Waybill no: [protected]. This product expected delivery date was 19-dec-2017. But don't able to reach me. They have given lost delivery to my address and this time it is unreachable. They need my"need department name/extention number". So i called them and give all the details yesterday and request them for an asap delivery as i am on leave next week and the customer care executive confirmes that. But today i called them and ask for the status but they again told me that they don't have my details and will not able to do the delivery today. When i told them this details they told me that "they don't know who told me what" and say they don't have further information. When i told them that i will lunch the complaint they give me the complaint address and drop the call. Is this the service we can expect for bluedart. Now i am in front of the big trouble and don't know how i will receive the card as i will be on the leave next week. Also, i need that card badly as i will traveling. Can anyone help me on this?

    This is a fake company one of my friend send my harmonium from kolkatta to bangalore, they charged 2500 but my consignment is not delivered they told its out of delivery area.
    there is no response from customer service, one person called me from blue dart and ask my address and then he update me that he given my consignment to one of his friend for delivery.

      From last 3 days my product is in the location but yet not deliver to the respective place. From last 3 days im calling to customer care and they are saying tomorrow we are going to deliver your product.Everyday same question same answer.Its really so pathetic thats my worst experience with a courier company like blue dart.From nowonwards im not going to took the help of blue dart

        Today i got call from delivery men mobile no. [protected], 11:19 am for delivering my parcel i asked him to wait for 10min as i was at office and he agreed to that i reached the delivery place at 11:31 and called him but he didn't picked up my call.
        He declined my calls everytime i tried.. I came all the way from office to receive my parcel in between my important meeting.. And this nonsense happened...
        This kind of behaviour is not at all acceptable from company like you.. Please take some serious action regarding this or else i ll be writing this in social media

          My brother manish jain didn't receive his product but showing it delivered to his name... Resolve this issue and get deliver his product to him...
          He also get this msg.

            Hello,
            I had placed an order with amazon.in on the 13 of dec. This order reached my city kochi on 15 dec as per blue dart tracking. I got a message on 16 dec saying it cannot be delivered due to address issues. I called up customer care and updated the address as well as tel no the same day. There was no response till 20 dec in spite of repeated calls to your customer care. On 20 dec i got a message package out for delivery. Again in the evening i got a message saying address issues.
            It is pertinent to mention that
            (A) this package has been in the possession of blue dart kochi since 16 dec.
            (B) no calls came to either my mobile or land line from any delivery person
            (C) your customer care intimated that it could not be delivered due to operational reasons

            Firstly, what operational reasons are there other than your primary job of delivery?
            Secondly, why did no call come to me if there are any issues?
            Thirdly, why has no attempt been made to deliver for five days?
            Is it because you don't have a transport to deliver or adequate manpower for the same?
            For a brand like blue dart it certainly does not augur well to ruin your reputation like this.
            My waybill no is [protected]. Please look into the matter urgently and take corrective action.
            Please do not force me to raise the level.

              A courier with tracking code [protected] was sent via. Volacno tours and travels in port blair on 7 december, 2017 to noida. I paid rs. 1000 for the courier. After almost a week when there was no response, i contacted the local dealer (I. E. Volcano travels, port blair). After 8 days of sending a courier, they told me that because the issued address was incorrect, the courier is going to come back. And after 13 days of sending the courier, they came to give it back to me. I have not taken the courier as i want my grievance to be redressed. There are two main complaints apart from the extremely unprofessional and loathsome service provided by the blue dart in port blair:

              1. Assuming the address was wrong, the name of the sender with complete contact as well as the receiver with full, functioning phone numbers were provided. Why did your person not call to confirm/verify the address? Why was there no intimation before deciding to send the courier back?

              2. I have been using the same address to send couriers to noida since years now. Never has such a problem occurred. I furnished a completely valid and legit postal address from my end. The person in port blair copied an incomplete address on his slip for which i am in a position to furnish pictures as evidence. I did click the pictures of the courier when they decided to give it back to me after 14 days of me spending it.

              This is symptomatic an extremely distressing non-nonchalant behavior from your end. There is a certain reputation blue dart carries and therefore we spend extra money to use your services. And for this? Not only did my courier never reached the recipient in time, it came back. Now do you want me to spend another 1000rs from my hard earned money to send the courier? Which means 2000rs only to send a courier that too not on time.

              There is a reason humans evolved from sending human/animal messengers to post/ speed post and then couriers. You as a firm are smart enough to guess your role especially considering the money you charge and claims you make.

              This is a sincere request to either refund my money or send the courier to the recipient as soon as possible without charging me a single farthing more. This is also a strongly worded complaint against the service providers (Name mentioned above) in port blair who are not just unprofessional, tardy but also rude and do not know how to talk to a woman. They have already misbehaved with my mother once over the telephone. It is only a matter of next time that we will have to report them to the police.

              Besides, you are a service provider we trust. You should be conscious of the repute you hold and reposing faith in it again, i request for a redress of my grievances as soon as possible.

Since 25 years & had applied for hdfc bank debit card which was sent to me on my residence at charkop kandivli-west, mumbai-400067, today at 1600 hrs (Ref. Blue dart awb no. [protected]). But satish waingankar delivery staff didn't deliver it to me by simply not accepting my air india id card as an id proof. My air india id is recognised worldwide being a government organisation. But i am surprised by the delivery staff's weird conduct by not accepting it for authentication. I request you to take some action against your staff & do the needful to get me my hdfc debit card immediately.

                      My hdfc credit card was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but due to some issues i asked the guy to deliver the courier to different address. He told, he would be able to do it next day and i was fine with it.
                      From yesterday onward i am trying to reach him. I called him next day more then 15 times, but the guy is disconnecting my phone again and again. Such an ###. I texted him, asked him when you will deliver my courier, but no replies and instead of giving me an update sucker is just disconnecting my phone.
                      There has been many issues like this. Your courier service's and service boys sucks. They don't give a ###, whether you the courier is important to you or not. These ### just say no to every thing even if they are 2 or 3 kmts away. Blue dart services are the ### services. They really don't care about people belongings. Very sad and it is not justified to make your customers appear fools in front of you.
                      +91-[protected]. This is the number to whom i have been trying to make contact with. If you people have little shame left then don't behave in this manner with other customers. This has not happened for the 1st time.

                        Hello all,

                        My name is pragati, it is complaint about my order number #[protected].

                        I am writing because i felt very bad behavior of delivery man for the same order.
                        As address updated in delivery is my company address. I can understand that there is courier point there we need to come and pick up the courier as i am a pregnant women and can not come to courier point that is bit far from my office i requested your guy to come to building and i told i will talk to security and give reason and they will allow him to come inside but he denied and said he can not come after saying many times he switched off his number for whole day and i was struggling to get my courier.

                        Today he again called and said i am in courier point come i told the same he dined again then i requested one of my friend to go and pick up the courier behalf of me as i can not go but that delivery boy again denied and said we can not to anybody else.

                        How bad service you are having that you guys can not understand a pregnant women situation.

                        I do not want to take any action against him but i just want blue dart service please educate your employee and teach them humanity.

                        I hope no one will face that problem again.

                          My axis bank credit card was returned back from bhubaneswar mentioning "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed". But just one day before i got the message, the delivery guy called me and asked if i am going to be available, i said yes i am waiting. But even after speaking to me directly they returned it back. My address is in a prime area and in front of a big mnc office which can be routed using google map as well. The very frustrating thing is, i got my sbi credit card next day the axis bank card returned for the same address. It clearly shows the unprofessional and irresponsible attitude of the delivery boy.

                          Also, i tried to reach out to customer care using the contact us form on the www.bluedart.com using awb, but still no one spoke to me.

                            This is in regard of delivery issue with your office in khanna.
                            The staff is not delivering the couriers at address neither they are cooperating for pick up from office.
                            Credit card in the name of bharti was received at khanna on 18/12/2017 but not delivered yet.

                            Same case was faced earlier when debit card in the name of bharti was not delivered neither they cooperated to deliver the same.

                                  Dear team,
                                  Today (19dec18) i was notified that my item (Way bill:[protected]) was out for deliver. The deliver boy called and asked to come and receive the order on road. I work with a nationalized bank and leaving counter even for a minute was difficult today. I requested the deliver boy to kindly deliver on the door address provide with the order he refused and rudely disconnected saying receive the package from local office.

                                    We from ultratech on normal basis sending passports to mumbai, kolkota to our tour operators.

                                    Except this female no one other has complaint regarding our packet submitted. She always insist on sending only 4 passports in one cover. We have maintained on regular basis this thing.

                                    The fact remains that we receive from blue dart mumbai (From our tour operator) more than 4 passports in one cover.

                                    The lady doesn't understood our plea and misbehaved and opened all cover and did separate everything which was a pain for us.

                                    We insisted in taking back all our cover back.

                                      Yesterday my product has out for delivery buti didn't pic delivery boy call so he has to try to my alternate number but that is not done.
                                      Let me know when i will get my product.

                                        Without even giving me a call, they have decided to mark is "consignee refused to accept". This is really painful for me, as i have been waiting desperately for that pendrive course.
