Sir my address are changed and i updated my address in sbi card department but blue dart person try to shipping for my old address only in hyderabad. Now i m present in kerala in my new address and i vl contact in your coustermer care but not connecting plz update my new address and contact me in [protected] and s. My courier with the above details was sent from Chennai by Citi bank and was out for delivery. But the status changed to out for delivery then it changed to consignee not available at premises and has a status now as Undelivered package held at location. Please help me with this either to pick a up by myself or attempt delivery again. Please deliver it ASAP as it contains important loan documents.

My product from amazon with tracking no. [protected] has reached amritsar on 25 jan 2018 but till now 30 jan 2018, it is not delivered to me. After few days they will send the product back to amazon with reason that consignee not available.
This type of service is now common in bluedart.
Please check the tracking and see how is your service. Your courier persons are the worst workers you have kept.
Do you think that anyone will trust bluedart ever.

My wife received a parcel of my name, when i opened it i found 10 suits out of 38 were missing from the parcel, then i show the weight mentioned on the parcel which is 20 kg, then i weight my parcel which was only 16 kg i complained same to delivery man on phone but he said that i handed it as i received it,
This a serious matter as the total parcel cost around 12500 rupees

Service is very bad, bluedart taking more then double price as compared to other agency in the name of fast delivery and delaying unnecessarily,.

I have book documnets from jorhat, assam to bhavnagar, gujrat. They told fast service so more price. I was quite happy that things will be done fast. After 2 days i checked the status.. Its vary careless and worst service.. The transit showing as below:

Jorhat — guwahaty — ahemedabad — kolkata — delhi — ahemedabad — delhi — still in transit..in the 4th day at delhi..

Better not to use blue dart and ask my frinends not to use the bluedart...

My merchandise for cloudtel india private limited & myntra jabong india pvt ltd. Was dispatched on january 4, 2017. The date of the first appointment was january 10, 2018, the consignment was not reached, the second appointment was on 24 january 2018, the consignment did not reach. Even a single bludart employee does not contact the customer, he is not taking delivery..in spite of this, they have an invoice copy, an appointment remains perpendicular. Bluedart service is very bad. Nobody is there to give proper response. Important courier not delivered after 2 times appointment. After paying higher fees this kind of service not expected. Nonsense service has been done

I have booked a product from shopclues, but still now i have not received any product and my status is showing that i have refuge to take the product. Still now i have no phone call from your courier (Jajpur road bluedart). Lastly i have find the courier service phone no and contact him, they told me by mistakenly it on refuge category, it will delivery wait and keep patient and cut the phone. After then they put my phone no on mobile reject list option. It is very offence and courier company did not any response.

This is for your reference and take necessary action against him. If not then i will go through consumer forum.

My pan card tracking in blue dart website has been showing that its in indirapuram for the last 5 days. Yesterday (29january 2018) was the *deliver by * date, but still it has not moved from there. I have tried calling blue dart ghaziabad, but it automatically gets disconnected. Their is no other way to contact them. I hope that this forum can help me in resolving this issue.

I ordered an item on paytm by[protected] which is for two products and it was about to deliver by blue dart as single package. I received a one product through courier on[protected] which contained only one product and i was shocked to see the invoice which is for two products. I called their customer service but they didn't take any steps. Yesterday[protected] i received a message that i received a product from blue dart. Actually i didn't receive any product yesterday. Very worst customer service from blue dart. It seems they're stealing customer products. Very cheap service from blue dart.

All my amazon products which are send through blue dart they always not deliver my parcel at home t h o u g h they return the parcel without at least making a call i complaint regarding this to amazon but the condition is still same today they also return my parcel without informing me. I want personally went to blue dart courier service in my location they excuses that they don't identify my location but the truth is that all other courier services very easily find my location and deliver the product before time. I tried several time to resolve this through amazon but i see they are helpless so i complain tu blue dart that day take initiative to dissolve this problem in future thank you

This mail is in reference to above mentioned awb no that contains my crucial document and it has not been delivered to me on 27 of jan neither the deliver boy tried to contact me although my mobile number has been given for the same and the status has been updated to consignee's address incorrect. Please justify how can be address incorrect whereas on the same address i receive all of my documents or shipments by other courier companies and registered post. And let us assume once if even the address is not correct (For your courier company only) then why your courier boy did not tried to contact me for clarification and updated the status as incorrect. This has been the 2nd instance of poor servuce with your courier company. Also the offices having landline number in amritsar[protected]/5050092/5060609 do not even bother to answer the calls despite of multiple calls made by them. Is this the kind of service your company provide??! To harass the customer?? Please provide me the contacy number of concerned delivery boy as that document is quite crucial to me as i need to submit it in my office. Resolve my complaint at earliest.

1. Any shipment held up at the location for more than 7 days, then from 8th day demurrage will be charged.
2. Octroi/entry tax cannot be billed, it has to be paid by shipper in advance prior to delivery or paid by consignee at the time of delivery.
3. Topay pickup cutoff is at 1300hrs for all india and 1200hrs for kolkata topay pickup. All request received after cut off will be handled next working day. To-pay pickup schedule is 24-48 hrs from the date/time of token generation.

I want you to know about your courier boys behaviour. A one courier boy named ashish mishra of your company called me and spoke in inmanerable way. I was surprised by at his conduct and it is very vad. As a well aware person, it is my duty to inform you, so please take some action at his conduct if you willingly want to provide best service to your customers.

My shipment was arrived surat at 25th january 2018. But they mentioned in tracking details as address incorrect. On 27th january 2018 i called in customer care and provided my complete address and mobile no, but then again they mentioned address unlocated/landmark needed. They not even trying to contact me. So poor service by bluedart. Even a local courier gets delivered at my address, but they don't even care to call a consignee to ask the location.

My bank documents are sent through blue dart courier your surendranagar brannch coordinator mr vijay - padmavati express says that address is incomplete and he misbehaved with us.
Please note that my address mentioned on courier is complete as i am regularly receiving all documents with out any complaints.

What we got trouble is misbehavior of the sales staff.

I dont have docket number because its bank document and we didnt receive any messages regarding oxket number. My details are as below:

Delivery person misplaced/lost the courier containing sensitive documents and updated the status as delivered on 25/jan/2018 but till now i did not get the courier shipped to my address. Package shipped from mumbai on 24/jan/2018 as of today the date is 27/jan/2018 and till now i did not receive the courier.

How can it be updated as shipped when i did not receive it?

When called up to the blue dart customer care they said will arrange a call back.

I personally went to the local blue dart and checked with them and they gave the delivery boy name and mobile number but his phone was not reachable. After a long hard struggle i was able to contact the delivery boy and i got an irresponsible reply from him as "i don't know where i missed it" this was a shocker to me. How can a delivery boy be so irresponsible? From a reputed company like blue dart.

Now the courier containing my bank document is lost. Those documents are highly confidential and very important.

What do blue dart do now? For wasting my time and stealing/misplace/losing my confidential document.

This needs to be addressed.

I m calling your courier but your courier man not a sattiesfied answer me he is told me this is not a courier number soory wrong number and he is hang tha call.

My courier for credit card dispatched from delhi on 22th jan and while tracking it is showing that shipment arrived on 26th jan. Its 27th still i didn't get my courier. My courier is still in bluedart office. The office people not taking calls. Please make sure my courier deliver by today... Seriveman ka call aaya uske bad usne call nhi kia very poor service of delivery
