I got a very bad experience from the receptionist that mentioned the above address. And i am feeling so ashamed.. I wont like to happen this incident again for any other person. Please do needful.

    Dear blue dart team,

    I saw this third time very worst service in blue dart courier, today 24.11.2017, even no one did not contact me, how your people update consignee not available in courier.& also i try reach customer care, the 24x7 number is, incorrect which is update in blue dart website. I never ever seen like this worst service, why your people do the time vest of customer

      Sir/madam,
      On 14/11/2017 i send a parcel to my customer [kavitha jain
      B7b, neigrihms quarters, mawdiangdiang, shillong 793018, ml]
      As per the tracking record it reached the destination on 18/11/2017.
      But blue dart person at shillong was not ready to deliver the parcel to my customer at his address. So there was a dispute between blue dart people at shillong and my customer.
      The customer paid the shipping charge and it is our duty to reach the customer's address. But blue dart shillong returned the item without my concern and mentioned that "returned to origin at shipper's request". But i did not request and if it comes back i am in loss of a big amount. I need a resolution for this. It is your staffs duty to deliver the item to customer. Instead of that calling the customer to office and deliver the parcel is not the right method of service. We did not expected such type of delivery system from a reputed firm like blue dart. We are paying a high service charge to blue dart for your service. This type of service behavior from blue dart we can not imagine at all.in this issue i lost money as well as our reputation
      So i am requesting you to compensate my loss due to inhuman behaviour of shillong blue dart.

          Airway bill no.[protected].. Non delivery slip 48921.
          Item not delivered even the house was open and people inside. Very poor and casual service. Such poor service has happened many times and we have collected cheque books several times direct from bank.

          Their delivery boys should be trained properly and their staff should not be rough with the customers.

            My credit card as to be delivered yesterday but that courier boy as not called up before coming as iam into marketing field so i leave my office at 11:30 am so i told that courier boy to come tomorrow before 12pm but that boy not called up again and when iam calling to his number he is not responding, this shows blue dart services

                    Very poor services, my shipment is not deliver from last 3 day and hold in blue dart office, there are showing wrong information in tracking side an still they’re saying that we will try to deliver tomorrow, my blue dart shipment no is [protected],

                    I will write a complement to site droom please cancel your contracts on blue bart courier you are wasting your money by giving business to this courier company.

                    The courier boy named ravi mob-[protected] insted of delivering my consignment at my home saying me to coordinate with him and pick consignment from 4 km away from my home also saying that he is new for that area and will not be able to deliver me there.

                      I have booked a parcel through bluedart bhopal pod no ([protected]).
                      While booking i have inssist to deliver parcel on 18/11/2017 as my relative has
                      Flight on the same day at 5 pm.
                      It was very urgent parcel but not deliver within time frame as it wrongly delivered at cheenai hub.
                      When i approached local office at bhopal they showed very casual behaviour,
                      When i asked for manager or senior number for compalint, they simply denied
                      This is very strange you appointed such a donkey catogery person at your office who don’t know a basic "how to talk with customer.
                      I need a formal apology & compensation from your side for my loss, also want my money back which you proudly charged
                      Also provide me proper customer care no. & email id so i can esclate my experiance to higher authority.

                      Attached are parcel snap which sent to my adress instead of chennai adress.

I was there till 3 pm continuosly and no one was there for shipment... Disgusting guys... That was my very important shipment.. Means you are just mentioning falls statement... Now i need my shipment tomorrow before 2pm at any how... Else i'll escalate it to very senior department...

                            I have very serious concern about delivery service provided by blue dart express, they don't even entertain the concern of customer, they really don't bother about their service
                            Their call center executive are too very arrogant speaking
                            Their delivery guy don't even come to our area, he don't even called to receipant and reports that he don't found address
                            With their records they have entered wrong address and they are saying that sender given them wrong address
                            I have proved them wrong because it wad bank document and bank have mentioned correct address on it.

                              My two items with tracking ids [protected] and [protected] are not delivered, but blue dart ranchi is saying that it was attempted to deliver. It is not true. The delivery person has neither tried to reach my home nor he/she called me.
                              When i called customer care ranchi of blue dart the representative was rudely said that he can not give any information due to system failure, which did not seem convincing.

                                Pan card par panvel ka address full mention kiya hua he, phir bhi blue dart delivery executive mr. Nitin kotiyan ne pan card par diye hue mobile number par contact kiya jo [protected] he. Ye number aapke executive ne mention kiya he ki us number per koi response nahi mila, ballki aap abi us number per call karke check kar sakte ho, this number 24 hou. Chalu he.
                                Sonabai hari rathod he senior citizen he. Koi karan call lene me let hua hoga.
                                But delivery executive ka kaam he ki jo address mention kiya he use jana chaye.
                                Abhi 3 dasy pahile mera cod mobile first flight courier se aaya same address per, to aap ka banda q nahi address par aaya.

                                So can i request to u please us nitin kotiyan ke khilaf action lijiye otherwise me govt. Site per blue dart ki complaint kar duga.
                                Pan card is very importance, mai koi khelne ki chiz nahi mangaya tha.

                                Aap pan card office me hold kijiye or deriver kijiye same address per jo pan card per mention kiya he.

                                  I got a message on 27/10/17 that my pan card is dispatched and will reach to me soon at the given address.

                                  I waited and waited...
                                  And till now i didn't' received my pan card.

                                  It's 20/11/17, i went to bluedart courier in my city and they shamefully said that my consignment was returned back.

                                  I mean what the heck...

                                  They never ever tried to deliver me my consignment and nor does they informed me that they have received my pan. So that i can get to them and receive it myself.

                                  I don't know how these type of companies are surviving...

                                  I know,
                                  Now you can't do anything about my consignment but i want you to take strict action against illiterate courier people to whom you have given job.

                                  I was very in need of my pan and you ruined it...

                                  Now... You just wait... Till i r you...

                                      I got a call from blue dart person on saturday to drop the courier on monday, i awaited up to thursday but i didn't got any update. Then i tried to call that person didn't picked up my phone, i called from different numbers too but he continuous cut my call and after that on 17th noon received message from blue dart that it's returned & contact to bank for clarification!

                                      Worst experience.

                                        My shipment is neither delivered to me, nor was i called on my registered number. The tracking number is [protected].

                                        I was out of city, and i should have been called by the delivery boy but without calling me, he has delivered to pushkar.

                                        Pushkar is our security guard and he maintains that he has not been given any parcel.

                                        Please look into the issue. If no reply is received from you within the next week, i'd go to law.
