Sir i have orderd mobile phone from amazon on 22 jan 2018 and they delivered it via blue dart from mumbai .
Address was correct as i have received other parcels before, but they sent it to delhi then mumbai again, then amratsar instead of chandigrah then amratsar to ambala to Madhya Marg Office to mohali, i was thinking i would receive it now, but they send to amabal air hub again then Madhya Marg Office.showing wrong pincode, but address and pincode is correct i confirmed it with amazon.
I don't know whether i might receive my parcel or not as it has now been two weeks
Shipping address is correct, they even dont bother to call as it was only 6km far from mohali.
such a worst service from bluedart. What if it was an important document,
i need my parcel and strict action should be taken against them.

    Mera bill no [protected] hai mera atm kisi dursi address pr deliver kar diya gaya hai jabki mera mobile no usme pada huwa hai na hi mujhe koi call ki gayi aur na hi mere address pr deliver kiya gaya hai.
    1 feb ko mera atm saam ko 6 baje deliver karne ka message aya bt mujhe koi bhi parsal nahi mila.
    2 feb ko zulfiqar pawle ka [protected] no se msg aya aur mera name pucha aur address bhi uske baad unka no hi nahi lag raha busy batata rehta hai.
    Apse nivedan hai ki mera courier mere address pr deliver kiya jaye. Aur is courier wale pr sakht se sakht karyawahi ki jaye.

      They are not even confirmed with the customers by contacting through phone.
      Directly updating that your address is not correct even it is a single minor mistake and the remaining all are matching. Very irresponsible. Even we are ready to show all our proofs and company details but they are not listening. Its all time taking process again. Frustrated with bluedart.

      At least no communication via calls.

        I'm having worst experience with blue dart courier service, actually my courier is from chennai to bangalore and it is speed courier so that i should get my courier within 24 hours but i got the message as "we tried to provide you your courier" but i didn't get any phone call from courier boy and so i tried to get my courier back by talking with customer service but i get the same reply. Now it's 4 days delay still i doesn't get my courier. To overcome this, you can give contact number of delivery person along with the message and tracking details.

            I had my result to be delivered to me by 22 january. Bluedart services in pathankot did not deliver to me and reverted fake that it had been delivered to me. Such irresponsiblity cannot be tolerated. It was my result which is delayed ny a month now and bluedart is responsible for that. Mind that i will take strict action against your company and that pathankot services.
            This pathankot connect india is also not responding on phone. Such silly people. I will now take strict action and court file against you mind it.

              Dear bluedart team,

              I want to log a complaint against the bluedart hub in darbhanga that they are providing wrong information for shipping delivery.
              Recently i had a shipment through axis bank on urgent basis with trace id [protected].
              As this shipment was very urgent to me.
              This was not delivered to my address and when i am tracking the status it states that there was wrong address.
              Sir/ mam the address what i provided is 100% correct even all mailing is at this only. If through bank some shipment is in most cases that is urgent. Also if the delivery boy was having problem to find the address then the darbhanga hub should have called me to confirm. Yours service and facilities are best but hub in darbhanga is very rude to their office non cooperative and providing wrong information to you all.
              Its a request kindly take action against this.

                I received msg from blue dart om28th jan 2018 you will recive your consignment by 29th jan 2018. Awb no [protected], and i called you people to check about my consignment, they said pincode is non serviceable area, and then they said i will deliver to another address.
                Pincode 600014, my office is next to your blue dart hub office,

                I walkin to the counter and asked that staff behave to be very worst and treat me like begger,, i called your call center they said show your photo id proof and collect from hub.

                In whites road staff tell his name and employee no if you want you can give compliant against me i wont bother...

                Am a female person past 4 days they are making me to drag me alot

                  Actually when i went to give parcel for delivering to ahmedabad they just denied me by saying that you can give to anjali courier, i don't know why did they gave me this kind of rly??
                  2nd thing when i asked him further that i want to do with bluedart,, they informed me by the reply that we will do it locally..
                  I told him to do it on emergency basis but they refused so sadly i had to do with another courier..
                  I am very sorry to complain..
                  Plz take necessary action...

                    Today i went to bluedart office katni bargawa.. I received my parcel of rs 1198 from amazon india... I was suppose to give 1198/- by mistake i gave 1700/- 500*3 and 100*2 notes... With in 5 min when i realized i went back to bluedart office they said we got 1200/- no extra... And i am sure i have given 500 extra to them. Now it's their humanity to return it back and also they don't have manner to talk

                      I have ordered one item from amazon for rewa madhya pradesh which is to be delivered through blue dart. The item reached my city and i have got sms that your order is out for delivery but order not reach to me. When i went to blue dart shop they told me that it was returned back and giving me no reason why my product is return. I called amazon and they told me that they also have no idea why blue dart return your product without any reason. Plz do some action against the blue dart rewa madhya pradesh, they give worst service in my city. I am totally disappointed with them.

                      please find how your Delivery Boy Make fool of Customer in case of not Delivering the Consignment on time...

                      It is shown that I was out of Station from where your Delivery Boy has confirmed, Ask him Wheather he has called me... If so than look the second Feedback Given by him Address is incorrect(If he would have called me I would have given him the full address)

                      This is how they fool the People...
                      I would like to know what action u all have Taken.

                      After Complaining the Delivery Boy Called me and giving Ridiculous answer that i have confirmed with the small boy standing near your home and he told me that your Door is lock.. Door lock doesn't means that No one there and again if He came to my house how he can tell that the Address is Incorrect.

                        My credit card was booked under waybill no.[protected] by sbi cards. The shipment arrived at lalchowk service centre srinagar (Kashmir) on 19th jan'18 at 17: 22 hrs. The shipment is shown delivered to me on 22nd jan'18 at 15:00 hrs. However i have neither received the same nor it was delivered to me. This is a serious lapse. Please enquire the matter and intimate me how this has shown delivered to me when i have not received the same. Also bludart.com be directed to be more careful while delivering the consignments which are sensitive in nature.

                          My Amazon shipment([protected]) was supposed to be delivered today on the 27th of January 2018. However I got a call from a delivery man who blatantly refused to deliver the package today and said he will be do so tomorrow. This sort of rudeness and tardiness need not be tolerated by me, or any other customer.

                            My courier with the above details was sent from Chennai by Citi bank and was out for delivery. But the status changed to out for delivery then it changed to consignee not available at premises and has a status now as Undelivered package held at location. Please help me with this either to pick a up by myself or attempt delivery again. Please deliver it ASAP as it contains important loan documents.

                              My product from amazon with tracking no. [protected] has reached amritsar on 25 jan 2018 but till now 30 jan 2018, it is not delivered to me. After few days they will send the product back to amazon with reason that consignee not available.
                              This type of service is now common in bluedart.
                              Please check the tracking and see how is your service. Your courier persons are the worst workers you have kept.
                              Do you think that anyone will trust bluedart ever.

                              My courier returned back without my permission, agent call me and I said I revive courier tomorrow, but next no one call me or no one give me my courier, I call the agent Numbr but he discont my phone call, after day my courier you returned back to sender ...bad bad bad experience with blue dart ...plz do care with ur customers 😣😣😣
                              This saree is not too good and also quality is so loss this saree i dont like this saree colour quality so please refund my money

                                My wife received a parcel of my name, when i opened it i found 10 suits out of 38 were missing from the parcel, then i show the weight mentioned on the parcel which is 20 kg, then i weight my parcel which was only 16 kg i complained same to delivery man on phone but he said that i handed it as i received it,
                                This a serious matter as the total parcel cost around 12500 rupees

                                  Service is very bad, bluedart taking more then double price as compared to other agency in the name of fast delivery and delaying unnecessarily,.

                                  I have book documnets from jorhat, assam to bhavnagar, gujrat. They told fast service so more price. I was quite happy that things will be done fast. After 2 days i checked the status.. Its vary careless and worst service.. The transit showing as below:

                                  Jorhat — guwahaty — ahemedabad — kolkata — delhi — ahemedabad — delhi — still in transit..in the 4th day at delhi..

                                  Better not to use blue dart and ask my frinends not to use the bluedart...

                                    My merchandise for cloudtel india private limited & myntra jabong india pvt ltd. Was dispatched on january 4, 2017. The date of the first appointment was january 10, 2018, the consignment was not reached, the second appointment was on 24 january 2018, the consignment did not reach. Even a single bludart employee does not contact the customer, he is not taking delivery..in spite of this, they have an invoice copy, an appointment remains perpendicular. Bluedart service is very bad. Nobody is there to give proper response. Important courier not delivered after 2 times appointment. After paying higher fees this kind of service not expected. Nonsense service has been done

                                      I have booked a product from shopclues, but still now i have not received any product and my status is showing that i have refuge to take the product. Still now i have no phone call from your courier (Jajpur road bluedart). Lastly i have find the courier service phone no and contact him, they told me by mistakenly it on refuge category, it will delivery wait and keep patient and cut the phone. After then they put my phone no on mobile reject list option. It is very offence and courier company did not any response.

                                      This is for your reference and take necessary action against him. If not then i will go through consumer forum.

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        My waybill no. Is [protected].
                                        My pan card tracking in blue dart website has been showing that its in indirapuram for the last 5 days. Yesterday (29january 2018) was the *deliver by * date, but still it has not moved from there. I have tried calling blue dart ghaziabad, but it automatically gets disconnected. Their is no other way to contact them. I hope that this forum can help me in resolving this issue.
