parcel delivered to wrong person & wrong place even other state

My waybill no - [protected].
My an important document is delivered to wrong person in other state.
Even i called to customer care they your complaint resolved within 24 hrs but still i don't where is my that parcel.
They delivered my document on 25th december 2017 at diffrent location.
That document is my personal document how can blue dart delivered someone's important parcel in wrong address even in different...

My pan card was delivered at wrong address with no track of the courier and blue dart is not taking any action for proper delivery of my pan card.
It's an important government document. Help me to get my pan card.
Blue dart airway bill no. - [protected]
Date of delivery - 5 november 2017

Request for tracking the person (A dixit) who has received my pan card and proper delivery to my address as mentioned on the pan card.
Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have been charged more than the rate card for Bangalore to Chennai Domestic priority at INR 510 .But rate card shows for INR 360.

Document No. is [protected] dated 27/12/17 and weight is less than 0.5 kg as its a document only

    Blue dart - amreli (Gujarat) branch is not serving courier to customer's address & calling customers to take their courier from their branch office, otherwise they sent back the courier. Is blue dart serving free? They are not taking money from their clients? Is blue dart doing free social service? Why harassing customers? Plz close ur branches if you can't serve customers after taking money.

      Hi my name is mandeep kaur..
      My courier comes from last month in four times.. But ur representative do not give my courier and they said address not found.. And they did not call me..
      Then i call ur one number ([protected]) he picked my phn once and give me a number o[censored]r representative.. And this no is out of service for last two-three hours. ([protected])
      Then i again call on this number ([protected]) for last one hour.. And call several times but he did not pick my phn..
      My courier return three times...
      And every time they mention address not found.. But they did not call me for verify my address..
      This is pathetic service by blue dart... I'm fed up...

      Give me a solution or not..

        I am kuldeep vishwakarma. I am writing this complain because i tried to conatact the bluedart office and know about my courier product but after calling upto 15 times they are unable to response me, that particular landline number is [protected]. I humble request to you please provide the best servises to the customers. Their feild product provider also not responses the phone they call me at once after that they not responce to my call they say to me you can contact my head office and when we trying to contact to them they also not responce to me, how i feel happy service provided by bluedart?

          I am arun raj a k and i have been doing online shopping for quite sometime.
          Every thing was fine until my consignments were held up with blue dart, kottarakkara in kollam district of kerala, for the reason that they are not having service in my area. Since i have brought the items through amazon and they have promised me of delivery at my address. But blue dart is asking me to collect the items from their office. At the same time i have no issues with other courier agencies as they are delivering at my address. I have raised this complaint with amazon many times but they have not given me a solution yet. I even requested them not to choose blue dart for delivery of my items, and they have informed me that they are helpless. So i would like to know whether a courier agency as a whole has such a service area policy or it is regional phenomenon. And if they have such a policy i have no issues but they shouldn't accept my shipment at the first place, as i am loosing my time. Kindly revert to me at the earliest.

            This is not the first time that i have face this problem your amritsar national shopping complex branch always provide worst service today i have received a message for delivery attempt of my courier but no phone call is made for delivery infact no person come to our area for giving delivery they just playing with the system and making people fool.               I should receive a parcel from sbi with waybill number [protected], while tracking the same, they have updated with the wrong status as holiday and will be delivered in next day, how can they decide themselves that our office is not working on saturdays. When i made a call to customer support they have initiated some instructions to concern and those executives are very rude and they are asking me to come and collect the parcel if i need them or they are conveying me to wait until they deliver is it the way of behaving with the consigners also there is no response for this issue.

              This is not the first time and this is getting repeated several times

                Hi,
                This is to inform about bad service by bluedart dealer in palani (Dindigul district, tamil nadu). I got a courier sent by a mutual fund company which is suppose to be more confidential and important. The delivery person have delivered to a wrong person and didnt inform me till one month. After that i have contacted to my head office to know the status of my courier. I came to know courier have been delivered to some unknown person near my previous residential address. I have called and enquired with the dealer. His answer was really irresponsible and rude. He have resent my courier back after delivering to a wrong person. Then the company have sent me through another courier service. Because of this person my courier reached after 45 days. I dont know why blue dart offers dealership to such peoples. Really spoiling.
                Blue dart is suppose to be a good courier service. Some people really spoil trustworthiness.

                  Dear sir,

                  I have applied for pan card by filling the form 49a at pan centre managed by nsdl in madhapur on 12th june 2017. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status, i got the following message:

                  "your pan card has been delivered on 28th july 2017 by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application.

                  Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.

                  Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.

                    I spoke to one of your customer service executive named neha reddy today at 14.12 pm and the kind of service which she has given me is pathetic, first of all she did not listen to me and was rushing to close her call, she did not allow me to speak and when i spoke with her she interrupted me quiet a lot, i am already facing trouble with your policy as i was expecting delivery today and it got returned and i couldn't pick up my own documents because of your policies on top of that your call center employee neha in particular was rude, this is not the way you treat your customers, i was not expecting this service from bluedart, i want a resolution from blue dart.

                        I had requested my debit card from hdfc which was sent out by them
                        Today the blue dart guy came when i was at my friends place which is opposite house my nephew who was home told him she is there as he had asked for id proof.. Before anyone could react and i was informed he left and he updated in the site saying no such consignee is available at the given address which so not true.

Wherein the field executive has come and i didn't had change he started reacting... N said i[censored] don't have change y u should order n use bad words as well...                             Sir apko batana ki apki blue dart company branch lucknow ke koi bhi agent time par product ki delivery nhi karte h mene sunday ko (Redchif) ke shoes online kiye the tuesday ko jab redchif ke customar ko call kiya to pta hua ki apki (Bluedart) ke madhyam se delivered kiya jata h to blue dart customer ko jab call kiya to bataya gaya ki wednesday ko sham 6:30 bje tak delivery ho jayegi jabki wah aj tak nhi hui aur aj to call resive karke bat hi nhi karte mai delivery ke liye hi 2 din ruka raha lucknow aur jab blue dart par check kiya to ab out off delivery sayad show kar raha h aese yadi apki company apki work karegi to kese kam chalega plz sir me nukshan to ho hi gaya h mera but yadi ap se ho sake to kal 12 bje tak delivery karne ko kahe (Thanks)

                              I am D.prasad husband of t.lakshmi of no.10, umayal road kilpauk, chennai 600010. A credit card offonly axis Bank of kilpauk branch supposed to be delivered today . But it was not delivered because of lack of responsibility and deliberate non application of mind to identify the receiver by her physical presence / aadhar card /pan card/ driving license thus shirked his duty and caused non delivery on account of his foolishness and arrogance for the simple reason that 3rd floor not mentioned with hardly 4 flats in the building.

                              A person called from blue dart through mobile no.[protected] refused to reveal his name and cut the phone to approach customer care without even forwarding the track no. To the axis Bank customer T. Lakshmi holding sb a/c no.[protected].despite physical presence with valid proof.

                                I always face issue with blue dart whenever i have any package coming from banks via bluedart. Recently i have a package from a bank and executive comes in afternoon i said to come little late so i can be home and collect it even they dont answer my call i called customer care that lady i talked was rude very poor service i wish.
                                I really dont wish to have any package from buledart but why bank choose such poor service provider i dont know the delivery executive dont bother to handle customer.. They just want to avoid and put false not such as premised closed / address not found you people have to improve services if you want to sustain your business.

                                  I received a call from your delivery person and his number is [protected] at 8.45 am today. As i was in traffic i didn't not attend to the call. I called him back after 5 min but he doesn't pick up my call. I have been trying to reach him either it's engaged or he doesn't attend to my calls.
                                  Your customer care bangalore has their own problem they don't attend to calls.
                                  I didn't expect this kind of service from a reputed company like blue dart.
                                  Kindly solve my problem. I have been waiting for the courier and once i leave from my house i will be back only after 9pm. As nobody is there to collect the courier in my absence kindly intervene.

                                  very poos services i had thing issue recently and in past also the delviery exeucitve are not bother of package they will call once and thats all they don't respond i talked to customer care one of the lady was not helpful instated she was rude.

                                    I am heading to consumer forum as the courier was not delivered at my home address within designated timeline.

                                    As the courier was sent by government body now the government will take necessary actions in my behalf.

                                    On 26th dec 2017 i got a call from bluedart that my courier wouldn't be delivered as they have no delivery boy to deliver the packet. So they will try it next day for sure but no call...

                                    I have send an application form to guwahati, assam from dibrugarh, assam through blue dart express limited on dated 20/12/2017.

                                    Total bill and other charges (Including gst) are not highlighted in the printed receipt provided to me, instead they have provided me a manual money receipt of rs. 360 without gstin number.

                                    Kindly provide me a money receipt with proper breakups.
