Hii i am babasaheb suryawanshi, room no. 4, ashok chawl, shantinagar, ketkipada dahisar east mumbai-400068
My banks documents was send by axis bank and regarding the same i got d massage from bluedart but your delivery person without any communication he just put premises closed status and take back my documents when i was available at home full day.
Kindly take action against my complaint....

This is in regards to waybill# [protected]. Bluedart courier boy has been rude and has been updating unethical information on the courier website about "attempted" delivery.
I got a call from - [protected], for delivering the product to which i informed him that there is no one available to take it and to come next day before 12:30 pm. To this a very rude reply was that he can't cme and i should cme to bluedart office and collect it...

I received a message at 15.20 yesterday that my items will be delivered in 30 minutes. Immediately i got a call at 15.20 from mobile
[protected]. I couldn't take then. After 15 min i tried that number 25 times but no one lifted. As i expected i got a message at 22.30 that they could not deliver due to address issues.
Today i went at 10 am to your office to collect.

Blue dart is the worst service in india... I had get 3rd time bad experience with blue dart... They never call every to clint.. How will we come to know courier will come at particular on any time... I am at home full day for 15 min i went down for some work and your company boy even not call me and inform me. This is worst service will mention my feedback this on website too....

But while sending the courier from your end you have covered with vice versa address, as the Dubai courier went to Mumbai and the Mumbai courier went to Dubai.

I have been ordered many items through amazon, everytime, they reach the station (Tadipatri) on or before the scheduled time. A delivery boy came at my residence sun tower apartment, rudra vihar, keshaw nagar, udaipur on today. He misbehaved with the society guard and also warned us specially guard that we (Blue dart) will never serve our services to sun tower residence in future.
