    I got a message from blue dart that the pan card's expected delivery is 31/12/17 but its not delivered yet and when i inquired about it then i came to know that it is sent back on 3/1/2018. It was sent back without informing me as the delivery person did not call or any kind of information was not passed to me.

    Please look into this matter as pan card was needed on urgent basis.

      An important booked on chennai from hdfc bank. Tracking number [protected]. First attempt to deliver on 11/01/2018. A delivery man with no mobile phone bcoz he didn't call me on that day. Again tried today on 12/01/2018 as per tracking again no phone call from delivery man. A call came from office (May be). But when i called back then no response from that no. I tried minimum 50 times. That worst no is [protected].

        My banks documents was send by axis bank and regarding the same i got d massage from bluedart but your delivery person without any communication he just put premises closed status and take back my documents when i was available at home full day.

          This is in regards to waybill# [protected]. Bluedart courier boy has been rude and has been updating unethical information on the courier website about "attempted" delivery.
          I got a call from - [protected], for delivering the product to which i informed him that there is no one available to take it and to come next day before 12:30 pm. To this a very rude reply was that he can't cme and i should cme to bluedart office and collect it myself as he does not have time. I asked him for the waybill number to escalate to amazon and was asked to do whatever i want to, however after some thought, asked if i am available on saturday. This i confirmed and saturday was set up as the delivery date, however i see that falsified information has been updated on bluedart site stating that delivery has been attempted, though i never got a call.
          Bluedart has become a master in fraudulant activities as these, however please have some shame and do the work you guys are being paid for.

          Blue dart Awb # [protected] is undelivered by your local
          agency saying address related issues. But the same agency
          delivered at my door previous order, please look into ask them to
          effect delivery without further delay

            I received a message at 15.20 yesterday that my items will be delivered in 30 minutes. Immediately i got a call at 15.20 from mobile
            [protected]. I couldn't take then. After 15 min i tried that number 25 times but no one lifted. As i expected i got a message at 22.30 that they could not deliver due to address issues.
            Today i went at 10 am to your office to collect.
            This is the 2nd time it is happening. Your last mile delivery is absolutely poor.

                I had made on-line shopping at patanjali and the product purchased was dispatched vide awb no. [protected] on 02.01.2018 itself. On checking with the company, it is informed that the courier has informed them that the address or number is not correct.
                Before two days i am calling on blue dart customer care again & again but know one is reply and still i have no receive my pecket

                  Blue dart is the worst service in india... I had get 3rd time bad experience with blue dart... They never call every to clint.. How will we come to know courier will come at particular on any time... I am at home full day for 15 min i went down for some work and your company boy even not call me and inform me.                     I am from Visakapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. I have ordered for a product on Lifestyles.com on 31st December, 2017 which has been sent through Bluedart Courier. The Bluedart courier man named Venkatesh has called from Anakapalli yesterday in the afternoon around 2pm and has asked me to come to an entirely different to collect the ordered while the order I have placed for is an Home Delivery. I even paid the amount online through paytm. I tried asking him why I have to go there to collect the order because he kept on saying that there is no service in our area and he was arguing with me stating that I had not placed an order with him directly so I have no right to question him. He also stated that he has no connection or obligation with this order. Today I tried to contact him to gather information as to whether the product has been returned or not and he has literally talked non sense over the phone. I just cut the call and my father has called him back to ask the reason for his reaction and he started talking non sense again and he started scolding my dad too. He again made a third person call and he was like, come lets meet and fight and solve this problem. Finally, I just would like to file a complaint with the Police regarding this against your employee. This is not the way you talk to your customers. This is not the way you answer to your customers. I always tried calling you on the numbers given in the website but all the numbers were either not reachable or wrong numbers. So I kindly request you to take an action against that person immediately or else I will have to take action legally.

                      As we are your loyal customers, this is to bring to your notice that on[protected]. we had sent 2 courier documents from blue dart one for Dubai and another for Mumbai with ref number.
                      DUBAI WAYBILL# [protected]
                      Mumbai waybill #[protected]
                      But while sending the courier from your end you have covered with vice versa address, as the Dubai courier went to Mumbai and the Mumbai courier went to Dubai.
                      Because of this we had a big mess up and a huge loss. as they were very valuable documents we had to struggle a lot to get the documents back and its a waste of time and money too.
                      Tried contacting blue dart, DHL Mumbai, DHL Dubai and our clients NBF bank(Dubai) and Shubham clearing and forwarding(Mumbai) simultaneously from[protected] to[protected] to get them back, finally when we received the documents on[protected], we realized that the mistake was done from your end (blue dart).
                      Meanwhile somehow, we managed to convince our Mumbai client to send those documents to Dubai directly from their end(waybill#[protected]).
                      By which we had to pay a huge penalty of 25000rs coz of the valuable documents not reaching on time.
                      As we can see here Cleary, that it was the mistake done by blue dart and the carelessness from your end, we had to face lot of issues and pay penalty. attached is the photos of the cover and the documents for proof, which we have received today from Dubai[protected]
                      considering the above we wish to claim for the loss, as the time and the struggle cannot be reimbursed we would like to claim for the penalty which we are facing now.

                        He didn't deliver intentionally used slangs... That is been told to the customer executives named smitha and reety they assured that the delivery service will be done today but now when i called they are saying the address is not correct and they are denying their mistake. I would be requesting please take action against it

                          This is in reference to the sheer negligence of the staff in your tadipatri branch (515411). I have been ordered many items through amazon, everytime, they reach the station (Tadipatri) on or before the scheduled time. But, the staff here are not delivering the products at home, instead they are asking us to collect at your office itself. How can we collect the items when we go to office /camp/out of station. It is their responsibility to deliver. Many times they even sent back my ordered items, when i was unable to collect them. Is this fair on your part?

                          I think you are a good service provider of courier but the person who handles your service at my postal address which is BEAWAR 305901and agency name is sushil courier it's service is very poor i really shocked when today one guy called me to pick parcel from this agency on your behalf.
                          I asked him to deliver at home then he said I will not come their you come and take your parcel what is this rubbish pl take it seriously and do some action so that some other may not suffer from same problem.

                            Which is undelivered from last two days
                            I called up customer care atleast 5 times
                            But nothing was done from their end
                            The status shows as restricted area entry
                            Even if that was the case the delivery boy should have called once ok the number provided
                            I'm so disappointed with the services but providing
                            My local courier service provider delivered the product a day before but u people r not able too
                            That really gives me a doubt to trust blue dart again

                              Courier is not deliver.
                              On top of that courier person as coming to deliver the courier after office hour and writing the delivery statue no ext. No.
                              Truth is he did not come to deliver.
                              This is long time drama going. Every time person come to deliver he as some or other excuses.

                              Last time when delivery person had come to deliver. I was on leave and our reception as to come on 8th but no one come back.
                              And he is coming back on 9th after office hour and saying no ext.
                              I was seating in office till 8:45 pm.

                              This is very bad remark.
                              Please make sure that my courier is delivered today itself.

                                I have received a message from bluedart that my courier will be delivered on 8or9th of jan 2018. I have call to customer service by 8.40and a lady picked call and i told my assignment no she told that there is no courier then i told her to transfer call to senior executive she told s and disconnected the call. Then i call again and a guy picked call and told all details first time the courier went to my head office so i changed my address and newly updated a address but still it not even delivered to my hands. And this is not my first experience in blue dart already when i applied my pancard it is not delivered to they and return., and now my brother pancakes also missing i[censored] cannot do a job sincerely and perfectly then y r u waiting our time very much bad experience from courier svc and very bad experience from customer care executive...

                                  I was received message on 27.12.17 from sender is, your parcel dispatched vide awb#[protected]. Contact local bluedart i[censored]ndelivered in 72 hrs.
                                  I am unable to find local bluedart persons / contact no.
                                  I was waiting till 08.01.18 (Approx 12 days) for parcel. Same day i. E. 08.01.18 when i try to track my parcel with the help of bluedart website, message shown like - undelivered shipment held at location. After that i call to customer care of blue dart ([protected]), they said that your parcel is hold on local office will be delivered on tomorrow i. E. 09.01.18, i was also asked about contact no. Of local concern person of blue dart, but they said that we don'e have detail.
                                  Now today i. E. 09.01.18 on 19.21 pm i have message from blue dart your parcel has returned undelivered. Please contact to sender.
                                  Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Please cancel my kotak shipment order.
                                  As I'm not in city.

                                    package stuck in "undelivered shipment held at location" for more than a week

                                    My package is stuck in "undelivered shipment held at location" for more than a week. The reason stated for the same is "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed". Ideally if the delivery person is not able to find the exact location of the address, then he should contact me in my number. But in this case i haven't got a single call from bluedart. I have sent emails to bluedart customer service on this, they just revert back saying...

                                    I had made on-line shopping at shop clues and the product purchased was dispatched vide awb no. [protected] on 03.01.2018 itself. Surprisingly i have received a sms from your organisation on 08.01.2017 that i have cancelled the order. This is most unacceptable. On checking with the company, it is informed that the courier has informed them that the address is not correct. This is ridiculous as your organisation has duly delivered my cheque book from kotak bank on the same address through awb no. [protected] on 05.01.2018.

                                    This is certainly not expected and acceptable serious lapse of services from the company commanding stature and goodwill on global basis.

                                    I again insist on immediately delivery of the product keeping all my remedies open for the suffering due to delay on your part.

                                      I have applied for pan card by filling the form 49a at jhajjar haryana on 26 dec 2017. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status on jan 9, 2018, i got the following message:

                                      "your pan card has been dispatched on 30-dec-2017 by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 09-jan-2018."

                                      Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart website to track out my status,
                                      Location details date time *
                                      Waybill no : [protected]
                                      Bahadurgarh out of delivery area 08-jan-2018 19:40

                                      I also visited and checked with bluedart office bahadurgarh haryana and also jhajjar office bluedart. But i have not received my pan card. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.

                                      Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.

Why the heck can't they just call the person whose packet it is when they leave so that it reaches them, the live tracking is so [censored], just use the location finder on Google. They employ illiterate people to save money but they charge high. Really bad service.
