We had a parcel which was expected on a saturday, dtd-3rd feb, 2018. Even without blue dart employee coming to the office mentioned a comment in tracking status - 'holiday'. After we went to the blue dart bund garden, pune branch office to collect the parcel the blue dart team was extremely arrogant & rude. He lied to us saying that we have asked him not to deliver on saturday's. We had a huge fight & argument regarding the same. We dealt with 2 people in the same branch-daniel & yogesh, both were extremely rude. It has been so many years that blue dart is working for us but, we never faced this kind of problem. It is very disappointing. We also have a call recording in which it is very clear that yogesh was rude. Please contact me on the below number so that i can share the recording & the disgusting experience i had.

    I'm waiting my courier since last month of 11 january and i tried calling many times in my nearest blue dart office but no one receiving my calls, i tried calling to customer care number but that is also not working and no one is replying my mail also, i have not received any call from any executive for shipment. I don't know if bluedard is not able to do anything why they are in services.

          A person call me from blue dart... And he says sir ur order is here.. I'll say please send at delivered address which is givin in this order.. Then after few hours i'll call this no. And ask my parcel is not be deliver. So thats tym delivered man says sir after few hours i'll come. But no one come

          Now i have received a msg from blue dard express

            Anybody not called me, my parcel this courier person not able to delivered. Then why this blue dart doing this service stop your like this worst service and sleep in your home.
            City main road my home but your service person without contacting me sent to back this is worst and irresponsible work.
            Best service from indian post only others doing irresponsible work.

                  मेरा shipment अभी तक नहीं पहुचा है जो कि ०२.०२.२०१८ मे मेरे पते पर पहुच जाना चाहिए . ट्रैक करने पर नोट मिला कि पता सही नही है जबकि २६.०१.२०१७ को उसी पते पर उसी बैंक की चेक प्रप्त हुई थी पर अब उसी पते को गलत बता रहे है customer care से बात करने पर केवल टाल रहे है. मैं कम से कम २०-२५ बार फोन कर चुका हूँ पर कोई सन्तुष्टिजनक उत्तर प्राप्त नहीं हुआ।

                    I have not need informed about my courier at all. Neither anyone giving me call nor message before it get delivered. Now they say wrong address i am trying to connect to customer care, more than 50 times i tired still it busy always.
                    Can you look into this.
                    I am trying so much to get connect to them but they are least brothered jus a normal message i got contact us back, still after so much effort i am not getting any reply and answers from bluedart

                      This omprakash from hyderabad,

                      I got the courier from the hsbc bank, due to emergency, i am out city.
                      At that time i received a message that courier have missed.
                      And called for the toll free number and asked them deliver the card.
                      Till now i did't received any call from the blue dart.
                      Now i got a message that the card has been sent back to hsbc bank.

                      Kindly do the needful.

                        I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and unethical conduct to deliver me a shipment from company blue dart.
                        This complaint is regarding waybill no : [protected]. I was supposed to received the courier on 30th jan, 18 but today we are sitting at 03rd feb, 18. This is sort mental harassment from blue dart team as i have been calling the customer care number everyday and i never heard back from the team.
                        On 31st jan evening i informed the team i'll be available in given address so kindly deliver it between the scheduled time and when i check the status in the website they held my shipment without even notifying me. Here the complete day to day status which is totally absurd:

                          Hi team,

                          I really used to love your services. This is my awb# [protected] for tracking. On 2nd feb, 2018, i have got a call from one of your employees from this number: [protected] around 3:50 pm in the evening.

                          I was returning home from my work and was driving which is why i was unable to lift the call. I called him back in a span of 10 minutes and he was on a different call.

                          I called him back after sometime and he kept rejecting the call for more than 90-120 times that i called him. This is a pathetic service. When is able to answer other calls, why the # is he having difficulty in lifting my call and informing the status.

                          I called him from a different number again and he lifted the call immediately, which shows what kind of an idiotic and irresponsible employee he was. I don't understand why is there is a problem in informing the status.

                          This behavior towards an unknown customer is pathetic. Please hire some good people bluedart and sue these kind of # holes.

                            Sir i have orderd mobile phone from amazon on 22 jan 2018 and they delivered it via blue dart from mumbai .
                            Address was correct as i have received other parcels before, but they sent it to delhi then mumbai again, then amratsar instead of chandigrah then amratsar to ambala to Madhya Marg Office to mohali, i was thinking i would receive it now, but they send to amabal air hub again then Madhya Marg Office.showing wrong pincode, but address and pincode is correct i confirmed it with amazon.
                            I don't know whether i might receive my parcel or not as it has now been two weeks
                            Shipping address is correct, they even dont bother to call as it was only 6km far from mohali.
                            such a worst service from bluedart. What if it was an important document,
                            i need my parcel and strict action should be taken against them.

                              Mera bill no [protected] hai mera atm kisi dursi address pr deliver kar diya gaya hai jabki mera mobile no usme pada huwa hai na hi mujhe koi call ki gayi aur na hi mere address pr deliver kiya gaya hai.
                              1 feb ko mera atm saam ko 6 baje deliver karne ka message aya bt mujhe koi bhi parsal nahi mila.
                              2 feb ko zulfiqar pawle ka [protected] no se msg aya aur mera name pucha aur address bhi uske baad unka no hi nahi lag raha busy batata rehta hai.
                              Apse nivedan hai ki mera courier mere address pr deliver kiya jaye. Aur is courier wale pr sakht se sakht karyawahi ki jaye.

                                They are not even confirmed with the customers by contacting through phone.
                                Directly updating that your address is not correct even it is a single minor mistake and the remaining all are matching. Very irresponsible. Even we are ready to show all our proofs and company details but they are not listening. Its all time taking process again. Frustrated with bluedart.

                                  I'm having worst experience with blue dart courier service, actually my courier is from chennai to bangalore and it is speed courier so that i should get my courier within 24 hours but i got the message as "we tried to provide you your courier" but i didn't get any phone call from courier boy and so i tried to get my courier back by talking with customer service but i get the same reply. Now it's 4 days delay still i doesn't get my courier. To overcome this, you can give contact number of delivery person along with the message and tracking details.

                                      I had my result to be delivered to me by 22 january. Bluedart services in pathankot did not deliver to me and reverted fake that it had been delivered to me. Such irresponsiblity cannot be tolerated. It was my result which is delayed ny a month now and bluedart is responsible for that. Mind that i will take strict action against your company and that pathankot services.
                                      This pathankot connect india is also not responding on phone. Such silly people. I will now take strict action and court file against you mind it.

                                        Dear bluedart team,

                                        I want to log a complaint against the bluedart hub in darbhanga that they are providing wrong information for shipping delivery.
                                        Recently i had a shipment through axis bank on urgent basis with trace id [protected].
                                        As this shipment was very urgent to me.
                                        This was not delivered to my address and when i am tracking the status it states that there was wrong address.
                                        Sir/ mam the address what i provided is 100% correct even all mailing is at this only. If through bank some shipment is in most cases that is urgent. Also if the delivery boy was having problem to find the address then the darbhanga hub should have called me to confirm. Yours service and facilities are best but hub in darbhanga is very rude to their office non cooperative and providing wrong information to you all.
                                        Its a request kindly take action against this.
