment of a single product through cash and PAYTM wallet and now i want my money back please refund my money or i have to file a complaint in police so that u can refund my money as early as possible.
              And your bhilwara branch employer is so ### person he don't knows how to talk with a customer! The name of staff person is aditiya(account department)

                Hi,

                I have a complaint to be raised on Ibrahim who is working in Blue Dart Branch in Visakhapatanam for his rude behaviour and speaking o[censored]nnecessary rules in regards to my Debit card,

                I placed a requested at my permanent address for my replacement of Debit card which was delivered by HDFC banking and a tracking :[protected] was provided.

                We were not available in that address due to a personal marriage function at my brother in laws place which is in same visakhapatnam. I personally raised a query to call me in case of courier delivery so that i can be available at my permanent address. But the Operation Manager rejected to send me the courier saying we have 2 residential houses in Visakhapatnam. When i being a customer and i said will be available personally or my parents will be available how did he say he wll not deliver the debit card to my address again and will return it to bank. On top he was speaking very unprofessional and rude. I even requested to collect it from Bluedart personally in case if they provide me the address so that i can show my ID proof and collect. But the Bluedart executive only was saying we will not give you the card and you have wrong ID proofs of permanent address. Kindly take action on this and respond me back on the same.He mentioned that we shifted from that address which is invalid and wrong. I stay in Pune due to job and i had to collect only from my permament address where my card is delivered. If my parents have shifted why will i give this as my permanent address.

                  Dear sir,

                  I have applied for new pan card but i didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status on feb 07, 2018, i got the following message:

                  "pan d0wpb8593e allotted for ack [protected] card sent by blue dart awb [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 08feb2018."

                  Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already on 07 feb 2018. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.

                  Later the today (Feb 08, 2018) i sent a mail to concerned department ([protected]@nsdl.co.in, [protected]@incometaxindia.gov.in) by requesting them to resend my pan card to my given address in the application. So kindly do the needful asap.

                  So i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.

                    I supposed to get courier from blue dart kelambakkam address but it is not delivered. I track the delivery it's mentioned prohibited area for delivery. While all other couriers are delivering only for blue dart it is prohibited area. If you face any difficulty to find address you people should call on the mobile number mentioned on courier. B

                    Blue dart service is worst. I never face this kind of situation with any other service.

                      I was asked for a time slot of my choice for delivery on 4th february 2018, and i chose a time slot for[protected] hours. But the shipment hasn't delivered yet. The shipment is supposed to be a credit card. I want immediate action on this, and delivered it by today. I tried to connect to bluedart a million times but was not able to. Please look into the situation and help me out.

Aurangabad (Mh) on 30th jan 2018 but still it has not been delivered to my address. Online tracking shows out for delivery. When contacted blue dart team, they are not responding.

                          I live in chandigarh and my debit card from the bank had to come, then i got the message from the bank as follows:

                          Missed you: dear customer, we attempted delivery of your card - atm / debit reissue for account xx6461 via blue dart courier, awb [protected] on 06-feb-18. For details, please call our customer care.

                          When i called icici, i was told to contact bludart. When i contacted bludart, executive named neha took the call. I told her that no one came to deliver the debit card and she said i will look into the matter.

                          Again i got the message from icici as follows

                          Missed you: dear customer, we attempted delivery of your card - atm / debit reissue for account xx6461 via blue dart courier, awb [protected] on 07-feb-18. For details, please call our customer care.

                          But no one had come to deliver the card.

                          Again i called the bludart guys and this time i had a talk with avleen, and he replied the same. I explained everything but nothing was done and late evening i get the following message from bludart:

                          Blue dart tried to deliver a shipment no [protected] to you. Please contact us between 9am and 9pm (Mon-sat) within 48 hrs on -[protected].

                          What is all this... No executive comes to deliver and you update your system that someone came.

                          No one came at my place. Twice it happened... And the customer care.. When i am trying to explain the problem, then also no action is taken... Worst customer care i have seen in my life... Not ready to take any action...

                              Sir, i had ordered a sennheiser headphone from amazon and had selected bluedart courier service for delivery of the same. My order accompanied the address of my organisation since i knew that i would not be able to collect my order elsewhere. The expected date of arrival was 6th feb 2018 but it arrived a day earlier on 5th feb. The delivery guy called me once but the the phone was left at home since we are not allowed to carry mobile phones in the organisation to which i am associated. After getting back home i realised that it was him (Delivery guy) who had called me and i tried calling him back but he continually ignored my call. I tried calling in an other number which i got from google but that was left unanswered. Later that night (6th feb) i got a notification from amazon that my order had been cancelled by me and that it was dispatched back to its source. I had not cancelled my order and just because i was away from home for work and unable to answer the call, my order was assumed to be cancelled by your delivery personnel. Please help...

                                Sir delivery of article has not attempted on 06/02/2018 and message displayed as undelivered article held at location.
                                This is the second time i i experienced such poor service from blue dart in varanasi location.
                                Please assure me that
                                1, article must be delivered to me tomorrow at any cost
                                2. These should not be repeated in future

                                    I had given a document for delivery from whitefield to bommanahalli. The document was picked up on friday 2nd february and till now it is not delivered.
                                    The delivery boy made up a story that the consignee is shifted while the consignee number is on the document and he has not bothered to call up also.
                                    Shame on bluedart, never will i give any business to them.

                                      Dearsir, droom.in sent a consignment no.[protected] at akash jewellers, 18 lalwani gali corner, opp. Goyal dharamshala subhash chowk bhopal-462001 (M. P.), mob. No.+91-[protected]. But today on 06.02.2018 i received message from bluedart that my premises was closed. I have to state that the above said shop is mine & it is open from 10.20 am to 8.00 pm from monday to saturday. Yesterday shop was also opened but the delivery boy didn't came at shop & also not called at [protected]. I request you send it again to addressee with interaction to call me on [protected] or [protected] before delivery so that he couldn't give an excuse for non delivery due to close of premises.
