Dear sir,

I feel constrained to write it to you for the unprofessional and non cooperative attitude of one of your out let in b 1 vasant kunj, new delhi -110070.

I misplaced / lost my wallets and some important papers and had requested sbi to issue me my credit card and they acted well in time in re-issuing my card. I have been getting calls since last one week from your very outlet that pkt from sbi is there for me and i have told them that i was not in town last week due to the vacations of my kids and will be again out of station for a weedding in our family. I requested ther exetitive to try and deliver it to me on monday between 0930 to 1030am. I waited till 11.00 but no body turned up. Its high time that your organisation known for very professional service are behaving like an ordinary courier co.

Let me share my shipment detail which is [protected] and request you to kindly look into the matter nd resolve it falling which i will srite to sbi not to deliver any docs to me through blue dart and i will highlight this thing on social media as well.

Your associate Rajesh Angara suppose to deliver my package at my place, instead he is asked me to come on road and pick it up, when I reached I didn't find him I called him but he didn't pick, when I came back he started shouting with bad words and refuse to deliver my packet

    Product has to be delivered on 16th jan... Didn't get delivered still since 3 days delay in shipment... Getting tracking messages as i'm getting the delivery today but no delivery for the whole day... Same thing is happening daily... Waste service i have ever experienced in my life... Calling customer service at least 5 times in a day.. No tracking updates and nothing is happening since 3 days i am holding all my personal work bcz of value product to be delivered.. Shame on blue dart

    I received a envelope which is opened.it is some pesonal health related documents and products . It has been dispatched on :13/01/2018 with waybill# [protected] and received on 17th January 2018 at 17.00 O'clock. It is very confident and care document so please take corrective action or let me know the status.

      My way bill no [protected] arrived @ vanasthalipuram (Hyderabad) on 14/01/2018. Shipment out for delivery on 14/01/2018. Actually no one has come to my residential address on the above date, but it is showing "delivery attempted - premises closed". Today i personally went to your vanasthalipuram office, on enquiry at the counter that the shipment will be delivered today (17/01/2018), but today no one turned up for delivery till 7.00 pm. As there is no phone available it has become to contact. Pl help me

      My PAN card is not been delivered yet..but the tracking status shows it is been delivered so check it and inform me soon.

      So please check this because it's very urgent for me... It's a very big problem for me
      From last 3 days i am waiting for him he called me and says that i comming don't go any where... i used to wait till evening but he didn't comes kindly ask him to deliver my packed as soon as possible and don't wast my time please

        This complaint regarding the blue dart agent of chamarajanagar, this mail is regarding, collection of return courier from the amazon and according to me that is his resposibality to pick the return pakage from my place and he told to drop the pakage to his office first then i refused, then he asked me to call delivery boy and tell the address i said him that that's your work not mine.
        And he started taking in high pitch in the phone.
        After that once again told me to call the boy i said no...
        I said him that i will give the pick up address and u please do call your delivery boy and tell him to collect.
        He directly disconnected the phone.
        His behavior not satisfied...
        Shame on bluedart
        I recvied the call from the mobile num:[protected]
        According to true caller his name is ramesh.
        Please do train this people before giving franchises.

        Blue dart redirected my hdfc bank debit card to coimbatore branch inspite of me waiting one day in the delivery address. They marked the address as unlocatable while I myself called and told them the address more than once. This is the second time this is happening with me.

          Blue dart intentionally delayed the order, never called me on the due date and then they said they never found the address! Every other courier finds the address except blue dart off course. Customer care never picks up as always. Till date i never recieved the product. Very very dissapointing! And now this is not the first time blue dart did this. They never call us from their end and then complains address is never found. No matter how precisely it is mentioned. Sick

            I ordered two dresses from shein a prepaid order of RS.1245 was to be delivered to me by 16th January which is today.Let me tell you in detail Yesterday I got a message on my number saying that because I was not available the shipment could not be delivered and i should reschedule now first of all i stay at home only to be specific i was at home on 15th january anyhow i rescheduled my shipment and the shipment was supposed to come today itself i waited for the whole day didn't get any shipment and then when I tracked my order it says it has been delivered i mean what responsibility do you guys have, I haven't got my prepaid shipment then who the hell took it also the track status says the recipient is self .My name could not be seen anywhere this is utter fraud, seriously i am disgusted.Kindly look into this because i need my shipment for which I have already paid I will email shein too the site from which i ordered .I am giving complete details of my order.Kimdly solve this matter and get me my shipment please i need that.

              As i have noticed that any of the banking documents i am not receiving at my home address and they always say that its an incomplete address and they either returned the courier orelse give in bank.

              Even they are not having the sense to even call the customer and collect from their office.
              Very vad service if i have to give the rating from my side then i should give a great 0 to staff members of bluedart in bhuj.

              Some of staff members like gaurav, paras even dont give a proper response to the customer.

              So request you to please give a knowledge to your staff how to work in a company as blue dart is a great company and these people are nothing for work here.

              I have requested credit card issue in my icici account but it was undelivered by blue dart. Again i requested 2 times but it was undelivered. In the same address all parcel comes. In jamnagar ur services is very bad. Please resolve the issue

                Today while receiving my bonorganik order no163192 paid rs 1500 as the amount was 1200 he only gave me 200 back and he ran away. After returning back i realized of my 100 rs missing. I contacted courier person but he is not picking up the call. His contact no was [protected]

                I even tried contacting blue dart customer care no but there wasn't any option of my complaint selection and customer service didn't tried to help. I don't know how to get my money back. Blue dart is well known courier brand hope they will take initiative otherwise will loose trust in their service.. I have never seen such a cheap people in bluedart service.

                        This is in regards to the delivery of my chequebook from Yes bank dated 15th January'2018. This is a case which has crossed the limits of poor service management of a courier company. The courier was supposed to be delivered today to my personal address, instead of the delivery person delivered to some Yes bank branch of Okhla area. This is something which I don't get to understand. However, I contacted Yes bank immediately and upon enquiring there is no person associated with the name Hoshiar Singh (as mentioned recipient of the tracking details).

                        We spoke to Navneet from customer care and it was of no help.

                        I need the chequebook at the earliest else I will be in a big trouble.

                          I would like to make a complaint on the delivery person who delivered the waybill number [protected] the way he spoke in mobile was very harsh and disrespectful.
                          Please take action on the person and teach him how to behave with customers. This was the worst experience ever. Ive received many parcels from various courier serivice and this was worst!

                            My passport was not handed over to me personally when i reached blue dart kothrud office nor it was delivered on time inspite of pleading it for urgency. I had international travel to italy 15-jan-2018 evening at 9.15 pm from mumbai. I was not given passport at blue dart kothrud office but promised that it will be delivered at 12.30 pm which was surprisingly not.

                            I mail the rajar hat service centre 700156, vide air way bill no[protected], why delivery fell toajmira khatun but no clue /reply because...
                            In tamilnadu, paramakudi district blue dart courier not deliver the PAN cards after long time of applied pan card, i asked about not coming pan card where I submitted details, he asked blue dart courier there more than 100 PAN card not issued from blue dart
                            Spread the people who waiting for PAN card in paramakudi
                            With visiting at my resistance, the concerned office of blur dart zirakpur has updated the status that person is not available
                            Its my SBI CREDIT card consignment.
                            If some issue arises, blue dart will be responsible.

                              Dear sir,
                              A way bill number [protected] booked on[protected] from delhi to bikaner for my home address.

                              When this parcel is reach at bikaner, local blue-dart agency of bikaner call to me at my mobile number and ask for reverse pickup.

                              I ask him to deliver my parcel at address mention in booked parcel, but they told me that parcel is very big size and very heavy weight, so did not deliver at address. You can pick up from our office. They deny for delivery.

                              If blue dart did not arrange delivery at address, they why you booked?
                              Why blue dart charged heavy courier charges. Around[protected] rupees charges for such parcel, and also not deliver at address, call for reverse pickup.

                              Also behavior of local blue dart courier agency is very poor.

                                Pathetic and cheap unprofessional behavior from bluedart hsr e tail centre. My shipment was out for delivery and i got the text message saying this. I was available in the delivery address for the entire day. I got one call from someone from bluedart ([protected]) saying that it is not possible to deliver on that day. They will do the delivery in next two days. My order status was out for deliver at 12:55 pm. After 6pm the changed the status with a reason that recipient is not available in the address. I tried reaching the above number more than 25 times between 3pm and 6pm. They intentionally disconnected the call by the first ring itself. Then when i have tracked the status, they made it as a wrong reason saying i am not reachable in the address. Totally frustrated with this experience from bluedart. Really pathetic!!!

                                  I was supposed to receive a blue dart express shipment in kottayam, kerala on 6th jan, 2018. But now when i am tracking the status of shipment online its showing that the shipment returned.
                                  For few days shipment held at location without contacting anyone.

Email received from [email protected] as follows: Thank you for bringing this to our notice for an immediate and appropriate action. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, as the package was erroneously returned to shipper. We would like to inform you that we have forwarded the case details to the appropriate management to ensure such lapses do not recur and necessary action will be taken against the erring staff.

                                    I'm pushparaj krishnan and i live in margosa heights, mohammedwadi (Hadapsar area) i have been delivered by speed post, bluedart and other courier service. As i waited for yesterday to receive the post from bluedart. I shock to see the status have updated on bluedart tracking page, it's shows (Prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery). Why your courier service didn't call us if he can't find us? It's all about laziness of your people who work to deliver the courier. This is serious issue for customer. Please take action against that delivery man. Thank you

                                      This has happened for the second time. I request you to please either change your procedure for delivery or take some serious action on it.
                                      I received a message stating the item will be delivered by 12th january, 2018 but without delivering my card the agent returned it and sent from where the product was dispatched. This is something very serious i am talking about. The bank will be charging me for this incident. Either you take some serious steps or we as a customer will have to take it. There are mobile phones as well. If you don't get our address properly, your first duty is to call the customer and ask the address properly as well you will be identifying the customer by his or her id.
                                      I hope you don't repeat this again. It's high time now for such issues.
