Did not receive the parcel which was couriered on 2nd jan 2018
Pod no. [protected], someone from blue dart called me up on 5th jan but after that did not receive the parcel neither any calls to contact the date when to get it.

The parcel was sent from tezpur blue dart office and was sent to my address

    Kindly get the same collected by today as the person is leaving Kolkata for 1 month and the said cheque book is required by me on urgent basis.

      Regarding awb [protected]
      I got an sms that delivery will be attempted today (6th jan at my office address in jogeshwari (E) mumbai.
      My office is shut on saturday. I immediately called bluedart [protected] at 10.50 am and informed them the same. I stay in the building opposite the office. So i said if the delivery guy gives me a call, i can come to office and collect it. The call centre executive, ms. Neha, confirmed that she will ensure coordination happens dir delivery and it will be attempted between 4 and 7. The delivery was attempted at 12.20. At my office. No one called me. The delivery guy returned. I could check this on their map tracking. I called the call centre back at 12.45 and asked them to help coordinate again. Let's see. But very sad and angry to see that instructions aren't passed when they said they would. If it was not possible to instruct the delivery guy, they could have said as much or shared his number with me. I was happy to coordinate. Very poor call centre service. Great technology to update the consignee, though.

        Hi,
        Actually our bank sent my debit card through bluedart logistics but these fellows without contacting me, they are simply updating fake updates like cosigner out of station, address is incomplete. If i call them without solving my problem they are talking rudely and now they are avoiding me. I visited office also there they shows gundayism rowdism.

          fake update: no such consignee at the given address

          What the hell do they mean by updating the status to ‘no such consignee available at the given address’?
          For one thing, that i am not available at the given address is ridiculous and laughable.
          For another, even if i should be unavailable at the given address, is it not their duty to ring me and confirm that i am not there?
          I am thoroughly disappointed in bluedart for clearly faking the update.

          Hai

          I got my hdfc credit card sent through the blue dart on 22 dec 2017. But still i did not received my card, i spoke to customer care service to sent it to my home address but everytime i get a call from courier person he behaves like a new person and ask me about the availability time and never respond again this repeats with new person everytime. I asked for scheduled. Pickup but they are even not doing that.
          This courier problem i faced it 3rd time i feel bluedart should be closed if they are unable to satisfy the customer needs. Waste of having a company to deliver the items.
          I also feel hdfc not to choose this courier to send the credit cards.

          I hate this service of bluedart in delaying my courier and showing status as custoner not available. Please if you feel you are responsible to satisfy your customer please do a needful.

            Please send back the PAN card to Hyderabad blue dart express hi-tech city I will collect from there it is urgent for me.First, it came to Hyderabad but due to wrong address it returned back I didn't get any call From the blue dart service but I got only a message saying that it had been dispatched please resolve it fastly it is very important for me its been 4 days I have given complaint but there is no answer from anyone so. Again I'm complaining about it please do it fastly.

              Parcel arrived 3/4 days before, but no msg email phone number from the courier distributer. After 4th day the courier distributer once called and claimed that msg was sent to my number. He couldnot deliver in my home and asked to come to receive my slf. Why msg was not sent to me? My order is prepaid and incase of prepaid orders they show extreme irresponsibility. Resolve it.

                Sir,

                I would like to inform you that on last thursday 28.12.2017 i had received a phone call from one official of blue dirt having phone number [protected] regarding delivery of one kit from nps authority when i was out of station along with my family. He told me that please come in our blue dart office to collect the kit. I asked him their address and phone number. But he told me that he didn’t give any phone number and also said that he didn’t know their office address. I had requested him to deliver the same on monday, 1st january which he agreed that time. I also told him that i did not get any tracking id from blue dart.

                But he did not come on monday. So i compelled to go personally to the address of blue dart office on wednesday in baghjatin, kolkata after searching the address on internet. Where i found that the office is not there and shifted to another place. Again i searched the blue dart office phone number in internet and called them and finally reached their office where i waited more than 2 hours because i didn’t have any tarcking id of blue dart courier. I told them that i didn’t get any sms so it was not my fault. Firstly they told me they could not do anything without the tracking number. But after requesting them they told me to wait. But lastly they told me that they were very busy now and informed me over phone. One of blue dart official gave his number (Subrata ghosh : [protected]) and told me to call after 4 p. M. I called him after 4 p. M but he told me that he is very busy so he called me after one day. But still now i didn’t get any phone call. I called him but he did not pick up the call.

                This is sheer negligence and really not desirable from a company like m/s blue dart which presumed the best courier service in india. I was neither informed about the parcel after 28.12.2017 nor i have any phone number or address where i can collect the parcel which is very important and essential document of mine. This kind of service will certainly hamper the image and put a bad name to m/s blue dart.

                As such i would request you kindly arrange to inform me about the status of my parcel immediately so that i can track my consignment and get my all-important kit, otherwise i will have no other option but to intimate to higher authority for redressal of my grievance.

                    Very worst experience. Am getting updates my parcel out of station and they asked me to wait to collect in my office. But that corresponding person even not picking my call. Am waiting more than hour. But hes is not ready to pick my call. Finally he mentioned wrong department. He is telling lie. He already know my office address and also he asked to wait for me to collect parcel. But they are telling and updating wrongly.

                      Fed up with your service. The consignment arrived in bangalore on 01.01.18. Everyday the status say's that attempt delivery, address not found. We called several times the customer care on[protected] gave our contact number & land mark & asked them to intimate their driver to call us once they come to the land mark area.

                        This is to inform that i have supposed to. Teceive my credit card from sbibank which they have send on 28th december 2017 but till date 4th january i have not received the courier.

                          I have applied for pan card by filling the form 49a at pan centre new hargobind magar, ludhiana. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status on 27 dec, 2017, i got the following message:

                          "your pan card has been dispatched on 18 dec2017 by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. Awb [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 25dec 2017."

                          Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at bluedart website to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already on 27dec 2017. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.
                          Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.

                            With ref waybill no : [protected] reference no : [protected], there was shipement supposed to be delivered in the mentioned address block pm, plt no 7&8, sector 1, saltlake kolkata 700 091, where the shipement received @ bluedart saltlake address (C/o jetex percel system pvt ltd, ground floor bp 75, sect 1 kolkata 64) dated on 27/12/2017, but till 04/01/2018 it still have not been delivered in my address, and i registered my secondary no ([protected]) in bluedart customer care [protected], wher no calls received neither in my first no ([protected]) nor in secondary no ([protected]), hence i will escalate the same to consumer forum if i will not get the shipment by today 04/01/2018...

                            Moreover the land no[protected] for bluedart hub no (In saltlake) is not receiving any calls...

                            Can i expecting a reply or i will go to media

                              Today while receiving my ajio order no fl37324824 mistakenly paid 500 extra as the amount was huge. One note was attached to another. After returning back i realized of my 500 missing. I contacted courier person but he is not agreeing to return it. His contact no was [protected].

                              I even tried contacting blue dart customer care no but there wasn't any option of my complaint selection and customer service didn't tried to help. I don't know how to get my money back. Blue dart is well known courier brand hope they will take initiative otherwise will loose trust in their service.

                                  Very poor service, i spoken i spoke to one of your customer service executive today 10:00am and the kind of service which she has given me is pathetic, first of all she did not listen to me and was rushing to close her call, she did not allow me to speak and when i spoke with her she interrupted me quiet a lot, i am already facing trouble with your policy as i was expecting delivery today and it got returned and i couldn't pick up my own documents because of your policies on top of that your call center employee neha in particular was rude, this is not the way you treat your customers, i was not expecting this service from bluedart, i want a resolution from blue dart.

                                    My kotak card was suppose to be deliver on 1st jan. I got a call from a executive on 1st jan around 3.45pm i said iam on leave so that you deliver the card on 2nd jan.
                                    Today i got a call from another executive around 4pm he took land mark of my office and he said he will come and deliver.
                                    I waited till 7pm no body turned up. I called up to this number [protected], i think this is delivery executive number. But he did not pick my call. Even i tried customer care number no one picked. Finally when i tracked on your website status was consignee not available.

                                      This is a complaint about wrongly delivered blue dart article no [protected] i have called customer care no[protected]. The person receives the call after long time, he hadn’t any information. Blue dart is an irresponsible courier.
