I am sushanta kumar nayak. My booked item despatched on dtd.05/12/2017 via bule dart. My awb no. Is [protected]. Till now i have not received my item. My mailing address was rourkela and my mobile number also mentioned. Now i am tracking this i saw the item was delivered on 10/12/2017.
Kindly resolve this and return my item as soon as possible...

    This is the service of blue dart & method?
    Even your 1 employee taken cash rs 316 a yr ago. Very surprising??

      Everytime when i come to satya sai bluedart office indore 452010.. The guy who sits after 7 pm decline to accept card payment by say that we dont accept card payment / dont know how to operate so i personally request to please hire such kind persons who knows how to operate. Because everytime customer cant go to withdraw cash... Or make payment from debit card.

          I have not receive the delivery of my pan card i contact in customer care many times but they are unable to give any solution kindly pls look in to my matter and deliver my post as soon as possible. Its airway bill no. Is [protected].
          There is a fear of misuse of it as it is unique identification for an indiviual. I also attached the nsdl status of the same.

            I jaskaran singh my sbi card with ref no ev[protected]
            This courier dispatched from gurgaon 5.12.2017 but till 13 dec. I did not get my courier
            Because o[censored] r distributer in rajori garden (Delhi) even not call me for my card delivery and dispatched my card to my home and say that consumer is not available on adress. Even i check daily my bluedart update with track id. It is too much. I wanna get my card as soon as possible othe wise i ll take action against bluedart

I have visited at your place to get it but no one giving me response they are unable to find my parcel and behaving very. There is one boy mr.                 U people didnt place my order from last 4 weeks nd hw the # u cn do so and u are not even giving a clarity where is the order now some times u say it is in hub its going to ship and the next moment u say it is getting shipped all that im #ing waiting for it if my order is not placed in this week my carrier gets spoiled nd ill not spare this.                     I have applied for pan card by filling the form 49a at pan centre managed by nsdl in ratnagiri - 415612 on 02 nov 2017. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status on dec 01, 2017, i got the following message:

                    "your pan card has been dispatched by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. - [protected] at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 27nov2017."

                    Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already on 01 dec 2017. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.

                    Later the same day (01 dec 2017) i sent a mail to concerned department ([protected]@nsdl.co.in, [protected]@incometaxindia.gov.in) by requesting them to resend my pan card to my address. But no response from them too till date.

                    Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.

                    Your PAN card has been returned undelivered to NSDL on 17-Nov-2017. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'Wrong Address'. The same will be re-dispatched shortly.

                      The delivery boy jagdish brought courier one day late and behave very rudely to me.
                      He came during lunch time and i already told him to wait for 15 min. But within 5 min he kept calling me and when i said m one the way he said he is going back. We can't waste 15 minutes on customers like you.
                      This word was disgusting and i strongly oppose this. If you will not take action against this man i will raise complaint in consumer foram against bluedart.

                        Hi team, as observed too many istances were the courier guys are leasy bothered abput their responbilities of delivering. They just blindly marking response as unable to identify address without even trying to attemp. As map shows clearly they not even trying into the locality how come they they do mark as wrong address. Is the customers looking fools or what. Even customer care team is irresponsible and talking with aggressive tone. What kind of # tem you guys are hiring. Relook into the issue if not iam going to take serious action on it. Today again repeatedly happened with me.

                          What's the reason that after 10 days i didn't get my consignment?
                          Before 3 days delivery boy contact me that he will deliver my package but after that he never contact me again.
                          Why? Where is blue dart...? How is this nonsense service?

                              My was to be delivered on[protected] but it hasn't delivered, today is[protected]
                              On bluedart tracking site it is showing that shipment has been reached pune hub and further connected 24 hrs later, today when i called bluedart customer care they are saying that the shipment has not yet reached pune and it will be delivered tommorow please maintain your site and update true information shipment has been delayed by more than 72 hours. Which kind of service is this my 7000/- rupees are stuck in this package.

                                Dear bluedart,
                                My awb no:[protected], i have suppose to receive my visa stamped visa by yout bhubaneswar blue dart office on 29th of nov which was sent from delhi on 27th nov evening. Still i haven't received my passport, as discussed with customer care and kolkata office cs manager it was theft during transit by puri experience. I never expected to heard such a irresponsible answer from mnc company like blue dart.
                                I almost lost my overseas opportunity bz of your inefficient employees, need your concrete commitment to recover my passport or compensation to apply a repassport and your end asap.

                                Dear Blue dart,
                                Further reference to above complaint there is no action been taken from blue dart over and above there is no clear cut commitment from customer services for Reimbursement policy to apply new passport. Expecting your call soon and discus.
                                I working in IT, recently I have applied for credit card from one of banks. and they delivered my card through blue dart on 27th November.

                                till date, blue dart guys updating false status in tracker without contacting me.
                                when i am trying to reach customer care, they are keep on giving excuses.

                                  I had ordered for an axis active fitness band through axis bank and the amount is deducted from my account. The way bill number sent through bluedart is [protected]. When i was tracking the order it says that the delivery address could not be located which is actually columbia asia hospital yeshwanthpur, bangalore. The product is delivered to someone else. I want the product to be delivered as i have paid for it.

                                      delivery service charge for passport after us visa stamping

                                      While applying for us visa stamping i already paid the charges for my querier delivery of my passport and my wife's passport along visa processing fee.
                                      After visa stamping, the passports were delivered to my home. However during the delivery i have been asked to pay rs.500 as delivery service

                                      The above delivery charges were never documented. Why additional delivery service charges were made?...

                                      One of my shipment no. [protected], was not delivered by blue dart and i didn't understand the reason for that. I contacted the customer care for 4-5 times, and they ensure me to deliver the same, but today i came to know that my courier was sent back to the shipper. And i didn't got even a single call from the delivery person. When i ask customer care executive for the delivery location details or contact details of delivery person they said "they can't provide the address". Now after 10 days they told me to visit the bank for resending the courier, i don't know even after visiting the bank i will get my shipment or not.
