Hello all,

This is to inform that i had a bad experence with blue dart. I ordered a product from amazon. Shipping service was found to be done by blue dart. However person named suraj aggrawal from blue dart misbehaved and showed rude behaviour.
He even denied delivery and delayed it intentionally.

Unhappy and upset about the deteriorating service of bluedart

    My Parcel was to be delivered by 28/11/17.Yet, I've not received my package.The Delivery boy detailed with my parcel already has the product for the last week and promised to deliver a day later.However, no action has been taken yet.The detailed delivery boy has yet to turn up.On calling, he promises delivery within 12 hours, however one week has passed by and there is no response on his part.
    Last year on September 2016, your courier services were detailed for the same delivery as I mentioned above, however, the package containing the card was delivered to someone else by the name of P.P. Singh.No proper action was taken place against the courier delivery boy.Therefore, I was forced to order another card.However, this time too the delivery service has done the same.No proper support or response is being given by the above mentioned official.I request you to take strict action and ask for my package AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, as I am to stay out of station from 9/12/17.The ID number of my package is-[protected]

      Dear madam/ sir

      It is regarding airway bill no. [protected]

      On december 6th, i was told that my delivery would be attempted on the same day. So, in the anticipation the delivery, i postponed all works which include my thesis and day off my department and library.
      At the end of the day, the courier updated that i was not available - i hope you see the irony of the situation. Let me tell you, i was available - i think i was never more available.
      What is more disgusting is the lie which was updated for a reputed service like yours.
      Would i be using your service and spreading a good word about you - well, its depends on your course of action.

        My icici bank loan document were dispatched from mumbai on 03-dec-2017 and reached pune (Sanghvi) on 04-dec-2017. It was then out for delivery to my home on the very same day, i. E, 4-dec-2017.
        The status changed to "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed" and then to "delivery attempted-premises closed" and then to "undelivered shipment held at location".

        Please help me to deliver this package. The delivery guy should call me if he is not able to find the location.

          I have a product to be received through bluedart courier by 5th december, 2017 vide way bill no. [protected] and reference no. [protected].
          However, one bluedart courier person have called me in the evening of 4th december, 17 after 6:30 pm while i was out of my home but somewhere in the town. The courier person called me and asked me to come that moment to receive the product at that time. But as i was not near to my house so, i request him to deliver the same on 5th of december, 17. But till date i have not received my product.
          Presently while i am tracking my shipment details, there it is written that consignee out of station, which is a false report, may be reported by blue dart courier person. Please look into the matter and make the arrangements to deliver the product soon.

              We had sent our product via blue dart to our customer located in bangalore, however the consignment has been delivered to another customer in tamilnadu. Even though the name and address was clearly visible on the label of the package.

              I had been dropped an email to the concern person but could not get any response from them.

              I want to escalate this to an higher level.

                I was waiting for my credit card delivery through bluedart courier. Awb# [protected] on 1st dec 17. Courier person never contacted me and kept on updating the status as "consignee not available". I called blue dart customer care and reported on the issue they promised to get the delivery by 4th dec.

                I still did not receive my parcel and when i check the status on 5th dec, it says "consignee shifted from his address"!!! It is so annoying to see such non sense status even after contacting the blue dart team on the issue!

                  This is to draw your attention the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. Courier boy came before any information so i can't receive the courier. I arranged another person to receive my courier but he didn't wait 20mints for me, so i went at evening on the same day but they told the reason that after 6o'clock shop would be closed. Then i went next day they told that because of the weather condition they couldn't give the courier but weather not bed. So i complained to the branch manager but he too take any decision then formaty told me monday morning given to the courier. The courier not received still now. Today (Monday) lot of time called for the courier boy & the branch manager not given the response & respect. Then wrongly update the online our courier is delivered next day check the online update changed see the attach files we are working too much of cearless. I'm not following the tirupur blue dart office.
                  My off colin the our courier sunday night 6.30pm at same courier
                  My for card for my nearest but useless correct time given only always another time give wast for that useage

After my complaint the bluedart delivery boy brought the courier from the wrong address and trying to deliver to me. As this is very confidential document i have rejected and sent back.

                      I got a call from blue dart, amritsar on 2 dec 2017 regarding a book sent by idp to my address, which is resham singh, 1231, street waryam singh, chowk karori, ramsar road, amritsar.
                      My complain is that up till (4 dec 2017), nobody from bluedart has actually come to deliver the book and i called them several times @[protected],[protected] but none of my calls were at tented.
                      As the book is o[censored]tmost importance to me, please do the needful.

                          Today i had a very bad experience with blue dart. I had a consignment to be delivered today. I got the call from blue dar today evening and said that they cannot deliver the consignment as the plot no is not mentioned in the address. I told them the plot no but still, they denied to deliver it. That was fine, maybe it's their company policy. But the representative who contacted me was so rude that when i asked him what is the possible solution to get the consignment delivered, he was reluctant to provide me the guidance and disconnected the call. Then i contacted blue dart customer care and the response was even worse. The lady at the helpdesk didn't have any idea of it and only thing she was repeating was they can't deliver the consignment and disconnected the call. I have got another consignment also to be delivered through blue dart. I'm afraid that same also may not be delivered. Kindly look into this as it's the third time i'm having a hassle with this courier company. Awb no for the consignment is [protected].

And its 3rd time experience. I was collect my courier from your branch. Your delivery agent not calling, not inform. They change status of courier is consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed. If i got all courier from sbi, hdfc, other bank and company at my home. So why i face problem from your services. Really really really very pathetic service. If you are service provider so provide your service good. Otherwise close your branches.

                                  Your team didn't contacted the consignee even once and the shipment could not be delivered. This has happened thrice, but nobody try to contact the consignee. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

                                  Wish there is someone who is monitoring all this.

                                    I was out on the day of delivery. I received no prior message of the day of delivery. I said i will collect from local blue dart padur 603103 office. He said too heavy and will deliver to my neighbour chithra. When i asked chithra about the delivery. She says no courier from blue dart was given to her. I called the courier person he is cutting my phone. He has given it to the wrong person or i dont know what he did. He is not picking up the phone +[protected]. Its a a expensive consignment. Looks like its lost but i m still mailing a complaint. Please track it or ask that person to find it.

                                      This is regarding an order placed by me on stalkbuylove. The order was placed on 28th of november & is supposed to be delivered by blue dart. I had no idea that the parcel would be delivered by today i. E.. 1st december as there was no mail or message alerting me that the parcel would be delivered by today. But now i have received a message stating that the product has been delivered when there was no call or attempt for delivery from blue dart's side. Attaching the screenshot of the order details & also the message in which it is stated that the parcel has been delivered. The hilarious part is they have even put my spelling wrong "baekha".
