Fed up with your service. The consignment arrived in bangalore on 01.01.18. Everyday the status say's that attempt delivery, address not found. We called several times the customer care on[protected] gave our contact number & land mark & asked them to intimate their driver to call us once they come to the land mark area.

Nothing happened till now. Very bad service.

    This is to inform that i have supposed to. Teceive my credit card from sbibank which they have send on 28th december 2017 but till date 4th january i have not received the courier.
    My consignment no is ev [protected] to be send to calicut address but not received.
    When i called the customer care on 30th they coolly said that as there was no mobile no on the cosigment we did not deliver but know i have given my mobile no also but still no body nor gave the call nor did i get the courier.

    They never call u back and claims that they call u to track our adrress

      Dear sir,

      I have applied for pan card by filling the form 49a at pan centre new hargobind magar, ludhiana. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status on 27 dec, 2017, i got the following message:

      "your pan card has been dispatched on 18 dec2017 by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. Awb [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 25dec 2017."

      Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at bluedart website to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already on 27dec 2017. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.
      Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.

        With ref waybill no : [protected] reference no : [protected], there was shipement supposed to be delivered in the mentioned address block pm, plt no 7&8, sector 1, saltlake kolkata 700 091, where the shipement received @ bluedart saltlake address (C/o jetex percel system pvt ltd, ground floor bp 75, sect 1 kolkata 64) dated on 27/12/2017, but till 04/01/2018 it still have not been delivered in my address, and i registered my secondary no ([protected]) in bluedart customer care [protected], wher no calls received neither in my first no ([protected]) nor in secondary no ([protected]), hence i will escalate the same to consumer forum if i will not get the shipment by today 04/01/2018...

        Moreover the land no[protected] for bluedart hub no (In saltlake) is not receiving any calls...

        Can i expecting a reply or i will go to media

          Today while receiving my ajio order no fl37324824 mistakenly paid 500 extra as the amount was huge. One note was attached to another. After returning back i realized of my 500 missing. I contacted courier person but he is not agreeing to return it. His contact no was [protected].

          I even tried contacting blue dart customer care no but there wasn't any option of my complaint selection and customer service didn't tried to help. I don't know how to get my money back. Blue dart is well known courier brand hope they will take initiative otherwise will loose trust in their service.

            My tracking number is [protected]. It was scheduled to come on 2 jan 2018. But no one came neither any call from the delivery agent later on i recieved a msg from bluedart that unabble to deliver since premise closed. It is highly irritating since the product for which i was eagerly waiting was my glasses and i am facing problem without glasses and i was waiting whole day and suddenly you say that premise is closed. Very disgusting service from bluedart wont recommend a
            Or use bluedart ever. I seriously want you take some action if agent was unable to come he could hv texted that the delivery will be another day.

              Very poor service, i spoken i spoke to one of your customer service executive today 10:00am and the kind of service which she has given me is pathetic, first of all she did not listen to me and was rushing to close her call, she did not allow me to speak and when i spoke with her she interrupted me quiet a lot, i am already facing trouble with your policy as i was expecting delivery today and it got returned and i couldn't pick up my own documents because of your policies on top of that your call center employee neha in particular was rude, this is not the way you treat your customers, i was not expecting this service from bluedart, i want a resolution from blue dart.

                Hi team,
                My kotak card was suppose to be deliver on 1st jan. I got a call from a executive on 1st jan around 3.45pm i said iam on leave so that you deliver the card on 2nd jan.
                Today i got a call from another executive around 4pm he took land mark of my office and he said he will come and deliver.
                I waited till 7pm no body turned up. I called up to this number [protected], i think this is delivery executive number. But he did not pick my call. Even i tried customer care number no one picked. Finally when i tracked on your website status was consignee not available.
                Because of your carelessness i lost my whole day waiting for that damn card.
                Please send that card back to kotak

The person receives the call after long time, he hadn’t any information. Blue dart is an irresponsible courier.                     parcel delivered to wrong person & wrong place even other state

                    My an important document is delivered to wrong person in other state.
                    Even i called to customer care they your complaint resolved within 24 hrs but still i don't where is my that parcel.
                    They delivered my document on 25th december 2017 at diffrent location.
                    That document is my personal document how can blue dart delivered someone's important parcel in wrong address even in different...

                    My pan card was delivered at wrong address with no track of the courier and blue dart is not taking any action for proper delivery of my pan card.
                    It's an important government document. Help me to get my pan card.

                    Request for tracking the person (A dixit) who has received my pan card and proper delivery to my address as mentioned on the pan card.

                    I have been charged more than the rate card for Bangalore to Chennai Domestic priority at INR 510 .But rate card shows for INR 360.

                      Blue dart - amreli (Gujarat) branch is not serving courier to customer's address & calling customers to take their courier from their branch office, otherwise they sent back the courier. Is blue dart serving free? They are not taking money from their clients? Is blue dart doing free social service? Why harassing customers? Plz close ur branches if you can't serve customers after taking money.

                        My courier comes from last month in four times.. But ur representative do not give my courier and they said address not found.. And they did not call me..

I am writing this complain because i tried to conatact the bluedart office and know about my courier product but after calling upto 15 times they are unable to response me, that particular landline number is [protected]. I humble request to you please provide the best servises to the customers. Their feild product provider also not responses the phone they call me at once after that they not responce to my call they say to me you can contact my head office and when we trying to contact to them they also not responce to me, how i feel happy service provided by bluedart?

                            I am arun raj a k and i have been doing online shopping for quite sometime.
                            Every thing was fine until my consignments were held up with blue dart, kottarakkara in kollam district of kerala, for the reason that they are not having service in my area. Since i have brought the items through amazon and they have promised me of delivery at my address. But blue dart is asking me to collect the items from their office. At the same time i have no issues with other courier agencies as they are delivering at my address. I have raised this complaint with amazon many times but they have not given me a solution yet. I even requested them not to choose blue dart for delivery of my items, and they have informed me that they are helpless. So i would like to know whether a courier agency as a whole has such a service area policy or it is regional phenomenon. And if they have such a policy i have no issues but they shouldn't accept my shipment at the first place, as i am loosing my time. Kindly revert to me at the earliest.

                                I should receive a parcel from sbi with waybill number [protected], while tracking the same, they have updated with the wrong status as holiday and will be delivered in next day, how can they decide themselves that our office is not working on saturdays. When i made a call to customer support they have initiated some instructions to concern and those executives are very rude and they are asking me to come and collect the parcel if i need them or they are conveying me to wait until they deliver is it the way of behaving with the consigners also there is no response for this issue.

                                This is not the first time and this is getting repeated several times

                                  This is to inform about bad service by bluedart dealer in palani (Dindigul district, tamil nadu). I got a courier sent by a mutual fund company which is suppose to be more confidential and important. The delivery person have delivered to a wrong person and didnt inform me till one month. After that i have contacted to my head office to know the status of my courier. I came to know courier have been delivered to some unknown person near my previous residential address. I have called and enquired with the dealer. His answer was really irresponsible and rude. He have resent my courier back after delivering to a wrong person. Then the company have sent me through another courier service. Because of this person my courier reached after 45 days. I dont know why blue dart offers dealership to such peoples. Really spoiling.
                                  Blue dart is suppose to be a good courier service. Some people really spoil trustworthiness.
