I am D.prasad husband of t.lakshmi of no.10, umayal road kilpauk, chennai 600010. A credit card offonly axis Bank of kilpauk branch supposed to be delivered today . But it was not delivered because of lack of responsibility and deliberate non application of mind to identify the receiver by her physical presence / aadhar card /pan card/ driving license thus shirked his duty and caused non delivery on account of his foolishness and arrogance for the simple reason that 3rd floor not mentioned with hardly 4 flats in the building.

A person called from blue dart through mobile no.[protected] refused to reveal his name and cut the phone to approach customer care without even forwarding the track no. To the axis Bank customer T. Lakshmi holding sb a/c no.[protected].despite physical presence with valid proof.

Very irresponsible courier boy. He asked me to come and collect, why should i go as for courier policy he should deliver to mentioned address.

    I always face issue with blue dart whenever i have any package coming from banks via bluedart. Recently i have a package from a bank and executive comes in afternoon i said to come little late so i can be home and collect it even they dont answer my call i called customer care that lady i talked was rude very poor service i wish.
    I really dont wish to have any package from buledart but why bank choose such poor service provider i dont know the delivery executive dont bother to handle customer.. They just want to avoid and put false not such as premised closed / address not found you people have to improve services if you want to sustain your business.

      I received a call from your delivery person and his number is [protected] at 8.45 am today. As i was in traffic i didn't not attend to the call. I called him back after 5 min but he doesn't pick up my call. I have been trying to reach him either it's engaged or he doesn't attend to my calls.
      Your customer care bangalore has their own problem they don't attend to calls.
      I didn't expect this kind of service from a reputed company like blue dart.
      Kindly solve my problem. I have been waiting for the courier and once i leave from my house i will be back only after 9pm. As nobody is there to collect the courier in my absence kindly intervene.

      And for my card i am not getting track massages and alert massages
      very poos services i had thing issue recently and in past also the delviery exeucitve are not bother of package they will call once and thats all they don't respond i talked to customer care one of the lady was not helpful instated she was rude.

      I received sms today bluedart will pickup my return packege to amazon. But no one come and pickup

        courier not received till 27th

        Hi,
        I am heading to consumer forum as the courier was not delivered at my home address within designated timeline.

        As the courier was sent by government body now the government will take necessary actions in my behalf.

        On 26th dec 2017 i got a call from bluedart that my courier wouldn't be delivered as they have no delivery boy to deliver the packet. So they will try it next day for sure but no call...

        I have send an application form to guwahati, assam from dibrugarh, assam through blue dart express limited on dated 20/12/2017.

        My document no is [protected]

        Total bill and other charges (Including gst) are not highlighted in the printed receipt provided to me, instead they have provided me a manual money receipt of rs. 360 without gstin number.

        Kindly provide me a money receipt with proper breakups.

          On 22nd i received a call from [protected] asking for my address then he told me can't deliver as he was half km away. Inspite of me telling him to deliver as we are leaving bangalore next morning for 4days he said can't come there for 1 shipment. I tried calling your customer care but they didn't attend to my call. Today morning i called the same person he asked my name and disconnected.
          Ridiculous.

          kidnly tell me why not received my package my will no [protected].
          When i track this no i find that my package is return plzz tell me reason why do this.
          I have still not received my currier not even receive any call from currier partner. When i called currier boy on his mobile number[protected] he told me that I have to visit his place to receive currier as he doesn't deliver currier to door step of customer if I m failed to do so he will send it back to the sender(Paytm).

            Hello,

            I have couriered (23rd dec 2017) an imp. Document through bluedart fast priority delivery service. The service promises to deliver the item very next day ie 24th december 2017 to its destination. They charged me some inr 410 for this. I double confirmed them, they said it will be 100% deliver by tomorrow between lunch time to evening.

            Now its was deliver on 26th december 2017 and document was supposed to be presented for some important work on 26th dec morning. I am in huge loss due to this horrible service.

            This is not what we expect from such big company to do this kind of thing. I have booked a priority one and paid good money for this so that it get delivered as promised, as it is not done and that document was supposed to be presented in court today morning.

            We even requested the local bhawanipur centre to deliver early or by giving priority to it. But they didnt listen to us and deliver to us by 1 pm, and its of no use. We have reschedule the flight by paying $ 1200. And now that purpose is lost just because of you guys. I need my money back, my cost and my damages which you guys have done.

            Horrible service and horrible situation you guys have put me in.

            Please do something, as i need my money back plus compensation for the problem they have created to me.

                The postal sent to me by icici bank on 22.12.17 in mumbai. it arrived on 22.12.17 in chennai. tract sheet shows on 23rd delivery attempted-premises closed. ( not true), Again on 25th it shows delivery attempted -premises closed, (wrong statement), again on 26th, shows delivery attempted-premises closed ( it is a lie).
                i have complained to customer care today. they said it will reach today at anycost. but not come.
                hence pl take necessary action.

                  My way bill no [protected] in the tracking details from website it's showing delivery appointment base neither i have not received any call from silchar blue dart assam regarding this appointment matter nor i am aware of it. Infact trying 100times in centralised customer care no help and infact after typing waybill no they are just denying calls, if you are unable to deliver me within next 24hours going to raise pmo compalin hence forward rti act

                    I want to complain about the parcel delivered at my residence yesterday 15 dec 2017, ordered through paytm. Awb no. [protected]

                    Complaint as follow :

                    Delivery boy called up for the residence route, my mother was standing at gate and waved him for the route, he came infront of my residence gate. Packet was already out. He threw the packet at my mother's hand. He not even stood up from the bike and came towards gate. Distance between bike and out residence gate is about 5-5.5 fts. My mother is having back pain problem and when he threw the packet, she disbalnced. He said sorry, but this is not the way of deliverying the parcel.
                    I need explaination with this incidence. Who will be responsible if something had happend to my mother?

                      As per the tracking status and scan of the shipment, it is noticed that, the shipment is not delivered yet due to wrong pincode and impact on delivery.

                      In spite of repeated calls to customer care of blue dart, always tell that, will deliver today, but it is observed that the pincode of address is exactly correct and the it is inform you that, with the same pincode and address besides of shipment address had received the shipment before and all letters have been received to this address.

                      If you want to will provide the rent agreement of the address of myself and electricity bill of the society or flat.

                        Dear sir/mam,,

                        Bluedart in rewari haryana 123401 is not picking up sellers pickup of snapdeal even after several remnders and call even that is not our responsibility to call but we used to call so pickup on time but even after several calls they arenot picking up.

                        Due to which we are being penalised by snapdeal.

                        And everytime we call they used to say when we got mail we will pick otherwise not so please solve our issue.

                        And let us know who is gonna bear the penalty imposed by snapdeal on us.

                          This is a disgusting approach from the blue dart representative.
                          I have contacted blue dart representative on 19th december 2017 regarding my shipment i. E., i'm not available on office working hours (From 9 am to 6 pm) so could you please deliver my shipment after 6 pm. He is not agree with time schedule and he told "if you want shipment you must be at your residential address by taking a leave for the office, we don't deliver after 6 pm." then i told, i have mentioned both residential and office address on the shipment so send it to my office address during working hours (9 am-6 pm) but he is not agree with the office address also for that he told we have only residential address on the shipment so we cannot deliver the shipment at office address. Lastly i told, if both options not possible for you then deliver my shipment on saturday at any time i will be available on my residential address. He said ok for that, but on the same they have updated bluedart tracker for awb number "[protected]" with the statement "undelivered shipment held at location".
                          I have contacted blue dart customer care also but there is no use. Can anyone please help me?

                          Nothing did by the blue dart customer care. I went to blue dart office in KPHB again and took one day leave to take the courier. Blue dart is not a user friendly company. Waste of our valuable time

                            My waybill number is [protected]. The couruer guy called and said he will deliver the product at 3pm. I requested him to deliver the same before 2 pm as i will not be available after 2 and there is nobody else to pick the courier. The courier guy wad extremely rough and said that he cant adjust for the same and i have to pick up the courier from the office. I asked him that i need delivery at home as it was supposed to be delivered at home and it is not possible for me to visit the courier office. The guy was extremely indecent and said he will return the courier back. I am extremely disappointed. Plz take some fast action.

                                I had ordered a package from amazon that was supposed to arrive at my location in the 22nd, but due to then not having any landmarks they did not deliver the package. Now i just got the update that the package has been held at location. None of the delivery boys even bothered to call me to find out the address. I needed the package before christmas but thanks to their poor service i won't be getting it by then by the looks of it. After sending so many emails i got just the one reply saying that they have to deliver as per the address given despite me giving them an update about the nearby landmarks. This is had been very disappointing and i don't think i will be using this courier again.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  A package from qs sarees, varnasi to marthandam have been despatched through bluedart with lr no - [protected] on 7th december 2017. The package had an expected date by 21st december. It’s 23 rd and what kind of security delay has it got at salem for 5 days
                                  The package is meant for christmas sales and we are at loss due to non delivery of the package. We will file a civil suit on this irresponsibility by bluedart if the product isn’t delivered by today.

                                    Could you please look into below asap today itself :
                                    Below is the message i received yesterday

                                    Blue dart tried to deliver a shipment no [protected] to you. Please contact us between 9am and 9pm (Mon-sat) within 48 hrs on -[protected]

                                    Despite of the fact i conveyed to the courier guy that it's urgent still he refused to deliver it to correct address. This is really very irritating if this is what's happening nobody will trust blue dart for delivery
                                    From the two days i am receiving this message that your courier will be delivered today but no delivery and no explanation to me.. Please escalate and confirm this delivery today else i will escalate it further... Poor customer service i must say nobody can rely on blue dart even after the message you guys take 4_5 days to deliver and give stupid reasons for not delivering

                                    Looking forward for your reply.

                                      As an loyal customer of blue dart, i thought i should inform higher authority that twice i have experienced where your courier boy did't attempt delivery and gave status premise was closed or recipient not available.

                                      I am sure many customers like me faced the same problem. From your customer service executive i got to know that your delivery boys are not allowed to call the consignee. The is the loop hole in the system where they are getting the scope to avoid delivery.

                                      My request is to allow them to call the consignee so that they can't avoid delivery and can't gave wrong feedback

                                      Looking forward a better service from blue dart.
